Description

一种具有温度调节功能的新型面料温控水洗箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有温度调节功能的新型面料温控水洗箱。
背景技术
水洗箱在面料后整理领域应用非常广泛,特别是在牛仔领域,几乎每一家牛仔后整理加工单位都有这种水洗箱。
在当今绝大多数面料后整理加工单位使用的基本上都是普通的水洗箱,包括面料的退浆、丝光等领域。现在客户对于面料品质的要求越来越高,特别是一些弹力面料,普通的水洗箱由于温度得不到有效控制,一会偏高一会偏低,对于面料的手感和门幅有很大的影响。同时当今的箱体都相对比较封闭,箱体内的热量得不到及时的排出,箱体顶层的水蒸汽很多滴落到布面,有的布面上会有水印,影响面料的质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了克服现有技术温度控制能力差且水蒸汽处理不当的不足,提供一种具有精确的温度调节能力且水蒸汽回收处理措施的具有温度调节功能的新型面料温控水洗箱。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种具有温度调节功能的新型面料温控水洗箱,包括箱体、设置在箱体内的导布机构和温控机构,所述导布机构包括进布口、出布口和若干相互平行的导布辊,所述导布辊两端设有轴承,所述导布辊通过轴承固定在设置在箱体上;
所述箱体的上方设有过滤网,所述过滤网的竖向截面为倒V型,所述过滤网上设有若干导水槽,所述导水槽均匀设置在过滤网上且互相平行;
所述箱体上设有进水口和出水口,所述进水口和出水口均位于进布口和出 布口的下方,所述进水口位于出水口的上方,所述温控机构包括温度传感器和蒸汽管道,所述蒸汽管道上设有蒸汽阀门,所述蒸汽阀门包括阀体,设置在阀体上的扳手,所述阀体内设有阀杆,所述阀体的两侧设有进气口和出气口,所述进气口通过阀杆与出气口连通。
作为优选,为了提高了工作人员对蒸汽阀门的控制精度,所述阀体上设有刻度盘,所述刻度盘与扳手连接。
作为优选,为了提高过滤网的耐腐蚀性,所述过滤网为不锈钢过滤网。
作为优选,为了防止布匹传输过程中滑落,所述导布辊上设有若干防滑齿,所述防滑齿沿导布辊的外周周向均匀分布。

本发明的有益效果是,该具有温度调节功能的新型面料温控水洗箱通过温度传感器对水温进行实时检测,同时通过扳手控制进入到箱体的蒸汽量,从而保证了对水温的稳定控制;不仅如此,通过过滤网防止了外部杂物进入到了箱体,同时过滤网的竖向截面为倒V型,而且设有导水槽,能够保证在过滤网上的水珠能够顺着导水槽流下,从而进行回收,提高了水洗箱的可靠性和实用性。

如图1-图5所示,一种具有温度调节功能的新型面料温控水洗箱,包括箱体10、设置在箱体10内的导布机构和温控机构,所述导布机构包括进布口5、出布口6和若干相互平行的导布辊2,所述导布辊2两端设有轴承3,所述导布辊2通过轴承3固定在设置在箱体10上;
所述箱体10的上方设有过滤网1,所述过滤网1的竖向截面为倒V型,所述过滤网1上设有若干导水槽11,所述导水槽11均匀设置在过滤网1上且互相平行;
所述箱体10上设有进水口7和出水口8,所述进水口7和出水口8均位于进布口5和出布口6的下方,所述进水口7位于出水口8的上方,所述温控机 构包括温度传感器19和蒸汽管道9,所述蒸汽管道9上设有蒸汽阀门,所述蒸汽阀门包括阀体13,设置在阀体13上的扳手12,所述阀体13内设有阀杆14,所述阀体13的两侧设有进气口15和出气口16,所述进气口15通过阀杆14与出气口16连通。

该具有温度调节功能的新型面料温控水洗箱的工作原理是:面料由进布口5进入箱体10,通过若干相互平行的导布辊2后,至出布口6;同时,水从进水口7进入箱体10,再由出水口8流出箱体10;而且,为了保证箱体10内水温的稳定,蒸汽通过蒸汽管道9源源不断地进入到箱体10内,温度传感器19对水温进行检测,当水温过高时,则通过控制扳手12来调节阀杆14,对通过阀体13进入到箱体10的蒸汽量进行调节,从而来保证水温的稳定。为了保证箱体10内的水蒸汽能够顺利排出,并且防止外部杂物进入到箱体10内,在箱体10的上方设有过滤网1,从而防止了外部杂物进入到了箱体10,同时过滤网1的 竖向截面为倒V型,而且设有导水槽11,能够保证在过滤网1上的水珠能够顺着导水槽11流下,从而进行回收,提高了水洗箱的可靠性和实用性。
与现有技术相比,该具有温度调节功能的新型面料温控水洗箱通过温度传感器19对水温进行实时检测,同时通过扳手12控制进入到箱体10的蒸汽量,从而保证了对水温的稳定控制;不仅如此,通过过滤网1防止了外部杂物进入到了箱体10,同时过滤网1的竖向截面为倒V型,而且设有导水槽11,能够保证在过滤网1上的水珠能够顺着导水槽11流下,从而进行回收,提高了水洗箱的可靠性和实用性。

    所述箱体(10)的上方设有过滤网(1),所述过滤网(1)的竖向截面为倒V型,所述过滤网(1)上设有若干导水槽(11),所述导水槽(11)均匀设置在过滤网(1)上且互相平行;
    所述箱体(10)上设有进水口(7)和出水口(8),所述进水口(7)和出水口(8)均位于进布口(5)和出布口(6)的下方,所述进水口(7)位于出水口(8)的上方,所述温控机构包括温度传感器(19)和蒸汽管道(9),所述蒸汽管道(9)上设有蒸汽阀门,所述蒸汽阀门包括阀体(13),设置在阀体(13)上的扳手(12),所述阀体(13)内设有阀杆(14),所述阀体(13)的两侧设有进气口(15)和出气口(16),所述进气口(15)通过阀杆(14)与出气口(16)连通。
