S103:根据所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中的至少一种,确定所述地理位置的属性信息。
确定了上述的地理特征、行为特征、人口特征后,则可以这三者中的至少一种为依据,确定该地理位置的属性信息。如,可预先针对上述三种特征以及要确定的属性信息训练指定的算法模型,则确定了上述三种特征后,可直接将这三种特征输入到预先训练的算法模型中,得到输出的该地理位置的属性信息。
当然,也可针对每个所需的特征进行评分,最后进行加权计算,得到该地理位置的属性信息。具体的,首先,可针对该地理位置的地理特征、行为特征和人口特征分别进行评分,该评分可以由服务器或终端将上述三个特征与其他地理位置的相应三个特征进行对比,并按照一定的规则对这些地理位置进行排名,最后根据排名进行评分,也可以由服务器或终端呈现该地理位置的上述三个特征,并由工作人员根据这三个特征自行评分。
对该地理位置的地理特征、行为特征和人口特征分别进行评分后,可确定这三个特征分别对应的权重,再根据每个特征的评分和权重进行加权计算,加权后的总和即为该地理位置的属性值,可根据该属性值确定该地理位置的属性信息。其中,上述每个特征的权重可至少由该特征的完整度、真实度和重要度决定,也相当于,每个特征的权重由该特征的完整度权重、真实度权重和重要度权重决定。
通过上述方法可见,用户输入地理位置后,无需再次通过其他方式查询该地理位置的属性信息,即可直接获取所述地理位置的属性信息,因此有效地提高了地理位置查询时用户操作的便利性。
下面以地理位置的属性信息为商业价值为例,说明地理位置的商业价值的详细确定过程。
首先,用于确定并提供地理位置的商业价值的服务器可先从导航服务器中获取历史上查询所述地理位置的次数信息、位于所述地理位置的人群数量分布信息、所述地理位置的基本地理信息、所述地理位置所属的类别信息中的至少一种作为地理特征。
然后,在支付服务器获取线上信息和线下信息作为行为特征。其中,线上信息包括但不限于:历史上在所述地理位置发生的缴费信息。线下信息包括但不限于:历史上在所述地理位置发生的线下交易信息和对所述地理位置的评价信息。
同样在该支付服务器上获取在所述地理位置上的用户的消费特征信息和年龄分布信息中的至少一种作为人口特征。
上述的地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中包含的信息具体可以如下表1所示。

当然,除上述表1所示的各特征中包含的信息以外,还可包含其他信息,只要是导航服务器和支付服务器能够统计到的信息即可,如,人口特征中还可包含该地理位置上的用户的性别分布、职业分布等信息。
需要说明的是,如表1所示的行为特征可通过支付服务器中的历史数据来统计获得,具体来说,在统计历史上该地理位置发生的缴费信息时,可获取支付服务器中保存的发生在该地理位置上的水、电、煤缴费日志,再根据各日志中记录的缴费金额、用量、缴费时间等,统计得到指定周期内、电、煤的平均缴费金额、平均用量以及用量的高峰和低谷时间。在统计线下交易信息时,可通过支付服务器获取银行的转账记录,根据转账记录确定指定周期内该地理位置上的平均转账交易金额。在统计评价信息时,可获取支付服务器中保存的该地理位置上的用户对各指标(如,停车是否便利等)的评分,并统计各指标的平均评分。
在统计人口特征时,首先可根据支付服务器中保存的各用户的账号对应的收件地址,将至少一个收货地址为该地理位置的各用户确定为该地理位置上的用户。在统计这些用户的年龄分布信息时,可根据支付服务器中保存的这些用户的账号中记录的用户年龄,统计该地理位置上的用户的年龄分布,如,可预设四个年龄段:0-10岁、10-20岁、20-50岁、50-70岁等,统计每个年龄段的用户数量,计算每个年龄区间占总用户的百分比。在统计该地理位置上用户的消费特征信息时,可根据支付服务器中保存的每个用户在指定周期的交易记录,统计每个用户在该周期内的消费总金额、消费总次数以及对每一类产品消费的次数,根据每个用户对每一类产品消费的次数,统计该用户在各类产品上消费的分布。
另外,在统计人口特征时,还可将该地理位置上的用户分为常住人口特征和非常住人口特征,并对这两类用户分别进行统计。划分常住人口和非常住人口时,针对每个用户,可获取支付服务器中保存的该用户的各交易记录,判断包含的收货地址为该地理位置的交易记录的数量或所占百分比是否超过预设阈值,若是,则确定该用户为该地理位置的常住人口,否则,确定该用户为该地理位置的非常住人口。
通过上述方法统计得到地理特征、行为特征和人口特征后,则可根据地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中的至少一种,确定所述地理位置的属性信息。具体过程如下:
第一步,对如表1所示的各特征中包含的每项信息进行评分,可针对于各项信息预先设定区间范围,不同的区间范围对应不同评分。例如,如表2所示,在确定商业价值时,地理特征中的居民区评分低于商业区,因为商业区具有较多的餐厅、娱乐场所、商场等,是人群消费的聚集区,而居民区仅仅是人群居住聚集区,无论从消费金额、消费频率来比都远远低于商业区,所以在判定地理位置的类别信息时,对商业区的评分高于居民区评分。

再如,人口特征中对人群年龄评分也同样类似,如表3所示,年龄分布0-10岁无劳动能力,经济不独立完全依靠家长抚养,故消费能力很低,10-20岁的人群主要是中学生,因为家长给少量的零用钱故有一点消费能力,20-50岁的人群大部分都有工作,有固定的收入来源,故有较高的消费能力,50-70岁的人群靠子女赡养和退休金生活,这个年龄段人群生活也比较节俭,故消费能力一般。因此这四个年龄区间的人群消费能力从高到低排序为:20-50岁、50-70岁、10-20岁、0-10岁,因此这四个年龄区间人群消费能力的评分也呈递减趋势。

第二步,确定所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中分别包含的信息的权重。具体来说,针对所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中包含的任一信息,确定该信息的真实度和完整度,根据该信息的真实度和完整度,确定该信息的权重。
其中,在确定真实度时,由于导航服务器中的数据由于大多是通过路采等方式收集 的,其准确性相较于实时更新变化的支付服务器较低,因此,确定真实度的步骤可只针对地理特征执行,而对于行为特征和人口特征可认为是真实的。因此,在确定地理特征的真实性时,可对比地理特征和行为特征来确定地理特征中各信息的真实度。如,在确定地理特征中“地理位置类别信息”的真实度时,在导航服务器获取的数据显示地理位置A是饭店,但是通过对地理位置A的评价信息或消费特征信息进行分析后(如,提取评价信息中的关键词,或确定消费特征中“消费产品类别分布”中最大概率分布的消费产品类别),确定地理位置A其实是电影院,则可确定地理特征中“地理位置A的类别信息”的真实度就是很低的,因此该信息的真实度权重低,甚至为0。具体量化真实度的方法可以是:调取地理位置A地理特征中的关键词与地理位置A行为特征中的关键词,如:地理特征的关键词有口味、上菜速度、干净等,行为特征关键词有影音、座位、票价等,可根据自然语言相似度判断算法来进行相似度计算,相似度越高,则地理特征的真实度越高,相似度越低,则地理特征的真实度越低。总之,对于任意一个特征中的任意一个信息来说,该信息的真实度越高,其真实度权重越高,反之,其真实度权重越低。
在确定完整度时,可通过对比预估的数据量和实际获取到的数据量来确定。比如:需要统计地理位置A上1000个人的月平均消费金额来确定地理位置A上的人群消费能力,即,预估的数据量为1000,但是从支付服务器只能获取700个人的月平均消费金额,即,实际获取到的数据量为700,则根据预先划分的如表4所示的判定信息完整与否的区间范围,即可得到信息的完整度。

根据表4判断得知,人群月平均消费金额这个信息是较完整的,其对应的权重值是0.7。
除了信息的真实度和完整度外,信息的重要度也会决定信息的权重,比如:如对于饭店来说一个在中午和晚上饭点时间人流量较大,月平均交易流水额较大,人群评价便于停车的地理位置会有较大的商业价值,那么地理位置A上的人群在一天不同时间节点的数量分布信息、线下交易流水额信息、人群对地理位置A的优缺点评价信息这三个信 息的重要度权重要高于地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中包含的其它信息的重要度权重。信息的重要度权重可由人为根据需求设定。
第三步,将得到的各评分进行加权计算,确定该地理位置的属性信息并提供。每个信息评分乘以完整度权重、真实度权重和重要度权重,然后所有信息加权评分总和即是该地理位置的商业价值。
之后,可将输出的地理位置A的商业价值提供给导航服务器,使导航服务器提供给用户的电子地图上显示地理位置A的商业价值,依据商业价值的高低程度标记不同颜色在地图上显示方便用户判断城市的商圈范围。或者,将输出的商业价值提供给信贷服务平台,使信贷服务平台根据地理位置A的商业价值判断地理位置A是否具备还贷能力,在进行贷款业务。或者,将输出的商业价值提供给用户,如:中小型经营者,可帮助他们进行线下商铺选址。
以上确定地理位置的属性信息的方法均可由支付服务器实现,也可以由其他服务器从导航服务器调取地理特征,并从支付服务器调取行为特征和人口特征,再进行加权计算,最终确定地理位置的属性信息。
以上是以确定地理位置的商业价值为例进行说明的,除了可确定地理位置的商业价值以外,本申请提供的如图1所示的方法还可确定地理位置的其他属性信息,如,娱乐密集度或餐饮密集度等。当确定餐饮密集度时,地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中所包含的具体信息会有所不同。比如,在确定地理位置B区域的餐饮密集度时,地理位置B的地理特征可包括:饭点时间该区域的交通堵塞程度、该区域与附近商圈的距离信息、该区域的面积信息、该区域饭店的数量,地理位置B的行为特征包括:该区域每家饭店平均月蔬菜、肉类、海鲜等采购数量、该区域平均每家饭店每日用餐人数、该区域平均每家饭店的月水、电、煤气用量,该区域平均每家饭店月上税金额,该区域平均每家饭店的每天营业时间小时数。地理位置B的人口特征包括:附近人群职业、性别比例、年龄分布等。
以上为本申请实施例提供的确定地理位置的属性信息的方法,基于同样的思路,本申请还提供了相应的确定地理位置的属性信息的装置如图2所示。
图2为本申请实施例提供的确定地理位置的属性信息的装置结构示意图,具体包括:
第一获取模块201,用于从导航服务器中获取地理位置的地理特征;
第二获取模块202,用于根据预先保存的历史数据,获取所述地理位置的行为特征和人口特征;
确定模块203,用于根据所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中的至少一种,确定所述地理位置的属性信息。
所述地理位置的属性信息包括:所述地理位置的商业价值。
所述地理特征包括:历史上查询所述地理位置的次数信息、位于所述地理位置的人群数量分布信息、所述地理位置的基本地理信息、所示地理位置所属的类别信息中的至少一种;
所述行为特征包括:线上信息和线下信息;其中,所述线上信息包括:历史上在所述地理位置发生的缴费信息;所述线下信息包括:历史上在所述地理位置发生的线下交易信息和对所述地理位置的评价信息;
所述人口特征包括:在所述地理位置上的用户的消费特征信息和年龄分布信息。
所述确定模块203具体用于,针对所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中分别包含的信息进行评分,确定所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中分别包含的信息的权重,将得到的各评分进行加权计算,确定所述地理位置的商业价值。
所述确定模块203还用于,针对所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中包含的任一信息,确定该信息的真实度和完整度,根据该信息的真实度和完整度,确定该信息的权重。
所述装置还包括:
提供模块204,用于将所述地理位置的商业价值提供给所述导航服务器,使所述导航服务器在提供给用户的电子地图上显示所述地理位置的商业价值,或者将所述地理位置的商业价值提供给信贷服务平台,使所述信贷服务平台根据所述地理位置的商业价值进行贷款业务,或者将所述地理位置的商业价值提供给用户。
具体的,上述如图2所示的装置可以位于服务器或者终端。
在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器 (SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
本领域技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种确定地理位置的属性信息的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    从导航服务器中获取地理位置的地理特征;
    根据预先保存的历史数据,确定所述地理位置的行为特征和人口特征;
    根据所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中的至少一种,确定所述地理位置的属性信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述地理位置的属性信息包括:所述地理位置的商业价值。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述地理特征包括:历史上查询所述地理位置的次数信息、位于所述地理位置的人群数量分布信息、所述地理位置的基本地理信息、所述地理位置所属的类别信息中的至少一种;
    所述行为特征包括:线上信息和线下信息;其中,所述线上信息包括:历史上在所述地理位置发生的缴费信息;所述线下信息包括:历史上在所述地理位置发生的线下交易信息和对所述地理位置的评价信息;
    所述人口特征包括:在所述地理位置上的用户的消费特征信息和年龄分布信息。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中的至少一种,确定所述地理位置的属性,具体包括:
    针对所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中分别包含的信息进行评分;
    确定所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中分别包含的信息的权重;
    将得到的各评分进行加权计算,确定所述地理位置的商业价值。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,确定所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中分别包含的信息的权重,具体包括:
    针对所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中包含的任一信息,确定该信息的真实度和完整度;
    根据该信息的真实度和完整度,确定该信息的权重。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将所述地理位置的商业价值提供给所述导航服务器,使所述导航服务器在提供给用户的电子地图上显示所述地理位置的商业价值;或者
    将所述地理位置的商业价值提供给信贷服务平台,使所述信贷服务平台根据所述地理位置的商业价值进行贷款业务;或者
    将所述地理位置的商业价值提供给用户。
  7. 一种确定地理位置的属性信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于从导航服务器中获取地理位置的地理特征;
    第二获取模块,用于根据预先保存的历史数据,获取所述地理位置的行为特征和人口特征;
    确定模块,用于根据所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中的至少一种,确定所述地理位置的属性信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述地理位置的属性信息包括:所述地理位置的商业价值。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述地理特征包括:历史上查询所述地理位置的次数信息、位于所述地理位置的人群数量分布信息、所述地理未知的基本地理信息、所示地理位置所属的类别信息中的至少一种;
    所述行为特征包括:线上信息和线下信息;其中,所述线上信息包括:历史上在所述地理位置发生的缴费信息;所述线下信息包括:历史上在所述地理位置发生的线下交易信息和对所述地理位置的评价信息;
    所述人口特征包括:在所述地理位置上的用户的消费特征信息和年龄分布信息。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块,具体用于针对所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中分别包含的信息进行评分,确定所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中分别包含的信息的权重,将得到的各评分进行加权计算,确定所述地理位置的商业价值。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块具体用于,针对所述地理特征、行为特征和人口特征中包含的任一信息,确定该信息的真实度和完整度,根据该信息的真实度和完整度,确定该信息的权重。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    提供模块,用于将所述地理位置的商业价值提供给所述导航服务器,使所述导航服务器在提供给用户的电子地图上显示所述地理位置的商业价值,或者,将所述地理位置的商业价值提供给信贷服务平台,使所述信贷服务平台根据所述地理位置的商业价值进行贷款业务,或者,将所述地理位置的商业价值提供给用户。
