一种无死角式新风治理器 技术领域
本发明涉及新风处理设备,尤其涉及一种无死角式新风治理器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的迅速提高,对空气污染意识也不断提高,空气污染对人类身体健康的危害不容忽视。而化学有害物质的释放就是其中之一,特别是与人们的日常生活联系紧密的室内及汽车内零部件、装饰材料中所含有害物质的释放,其中,包括汽车使用的塑料和橡胶部件、织物、油漆涂料、保温材料、黏合剂等材料中含有的有机溶剂、助剂、添加剂等挥发性成分。这些污染物主要有苯、甲苯、甲醛、碳氢化合物、卤代烃等,车内材料释放的物质还是车内难闻异味的主要来源。外界环境的污染物造成污染。污染物主要有碳氢化合物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、颗粒物等,汽车自身排放的污染物进入车内环境,包括通过排气管、曲轴箱、燃油蒸发等途径排放的污染物,或汽车空调长期使用后风道内积累的污物。这些污染物主要有碳氢化合物、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、微生物、苯、烯烃、芳香烃等。现有空气治理基本上采用的都是被动式的空气治理装置,主要是用风机将空气抽入机器,然后通过内置的滤网过滤空气,能够起到过滤粉尘、异味、消毒等作用。
滤网式空气治理装置多是采用HEPA滤网、活性炭滤网、光触媒、紫外线杀菌消毒、静电吸附滤网等方法来处理空气。HEPA滤网有过滤粉尘颗粒物的作用,活性炭等物质主要是吸附异味等有毒有害物质,但是利用HEPA过滤滤芯来进行过滤治理时,因HEPA过滤器由一叠连续前后折叠的亚玻璃纤维膜构成, 形成波浪状垫片用来放置和支撑过滤介质来过滤有害物质的技术,故这种过滤技术只能阻隔有害物质的作用,且存在耗材寿命短,废弃滤芯造成二次污染等问题。此外,现有的空气治理装置中对空气阻隔的部件较多,难以满足360°无死角的净化要求,此外,由于设备内部空间的局限,导致内部构件难以根据空间特性进行调整,无法得到灵活应用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能高效净化空气、无需更换滤芯、电巢形状便于调整、可满足内部空间要求的新风治理器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种无死角式新风治理器,其包括由入风侧向出风侧依次设置的放电电极、绝缘隔板和电巢,所述电巢包括有多个呈波浪形的金属片,多个金属片并排设置,且相邻两个金属片的拐角处相互连接,以令两个金属片之间形成多个四边形的格子,所述绝缘隔板上开设有多个通孔,所述通孔与所述格子一一对齐,所述放电电极上形成有多个支耳,所述支耳向所述通孔内延伸,所述放电电极和电巢均电性连接于一高压供电单元,所述高压供电单元用于向放电电极和电巢提供电压,以令放电电极和电巢处形成高压电场,藉由该高压电场而清除空气中的污染粒子。
优选地,还包括有一负离子发生器,所述负离子发生器包括有一发射头,所述发射头设于新风治理器的出风侧,所述负离子发生器用于驱动发射头发射负离子,以令新风治理器输出负离子风。
优选地,还包括前过滤板和后过滤板,所述前过滤板设于新风治理器的入 风侧,所述后过滤板设于新风治理器的出风侧,所述前过滤板和后过滤板均呈网格状。
优选地,所述后过滤板的内侧贴合有HEPA过滤层。
优选地,所述后过滤板的边缘处设有围板,所述前过滤板与围板相连接,所述前过滤板、围板以及后过滤板形成有一腔室,所述放电电极、绝缘隔板和电巢均设于所述腔室内。
优选地,所述支耳上形成有尖端部。

本发明公开的无死角式新风治理器中,利用放电电极和电巢处形成的高压电场对有毒有害气体及活体病毒、细菌等进行快速降解,从而高效杀毒、灭菌、去异味、消烟、除尘,达到免除更换滤芯、快速高效治理空气的效果。同时,电巢内设置了呈阵列式分布的多个四边形格子,减少了对气流的阻挡,使得电巢前后更加通透,实现了新风治理器内部结构无死角、可全方位净化空气的目的。此外,电巢由多个呈波浪形的金属片组成,由于金属片为波浪形,所以可 以根据内部空间的大小来调整所需金属片的长度,致使电巢形状便于调整、可满足内部空间要求。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作更加详细的描述。
本发明公开了一种无死角式新风治理器,结合图1至图7所示,其包括由入风侧向出风侧依次设置的放电电极1、绝缘隔板2和电巢3,所述电巢3包括有多个呈波浪形的金属片4,多个金属片4并排设置,且相邻两个金属片4的拐角处相互连接,以令两个金属片4之间形成多个四边形的格子5,所述绝缘隔板2上开设有多个通孔6,所述通孔6与所述格子5一一对齐,所述放电电极1上形成有多个支耳7,所述支耳7向所述通孔6内延伸,所述放电电极1和电巢3均电性连接于一高压供电单元8,所述高压供电单元8用于向放电电极1和电巢3提供电压,以令放电电极1和电巢3处形成高压电场,藉由该高压电场而清除空气中的污染粒子。
上述新风治理器中,利用放电电极1和电巢3处形成的高压电场对有毒有害气体及活体病毒、细菌等进行快速降解,从而高效杀毒、灭菌、去异味、消烟、除尘,达到免除更换滤芯、快速高效治理空气的效果。同时,电巢内设置了呈阵列式分布的多个四边形格子,减少了对气流的阻挡,使得电巢前后更加通透,实现了新风治理器内部结构无死角、可全方位净化空气的目的。此外,电巢3由多个呈波浪形的金属片4组成,由于金属片4为波浪形,所以可以根据内部空间的大小来调整所需金属片4的长度,致使电巢形状便于调整、可满足内部空间要求。
本实施例中,电巢3可组装成如图3和图4所示的结构,但是这仅是本发明的一种优选方式,在本发明的另一实施例中,请参照图5和图6,根据新风治理器的内部空间特点,还可以对电巢3的进行调节,即通过将相应位置的金属片4掰断,使得电巢3达到合适的形状。
作为一种优选方式,本实施例还包括有一负离子发生器9,所述负离子发生器9包括有一发射头10,所述发射头10设于新风治理器的出风侧,所述负离子发生器9用于驱动发射头10发射负离子,以令新风治理器输出负离子风。负离子发生器可产生负离子放电电场对空气有害物质进行快速降解,从而高效快速的杀毒、杀菌,治理空气。

本实施例中,所述支耳7上形成有尖端部14。所述尖端部14为齿形尖端部。
具体使用时,污染的空气通过空气过滤器的放电电极对蜂巢式电巢放电,控制电场强度,避免产生臭氧等衍生物质,通过高压电场的作用,将各种污染物颗粒击碎,清除或吸附;然后经过装在出风口的负离子发生器产生负离子风,通过高压、高频脉冲放电形成非对称等离子体电场,使空气中大量等离子体之间逐级撞击,产生“雪崩效应”式的一系列物理、化学反应,对有毒有害气体及活体病毒、细菌等进行快速降解,从而高效杀毒、灭菌、去异味、消烟、除尘,且无毒害物质产生。
若该产品使用在车上,则车载空气治理器无需更换任何耗材等优点,经过治理的空气一起从出风口送出,形成快速有效达到清洁、治理、治理空气质量,消除车内异味等目的。因此,该空气治理器是一种主动式的空气治理装置,摆脱了现有技术中风机与滤网的限制,不用被动等候空气被抽送进来后再进行过滤,而是有效、主动的向空气中释放治理灭菌的因子,通过在空气中弥漫、扩散的特点,实现对室内各个角落进行治理的效果。
作为一种优选方式,关于电控部分,所述高压供电单元8包括有依次电性连接的整流电路80、振荡电路81、升压电路82及高压放电电路83。在此基础上,还包括有一直流电源15,所述整流电路80和负离子发生器9分别电性连接于直流电源15。
本实施例优选采用了智能化控制,具体是指,本实施例还包括有依次连接的空气质量传感器16、通讯模块17及终端设备18,所述通讯模块17还电性连接于直流电源15,所述空气质量传感器16用于采集新风治理器出风侧的空气质量信号并通过通讯模块17而上传至终端设备18,所述终端设备18用于通过通 讯模块17向直流电源15发出控制指令,以控制直流电源15的输出电压的通断状态。
所述终端设备18可以是安装有预设APP的手机或计算机等。
本实施例增加了一个智能通讯模块,形成一体化工作,智能通讯模块拥有语音、检测及数据传送功能,工作中通过智能化检测模块进行空气数据收集,精准快速的通过通讯技术及网络工具链接至手机APP反应,同时APP可以提供链接进行控制开关调制本治理装置,从而达到空气管理治理的高质量智能化模式,给用户带来全面安全的功能体验。
本发明公开的无死角式新风治理器,其相比现有技术而言的有益效果在于:首先,本发明通过空气循环,空气通过格子式360无死角电巢的电场,对空气进行治理,能有效消除PM2.5悬浮颗粒物,TVOC有机化合物,格子式电场的排列致密,使空调的空气流通面积大于传统产品;同时,该空气治理装置对空气中的有害物质通过物理的电场作用,分解有害物质后无残留,无污染,不需要定期更换,实用寿命可长达6-8年;其次,负离子风通过负离子发生器产生,通过高压、高频脉冲放电形成非对称等离子体电场,使空气中大量等离子体之间逐级撞击,产生“雪崩效应”式的一系列物理、化学反应,对有毒有害气体及活体病毒、细菌等进行快速降解,从而高效杀毒、灭菌、去异味、消烟、除尘,且无毒害物质产生。负离子能够主动出击、寻找空气中的污染颗粒物,并与其凝聚成团,主动将其沉降。仅从这一点来说,主动式的空气治理就有着比较明显的优越性。此外,治理装置系统隐藏,整体美观。整机内置于汽车空调空调格内部,连接线连接到汽车内部原有的保险丝盒,可以ACC取电器插座或通过点烟器插座连接,安全可靠,或者隐藏在独立式一体机里面及通过风机进行空气循环,对流经的空气进行治理,并通过风口释放负离子。再次,新风治理器 的主要构件全部装在治理装置内部,安装好后看不到新的装置,不改变汽车原有结构,整个系统可隐藏在车内,整体美观。最后,格子治理装置为两面通透没有阻挡,空气对流通畅没有阻力,风机工作能耗极低没有噪音,空气流通治理效果是普通过滤式净化器的三倍以上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种无死角式新风治理器,其特征在于,包括由入风侧向出风侧依次设置的放电电极(1)、绝缘隔板(2)和电巢(3),所述电巢(3)包括有多个呈波浪形的金属片(4),多个金属片(4)并排设置,且相邻两个金属片(4)的拐角处相互连接,以令两个金属片(4)之间形成多个四边形的格子(5),所述绝缘隔板(2)上开设有多个通孔(6),所述通孔(6)与所述格子(5)一一对齐,所述放电电极(1)上形成有多个支耳(7),所述支耳(7)向所述通孔(6)内延伸,所述放电电极(1)和电巢(3)均电性连接于一高压供电单元(8),所述高压供电单元(8)用于向放电电极(1)和电巢(3)提供电压,以令放电电极(1)和电巢(3)处形成高压电场,藉由该高压电场而清除空气中的污染粒子。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的无死角式新风治理器,其特征在于,还包括有一负离子发生器(9),所述负离子发生器(9)包括有一发射头(10),所述发射头(10)设于新风治理器的出风侧,所述负离子发生器(9)用于驱动发射头(10)发射负离子,以令新风治理器输出负离子风。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的无死角式新风治理器,其特征在于,还包括前过滤板(11)和后过滤板(12),所述前过滤板(11)设于新风治理器的入风侧,所述后过滤板(12)设于新风治理器的出风侧,所述前过滤板(11)和后过滤板(12)均呈网格状。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的无死角式新风治理器,其特征在于,所述后过滤板(12)的内侧贴合有HEPA过滤层。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的无死角式新风治理器,其特征在于,所述后过滤板(12)的边缘处设有围板(13),所述前过滤板(11)与围板(13)相连接,所述前过滤板(11)、围板(13)以及后过滤板(12)形成有一腔室,所述放电电 极(1)、绝缘隔板(2)和电巢(3)均设于所述腔室内。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的无死角式新风治理器,其特征在于,所述支耳(7)上形成有尖端部(14)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的无死角式新风治理器,其特征在于,所述尖端部(14)为齿形尖端部。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的无死角式新风治理器,其特征在于,所述高压供电单元(8)包括有依次电性连接的整流电路(80)、振荡电路(81)、升压电路(82)及高压放电电路(83)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的无死角式新风治理器,其特征在于,还包括有一直流电源(15),所述整流电路(80)和负离子发生器(9)分别电性连接于直流电源(15)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的无死角式新风治理器,其特征在于,还包括有依次连接的空气质量传感器(16)、通讯模块(17)及终端设备(18),所述通讯模块(17)还电性连接于直流电源(15),所述空气质量传感器(16)用于采集新风治理器出风侧的空气质量信号并通过通讯模块(17)而上传至终端设备(18),所述终端设备(18)用于通过通讯模块(17)向直流电源(15)发出控制指令,以控制直流电源(15)的输出电压的通断状态。
