本申请要求于2016年3月25日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610184737.2、发明名称为“电梯控制方法、电梯控制装置和终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及终端技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种电梯控制方法、一种电梯控制装置和一种终端。
目前,随着居住环境以及工作环境的改善,电梯已经成为人们在生活中必不可少的一部分,然而无论何时乘坐电梯,人们都希望只有具有权限的业主才能使用电梯,并禁止陌生人员使用电梯,以提高小区或办公楼的安全性,因此在电梯上安装一套电梯控制系统去控制电梯,越来越受到业主以及物业人员的青睐。
在电梯上安装了电梯控制系统后,任何人员按电梯面板上的按键时无法操控电梯,只有在用户刷卡或进行其他类型的信息验证后,电梯控制系统判断用户具有合法权限后,才能执行用户的控制命令,从而保证只有业主才能正常使用电梯,外来陌生人员无法使用电梯,以此来提高小区的安全性。
然而,在电梯上安装电梯控制系统后,虽然可以防止外来人员使用电梯,但是业主回家时,若忘记带卡,也无法使用电梯,并且,如果具有临时访客,临时访客同样也无法操控电梯,这种情况下,业主只好打电话通知物业人员,让他在电脑上进行远程操作,或业主亲自下楼引导临时访客上楼,这些都为业主的生活增加了诸多不便。
因此,如何更加灵活有效地对电梯控制系统进行控制,成为亟待解决的技术问题。
本发明正是基于上述问题,提出了一种新的技术方案,可以更加灵活有效地对电梯控制系统进行控制,以提升电梯操控的便利性。
有鉴于此,本发明的一方面提出了一种电梯控制方法,包括:根据接收到的模式选择命令,在终端的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式;在所述目标电梯控制模式下,向电梯控制系统发送控制信息,以供所述电梯控制系统根据所述控制信息对所述终端进行鉴权。
在该技术方案中,终端中可以设置有多种电梯控制模式,不同的电梯控制模式具有不同的对电梯控制系统的控制权限,终端可以根据其他终端发出的模式选择命令或根据用户在本终端发出的模式选择命令,选择所需的模式,并在该模式下对电梯控制系统进行控制,以便在电梯控制系统鉴权后实现对电梯的控制。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,控制信息发送单元204具体设置为:向所述电梯控制系统发送对电梯的操控命令,以及所述目标电梯控制模式对应的验证信息和控制权限,以供所述电梯控制系统根据所述验证信息验证所述终端是否为有效用户,并根据所述控制权限验证所述操控命令是否有效。
在该技术方案中,终端向电梯控制系统发送的控制信息可以既包括对电梯的操控命令,也包括目标电梯控制模式对应的验证信息和控制权限,电梯控制系统只有在验证发送操控命令的终端的验证信息有效、且具有该操控命令对应的控制权限的时候,才能够判断该操控命令可以执行,从而进一步提升了电梯鉴权的安全性和有效性。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:控制权限设置单元206,设置为在所述在终端的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式之前,根据接收到的设置命令,设置多种电梯控制模式,并为每种电梯控制模式设置对应的控制权限。
在该技术方案中,对于户主终端,可以由用户自主为电梯控制模式设置对应的控制权限,比如,对于儿童使用的手机,父母可以进行禁止访问顶层或禁止访问N层以上楼层的初始控制权限。通过对控制权限的设置,可以满足用户对电梯控制系统的多样化需求。
另外,户主终端向访客终端发送临时控制权限,访客终端可以通过临时控制权限通过电梯控制系统的验证,在验证后,临时控制权限自动失效;在比如,户主终端向同单元的其他终端发送互访控制权限,使得户主终端和同单元的其他终端具有互相访问对方楼层的权限。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:验证信息接收单元208,设置为在所述在终端的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式之前,接收来自其他终端的验证信息。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:验证信息设置单元210,设置为在所述在终端的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式之前,或根据接收到的关联命令,为所述每种电梯控制模式关联对应的验证信息。
在该技术方案中,终端的验证信息可以由其他终端设置,比如,户主终端向访客终端发送临时验证信息,访客终端可以通过临时验证信息通过电梯控制系统的验证,在验证后,临时验证信息自动失效。另外,对于户主终端,也可以由用户自主为终端设置对应的验证信息。通过对验证信息的设置,可以满足用户对电梯控制系统的多样化需求。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述多种电梯控制模式包括:回家模式、访客模式、互访模式和自定义模式,以及所述验证信息包括以下至少之一或其组合:生物验证信息、字符验证信息、图案验证信息和手势验证信息。
在该技术方案中,多种电梯控制模式包括但不限于回家模式、访客模式、互访模式和自定义模式,其中,在不同的电梯控制模式下,可以设置不同的控制权限和验证信息,以适应用户的不同需求。其中,验证信息包括但不限于生物验证信息、字符验证信息、图案验证信息和手势验证信息中的之一或组合,将多种验证信息合并起来作为综合验证条件,可以进一步提升电梯控制系统的鉴权的安全性。
图3示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的终端的框图。
如图3所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的终端300,包括图2示出的电梯控制装置200,因此,该终端300具有和图2示出的电梯控制装置200相同的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
图4示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的手机、电梯控制系统与电梯的交互示意图。
如图4所示,可在手机端安装用于进行电梯控制的应用程序软件,通过该应用程序软件与电梯控制系统进行通信,即通过该应用程序软件发送乘坐电梯的请求,该请求中携带有用户的身份信息。当然,也可以利用手机采集用户的指纹信息,由手机转发至电梯控制系统,由电梯控制系统验证该指纹信息是否来自有效用户,并在验证通过后,允许该指纹信息的终端对电梯控制系统进行操控。
另外,为进一步保证小区安全,还可在手机端进行用户鉴权,比如,判断获取的用户的生物特征信息与手机端预先存储的生物特征信息是否匹配,只有在匹配的情况下,才允许用户操控该应用程序软件,以避免手机丢失时陌生人利用该应用程序软件控制电梯、乘坐电梯等情况发生。
电梯控制系统可以接收手机端发送的请求,验证用户的身份信息,若身份信息合法,则下发控制命令至电梯,使用户可以乘坐电梯,若身份信息不合法,则反馈信息给用户的手机,提示用户鉴权不通过,或无权乘坐电梯等信息。
当然,电梯控制系统也可以直接采集用户身份信息,如刷卡、采集指纹等。
最后,电梯在接收电梯控制系统发送的控制命令后,执行该控制命令。
图5示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的手机的电梯控制模式分布示意图。
如图5所示,手机可以通过用于进行电梯控制的应用程序软件预先设置多个电梯控制模式,比如,设置回家模式、访客模式、互访模式。
如下表1所示,不同的电梯控制模式具有不同的待验证信息和控制权限等内容,除了回家模式、访客模式、互访模式之外,用户还可以根据自身需要设置其他的自定义模式。
用户通过手机发送任一电梯控制模式下的控制命令,可在该控制命令中携带用户的身份信息,该控制命令通过蓝牙、Wi-Fi等网络传输给电梯控制系统,电梯控制系统接收到该控制命令后,对用户的待验证信息和控制权限等内容进行判断,以确定是否通过鉴权,也就是判断该控制命令是否合法。在判断该控制命令合法后,开放电梯的权限,这样就可以乘坐电梯了,若判断该控制命令不合法,则电梯控制系统会发送反馈信息至用户的手机,以提示用户无权限。

图6示出了图5中的访客模式的权限类型示意图。
若有访客来访,业主可通过手机将“访客模式”中的临时权限发给访客的手机,使该访客可通过自己的手机临时控制电梯控制系统,以乘坐电梯进入业主所在的楼层,而无需主人在下楼接访客,从而为主人和访客提供了便捷。在访客离开后,该临时权限不能再使用,从而保证小区的安全性。
如图6所示,用户预先设置了“访客模式”,在访客模式下,可以设置多种临时权限。具体可以是:接收业主手机发送的验证码,并设置预设距离及预定时间内使用,由访客手机进行验证;接收业主手机发送的验证码,并设置预设距离及预定时间内使用,由电梯控制系统进行验证;对访客进行面部识别等。
比如,通过业主手机向访客手机发送鉴权信息,该鉴权信息包括控制电梯所需的验证码以及在电梯口处3分钟内有效的操控权限。再比如,当点击“访客模式”时,业主可以在手机输入访客的手机号后随机发送验证码至访客手机上,通过访客是否回复正确的验证码至业主的手机来决定是否授予访客临时权限。
再比如,由业主的手机随机发送验证码至访客手机和电梯控制系统,若该访客的手机发送验证码至电梯控制系统,由电梯控制系统对该验证码进行验证,若验证通过,则开放临时权限,以使访客可以乘坐电梯。
图7示出了图5中的互访模式的示意图。
如图7所示,若业主一与业主二同住该小区同一栋楼,但楼层号不同,当两个业主想互访,可以在各自的手机中注册两个权限,比如,业主一所住楼层房号(自己家楼层)1栋26层01号,业主二所住楼层房号(朋友家楼层)1栋20层02号,业主一可以设置主权限和从权限,主权限为可以通过手机开启1栋电梯并乘坐电梯至26层,从权限为可以通过手机开启1栋电梯并乘坐电梯至20层。
从权限可以绑定业主二的身份信息,或临时接收业主二发来的身份信息,方便互访。需要说明的是,主权限都是由业主自己设置,从权限可以由业主自己设置,也可以接收其他业主的临时授权设置或永久授权设置。
通过设置“互访模式”,方便了用户间进行互访,而对于陌生人,则不开放权限,进而提高了小区的安全性。
图8示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的电梯控制系统的部分连接示意图。
如图8所示,可以通过通信总线连接处理器802、存储器804、用户接口806、网络接口808等,其中,存储器802可以是RAM、FIFO等类型的存储器,也可以存储程序,如操作系统8042、接口模块等,也可以存储业主的信息等数据。用户接口806中可以有显示器8062、摄像头(图中未示出),通过网络接口808与用户的手机端进行网络数据通信,处理器802作为处理中心,用于处理手机端用户发送的命令请求等。
在该技术方案中,网络接口808包括蓝牙接口、Wi-Fi接口,通过网络接口808可建立手机端、电梯控制系统、电梯之间的网络连接,手机端通过网络接口808发送控制命令至电梯控制系统,或者是用户接口806处的摄像头采集用户信息,由处理器802进行判断处理,即在预先存储在存储器804中的所有用户信息中查找该用户的信息,若能查找到,则判断该用户信息合法,进而对该用户开放权限,使其可以乘坐电梯,否则,可以通过显示器8062提示该用户没有权限乘坐电梯,或者是将反馈的信息发送至手机端,以提示手机用户,从而可提高小区的安全性。
图9示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的电梯控制系统工作的流程图。
如图9所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的电梯控制系统工作的流程包括以下步骤:
步骤902,通过手机向电梯控制系统发送控制命令。手机端预先下载安装有进行电梯控制的软件,并注册绑定有用户身份信息,如身份证号、所住楼层房号、用户生物特征信息等,之后可预先设置多个模式,如回家模式、访客模式、互访模式,以方便后续用户通过手机进行一键操控电梯,进行乘坐。
步骤904,判断该控制命令中包含的用户身份信息是否合法,当判断结果为是时,进入步骤906,否则,进入步骤908。其中,电梯控制系统验证来自用户终端的用户身份信息是否有效,若有效,则允许其乘坐电梯,否则,电梯控制系统不响应控制操作。
步骤906,开启电梯对应的楼层指示灯。
步骤908,向手机发送提示信息,以提示用户无权限操控电梯。
步骤910,开启电梯。
图10示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的终端的结构示意图。
本发明实施例中的终端300可以是不同类型的电子设备,例如:智能手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑以及移动互联网设备、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、智能电视、智能手表、智能眼镜、智能手环等。如图10所示,本发明实施例中的终端300包括:至少一个处理器310,例如CPU,至少一个接收器313,至少一个存储器314,至少一个发送器315,至少一个通信总线312。其中,所述通信总线312用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,所述接收器313和所述发送器315可以是有线发送端口,也可以为无线设备,例如包括天线装置,用于与其他设备进行数据通信。所述存储器314可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。
所述处理器310可执行所述用户终端300的操作系统以及安装的各类应用程序、程序代码等,例如,上述的各个单元,包括所述电梯控制模式选择单元202、所述控制信息发送单元204、所述控制权限设置单元206、所述验证信息接收单元208、所述验证信息设置单元210等。
所述存储器314中存储有程序代码,且所述处理器310可通过通信总线312,调用所述存储器314中存储的程序代码以执行相关的功能。例如,图2中所述的各个单元(例如,所述所述电梯控制模式选择单元202、控制信息发送单元204、所述控制权限设置单元206、所述验证信息接收单元208、所述验证信息设置单元210等)是存储在所述存储器314中的程序代码,并由所述处理器310所执行,从而实现所述各个单元的功能以实现对电梯的控制。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述存储器314存储多个指令,所述多个指令被所述处理器310所执行以实现电梯控制。具体而言,所述处理器310根据接收到的模式选择命令,在终端300的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式;在所述目标电梯控制模式下,所述处理器310向电梯控制系统发送控制信息,以供所述电梯控制系统根据所述控制信息对所述终端300进行鉴权。
在进一步的实施例中,所述处理器310向所述电梯控制系统发送对电梯的操控命令,以及所述目标电梯控制模式对应的验证信息和控制权限,以供所述电梯控制系统根据所述验证信息验证所述终端是否为有效用户,并根据所述控制权限验证所述操控命令是否有效。
在进一步的实施例中,在所述在终端300的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式之前,所述处理器310根据接收到的设置命令,设置多种电梯控制模式,并为每种电梯控制模式设置对应的控制权限。
在进一步的实施例中,在所述在终端300的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式之前,所述处理器310接收来自其他终端的验证信息;或所述处理器310根据接收到的关联命令,为所述每种电梯控制模式关联对应的验证信息。
在进一步的实施例中,所述多种电梯控制模式包括:回家模式、访客模式、互访模式和自定义模式,以及所述验证信息包括以下至少之一或其组合:生物验证信息、字符验证信息、图案验证信息和手势验证信息。
具体地,所述处理器310对上述指令的具体实现方法可参考图1、图5、图6、图7对应实施例中相关的描述,在此不赘述。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,通过本发明的技术方案,可以通过终端操控电梯,避免用户因未携带电梯卡而导致无法使用电梯的情况发生,同时也便于用户向临时访客的终端进行授权,使得临时访客可以临时使用电梯,既提升了对电梯进行使用操控的安全性,也保证了电梯鉴权的安全性,提升了用户体验。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (11)
- 一种电梯控制方法,其特征在于,包括:根据接收到的模式选择命令,在终端的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式;在所述目标电梯控制模式下,向电梯控制系统发送控制信息,以供所述电梯控制系统根据所述控制信息对所述终端进行鉴权。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电梯控制方法,其特征在于,所述向电梯控制系统发送控制信息,具体包括:向所述电梯控制系统发送对电梯的操控命令,以及所述目标电梯控制模式对应的验证信息和控制权限,以供所述电梯控制系统根据所述验证信息验证所述终端是否为有效用户,并根据所述控制权限验证所述操控命令是否有效。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电梯控制方法,其特征在于,在所述在终端的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式之前,还包括:根据接收到的设置命令,设置多种电梯控制模式,并为每种电梯控制模式设置对应的控制权限。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的电梯控制方法,其特征在于,在所述在终端的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式之前,还包括:接收来自其他终端的验证信息;或根据接收到的关联命令,为所述每种电梯控制模式关联对应的验证信息。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电梯控制方法,其特征在于,所述多种电梯控制模式包括:回家模式、访客模式、互访模式和自定义模式,以及所述验证信息包括以下至少之一或其组合:生物验证信息、字符验证信息、图案验证信息和手势验证信息。
- 一种电梯控制装置,其特征在于,包括:电梯控制模式选择单元,设置为根据接收到的模式选择命令,在终端的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式;控制信息发送单元,设置为在所述目标电梯控制模式下,向电梯控制系统发送控制信息,以供所述电梯控制系统根据所述控制信息对所述终端进行鉴权。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电梯控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制信息发送单元具体设置为:向所述电梯控制系统发送对电梯的操控命令,以及所述目标电梯控制模式对应的验证信息和控制权限,以供所述电梯控制系统根据所述验证信息验证所述终端是否为有效用户,并根据所述控制权限验证所述操控命令是否有效。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电梯控制装置,其特征在于,还包括:控制权限设置单元,设置为在所述在终端的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式之前,根据接收到的设置命令,设置多种电梯控制模式,并为每种电梯控制模式设置对应的控制权限。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的电梯控制装置,其特征在于,还包括:验证信息接收单元,设置为在所述在终端的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式之前,接收来自其他终端的验证信息;或验证信息设置单元,设置为在所述在终端的多种电梯控制模式中选择目标电梯控制模式之前,根据接收到的关联命令,为所述每种电梯控制模式关联对应的验证信息。
- 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的电梯控制装置,其特征在于,所述多种电梯控制模式包括:回家模式、访客模式、互访模式和自定义模式,以及所述验证信息包括以下至少之一或其组合:生物验证信息、字符验证信息、图案验证信息和手势验证信息。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6至10中任一项所述的电梯控制装置。
