[0047] 在本实施例中, 如图 1所示, 上牙套 100和下牙套 200采用相互分离的分体结构 。 为增强用户体验, 3D牙套采用食品级弹性材料制成, 并且该弹性材料为可看 到用户牙齿的透明材料。 在其他实施例中, 在考虑 3D牙套使用硬质材料制作吋 , 可以优先考虑该类型 3D牙套中与用户牙龈接触的部分采用适于与人体肌肤接 触的柔性材料制成, 以提高用户体验。 并且 3D牙套外表面 115的形状也可以制作 成与人体真牙形状相似, 外表面 115还可以设置与人体真牙颜色相近的贴片, 以 增强视觉体验。 外表面 115指的是用户在使用 3D牙套吋, 裸露在外, 容易被其他 人可以看到的面。

[0050] 氧化还原电位差是指口腔中该局部区域在氧化还原反应状态下产生的电位差, 因此使口腔中氧化还原电位差维持在正常范围的成分, 可以是可改变其所在局 部区域氧含量的物质。
[0051] 使口腔中 PH值维持在正常范围的成分, 可以是碳酸盐或 /和磷酸盐形成的缓冲 系统, 以维持口腔内恒定的 PH值, 防止口腔内产生的酸菌使牙齿表面 PH值下降 造成脱钙的危险。 其中, 使口腔中 PH值维持在正常范围的成分还可以含有蛋白 分解产物, 以辅助提高 PH值。
[0052] 防止牙齿脱钙的成分, 可以是前述使口腔中 PH值维持在正常范围的成分; 还 可以在其中添加钠离子、 钾离子和氯离子, 以维持唾液的浓度。 促进牙齿再矿 化的成分, 可以是钙离子和微量的氟离子, 以促进牙齿再矿化。
[0053] 抑制牙菌斑形成的成分, 可以是抗菌剂或 /和抗附着剂, 还可以采用化学方法 。 抗菌剂可以是中药或茶叶中的抑菌成分, 抗菌剂在使用吋效果明显, 但长期 使用副作用大, 抑制有害菌的同吋, 也抑制了有益菌, 造成口腔菌群失调或后 续产生真菌感染。 抗附着剂, 可以抑制细菌吸附或使已吸附在牙齿上的细菌解 吸附, 其主要可以是: 中药类, 如甘草、 五倍子或 /和红花等, 用于获得膜中黏 蛋白中的富脯酸结合, 阻止菌黏附; 茶多酚, 从茶叶中提取, 茶多酚抑菌作用 不是太强, 但它可以抑制葡糖基转移酶, 从而抑制葡聚糖的产生; 非特异性蛋 白水解酶, 用于破坏细菌表面蛋白, 阻止附着; 特异性葡聚糖酶, 用于溶解葡 聚糖, 影响菌斑形成; 甲壳素, 可凝集致龋菌, 减少菌斑形成, 或解脱已黏附 在牙面上的菌斑, 还可以减少乳酸量, 防止口腔 PH值下降。 化学方法可采用化 学杀菌剂, 如洗必太是强抗菌剂。 洗必太是强抗菌剂为 2价阳离子, 对细菌表面 有亲和力, 革兰氏阴性或阳性菌均具有抑制作用, 长久使用可使黏膜着色, 也 容易使口腔菌群失调。
[0054] 抑制产生口臭的成分, 可以是锌离子, 锌离子可以阻断口臭病菌与有机底物作 用, 生成难闻的硫化物发生口臭。 抑制产生牙周病的成分, 可以是甲硝唑、 替 硝唑、 螺旋霉素、 二甲胺四环素、 多系霉素或银离子等。

[0056] 在其它实施例中, 作为本发明的另一种实施方案, 如图 5所示, 上牙套 100和下 牙套 200还可以通过铰接的方式连接在一起, 如上牙套 100和下牙套 200的一端通 过铰接结构 300进行连接, 铰接结构 300中还可以设置使上牙套 100和下牙套 200 保持张幵状态的钮簧 (图未示) 。 当然, 如图 6所示, 在上牙套 100和下牙套 200 由弹性材料制成吋, 上牙套 100和下牙套 200的一端也可以采用一体成形的连接 方式成一设定角度进行连接。

一种 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述 3D牙套具有凹陷部和由所述凹陷部 形成适于容纳牙齿的沟槽, 所述凹陷部还具有至少一个设置区,至少 一个所述设置区设有用于维护用户口腔健康的组合物, 该组合物可进 入所述沟槽。
根据权利要求 1所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 该 3D牙套包括上牙套和 下牙套, 所述上牙套和下牙套均具有所述凹陷部和由所述凹陷部形成 适于容纳牙齿的所述沟槽, 所述上牙套和所述下牙套的凹陷部上均具 有至少一个所述设置区, 至少一个所述设置区设有所述组合物。 根据权利要求 2所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述上牙套和下牙套的 一端通过铰接结构进行连接, 所述铰接结构中还设有使所述上牙套和 下牙套保持张幵状态的钮簧。
根据权利要求 2所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述上牙套和下牙套采 用相互分离的分体结构。
根据权利要求 2所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述上牙套和下牙套的 一端采用一体成形的连接方式进行连接。
根据权利要求 1所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述组合物中具有缓释 制剂, 所述缓释制剂用于延缓所述组合物中有效成分的释放, 以长吋 间维护用户口腔健康。
根据权利要求 1所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述组合物中的有效成 分包括抑制口腔中有害菌生长的成分。
根据权利要求 1所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述组合物中的有效成 分包括使口腔中氧化还原电位差维持在正常范围的成分。
根据权利要求 1所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述组合物中的有效成 分包括使口腔中 PH值维持在正常范围的成分。
根据权利要求 1所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述组合物中的有效成 分包括抑制牙菌斑形成的成分。
根据权利要求 1所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述组合物中的有效成 分包括防止牙齿脱钙的成分或促进牙齿再矿化的成分。

[权利要求 14] 根据权利要求 1所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述设置区为容置孔, 所述容置孔包括用于容置所述组合物的容置腔和连通所述容置腔的径 口, 至少一个所述容置孔设于所述凹陷部中对应用户牙间隙的位置。
[权利要求 15] 根据权利要求 14所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 所述组合物制成颗粒 状, 该组合物适于设置在所述容置孔内。
[权利要求 16] 根据权利要求 14所述的 3D牙套, 其特征在于: 至少一个所述容置孔 采用所述径口尺寸小于所述容置腔尺寸的设计。
