发明内容
为了较好地解决现有流程不支持电子现金转账的问题,本发明提出了一种IC卡电子现金间转账的方法及系统,目的是希望持卡人在发生上述误操作时,或者是持卡人希望为自己的亲朋好友IC卡电子现金充值而不想专门去银行柜台时,可以采用以便更好地提高持卡人电子现金的使用效率和用户体验。

电子现金:其主要是指为方便持卡人及其附属卡持卡人小额消费而设计的一种基于借记/贷记应用上实现的小额支付应用,电子现金账户初始余额为人民币0元,最高余额不得超过1000元人民币(含),单笔脱机消费金额不得超过200元人民币(含)。电子现金账户余额上限或交易限额由甲方在遵循国家相关规定的前提下,可自行按产品设定。圈存:就是将消费者平时从银行户头中提领现金放在口袋里进行消费付款的方式,变成将消费者银行户头中的钱直接圈存(存入)IC晶片上,即电子钱包。

同时,设置模块400中还将提供一份“非指定账户圈存支持列表”以供后续预付模块300执行圈存操作时进行查询,该“非指定账户圈存支持列表”可定期从指定后台进行提取和更新。

预付模块300主要用于对转入卡执行圈存操作。由于电子现金交易可能会存在一定的清算期,在转出卡消费清算前,这笔金额或许无法立即到达转入卡。对此,可以通过设置模块400所设置的默认借记卡来完成对转入卡的预付款操作,该操作将采用非接圈存进行,并采用现有非指定账户圈存流程进行交易。在完成预付款圈存后,预付模块300还将此次圈存交易的交易明细进行留存以以备将来出现争端时可提供证据。
需要说明的是,在预付模块300执行非指定账户圈存时,会先根据转出卡电子现金账户信息判断该转出卡所属发卡行是否支持非指定账户圈存,判断依据为设置模块400中的“非指定账户圈存支持列表”。如不支持则该预付模块300即对该发卡行发起两笔交易,一笔为设置模块400中借记卡账户对该转出卡所属银行卡主账户发起的实时转账交易,一笔则为持卡人根据该转出卡电子现金账户所发起的指定账户圈存交易,最终间接地完成对该转入卡的非接圈存交易。待交易完成后,预付模块300还将在收到发卡行命令后,继续转发相应脚本命令至卡片中以便完成最后对电子现金余额的更新操作。
进一步的,在预付模块300进行圈存操作的过程中,如果由于出现圈存异常的情况导致圈存交易失败时,则取消本次圈存交易,只发生对转出卡所属银行卡主账户的实时转账交易。
另外,在处理模块100处理完某笔转账交易后,处理模块100还将额外生成本次转出转入交易的交易明细,该交易明细应包括转出卡电子现金账户号、转入卡电子现金账户号以及交易金额等,并可根据用户需求通过无线连接外部打印机对此次转账的交易明细进行打印。
根据图1所示的流程,该系统进行圈存时,各个模块的实现的功能如下:
设置模块400,用于设置转出卡转账额度、非指定账户圈存支持列表。
处理模块100,用于读取转出卡电子现金账户信息,校验现金余额是否大于或等于转账额度,如果小于转账额度,将转账额度更新为现金余额,如果大于或等于转账额度,不更改转账额度。
代扣模块200,用于对转出卡进行脱机消费,扣除转出卡消费金额,生成交易数据。
处理模块100,还用于读取转入卡信息,校验转入卡电子现金余额与转出卡消费金额之和是否小于或等于银行授权电子现金额度。
如果小于或等于银行授权电子现金额度,则由预付模块300将转入卡账户和圈存的金额组成交易报文;
如果大于银行授权电子现金额度,判定转账失败,转而进行对转入卡所属银行卡主账号的实时转账。
进一步的,预付模块300,还用于根据非指定账户圈存支持列表,判断转入卡是否支持非指定账户圈存。
如果支持非指定账户圈存,继续进行转入卡的非指定账户圈存交易,在圈存交易完成后生成圈存报文,并接收发卡行的脚本命令完成对电子现金的更新。
如果不支持非指定账户圈存,判定转账失败,转而进行对转入卡所属银行卡主账号的实时转账。
代扣模块200,还用于将交易数据发送至卡组织或发卡行进行清算。
图3为本发明一实施例的IC卡电子现金账户间转账的系统具体应用示意图,如图3所示,该系统包括:计算器1000、接收装置2000、发送装置3000和输入装置4000。其中,所述计算器1000用于读取转出卡电子现金账户信息。所述计算器1000还用于对转出卡进行脱机消费,扣除转出卡消费金额,生成交易数据。所述计算器1000还用于读取转入卡信息,校验转入卡电子现金余额与转出卡消费金额之和是否小于或等于银行授权电子现金额度;其中,如果小于或等于银行授权电子现金额度,则将转入卡账户和圈存的金额组成交易报文;如果大于银行授权电子现金额度,判定转账失败,转而进行对转入卡所属银行卡主账号的实时转账。所述接收装置2000用于进行转入卡的非指定账户圈存交易,在圈存交易完成后生成圈存报文,并接收发卡行的脚本命令完成对电子现金的更新;所述发送装置3000用于将交易数据发送至卡组织或发卡行进行清算。计算器1000可以为计算机、移动终端、现场可编程逻辑阵列(FPGA)、专用集成电路(ASIC)等;接收装置2000和发送装置3000可以为天线;输入装置4000可以为键盘、鼠标、绘图仪等。
当输入装置4000用于设置转出卡转账额度时,所述计算器1000还用于在读取转出卡电子现金账户信息后,校验现金余额是否大于或等于转账额度,其中,如果小于转账额度,将转账额度更新为所述现金余额,如果大于或等于转账额度,不更改转账额度。
当输入装置4000用于设置非指定账户圈存支持列表时,所述计算器1000还用于根据非指定账户圈存支持列表,判断转入卡是否支持非指定账户圈存,其中,如果支持非指定账户圈存,继续进行转入卡的非指定账户圈存交易;如果不支持非指定账户圈存,判定转账失败,转而进行对转入卡所属银行卡主账号的实时转账。
另外,系统还可以连接一个外部打印机,外部打印机用于对交易明细进行打印。
利用本发明提出的IC卡电子现金账户间转账的方法及系统,可以在不影响现有电子现金操作流程的情况下,增加电子现金账户间余额转账的应用场景。既不增加改造成本,也更好地提高电子现金的用户使用体验,进而也有效地解决了用户误充值、电子现金不支持转账、流动率不高等问题。并且通过提高电子现金的有效流转率,期望更进一步提高电子现金(如,闪付)的用户使用积极性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种IC卡电子现金账户间转账的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    步骤1,读取转出卡电子现金账户信息;
    步骤2,对转出卡进行脱机消费,扣除转出卡消费金额,生成交易数据;
    步骤3,读取转入卡信息,校验转入卡电子现金余额与转出卡消费金额之和是否小于或等于银行授权电子现金额度,如果小于或等于银行授权电子现金额度,继续执行步骤4;如果大于银行授权电子现金额度,判定转账失败,转而进行对转入卡所属银行卡主账号的实时转账;
    步骤4,将转入卡账户和圈存的金额组成交易报文;
    步骤5,进行转入卡的非指定账户圈存交易,在圈存交易完成后生成圈存报文,并接收发卡行的脚本命令完成对电子现金的更新;
    步骤6,将交易数据发送至卡组织或发卡行进行清算。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的IC卡电子现金账户间转账的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:设置转出卡转账额度;
    在执行步骤1时,还包括:校验现金余额是否大于或等于转账额度,如果小于转账额度,将转账额度更新为所述现金余额,如果大于或等于转账额度,不更改转账额度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的IC卡电子现金账户间转账的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:设置非指定账户圈存支持列表;
    在执行完步骤4之后,还包括:根据非指定账户圈存支持列表,判断转入卡是否支持非指定账户圈存,如果支持非指定账户圈存,继续执行步骤5;如果不支持非指定账户圈存,判定转账失败,转而进行对转入卡所属银行卡主账号的实时转账。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的IC卡电子现金账户间转账的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:通过连接外部打印机,对交易明细进行打印。
  5. 一种IC卡电子现金账户间转账的系统,其特征在于,该系统包括:计算器、接收装置和发送装置,其中,
    所述计算器用于读取转出卡电子现金账户信息;
    所述计算器还用于对转出卡进行脱机消费,扣除转出卡消费金额,生成交易数据;
    所述计算器还用于读取转入卡信息,校验转入卡电子现金余额与转出卡消费金额之和是否小于或等于银行授权电子现金额度;其中,如果小于或等于银行授权电子现金额度,则将转入卡账户和圈存的金额组成交易报文;如果大于银行授权电子现金额度,判定转账失败,转而进行对转入卡所属银行卡主账号的实时转账;
    所述接收装置用于进行转入卡的非指定账户圈存交易,在圈存交易完成后生成圈存报文,并接收发卡行的脚本命令完成对电子现金的更新;
    所述发送装置用于将交易数据发送至卡组织或发卡行进行清算。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的IC卡电子现金账户间转账的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    输入装置,用于设置转出卡转账额度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的IC卡电子现金账户间转账的系统,其特征在于,所述计算器还用于在读取转出卡电子现金账户信息后,校验现金余额是否大于或等于转账额度,其中,如果小于转账额度,将转账额度更新为所述现金余额,如果大于或等于转账额度,不更改转账额度。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的IC卡电子现金账户间转账的系统,其特征在于,所述输入装置还用于设置非指定账户圈存支持列表。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的IC卡电子现金账户间转账的系统,其特征在于,所述计算器还用于根据非指定账户圈存支持列表,判断转入卡是否支持非指定账户圈存,其中,如果支持非指定账户圈存,继续进行转入卡的非指定账户圈存交易;如果不支持非指定账户圈存,判定转账失败,转而进行对转入卡所属银行卡主账号的实时转账。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的IC卡电子现金账户间转账的系统,其特征在于,所述系统连接一外部打印机,用于对交易明细进行打印。
