膨胀螺栓,是将管路支、吊、托架或设备固定在墙上、楼板上、柱上所用的一种特殊螺纹连接件。
膨胀螺丝之固定原理:膨胀螺丝之固定乃是利用挈形斜度来促使膨胀产生摩擦握裹力,达到固定效果。螺钉一头是螺纹,一头有椎度。外面包一钢皮,铁皮圆筒一半有若干切口,把它们一起塞进墙上打好的洞里,然后锁螺母,螺母把螺钉往外拉,将椎度拉入钢皮圆筒,钢皮圆筒被涨开,于是紧紧固定在墙上,一般用于防护栏、雨蓬、空调等在水泥、砖等材料上的紧固。但它的固定并不十分可靠,如果载荷有较大震动,可能发生松脱,因此不推荐用于安装吊扇等。
膨胀螺栓的原理是把膨胀螺栓打到地面或墙面上的孔中后,用扳手拧紧膨胀螺栓上的螺母,螺栓往外走,而外面的金属套却不动,于是,螺栓底下的大头就把金属套涨开,使其涨满整个孔,此时,膨胀螺栓就抽不出来了。
但是,现有的膨胀螺栓在使用后不能进行拆卸下来,不能进行二次利用,并且在较为坚固的结构中,如空心砖或铁器内部不能膨胀固定。

在支撑板4相抵的端部之间设置一个弹簧3,通过弹簧3能够将支撑板4远离螺纹顶杆6的一端分开,进而使支撑板4靠近螺纹顶杆6的一端接触,使支撑板4能够复位进膨胀槽内。
在使用的时候,先是通过螺纹顶杆6将支撑板4的一端撑开后,另一端会将弹簧3压缩;当螺纹顶杆6从支撑板4之间收回后,支撑板4在弹簧3的作用下,靠近螺纹顶杆6的一端收回进膨胀槽,实现支撑板4的收回。
通过弹簧3的设置,能够实现支撑板4的自动收回,便于膨胀栓重复利用时的操作。
优选的实施方式为,所述支撑板4通过螺丝2与所述螺纹套管5连接;
所述弹簧3套设在所述螺丝2上。
通过在支撑板4上设置通孔,将螺丝2与螺纹套管5进行螺纹连接后,进入到支撑板4的通孔上,进而通过通孔与螺丝2的配合来限定支撑板4的移动轨迹。
同时,将弹簧3套设在螺丝2上,通过螺丝2的限定,能够保证弹簧3不会从两块支撑板4之间脱落,进而保证了支撑板4的复位功能。
需要指出的是,通孔的直径需要大于螺丝2的直径,进而保证支撑板4能够在螺丝2上进行上下滑动。
需要指出的是,在本实施例中的螺丝2的另一端可以是没有进行固定的,也可以是使用十字螺丝进行固定的,但其不仅仅局限于使用十字螺丝进行固定,其也可以是使用一字的,或者是其他类型的,其只要能够方便的将螺丝2进行固定即可。
优选的实施方式为,所述弹簧为扭簧3或压簧。
扭簧3即扭转弹簧,为所有弹簧类别中设计原理较为复杂的一种,型式的变化亦相当活泼,故设计时所涉及的理论也最为繁琐。
扭簧3的各圈或是紧密围绕或是分开围绕,能适任扭转负荷。弹簧之末端可绕成钩状或直扭转臂。
扭转弹簧属于螺旋弹簧。扭转弹簧的端部被固定到其他组件,当其他组件绕着弹簧中心旋转时,该弹簧将它们拉回初始位置,产生扭矩或旋转力。扭转弹簧可以存储和释放角能量或者通过绕簧体中轴旋转力臂以静态固定某一装置。这类弹簧通常是密身的,但是,簧圈之间有节距以减少摩擦。它们对旋转或旋转外力产生阻力。根据应用要求,设计扭转弹簧的旋向(顺时针或逆时针),从而确定弹簧的旋向。
弹簧设置为扭簧3,能够极方便的实现与两块支撑板4的连接,能够方便的给支撑板4传递动力。
弹簧还可以是设置为压簧,压簧起到让两个支撑板分离收缩达到循环使用的作用。
优选的实施方式为,所述螺纹套管5远离所述支撑板4的一端设置有紧固螺母9。
通过螺纹顶杆6撑开支撑板4后,再拧动紧固螺母9,通过紧固螺母9将螺纹套管5的位置进行固定,保证螺纹套管5的位置稳定性,进而保证了支撑板4的稳定性。
这样的设置,能够通过紧固螺母9来保证膨胀栓的稳定性,同时还能保证固定的强度。
优选的实施方式为,所述紧固螺母9与所述螺纹套管5之间设置有垫片8。
垫片8是用纸、橡皮片或铜片制成,放在两平面之间以加强密封的材料,为防止流体泄漏设置在静密封面之间的密封元件。
垫片8是两个物体之间的机械密封,通常用以防止两个物体之间受到压力、腐蚀、和管路自然地热胀冷缩泄漏。由于机械加工表面不可能完美,使用垫片8即可填补不规则性。垫片8通常由片状材料制成,如垫纸,橡胶,硅橡胶,金属,软木,毛毡,氯丁橡胶,丁腈橡胶,玻璃纤维或塑料聚合物(如聚四氟乙烯)。特定应用的垫片8可能含有石棉。
垫圈是薄板(通常圆型)的一个漏洞(通常在中间)通常是用于分配的负荷线程紧固件。其他用途是作为间隔,弹簧(贝尔维尔垫片8,波垫片8),耐磨垫,预显示装置,锁装置。橡胶垫圈也用在水龙头(阀门)以切断流动的液体或气体。橡胶或硅垫片8也可使用,以减少风扇的振动。通常垫片8外径是内径的两倍左右。
优选的实施方式为,所述紧固螺母9与所述螺纹套管5之间设置有平垫7。
弹簧垫圈在一般机械产品的承力和非承力结构中应用广泛,其特点是成本低廉、安装方便,适用于装拆频繁的部位。
弹簧垫圈装置在螺母下面用来防止螺母松动。
通过垫片8和平垫7的设置,能够保证紧固螺母9不会对弹簧造成损坏,也进一步保证了外界的杂物不会进入到螺纹套管5和螺纹顶杆6之间,进而保证了本发明V型万能膨胀栓的重复利用的性能。
普通平垫能够将弹簧垫起后,起到牢固和美观的作用。普通螺丝母墙外被固定物体牢固的作用。
优选的实施方式为,所述螺纹顶杆6设置有所述支撑板4的一端的顶部设置有丝堵1。
丝堵1用于管道的末端,防止管道的泄露,起到密封的作用。能够使膨胀螺丝插进墙体时,不让灰尘进入套管,影响弹簧的活动空间及整体效果。
丝堵1一般均具有:耐化学性,其不易被污水废水所腐蚀,不因土壤腐烂物质而腐蚀;耐寒性,管材在零下60℃超低温环境中不存在冻裂及膨胀漏水现象;健康环保,一般采用塑料或金属铁制成。不腐蚀、不结垢、不滋生细菌、牢固、不渗漏。
在本实施例中设置丝堵1,能够有效的防止被固定物如铁器、空心砖等内部的杂物进入到本发明的V型万能膨胀栓内,对支撑板4与螺纹顶杆6的连接造成破坏。进而能够有效的保证了V型万能膨胀栓的使用寿命。
优选的实施方式为,所述螺纹顶杆6远离所述支撑板4的一端设置有固定部10。
通过固定部10能够方便的把握住螺纹顶杆6,进而便于手持。
在本实施例中,固定部10为与螺纹顶杆6一体设置的横杆。
需要指出的是,固定部10的结构可以是如图1所示的结构,但其不仅仅局限于这样的结构,其还可以是在螺纹顶杆6的一端设置的固定环等,也就是说,去只要能够便于对螺纹顶杆6的手持即可。
优选的实施方式为,所述螺纹顶杆6与所述螺纹套管5的材质均为不锈钢。
使用不锈钢作为本发明中各部件的材质,能够保证其不会在使用的过程中被腐蚀,进而保证了其使用寿命,也进一步的保证了其能够进行多次的重复利用。
从上可以看出,本发明提供的V型万能膨胀栓,在使用时,拆卸示非常方便。
空心砖与铁容器类则可以松开螺丝钉至内部弹簧给力恢复即可拿出,再次使用,使用寿命长,环保,避免全弃,牢固。
在膨胀管关闭状态下,结构墙壁泡沫砖、空心砖与不能操作的铁容器内部需固定,等多种条件下,均可轻松装卸,循环、多次使用效果不减。
泡沫砖打与之配套的孔即可关闭状态打入轻松给力如同手臂紧紧抓牢内部,越给力越牢固。
空心砖或者铁器内部需固定又不方便进去,状态下均可按此方法使用。
本发明提供的V型万能膨胀栓,通过螺纹顶杆6与支撑板4的配合,在使用的时候,将螺纹顶杆6伸入到需要膨胀固定的位置,转动螺纹顶杆6将支撑板顶4起撑开,使支撑板4从膨胀槽内伸出,进而实现膨胀固定;在不使用的时候,拧动螺纹顶杆6,支撑板收4回进膨胀槽内,进而可以将螺纹顶杆6抽出后进行重复利用。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种V型万能膨胀栓,其特征在于,包括螺纹顶杆、螺纹套管和支撑板;
    所述螺纹套管相对的两侧设置有膨胀槽;
    两块所述支撑板设置在所述膨胀槽内;
    所述支撑板的一端设置为尖端;
    所述螺纹套管与所述螺纹顶杆螺纹连接;
    所述螺纹顶杆的一端与所述支撑板的尖端相抵,能够在所述螺纹顶杆的作用下,使两块所述支撑板分离且从所述膨胀槽内伸出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的V型万能膨胀栓,其特征在于,所述支撑板的另一端相抵;
    所述支撑板的另一端之间设置有弹簧;
    所述弹簧的两端分别与两块所述支撑板的另一端相抵,能够在所述螺纹顶杆从两块所述支撑板之间退出后,将两块所述支撑板复位进所述膨胀槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的V型万能膨胀栓,其特征在于,所述支撑板通过螺丝与所述螺纹套管连接;
    所述弹簧套设在所述螺丝上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的V型万能膨胀栓,其特征在于,所述弹簧为扭簧或压簧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的V型万能膨胀栓,其特征在于,所述螺纹套管远离所述支撑板的一端设置有紧固螺母。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的V型万能膨胀栓,其特征在于,所述紧固螺母与所述螺纹套管之间设置有垫片。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的V型万能膨胀栓,其特征在于,所述紧固螺母与所述螺纹套管之间设置有平垫。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的V型万能膨胀栓,其特征在于,所述螺纹顶杆设置有所述支撑板的一端的顶部设置有丝堵。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的V型万能膨胀栓,其特征在于,所述螺纹顶杆远离所述支撑板的一端设置有固定部。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的V型万能膨胀栓,其特征在于,所述螺纹顶杆与所述螺纹套管的材质均为不锈钢。
