Abstract

一种具广角漫射效果的灯具及其光罩,包含一灯壳、一发光模块及一光罩。该灯壳的一端设有一组装部,另一端设有一电连接部;该发光模块结合于该灯壳的组装部;该光罩包覆该发光模块,该光罩包含一中央部位及一周边部位,该中央部位与该发光模块相对,该周边部位围绕该中央部位;其中该中央部位设有一漫射反射部,该周边部位为一漫射透光部。借此,使该发光模块所产生的灯光可以投射至更多不同的角度方向,以有效增加照明范围。

Description

具广角漫射效果的灯具及其光罩
技术领域
本实用新型关于一种具广角漫射效果的灯具及其光罩,尤其是一种利用具有漫射反射层的光罩,以产生广角漫射效果的灯具。
背景技术
现有灯具结构如中国台湾公告第218249号《电气反射灯》新型专利案,请配合参照图1所示,该现有灯具8具有一反射体81,该反射体81内部设置一光源82,且该反射体81一端设有一光罩83(玻璃制成的盖子);借此,该光源82所产生的灯光可经由该光罩83投射至外界。
然而,现有灯具8的光罩83在供灯光投射至外界的过程中,无法使灯光产生如扩散或反射等效果,因此,该光源82所产生的灯光大致仅可投射至该光罩83的前方(以图1所示的箭头方向为主),而不易投射至其他不同方向,导致该现有灯具8的照明范围有限,无法提升照明效果。
又,如中国台湾新型M372443号《LED照明装置》专利案及中国台湾新型M394415号《改良的LED照明装置》等专利案,揭示有利用″白反射片″的反射功能,以增加LED元件的发光效率的技术特征。
然而,前述具有“白反射片”的各种现有灯具,仅在LED元件朝向白反射片的反射面投射的过程中,利用光源反射原理,令原先为点状且直接的光源产生较为柔和的光源;只是仍无法使LED元件所产生的灯光产生广角漫射的投射效果,也即无法投射至更多其他不同的角度方向,故仍有加以改善的必要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要目的提供一种具广角漫射效果的灯具,使该灯具所产生的灯光可以投射至更多不同的角度方向,以有效增加照明范围。
本实用新型次一目的提供一种具广角漫射效果的灯具的光罩,使经由该光罩所投射的灯光可以产生广角漫射的投射效果。
根据本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具,至少包含一灯壳、一发光模块及一光罩。该灯壳的一端设有一组装部,另一端设有一电连接部;该发光模块结合于该灯壳的组装部;该光罩包覆该发光模块,该光罩包含一中央部位及一周边部位,该中央部位与该发光模块相对,该周边部位围绕该中央部位;其中该中央部位设有一漫射反射部,该周边部位为一漫射透光部。
所述漫射反射部的表面积为该光罩的表面积的5%~50%。
所述灯具另包含一风扇模块,该风扇模块经由该灯壳的组装部结合于该灯壳的内部,该发光模块及该光罩结合该风扇模块。
所述灯壳邻近该组装部的内侧周壁为一导风壁,该风扇模块与该灯壳的导风壁之间形成风道。
所述风扇模块包含一散热器及一散热风扇,该散热风扇结合该散热器,该发光模块及该光罩结合于该散热器。
所述漫射反射部为一白光漫射的反射片、涂层或薄膜,该白光漫射的反射片、涂层或薄膜结合于该光罩的中央部位的外侧表面或内侧表面。
所述发光模块设置一辅助漫射反射部,该漫射反射部朝向该光罩的中央部位。
本实用新型有益效果在于:借助上述结构,使该发光模块所产生的灯光可以投射至更多不同的角度方向,以有效增加照明范围。

为让本实用新型的上述及其他目的、特征及优点能更明显易懂,下文特举本实用新型的较佳实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下:
请参照图2及3a所示,本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具至少包含一灯壳1、一发光模块2及一光罩3。该灯壳1用以供该发光模块2结合,使该发光模块2容置于该灯壳1内部;该光罩3结合于该灯壳1的一端,以供该发光模块2经由该光罩3投射灯光至外界。
该灯壳1为一中空壳体,该灯壳1的一端设有一组装部11,另一端设有一电连接部12。其中该组装部11可以为连通该灯壳1内部的一开口,以供该发光模块2可经由该组装部11顺利组装于该灯壳1内部;该电连接部12为各种能够电连接外部电源的结构设计,以作为本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具的主要电力来源。
该发光模块2结合于该灯壳1的组装部11,并电连接至该灯壳1的电连接部12,该发光模块2固定于该灯壳1内部的方式,可采用如锁固、卡扣、粘合或焊接等方式。本实施例中,该发光模块2间接通过一风扇模块4锁固于该灯壳1内部,且该发光模块2包含数个发光元件21及一控制基板22;该发光元件21可为发光二极管(LED)、灯泡或其他具有相同发光功能的构件;该控制基板22用以电连接该发光元件21及该灯壳1的电连接部12,以便控制该发光元件21产生灯光;其中该发光元件21较佳为发光二极管,以达到提升使用寿命及省电的效果。
该光罩3结合于该灯壳1的组装部11,用以包覆该发光模块2,该光罩3固定于该灯壳1内部的方式,也可采用如锁固、卡扣、粘合或焊接等方式;本实施例中,该光罩3同样间接通过该风扇模块4与该灯壳1相互结合。其中该光罩3包含一中央部位3a及一周边部位3b,该中央部位3a与该发光模块2相对,该周边部位3b围绕该中央部位3a。又,该中央部位3a设有一漫射反射部31(diffusing reflector film),该漫射反射部31指各种可以令光线反射且产生漫射效果的结构设计,例如:该漫射反射部31为一白光漫射的反射片、涂层或薄膜,该白光漫射的反射片、涂层或薄膜可结合于该光罩3的中央部位3a的外侧表面或内侧表面,如图3b所示,当该白光漫射的反射片、涂层或薄膜选择设置于该中央部位3a的外侧表面时,较不占据该光罩3内部的空间,或者,如图3a所示,当该白光漫射的反射片、涂层或薄膜选择设置于该中央部位3a的内侧表面时,可利用该光罩3保护该白光漫射的反射片、涂层或薄膜,以避免沾染灰尘或异物而影响反射效果;该周边部位3b则为一漫射透光部32,该漫射透光部32指可以令光线透射至外界的结构设计。
本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具较佳另包含该风扇模块4,该发光模块2结合该风扇模块4,以便利用该风扇模块4降低该发光模块2实际运作时的温度,达到更佳的散热效果。更详言之,该风扇模块4经由该灯壳1的组装部11结合于该灯壳1的内部;借此,该灯壳1邻近该组装部11的内侧周壁为一导风壁13,使该风扇模块4与该灯壳1的导风壁13之间形成风道5,该风道5可作为进风或出风功能;其中该风扇模块4与该灯壳1的结合方式可采用如螺接、卡固、胶粘或焊接等;如图2所示的实施例中,该风扇模块4利用螺丝锁固于该灯壳1内部的固定柱。
本实施例中,该风扇模块4包含一散热器41及一散热风扇42。该散热器41由可导热的材质所制成;该散热风扇42结合该散热器41,该散热风扇42可选择为轴流式风扇或离心式风扇,较佳选自一轴流式风扇;借此,该散热风扇42能够搭配该散热器41提供该发光模块2预定的散热效果。又,基于上述该风扇模块4与该灯壳1的导风壁13之间形成风道5的技术概念,该风扇模块4可选择利用该散热器41或散热风扇42的外周表面与该导风壁13之间形成该风道5。再者,如图3a及3b所示的实施例中,该发光模块2及该光罩3结合于该散热器41,由于该风扇模块4锁固于该灯壳1内部且位于该组装部11,因此,该发光模块2及该光罩3能够间接通过该散热器41而结合于该灯壳1的组装部11。
请参照图4所示,本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具实际使用时,可装设于如墙壁、天花板或其他欲进行照明等地点;举例而言,可将该具广角漫射效果的灯具的灯壳1埋入于装潢隔层的天花板6上方,仅保留该灯壳1的组装部11及该发光模块2及光罩3裸露于天花板6表面,而该风道5也可相对裸露于该天花板6表面,当该风扇模块4的散热风扇42运转时,即利用该风道5导入或导出气流,用以驱散该发光模块2所产生的热能。又,该灯壳1的电连接部12则可与一般供电统电连接,以提供电源至该发光模块2,令该发光模块2可通电后投射灯光。
再请参照图4所示,借助前揭的结构特征,本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具的主要特点在于:利用该漫射反射部31与该发光模块2相对的结构设计,当该发光模块2通电后投射灯光时,该灯光事先投射至该漫射反射部31,借助该漫射反射部31具有令光线反射且产生漫射效果的特性,再配合该漫射透光部32围绕该漫射反射部31的结构设计,该灯光可进一步通过该漫射反射部31产生反射,并经由该漫射透光部32扩散且漫射至外界空间;借此,该灯壳1与该光罩3接邻部位也具有灯光投射效果,使本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具所产生的灯光可以投射至更多现有灯具所无法投射的角度及方向,故可有效增加灯光的照明范围。
借助上述本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具的结构设计概念,虽然该发光模块2所产生的灯光无法经由该漫射反射部31投射至外界,但是由于该漫射反射部31位于该光罩3的中央部位3a,故该光罩3仅少数部位无法透光,反而借助该漫射反射部31所提供的令光线反射且产生漫射效果的特性,而能有效令灯光往更多不同角度方向进行投射,故相对仍可提升其灯光投射效果;因此,本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具的漫射反射部31的表面积较佳为该光罩3的表面积的5%~50%。
再者,如图5所示,本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具也可于该发光模块2设置一辅助漫射反射部31’,该漫射反射部31’朝向该光罩3的中央部位3a;借此,该发光模块2所产生的灯光可经由该漫射反射部31反射至该辅助漫射反射部31’,再利用该辅助漫射反射部31’令光线反射且产生漫射效果,用以更进一步增加灯光的投射角度及方向。
综上所述,本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具可利用该漫射反射部31与该发光模块2相对,以及配合该漫射透光部32围绕该漫射反射部31的结构设计,使该发光模块2所产生的灯光可以投射至更多不同的角度方向,以有效增加照明范围,进而达到提升照明效果的功效。
又,本实用新型具广角漫射效果的灯具的光罩3同时具有位在该中央部位3a的漫射反射部31,以及位在该周边部位3b的漫射透光部32,借此,使经由该光罩3所投射的灯光可以产生广角漫射的投射效果等功效。

Claims (12)

1.一种具广角漫射效果的灯具,其特征在于,其包含:
一个灯壳,该灯壳的一端设有一个组装部,另一端设有一个电连接部;
一个发光模块,结合于该灯壳的组装部;及
一个光罩,包覆该发光模块,该光罩包含一个中央部位及一个周边部位,该中央部位与该发光模块相对,该周边部位围绕该中央部位;
其中该中央部位设有一个漫射反射部,该周边部位为漫射透光部。
2.如权利要求1所述的具广角漫射效果的灯具,其特征在于,该漫射反射部的表面积为该光罩的表面积的5%~50%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的具广角漫射效果的灯具,其特征在于,另包含一个风扇模块,该风扇模块借助该灯壳的组装部结合于该灯壳的内部,该发光模块及该光罩结合于该风扇模块。
4.如权利要求3所述的具广角漫射效果的灯具,其特征在于,该灯壳邻近该组装部的内侧周壁为导风壁,该风扇模块与该灯壳的导风壁之间形成风道。
5.如权利要求3所述的具广角漫射效果的灯具,其特征在于,该风扇模块包含一个散热器及一个散热风扇,该散热风扇结合该散热器,该发光模块及该光罩结合于该散热器。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的具广角漫射效果的灯具,其特征在于,该漫射反射部为白光漫射的反射片、涂层或薄膜,该白光漫射的反射片、涂层或薄膜结合于该光罩的中央部位的外侧表面。
