La présente invention concerne un corps de poids variable d'un appareil d'exercice physique destiné au bas du corps comprenant : une barre de réglage de poids ayant une pluralité de piles de poids empilées verticalement de façon à être mobiles verticalement, et une partie de siège située sur un côté de cette dernière ; le corps de poids variable étant disposé de façon à pouvoir tourner depuis un côté de la barre de réglage de poids, de façon à soulever, à l'angle dans lequel le corps de poids variable est tourné, les piles de poids désignées au moyen d'un câble relié aux piles de poids de la barre de réglage de poids ; un cadre rotatif passant à travers le corps de poids variable et disposé de manière reliée sur la barre de réglage de poids par une tige rotative et positionné sur le côté du corps de poids variable, et ayant une broche de fixation, qui est située sur un côté de ce dernier dans la direction longitudinale, pour régler l'angle du cadre rotatif par rapport au corps de poids variable ; et une barre de support de pied disposée de manière rotative sur un côté du cadre rotatif de façon à permettre à un utilisateur de soutenir les pieds, le corps de poids variable comprenant : une plaque de disque variable circulaire dont le centre est soutenu par pénétration par la tige rotative ; une plaque annulaire ajoutée à une surface de la plaque de disque variable et fixée à cette dernière ; un élément de guidage en forme de C fixé à une surface de la plaque annulaire de façon à guider le câble ; une broche de tige fixée par pénétration à un côté de la plaque de disque variable de façon à être suspendue à un crochet situé au niveau de la barre de réglage de poids, en empêchant ainsi une rotation vers l'avant causée par le cadre rotatif ; une première plaque rotative guidée par la plaque annulaire et l'élément de guidage en forme de C de telle sorte que son centre est pénétré par la tige rotative de façon à être soutenue axialement par un palier, ayant un trou de guidage en forme de C formé sur une surface de cette dernière, ayant un trou coulissant formé au niveau du trou de guidage de façon à croiser le trou de guidage, ayant une rainure renfoncée formée sur un côté du trou coulissant, et ayant des rainures de verrouillage qui sont formées sur un côté externe de cette dernière et soutiennent une partie de fixation de câble accouplée à une extrémité du câble ; une plaque de disque avant et une plaque de disque arrière, qui sont respectivement pénétrées par la tige rotative passant à travers les deux surfaces latérales de la première plaque rotative, de façon à être accouplées par des broches d'accouplement passant à travers les deux surfaces latérales de la première plaque rotative, ayant des trous de guidage formés sur chaque surface de ces dernières et coïncidant avec le trou de guidage de la première plaque rotative, et ont des rainures de verrouillage formées le long de leurs circonférences et soutenant la partie de fixation de câble ; un curseur guidé le long du trou coulissant de la première plaque rotative de façon à verrouiller la broche de tige sur la plaque de disque variable au trou de guidage ou la libérer de ce dernier ; un guide d'élément de fixation disposé dans la rainure renfoncée de la première plaque rotative de façon à déterminer la position du curseur coulissant ; une seconde plaque rotative fixée à la plaque de disque avant de façon à empêcher le câble d'être séparé latéralement de l'élément de guidage ; une plaque de réglage d'angle en forme de disque disposée de manière fixe sur une surface de la seconde plaque rotative au moyen d'éléments de fixation, et ayant une pluralité de trous de fixation formés à intervalles d'angle égaux de telle sorte que la broche de fixation du cadre rotatif est verrouillée de façon à régler l'angle du cadre rotatif ; et un levier de réglage disposé sur la seconde plaque rotative et accouplé à un côté du curseur par l'intermédiaire de la plaque de disque avant au moyen des éléments de fixation de façon à régler le coulissement du curseur. Par conséquent, le corps de poids variable de l'appareil d'exercice de corps inférieur selon la présente invention n'est pas un corps fixe, mais un objet de poids rotatif dans lequel la seconde plaque rotative, la première plaque rotative, la plaque de disque avant, la plaque de disque arrière et la plaque de réglage d'angle tournent tout en tirant ou libérant le câble selon l'angle de rotation du cadre rotatif, et la plaque de disque variable, la plaque annulaire et l'élément de guidage, qui sont disposés sur la tige rotative, tournent conjointement avec la seconde plaque rotative, la première plaque rotative, la plaque de disque avant, la plaque de disque arrière et la plaque de réglage d'angle par un actionnement simple du levier de réglage sans toucher les piles de poids, en verrouillant la broche de tige dans le trou de guidage de la première plaque rotative, en permettant ainsi de fournir une commodité de réalisation d'exercice de corps inférieur avec un poids variable auquel un poids est ajouté, et de fournir un effet permettant de réaliser un exercice efficace pour les muscles des membres inférieurs.
