Abstract
本发明提供了一种车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法及汇报装置,其中,车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法,包括:终端检测与其它终端之间的位置关系,以确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端;将所述终端与所述目标终端之间的位置相关性信息汇报至基站或网络侧设备,以供所述基站或所述网络侧设备根据所述位置相关性信息在所述终端和所述目标终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的终端。通过本发明的技术方案,使得在终端进行位置汇报时,无需所有终端都进行位置汇报,减少了不必要的位置汇报消息,降低了终端进行位置汇报时对基站或网络侧造成的负荷,并且也节省了基站或网络侧的上行资源。
Description
本申请要求于2016年3月7日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610128580.1、发明名称为“车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法及汇报装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及通信技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法和一种车辆通信中终端位置的汇报装置。
V2X(Vehicle to X,车到特定目标的通信)是3GPP RAN#68批准设立的项目,主要研究基于3GPP通信协议的车辆数据传输方案。V2X包括了V2V(Vehicle to Vehicle,车到车通信)、V2P(Vehicle to Individual Person,车到人通信)、V2I(Vehicle to Infrastructure,车到路通信)等。V2V通信从原理上来说,可以通过Uu接口(用户设备与基站之间的接口)和PC5接口(用户设备与用户设备之间的接口)来进行,现有的下行传输机制包括Uu接口单播,Uu接口eMBMS(Enhanced Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service,多媒体广播多播业务),即多小区的广播业务支持,以及单小区广播机制,即Single-Cell PTM(Point to Multi-point)。
基于PC5/D2D(Device-to-Device,设备对设备)的V2V通信机制由于在用户面数据传输过程中不占用宏网络的无线承载资源,而且这种机制可以天然地实现空分复用,因此被视为LTE-based V2V的主流技术。但是,由于V2X调度中基站需要获取终端的位置来分配无线资源,对于位置相关的Vehicle UE来说,如果每个UE(User Equipment,用户设备)都汇报位置消息,则会产生冗余的位置汇报消息,对基站或网络侧造成较大的负荷。并且若每个UE都汇报位置消息,则会占用较多的上行资源。
因此,如何能够减少不必要的位置汇报消息,降低对基站或网络侧造成的负荷,并且节省上行资源成为亟待解决的技术问题。
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方案,使得在终端进行位置汇报时,无需所有终端都进行位置汇报,减少了不必要的位置汇报消息,降低了终端进行位置汇报时对基站或网络侧造成的负荷,并且也节省了基站或网络侧的上行资源。
有鉴于此,根据本发明的第一方面,提出了一种车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法,包括:终端检测与其它终端之间的位置关系,以确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端;将所述终端与所述目标终端之间的位置相关性信息汇报至基站或网络侧设备,以供所述基站或所述网络侧设备根据所述位置相关性信息在所述终端和所述目标终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的终端。
在该技术方案中,终端通过确定与其存在位置相关的目标终端,并将与目标终端之间的位置相关性信息汇报至基站或网络侧设备,由基站或网络侧设备根据位置相关性信息选择需要进行位置汇报的终端,使得对于存在位置相关的多个终端,基站或网络侧设备可以仅选择部分终端进行位置汇报,进而基站或网络侧设备可以根据该部分终端汇报的位置信息和这多个终端之间的位置相关性信息来确定每个终端的当前位置,由于无需所有终端进行位置汇报,因此减少了不必要的位置汇报消息,降低了终端进行位置汇报时对基站或网络侧造成的负荷,并且也节省了基站或网络侧的上行资源。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述检测与其它终端之间的位置关系,以确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端的步骤,具体包括:
从所述终端的应用层获取与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端的信息;和/或
通过D2D发现机制确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端。
在该技术方案中,比如对于编队行驶的车辆,其位置相关性必然是存在的,并且这种编队信息是可以从应用层获取到的,因此终端可以从应用层获取与终端存在位置相关的目标终端的信息。此外,终端还可以通过D2D发现机制来判断是否与周围的终端存在位置相关性,进而来确定目标终端。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述通过D2D发现机制确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端的步骤,具体包括:若通过D2D发现机制确定在单位时间内所述终端与任一终端之间的位置变化量在预定范围内,则确定所述终端与所述任一终端之间存在位置相关性。
在该技术方案中,通常对于存在位置相关的两个终端来说,这两个终端之间的距离在一定时间内是保持稳定的,因此可以通过在单位时间内判断终端之间的位置变化量是否在预定范围内来确定终端之间是否存在位置相关性。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:判断是否接收到所述基站或所述网络侧设备发送的位置汇报配置指令;在判定接收到所述位置汇报配置指令之后,根据所述位置汇报配置指令向所述基站或所述网络侧设备汇报所述终端的当前位置信息,以供所述基站或所述网络侧设备根据所述当前位置信息和所述位置相关性信息确定所述终端和所述目标终端的位置。
在该技术方案中,终端在接收到基站或网络侧设备发送的位置汇报配置指令时,说明基站或网络侧设备选择该终端作为需要进行位置汇报的终端,因此该终端可以根据位置汇报配置指令向基站或网络侧设备汇报其当前位置信息,进而基站或网络侧设备能够根据该终端的当前位置信息和该终端与其它终端之间的位置相关性信息来确定该终端和其它终端的位置。
根据本发明的第二方面,还提出了一种车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法,包括:获取多个终端之间的位置相关性信息;根据所述位置相关性信息,在所述多个终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的指定终端;向所述指定终端发送位置汇报配置指令,以使所述指定终端根据所述位置汇报配置指令汇报所述指定终端的位置信息;根据所述指定终端的位置信息和所述位置相关性信息,确定所述多个终端的位置。
在该技术方案中,基站或网络侧设备通过在存在位置相关的多个终端中选择出需要进行位置汇报的指定终端,以使该指定终端进行位置汇报,进而根据该指定终端的位置信息和多个终端之间的位置相关性信息确定多个终端的位置,使得在需要获知多个终端的位置时,无需所有终端都进行位置汇报,减少了不必要的位置汇报消息,降低了终端进行位置汇报时对基站或网络侧造成的负荷,并且也节省了基站或网络侧的上行资源。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述获取多个终端之间的位置相关性信息的步骤,具体包括:
接收所述多个终端中的任一终端发送的所述位置相关性信息;和/或
接收所述多个终端中的每个终端上报的位置信息,并根据所述每个终端上报的位置信息,确定所述多个终端之间的位置相关性信息。
具体来说,终端可以在确定多个终端之间的位置相关性信息之后,直接发送至基站或网络侧设备;另外,基站或网络侧设备也可以根据多个终端中每个终端上报的位置信息来确定多个终端之间的位置相关性信息。
根据本发明的第三方面,还提出了一种车辆通信中终端位置的汇报装置,适用于终端,包括:检测单元,设置为检测所述终端与其它终端之间的位置关系,以确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端;汇报单元,设置为将所述终端与所述目标终端之间的位置相关性信息汇报至基站或网络侧设备,以供所述基站或所述网络侧设备根据所述位置相关性信息在所述终端和所述目标终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的终端。

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,还包括:判断单元,设置为判断是否接收到所述基站或所述网络侧设备发送的位置汇报配置指令;所述汇报单元还设置为,在所述判断单元判定接收到所述位置汇报配置指令之后,根据所述位置汇报配置指令向所述基站或所述网络侧设备汇报所述终端的当前位置信息,以供所述基站或所述网络侧设备根据所述当前位置信息和所述位置相关性信息确定所述终端和所述目标终端的位置。
在该技术方案中,终端在接收到基站或网络侧设备发送的位置汇报配置指令时,说明基站或网络侧设备选择该终端作为需要进行位置汇报的终端,因此该终端可以根据位置汇报配置指令向基站或网络侧设备汇报其当前位置信息,进而基站或网络侧设备能够根据该终端的当前位置信息和该终端与其它终端之间的位置相关性信息来确定该终端和其它终端的位置。
根据本发明的第四方面,还提出了一种车辆通信中终端位置的汇报装置,适用于基站或网络侧设备,包括:获取单元,设置为获取多个终端之间的位置相关性信息;选择单元,设置为根据所述位置相关性信息,在所述多个终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的指定终端;发送单元,设置为向所述指定终端发送位置汇报配置指令,以使所述指定终端根据所述位置汇报配置指令汇报所述指定终端的位置信息;处理单元,设置为根据所述指定终端的位置信息和所述位置相关性信息,确定所述多个终端的位置。
在该技术方案中,基站或网络侧设备通过在存在位置相关的多个终端中选择出需要进行位置汇报的指定终端,以使该指定终端进行位置汇报,进而根据该指定终端的位置信息和多个终端之间的位置相关性信息确定多个终端的位置,使得在需要获知多个终端的位置时,无需所有终端都进行位置汇报,减少了不必要的位置汇报消息,降低了终端进行位置汇报时对基站或网络侧造成的负荷,并且也节省了基站或网络侧的上行资源。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述获取单元包括:
第一接收单元,设置为接收所述多个终端中的任一终端发送的所述位置相关性信息;和/或
第二接收单元,设置为接收所述多个终端中的每个终端上报的位置信息;确定单元,设置为根据所述每个终端上报的位置信息,确定所述多个终端之间的位置相关性信息。
具体来说,终端可以在确定多个终端之间的位置相关性信息之后,直接发送至基站或网络侧设备;另外,基站或网络侧设备也可以根据多个终端中每个终端上报的位置信息来确定多个终端之间的位置相关性信息。
通过以上技术方案,使得在终端进行位置汇报时,无需所有终端都进行位置汇报,减少了不必要的位置汇报消息,降低了终端进行位置汇报时对基站或网络侧造成的负荷,并且也节省了基站或网络侧的上行资源。

在该技术方案中,终端在接收到基站或网络侧设备发送的位置汇报配置指令时,说明基站或网络侧设备选择该终端作为需要进行位置汇报的终端,因此该终端可以根据位置汇报配置指令向基站或网络侧设备汇报其当前位置信息,进而基站或网络侧设备能够根据该终端的当前位置信息和该终端与其它终端之间的位置相关性信息来确定该终端和其它终端的位置。
图3示出了根据本发明的另一个实施例的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法的示意流程图。
如图3所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法,包括:
步骤302,获取多个终端之间的位置相关性信息;
步骤304,根据所述位置相关性信息,在所述多个终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的指定终端;
步骤306,向所述指定终端发送位置汇报配置指令,以使所述指定终端根据所述位置汇报配置指令汇报所述指定终端的位置信息;
步骤308,根据所述指定终端的位置信息和所述位置相关性信息,确定所述多个终端的位置。
在该技术方案中,基站或网络侧设备通过在存在位置相关的多个终端中选择出需要进行位置汇报的指定终端,以使该指定终端进行位置汇报,进而根据该指定终端的位置信息和多个终端之间的位置相关性信息确定多个终端的位置,使得在需要获知多个终端的位置时,无需所有终端都进行位置汇报,减少了不必要的位置汇报消息,降低了终端进行位置汇报时对基站或网络侧造成的负荷,并且也节省了基站或网络侧的上行资源。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述获取多个终端之间的位置相关性信息的步骤,具体包括:
接收所述多个终端中的任一终端发送的所述位置相关性信息;和/或
接收所述多个终端中的每个终端上报的位置信息,并根据所述每个终端上报的位置信息,确定所述多个终端之间的位置相关性信息。
具体来说,终端可以在确定多个终端之间的位置相关性信息之后,直接发送至基站或网络侧设备;另外,基站或网络侧设备也可以根据多个终端中每个终端上报的位置信息来确定多个终端之间的位置相关性信息。
图4示出了根据本发明的另一个实施例的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报装置的示意框图。
如图4所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报装置400,适用于基站或网络侧设备,包括:
获取单元402,设置为获取多个终端之间的位置相关性信息;选择单元404,设置为根据所述位置相关性信息,在所述多个终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的指定终端;发送单元406,设置为向所述指定终端发送位置汇报配置指令,以使所述指定终端根据所述位置汇报配置指令汇报所述指定终端的位置信息;处理单元408,设置为根据所述指定终端的位置信息和所述位置相关性信息,确定所述多个终端的位置。
在该技术方案中,基站或网络侧设备通过在存在位置相关的多个终端中选择出需要进行位置汇报的指定终端,以使该指定终端进行位置汇报,进而根据该指定终端的位置信息和多个终端之间的位置相关性信息确定多个终端的位置,使得在需要获知多个终端的位置时,无需所有终端都进行位置汇报,减少了不必要的位置汇报消息,降低了终端进行位置汇报时对基站或网络侧造成的负荷,并且也节省了基站或网络侧的上行资源。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述获取单元402包括:
第一接收单元4022,设置为接收所述多个终端中的任一终端发送的所述位置相关性信息;和/或
第二接收单元4024,设置为接收所述多个终端中的每个终端上报的位置信息;确定单元4026,设置为根据所述每个终端上报的位置信息,确定所述多个终端之间的位置相关性信息。
具体来说,终端可以在确定多个终端之间的位置相关性信息之后,直接发送至基站或网络侧设备;另外,基站或网络侧设备也可以根据多个终端中每个终端上报的位置信息来确定多个终端之间的位置相关性信息。
综上所述,本发明主要是提出了一种利用UE之间的协作来减少UE位置汇报的方案,该方案的基本出发点是对于位置相关(如位置接近或存在一定的关联关系)的终端,可以选择一个UE进行位置汇报,以减少不必要的重复汇报,进而可以减少占用的上行资源。基站或网络侧设备在接收到该UE汇报的位置信息及其终端之间的位置相关度时,能够据此推测出其他终端的当前位置,以进行调度。
其中,在基站或网络侧设备选择进行位置汇报的UE之前,需要先获知UE之间的位置相关性,本发明提出的检测UE之间的位置相关性的方案既可以由终端侧实现,也可以由基站或网络侧实现,具体如下:
1、终端侧实现对UE的位置相关性的检测:
终端之间进行位置相关性的判断,然后将位置相关性汇报给基站(eNB)或网络侧设备。其中,UE检测与其他UE之间的位置相关性的方式包括但不限于如下两种:
(1)UE可以通过应用层机制判别与其他UE是否位置相关。比如,编队驾驶的车辆,其位置相关性必然是存在的,这种编队信息是可以从应用层获取到的;并且当编队不存在时,这种相关性就不存在。
(2)UE可以通过采用D2D发现机制判别与周围的其他UE是否位置相关。如通过一定时间的持续发现,可以判断两个UE之间的距离是否保持稳定。具体地,如果两个UE的相对位置基本稳定(如单位时间内的位置变化量在特定门限值以内),则可以判别位置是相关的;其中,这种判别方式可以结合车道和行驶方向信息来综合判断。
UE判别得到位置相关性后,由其中一个Vehicle UE汇报给基站或网络侧设备,基站或网络侧设备可以以此为依据来选择哪些UE需要执行位置汇报,哪些UE不需要。当然,为了避免特定区域内的多个UE同时汇报位置相关性,可以在UE判断得出位置相关性后,仅由一个UE来触发位置相关性的汇报。
具体过程如图5所示,Vehicle UEx与Vehicle UEy之间进行位置相关性的判断,然后由Vehicle UEy来向eNB或网络侧设备进行位置相关性的汇报,进而eNB或网络侧设备根据位置相关性选择出需要执行位置汇报的UE(图5中假设eNB或网络侧设备选择Vehicle UEy作为进行位置汇报的UE),并向选择出的UE发送位置汇报配置指令。
2、基站或网络侧实现对UE的位置相关性的检测:
在该方案中,每个UE可以向eNB或网络侧设备汇报自身的位置信息,进而eNB或网络侧设备可以据此分析出UE之间的位置相关性,并根据位置相关性来选择哪些UE需要执行位置汇报,哪些UE不需要。
具体地,如图6所示,Vehicle UEx与Vehicle UEy持续地进行位置汇报,然后eNB或网络侧设备可以分析出UE之间的位置相关性,进而eNB或网络侧设备根据位置相关性选择出需要执行位置汇报的UE(图6中假设eNB或网络侧设备选择Vehicle UEy作为进行位置汇报的UE),并向选择出的UE发送位置汇报配置指令。
以下举例说明本发明的一个具体的应用场景:位于同一宏小区覆盖下的多个Vehicle UE,如果是同向行驶且车道相同,则一般来说,在未进行超车和变道的情况下,行驶速度几乎相同且基本保持车距不变,这种情况下,如果已经开始了编队驾驶,则仅需要其中的一辆车(如队首的车)汇报位置。可选地,在位置汇报中也可以携带其他车辆的估计位置,以供eNB或网络侧设备作为参考来确定其他车辆的位置。
图7示出了本发明实施例的一种终端的结构示意图。
参见图7,为本发明一个实施例提供的一种终端的结构示意图,在本发明实施例中,所述终端7包括处理器701、存储器702和收发器703。收发器703用于与外部设备之间收发数据。所述终端7中的处理器701的数量可以是一个或多个。本发明的一些实施例中,所述处理器701、存储器702和收发器703可通过总线系统或其他方式连接。所述终端7可以用于执行图1所示的方法。
其中,存储器702中存储程序代码,且所述处理器701可通过总线系统,调用所述存储器702中存储的程序代码以执行相关的功能。例如,图2中所述的各个单元(例如,所述检测单元202、所述汇报单元204、所述判断单元206等)是存储在所述存储器702中的程序代码,并由所述处理器701所执行,从而实现所述各个单元的功能以实现车辆通信中终端位置的汇报。
具体而言,所述处理器701:检测与其它终端之间的位置关系,以确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端;将所述终端与所述目标终端之间的位置相关性信息汇报至基站或网络侧设备,以供所述基站或所述网络侧设备根据所述位置相关性信息在所述终端和所述目标终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的终端。
在进一步的实施例中,所述处理器701从所述终端的应用层获取与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端的信息;和/或
通过D2D发现机制确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端。
在进一步的实施例中,所述处理器701若通过D2D发现机制确定在单位时间内所述终端与任一终端之间的位置变化量在预定范围内,则确定所述终端与所述任一终端之间存在位置相关性。
在进一步的实施例中,所述处理器701:判断是否接收到所述基站或所述网络侧设备发送的位置汇报配置指令;在判定接收到所述位置汇报配置指令之后,根据所述位置汇报配置指令向所述基站或所述网络侧设备汇报所述终端的当前位置信息,以供所述基站或所述网络侧设备根据所述当前位置信息和所述位置相关性信息确定所述终端和所述目标终端的位置。
图8示出了本发明实施例的一种基站的结构示意图。
参见图8,为本发明一个实施例提供的一种基站的结构示意图,在本发明实施例中,所述基站8包括处理器801、存储器802和收发器803。收发器803用于与外部设备之间收发数据。所述基站8中的处理器801的数量可以是一个或多个。本发明的一些实施例中,所述处理器801、存储器802和收发器803可通过总线系统或其他方式连接。所述基站8可以用于执行图3所示的方法。
其中,存储器802中存储程序代码,且所述处理器801可通过总线系统,调用所述存储器802中存储的程序代码以执行相关的功能。例如,图4中所述的各个单元(例如,所述获取单元402、所述选择单元404、所述发送单元406、所述处理单元408等)是存储在所述存储器802中的程序代码,并由所述处理器801所执行,从而实现所述各个单元的功能以实现车辆通信中终端位置的汇报。
具体而言,所述处理器801:获取多个终端之间的位置相关性信息;根据所述位置相关性信息,在所述多个终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的指定终端;向所述指定终端发送位置汇报配置指令,以使所述指定终端根据所述位置汇报配置指令汇报所述指定终端的位置信息;根据所述指定终端的位置信息和所述位置相关性信息,确定所述多个终端的位置。
在进一步的实施例中,所述处理器801接收所述多个终端中的任一终端发送的所述位置相关性信息;和/或
接收所述多个终端中的每个终端上报的位置信息,并根据所述每个终端上报的位置信息,确定所述多个终端之间的位置相关性信息。
需要注意的是,为了支持本发明提出的技术方案,需要定义新的RRC(Radio Resource Control,无线资源控制)信令消息,或者是Vehicle UE与网络侧实体的其他接口消息,如重用D2D协议所定义的PC3接口。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,本发明提出了一种新的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方案,使得在终端进行位置汇报时,无需所有终端都进行位置汇报,减少了不必要的位置汇报消息,降低了终端进行位置汇报时对基站或网络侧造成的负荷,并且也节省了基站或网络侧的上行资源。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (12)
- 一种车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法,其特征在于,包括:终端检测与其它终端之间的位置关系,以确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端;将所述终端与所述目标终端之间的位置相关性信息汇报至基站或网络侧设备,以供所述基站或所述网络侧设备根据所述位置相关性信息在所述终端和所述目标终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的终端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法,其特征在于,所述检测与其它终端之间的位置关系,以确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端的步骤,具体包括:从所述终端的应用层获取与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端的信息;和/或通过D2D发现机制确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法,其特征在于,所述通过D2D发现机制确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端的步骤,具体包括:若通过D2D发现机制确定在单位时间内所述终端与任一终端之间的位置变化量在预定范围内,则确定所述终端与所述任一终端之间存在位置相关性。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法,其特征在于,还包括:判断是否接收到所述基站或所述网络侧设备发送的位置汇报配置指令;在判定接收到所述位置汇报配置指令之后,根据所述位置汇报配置指令向所述基站或所述网络侧设备汇报所述终端的当前位置信息,以供所述基站或所述网络侧设备根据所述当前位置信息和所述位置相关性信息确定所述终端和所述目标终端的位置。
- 一种车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法,其特征在于,包括:获取多个终端之间的位置相关性信息;根据所述位置相关性信息,在所述多个终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的指定终端;向所述指定终端发送位置汇报配置指令,以使所述指定终端根据所述位置汇报配置指令汇报所述指定终端的位置信息;根据所述指定终端的位置信息和所述位置相关性信息,确定所述多个终端的位置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报方法,其特征在于,所述获取多个终端之间的位置相关性信息的步骤,具体包括:接收所述多个终端中的任一终端发送的所述位置相关性信息;和/或接收所述多个终端中的每个终端上报的位置信息,并根据所述每个终端上报的位置信息,确定所述多个终端之间的位置相关性信息。
- 一种车辆通信中终端位置的汇报装置,适用于终端,其特征在于,包括:检测单元,设置为检测所述终端与其它终端之间的位置关系,以确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端;汇报单元,设置为将所述终端与所述目标终端之间的位置相关性信息汇报至基站或网络侧设备,以供所述基站或所述网络侧设备根据所述位置相关性信息在所述终端和所述目标终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的终端。
- 根据权利要求7所述的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报装置,其特征在于,所述检测单元包括:获取单元,设置为从所述终端的应用层获取与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端的信息;和/或确定单元,设置为通过D2D发现机制确定与所述终端存在位置相关的目标终端。
- 根据权利要求8所述的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元具体设置为:在通过D2D发现机制确定在单位时间内所述终端与任一终端之间的位置变化量在预定范围内时,确定所述终端与所述任一终端之间存在位置相关性。
- 根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报装置,其特征在于,还包括:判断单元,设置为判断是否接收到所述基站或所述网络侧设备发送的位置汇报配置指令;所述汇报单元还设置为,在所述判断单元判定接收到所述位置汇报配置指令之后,根据所述位置汇报配置指令向所述基站或所述网络侧设备汇报所述终端的当前位置信息,以供所述基站或所述网络侧设备根据所述当前位置信息和所述位置相关性信息确定所述终端和所述目标终端的位置。
- 一种车辆通信中终端位置的汇报装置,适用于基站或网络侧设备,其特征在于,包括:获取单元,设置为获取多个终端之间的位置相关性信息;选择单元,设置为根据所述位置相关性信息,在所述多个终端中选择需要进行位置汇报的指定终端;发送单元,设置为向所述指定终端发送位置汇报配置指令,以使所述指定终端根据所述位置汇报配置指令汇报所述指定终端的位置信息;处理单元,设置为根据所述指定终端的位置信息和所述位置相关性信息,确定所述多个终端的位置。
- 根据权利要求11所述的车辆通信中终端位置的汇报装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元包括:第一接收单元,设置为接收所述多个终端中的任一终端发送的所述位置相关性信息;和/或第二接收单元,设置为接收所述多个终端中的每个终端上报的位置信息;确定单元,设置为根据所述每个终端上报的位置信息,确定所述多个终端之间的位置相关性信息。
