- 一种检验粪便内容物的预处理装置,其特征在于,包括驱动装置(1)、储液罐(2)、清洗装置(3)以及设置在所述储液罐(2)内的搅拌装置(4);所述驱动装置(1)包括设置在底板(5)后端的主轴(6),所述主轴(6)上设置有齿轮A(7)和连接座(8),所述连接座(8)一端套接在所述主轴(6)上,另一端设置有齿轮B(9),所述齿轮A(7)和所述齿轮B(9)啮合,所述齿轮B(9)端面上固定连接有丝杠(10);所述储液罐(2)设置在所述底板(5)前端,所述储液罐(2)与所述底板(5)铰接,所述储液罐(2)上端设置有进便口(11),所述储液罐(2)外侧壁上设置有进水口(12),所述储液罐(2)前端设置有出液口(13),所述储液罐(2)后端设置有连接件(27),所述连接件(27)设置在所述丝杆(10)上,所述连接件(27)内部设置有与所述丝杆(10)配合的螺纹;所述清洗装置(3)包括水箱(14)和水管(15),所述水箱(14)设置在所述储液罐(2)外侧,所述水箱(14)一端与水泵(16)连接,另一端设置有所述水管(15),所述水管(15)绕装在所述储液罐(2)内侧壁上,所述水管(15)上设置有喷水孔(29);所述搅拌装置(4)包括一对支架(17),所述支架(17)上设置有转轴(18),所述转轴(18)上设置有连杆机构(19),所述转轴(18)与所述连杆机构(19)铰接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的检验粪便内容物的预处理装置,其特征在于,所述连杆机构(19)包括连杆A(20)、连杆B(21)以及连杆C(22),所述连杆B(21)一端与所述连杆A(20)铰接,另一端与所述连杆C(22)铰接,所述连杆A(20)和所述连杆C(22)的另一端与所述支架(17)铰接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的检验粪便内容物的预处理装置,其特征在于,所述连杆A(20)、连杆B(21)以及连杆C(22)为圆弧形。
