平板灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明灯具,尤其是一种超薄的平板灯。
背景技术
平板灯使用led作为发光源,具有高效节能的特点。但是目前的平板灯设计普遍未突出led作为光源体积小的特点,灯具的体积和安装要求与传统灯具差别不大,需要在安装面上挖孔,导致了使用环境受限,客户使用不便。
技术问题
现有平板灯体积较大,生产成本较高,使用环境受到限制,不易安装。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于克服现有led灯具设计的不足,提供一种超薄、生产成本低、安装方便、美观的平板灯。
本发明的技术方案为:一种平板灯,该平板灯包括出光面和底座,出光面是由面板和背板、包边条组成的夹层壳体,在光面板内部的装有导光板、光扩散层、反光层、led光源;底座是由面板和背板、封边块组成的壳体,在底座内部的装有电源开关、电源线; led光源设在导光板的侧面,背板、反光层、导光板、光扩散层、面板依次叠加。
电源线由面板、背板、封边块组成的空间中穿出灯体及连接led光源。
电源开关是遥控、触摸灯无突出部的开关,或者是有突出面板部位的开关。
面板与导光板重叠部分为透光体。
背板开有散热孔。
背板与封边块形成的空腔部位开有气孔。
反光层选用反光板或者反光膜又或反光涂料。
光扩散层选用光扩散膜或者光扩散板。
有益效果
本发明的优点在于:整个平板灯外观超薄平整,在平面方向上没有凸起,可以与墙壁等平面完全贴合,使用双面胶可以直接粘合在墙壁等平面上。结构上使用胶黏剂 通过包边条和封边块固定壳体,外观上没有螺丝,使得外形更美观简洁。电源线从封边块的出线口引出,可以使电源开关线出线方向和平板灯在同一平面上。使用上述结构,使得led光源超薄的特点在平板灯上得以体现。

  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的平板灯,其特征在于:面板(1)与导光板(3)重叠部分为透光体。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的平板灯,其特征在于:背板(2)开有散热孔。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的平板灯,其特征在于:背板(2)与封边块(8)形成的空腔部位开有气孔 。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的平板灯,其特征在于:反光层(5)选用反光板或者反光膜 又或反光涂料。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的平板灯,其特征在于:光扩散层(4)选用光扩散膜或者光扩散板。
