在本发明的一些实施例中,转接口122和滤芯接口123可以分别包括多个,每个转接口122可分别与对应的滤芯接口123导通。如图1-图3所示,多个转接口122可设在本体的一侧且沿同一方向延伸并成行设置,多个滤芯接口123设在本体的另一侧沿同一方向延伸并成行设置,以方便与水路板2和滤芯3相连通。具体地,每个转接口122分别与净水机100的水路板2的对应的水路外接口21相连通,每个滤芯接口123可分别与对应的滤芯3的接口相连通。
可选地,本体内可限定有多个间隔开布置的水路通道121,每个转接口122分别通过对应的水路通道121与滤芯接口123导通。由此,水路板2和滤芯3中的水可通过转接口122和滤芯接口123在多个水路通道121之间流动,多个个水路通道121内的水彼此间隔开且互不干扰。例如,多个水路通道121可以包括原水水路通道和净水水路通道,原水从原水水路通道流向滤芯3,经过滤芯3过滤后的净水从净水水路通道流向水路板2。
在本发明的一些具体示例中,如图3所示,本体可以包括转接上板11和转接下板12,转接下板12内限定有多个间隔开布置且上端敞开的腔室,多个转接口122和滤芯接口123分别设在转接下板12上且分别与对应的腔室导通。这样,水通过转接口122和滤芯接口123可在多个腔室内流通且多个腔室内的水互不干扰.由此,通过多个间隔开设置的腔室可将将滤芯3过滤后和过滤前的水间隔开,从而可避免过滤后和过滤前的水混合。
转接上板11设在转接下板12的上方并封闭转接下板12的腔室以形成多个水路通道121。由此,转接上板11和转接下板12共同限定出多个水路通道121,滤芯3过滤后和过滤前的水在不同的水路通道121内流动。可选地,转接上板11可焊接在转接下板12上。例如,转接上板11和转接下板12可以采用热熔焊接、超声焊接或红外线焊接等焊接工艺连接。
可选地,转接口122和滤芯接口123可分别位于转接板的相对两侧且分别至少为两个。具体地,多个水路通道121设在对应的转接口122和滤芯接口123之间,转接口122和滤芯接口123分别位于转接板的相对两侧,从而方便水路通道121连通转接口122和滤芯接口123。转接口122和滤芯接口123至少包括两个,水路通道121包括至少两个,这样,从而可实现滤芯3过滤后和过滤前的水在水路转接板1内间隔开流动。
对于转接口122和滤芯接口123的个数可根据适配的滤芯3进行设定,例如,转接口122可以包括原水转接口和净水转接口,滤芯接口123可以包括原水滤芯接口和净水滤芯接口。这样,原水通过原水转接口、原水滤芯接口流向滤芯3,经过滤芯3过滤后的净水从净水滤芯接口、净水转接口流向水路板2,由此,水路转接板1可适于与具有两个接口的滤芯3相连,例如,水路转接板1可与活性炭滤芯和超滤滤芯相连。
进一步地,转接口122和滤芯接口123可分别为三个,此时,转接板适于与具有三个接口的滤芯3相连。例如,转接板可与反渗透滤芯3相连,转接口122可包括原水转接口、净水转接口和浓缩水转接口,滤芯接口123可以包括原水滤芯接口、净水滤芯接口、浓缩水滤芯接口,水路通道121可以包括原水水路通道、净水水路通道和浓缩水水路通道,由此,原水从原水水路通道流向滤芯3,滤芯3过滤后的净水从净水水路通道1流向水路板2,滤芯3过滤后的浓缩水从浓缩水水路通道流向水路板2。
本发明还提出了一种净水机100,根据本发明实施例的净水机100包括上述根据本发明实施例的净水机的水路转接板1。
如图4和图5所示,根据本发明实施例的净水机100可以包括水路板2、水路转接板1和滤芯3,其中,水路转接板1为上述发明实施例的净水机的水路转接板1。
具体地,水路板2上可设有水路外接口21,水路转接板1可与水路板2相连且转接口122与水路板2上的水路外接口21连通,滤芯3可拆卸地设在水路板2或水路转接板1上。
如图4所示,水路板2通过水路外接口21可适于与固定尺寸的滤芯3相连。在更换不同尺寸滤芯3时,滤芯3可通过水路转接板1与水路板2相连。水路转接板1可以为多种,多种水路转接板1适于与水路板2相连接且适于与不同尺寸的滤芯3相连。由此,不同尺寸、不同通量的滤芯3通过水路转接板1可与水路板2相连接,不仅方便净水机100的迭代升级,而且可减少滤芯3和水路板2的连接水路,提高净水机100的安装效率,降低滤芯3和水路板2连通的漏水风险。
根据本发明实施例的净水机100,通过水路转接板1可实现不同尺寸、不同通量的滤芯3与水路板2的连接,不仅方便方便净水机100的迭代升级,而且可减少滤芯3和水路板2的连接水路,提高净水机100的安装效率,降低滤芯3和水路板2连通的漏水风险。
在本发明的一些实施例中,滤芯3可为多个,多个滤芯3分别可拆卸地设在水路板2或水路转接板1上,从而方便滤芯3的安装和更换。其中,多个滤芯3可以包括多级滤芯3,从而可提高净水机100的净水效果,多个滤芯3中适于与水路板2相连的可直接安装在水路板2上,其中不适于水路板2直接相连的滤芯3可通过水路转接板1与水路板2相导通。
在本发明的一些实施例中,净水机的水路转接板1可拆卸地设在水路板2上。从而方便水路转接板1与水路板2的连接且方便水路转接板1的更换。例如,水路转接板1可以通过螺钉或卡扣固定在水路板2上。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下 方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种净水机的水路转接板,所述水路转接板适于安装在所述净水机的水路板上,其特征在于,所述水路转接板包括:
    本体,所述本体适于安装在所述水路板上,所述本体上设有转接口和滤芯接口,所述转接口与所述滤芯接口导通,所述转接口适于与所述水路板上的水路外接口连通,所述滤芯接口适于与所述净水机的滤芯连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的净水机的水路转接板,其特征在于,所述转接口和所述滤芯接口分别包括多个,每个所述转接口分别与对应的所述滤芯接口导通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的净水机的水路转接板,其特征在于,所述本体内限定有多个间隔开布置的水路通道,每个所述转接口分别通过对应的所述水路通道与所述滤芯接口导通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的净水机的水路转接板,其特征在于,所述本体包括:
    转接下板,所述转接下板内限定有多个间隔开布置且上端敞开的腔室,多个所述转接口和所述滤芯接口分别设在所述转接下板上且分别与对应的所述腔室导通;
    转接上板,所述转接上板设在所述转接下板的上方并封闭所述转接下板的所述腔室以形成多个所述水路通道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的净水机的水路转接板,其特征在于,所述转接上板焊接在所述转接下板上。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的净水机的水路转接板,其特征在于,所述转接口和所述滤芯接口分别位于所述转接板的相对两侧且分别至少为两个。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的净水机的水路转接板,其特征在于,所述转接口和所述滤芯接口分别为三个。
  8. 一种净水机,其特征在于,包括:
    水路板,所述水路板上设有水路外接口;
    根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的水路转接板,所述水路转接板与所述水路板相连且所述转接口与所述水路板上的水路外接口连通;
    滤芯,所述滤芯可拆卸地设在所述水路板或水路转接板上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的净水机,其特征在于,所述滤芯为多个,多个所述滤芯分别可拆卸地设在所述水路板或水路转接板上。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的净水机,其特征在于,所述水路转接板可拆卸地设在所述水路板上。
