技术领域

背景技术
随着经济发展和人口的高度密集,空气中的各种污染和有害成分日益增加,这种污染包括灰尘,甲醛,烟雾,细菌,病毒等。人们为了取得干净的空气,各种空气净化器应运而生。照明灯是家庭和办公室最常用的灯具,随着工业的发展和人口密集度的提高,空气的污染和通过空气传播的疾病越来越多,对空气净化器的需求越来越多。手机、手提电脑等各种电器,需要充放电插口对其及时充电。但目前没有一种灯具能同时具备照明、空气净化和充放电等多种功能,来满足人们的需求。
空气净化的主要工作原理有过滤、吸附、分解等。目前,市场销售的空气净化器的过滤网的过滤孔直径大于1微米以上,能够过滤PM2.5的颗粒和细菌,但不能过滤甲醛,更不能过滤只有0.1微米的病毒。活性炭在吸附甲醛、烟雾方面比较有效,但对病毒的吸附效果仍然有限。目前,只有紫外线照射光触媒的方法能够分解甲醛、烟雾等,并且杀灭细菌、病毒。特别能杀灭空气中传播的呼吸道病毒,如感冒病毒和禽流感病毒。因此,在现有技术中,很多空气净化器中都使用了光触媒技术,以提高杀灭病毒和细菌以及分解甲醛和其它有毒气体的能力。
光触媒是一种以纳米级二氧化钛为代表的具有光催化功能的光半导体材料的总称。将它涂布于基材表面上,在紫外光线的照射作用下,光触媒能产生强烈的催化降解功能,这能有效地降解空气中的有毒有害气体、杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解掉及进行无害化处理,同时还具备除臭、抗污、净化空气等功能。因此,光触媒在世界各国得到广泛的应用。
要想使光触媒能产生强烈催化降解功能。必须要有紫外线照射。目前市场销售的空气净化器中,使用的紫外线灯都是采用石英玻璃或高硼玻璃汞灯作为照射光触媒的光源,通常主要光谱波长在l85nm和254nm。
然而,在这种空气净化器中有如下缺点:1.体积大,导致空气净化器不易小型化。2.需要有高压电源激发,安全性不够好。3.使用寿命短,通常最长不超过8000小时。4.易碎,而且碎后产生汞污染。5.为了使激活光触媒效果好,通常使用紫外线照射。光触媒用的汞紫外线灯的主要光谱波长为185nm和254nm,波长越短,越易产生臭氧。尽管采用了降低臭氧措施.仍有少量的臭氧产生。
所以,目前市面上的空气净化器,尤其是需要小型体积的桌面型和车载型空气净化器,由于受到体积的限制,所以多数空气净化器只有滤网,而没有光触媒。由于这种空气净化器不能杀灭室内对人危害最大的感冒病毒,禽流感病毒等,所以急需一种体积更小、安全性更高、过滤效率更高的能够杀灭细菌的空气净化器。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种使用光触媒技术的桌面型、车载型或台灯型的体积较小的空气净化器。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,同时实现照明、空气净化、充放电功能。
为解决本发明的技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:

固定架5的侧面或外部电源盒中安装了控制电路板12,控制电路板12上集成有手机APP遥控电路。借助手机16,通过移动网络,利用手机APP软件对本发明的空气净化灯进行遥控,开启/关闭空气净化灯,调节空气流量和灯光亮度。
灯外壳7的侧面设有控制按钮11,用于控制空气净化灯中的灯光和轴流风扇3的开关。
固定架5的侧面或外部电源盒中安装有负离子发生器或音乐电路,能杀菌、消烟除尘、清新空气,音乐能增加一些情趣。
将空气净化器小型化,装入到照明灯内,通过增加充放电插口,用于对外部设备充电,可以一物三用。在使用灯照明的同时,可以使用空气净化器,在工作和学习的同时,享受干净新鲜的空气。空气净化器和充放电插口既可以同时使用,也可以单独使用。
使得普通照明灯具有空气净化器的功能,能够过滤PM2.5之类的灰尘,能够杀灭病毒和细菌,分解甲醛等各种有害气体,提供洁净和卫生的空气。
充放电插口可以有1个,也可以有多个。对外供电时,提供的电压,可以是直流5V,也可以是其它电压,充电插口的形式可以是USB插口,也可以是其它形式的插口。
在照明灯的内部,或在外部,照明灯连接的电器盒中,加入手机APP遥控电路。可以用手机APP遥控开启或关闭空气净化灯,用手机APP可有级或无级地调节它的空气流量,可以用于手机APP遥控它的灯光的开启或关闭,也可以有级或无级地遥控它的灯光的亮度。
上述所说的照明灯可以是台灯,落地灯,壁灯,吊灯,它可以使用各种材料组成,具有各种颜色,也可以有各种艺术造型。
图 2 为本发明一个实施例中提供的具有手机 APP 摇控和 LED 紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,优选地,在固定架 5 中,大功率 LED 紫外线管上方两侧还具有相对设置的 LED 紫外线发光二极管 2.4 和纳米光触媒膜 2.5 ,这种布置方式中, LED 紫外线发光二极管阵列 2.4 照射在纳米光触媒膜 2.5 上,使其产生催化降解功能,从而使得流经固定架的气体得到全方位多角度的杀菌处理。在一个实施例中, 大功率LED紫外线管13可替换为 LED 紫外线发光二极管 2.4 ,即均采用 LED 紫外线发光二极管 2.4 作为紫外光源。
如图 3 所示,作为一种优选实施方式,固定架 5 上各个部件的布置方式为:将纳米光触媒膜布置在次级滤网中,使纳米光触媒膜成为次级滤网的其中一层。次级滤网可以是多层滤网,例如,与本领域常用的 HEPA 滤网结合,形成具有纳米光触媒膜的一体化的 HEPA 滤网 2.7 ,以增强过滤效果。由于光触媒与活性炭网的功能有部分重叠,所以也可以去掉活性炭网,而仅仅使用光触媒膜和 HEPA 滤网。虽然图 2 中仅仅显示了 HEPA 滤网作为次级滤网 2.6 ,以及具有纳米光触媒膜的一体化的 HEPA 滤网 2.7 (如图 3 ),但是优选的,本发明中的空气净化器的次级滤网也可以还包含有活性炭滤网。
如图 3 所示,作为优选方式,本实施例中使用的 LED 紫外线发光二极管阵列可以使用单个发光二极管,也可以使用多个发光二极管或者由多个发光二极管组成阵列来使用。在使用多个发光二极管时,还可以组成各种形状使用,来配合各种不同外形和构造的空气净化器。
此外,在使用多个 LED 紫外线发光二极管 2.4 组合时,每个发光二极管的照射方向可以根据具体需要,布置成相同或者不同。发光二极管可以是小功率的,也可以是大功率的。并且.整个发光二极管阵列中,小功率的发光二极管的单个功率可以相同,也可以不相同。
由于使用 LED 发光二极管,所以本发明提供的空气净化灯的工作电压比现有技术的更低.例如, 12V 。所以本发明的空气净化灯可以在绝对安全的状态下工作。
尤其是,本实施例中的 LED 紫外线发光二极管 2.4 可以根据实际需要选择紫外线的各种频率或各种波长。为了不产生臭氧,通常将 LED 紫外线发光二极管 2.4 的发光波长控制在 365nm 到 400nm 之问。同时,激活效应可采用加大单位面积的光照强度来弥补。例如,作为优选实施方式,选用波长为 385nm 光谱的 LED 紫外线发光二极管 2.4 ,可以做到完全或几乎完全无臭氧地净化空气。
二极管阵列的二极管数量、功率根据通风量的大小而改变,光谱波长也根据需要而配置。
如上所述,汞紫外线灯管一定要高压电源激发,这缺点无法克服。但是 LED 紫外线二极管只需要 3.2 - 3.8V 的直流电压就可以驱动 LED 发光二极管发射紫外线光。
下面表格中列出了作为实例的 LED 紫外线二极管的各种参数,在实际应用中可以根据需求使用其他参数。

由于使用了 LED 紫外线发光二极管 2.4 和 大功率LED紫外线管 作为光源,所以与现有技术的空气净化器相比,本发明的空气净化灯更容易制造,并且结构简单、体积小、可靠性高、安全性好、寿命长、节能并且尤其是不产生臭氧。
由于本发明提供的空气净化灯的体积更小,可以将本发明提供的空气净化灯没计成桌面型、车载型或者台灯型空气净化器,例如主要由风扇, LED 紫外线发光二极管阵,纳米二氧化钛光触媒膜和 HEPA 过滤网构成。
可以理解的是,在不脱离以上本发明的精神的基础上,本领域技术人员还可以对本发明做出多种改进。借助本发明提供的空气净化器能够实现的小型体积,可以将上述空气净化器的外形和结构进行改变,例如,将其设计为适于在车辆上使用的小型空气净化器等。
由于紫外线照射光触媒能够使光触媒具有极强的杀灭细菌和病毒的能力,所以以紫外线作为光源的空气净化灯具有明显的分解甲醛和烟雾的功效,再结合 HEPA 过滤网,能够进一步过滤 PM2.5 一类的颗粒。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (14)

  1. 具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,它包括灯底座和安放于灯底座上的灯外壳,顶部安装灯泡,所述灯泡顶部安装灯罩,其特征在于;所述灯底座的中心开有进风口,所述进风口的上部设有初始滤网,所述初始滤网的上方安装有轴流风扇,所述灯外壳的灯底座上安装有固定架;所述固定架上安装有带漏风孔的固定板,所述带漏风孔的固定板中间固定有大功率LED紫外线管,所述固定架上部安装有次级滤网,所述灯外壳的上部开有洁净空气的出风口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其中,在所述固定架中,所述大功率LED紫外线管上方两侧还具有相对设置的LED紫外线发光二极管和光触媒膜,所述LED紫外线发光二极管作为所述光触媒膜的照射光源。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其中,所述次级滤网为单独的DEPA滤网,或者是具有纳米光触媒膜一体化的DEPA滤网。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其中所述光触媒膜为纳米二氧化钛光触媒膜。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其中,所述LED紫外线发光二极管为一个。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其中,所述LED紫外线发光二极管为多个,并且每个所述LED紫外线发光二极管的照射方向不同。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其中所述LED紫外线发光二极管的波长为365nm到400nm之间。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其中所述LED紫外线发光二极管的驱动电压为3.2—3.8V。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其中所述的LED紫外线发光二极管的发光角度为120度。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其特征在于:所述次级滤网下面喷有光触媒。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其特征在于:所述灯底座上设有外部设备充电的充放电插口。
  12. 根据权利要求1或11所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其物征在于:所述固定架的侧面或外部电源盒中安装有控制电路板,所述控制电路板上集成有手机APP遥控电路。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其特征在于:所述固定架的侧面设有控制按钮,用于控制空气净化灯中的灯光和轴流风扇的开关。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的具有手机APP摇控和LED紫外光催化功能的空气净化灯,其特征在于:所述固定架的侧面或外部电源盒中安装有负离子发生器或音乐电路。
