Description

INFORMATION PROCESSOR, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD AND
PROGRAM
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
[0001] The invention relates to an information processor, an information processing method and a program capable of controlling input processing of comments on various kinds of matters of a service venue or the like.
2. Description of Related Art
[0002] Conventionally, there has been a system capable of inputting evaluation information (comments, word of mouth, reviews or the like) from a user on services and merchandise or the like of a restaurant or the like through a webpage related to the services or the merchandise for example.
[0003] For example, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2014- 132390 discloses a system that changes a display form (a color, a size, a shape or the like) of an icon corresponding to each evaluation item for a service stepwise according to a value indicating favorability or negativity of a keyword in evaluation information from a customer.
[0004] In addition, Japanese Patent No. 5646026 describes displaying word-of-mouth information of a user relating to a service or merchandise together with information of impression classification of the user determined on the basis of a predetermined keyword included in the word-of-mouth information.
[0005] However, in both of these techniques, since evaluation information or word-of-mouth information from a customer that is already stored in the system is classified and displayed according to the favorability and the negativity or the impression of the user determined from a keyword included in the evaluation information or the word-of-mouth information, the user cannot be allowed to recognize objective evaluation of the comment content while the user is inputting the evaluation information or the word of mouth.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] An object of the present invention is to provide an information processor, an information processing method and a program capable of allowing a user inputting a comment to objectively and easily recognize whether his/her own comment content is affirmative or negative for a comment target.
[0007] In order to achieve the object, the information processor relating to a first aspect of the present invention includes storage means, communication means and control means. The storage means stores a plurality of keywords capable of indicating whether evaluation of a predetermined matter is affirmative or negative. The communication means transmits a page including an input field for a comment of a user on the matter to a user terminal of the user. The control means changes a display mode of at least a part of the input field or the comment, according to increase in the number of the keywords included in the comment, while the user is inputting the comment to the input field on the page at the user terminal.
[0008] By the configuration, the information processor can allow the user inputting the comment to objectively, easily and visually recognize whether content of the comment is favorable or negative for a comment target, by changing the display mode of the comment input field or the comment according to the increase in the number of the keywords included in the comment while the user is inputting the comment. Since the user can recognize appropriateness of the content of the comment just by confirming the display mode of the comment input field or the comment while inputting the comment, convenience of a user interface is improved. Here, the predetermined matter includes any matters such as service venues of a shop like a restaurant and the like, merchandise, contents, news, people (celebrities) or the like. Further, due to a centralized processing of user input by means of the control means of the information processor and the centralized manipulation of the terminal (i.e., change of a display mode) based on the processed input, overall necessary processing resources and storage resources can be reduced (in particular in scenarios with more than one terminal connected to the information processor).
[0009] The control means may change a color of the entire input field according to the increase in the number of the keywords.
[0010] Thus, the information processor can allow the user to easily and visually recognize whether his/her own comment content is favorable or negative by the change of the color of the entire input field.
[0011] The control means may change a character color of the inputted comment according to the increase in the number of the keywords.
[0012] Thus, the information processor can allow the user to easily and visually recognize whether his/her own comment content is favorable or negative by the change of the character color of the comment.
[0013] The control means may bring the character color of the comment closer to the color of the input field according to the increase in the number of negative keywords included in the comment.
[0014] Thus, the information processor can allow the fact that the user is inputting a negative comment to be visually recognized since the character color of the comment becomes closer to the color of the input field and becomes harder for the user to see as the comment of the user becomes more negative.
[0015] The control means may change the input field to a non-readable display mode when the comment is published on a predetermined browsing site, in the case that the number of the negative keywords included in the comment exceeds a predetermined number.
[0016] Thus, the information processor can allow the fact that the user is inputting a negative comment to be visually recognized, and can also urge stoppage of the input of the comment by changing the input field to the non-readable display mode in the case that the comment of the user is extremely negative. In addition, even when the comment is published on the browsing site, it can be prevented from being read by other users. Further, in such way, a state of the information processor can be indicated, namely, that the information processor approaches a condition where the information processor does not accept further input.
[0017] Here, the change to the non-readable display mode is the change of blacking out a background of the input field in the case that the comment is inputted by black characters or changing the color of the characters to white in the case that the background of the input field is white for example. That is, the control means may change the input field to the same color as the character color of the comment, in the case that the number of the negative keywords exceeds the predetermined number.
[0018] The control means may receive the comment together with information indicating the changed display mode and store it in the storage means according to a posting operation on the user terminal of the inputted comment, and publish the stored comment on a predetermined browsing site in the changed display mode.
[0019] Thus, the information processor can reduce time and labor of performing posterior classification work of the comment by a manager of the comment, and a reader of the comment can easily and visually recognize the favorability/negativity of the comment by confirming the changed display mode on the browsing site. The reader can quickly recognize the content of the comment without confirming substance. Further, due to storage of the processed user input (rather than the user input and the plurality of keywords only), further entities may access the processed user input without having to process the unprocessed user input, overall necessary processing resources and storage resources can be reduced.
[0020] The control means may make the characters of the comment smaller, according to the increase in the number of the negative keywords included in the comment.
[0021] Thus, the information processor can make the user hesitate to input the comment and stop the input further by making the characters of the comment smaller as the comment of the user becomes more negative.
[0022] The control means may make the input field smaller, according to the increase in the number of the negative keywords included in the comment. [0023] Thus, the information processor can make the user hesitate to input the comment and stop the input further by making the input field smaller as the comment of the user becomes more negative.
[0024] The control means may set a processing priority degree of the negative keyword included in the comment to be higher than that of an affirmative keyword included in the comment.
[0025] Thus, the information processor can set points counted in the case that the negative keyword is searched for to be higher than points counted in the case that the affirmative keyword is searched for, and reflect a difference in magnitude of influence between the affirmative keyword and the negative keyword on a display result.
[0026] The information processing method relating to a second aspect of the present invention includes storing a plurality of keywords capable of indicating whether evaluation of a predetermined matter is affirmative or negative, transmitting a page including an input field for a comment of a user on the matter to a user terminal of the user, and changing a display mode of at least a part of the input field or the comment, according to increase in the number of the keywords included in the comment, while the user is inputting the comment to the input field on the page at the user terminal.
[0027] The program relating to a third aspect of the present invention causes the information processor to execute a step of storing a plurality of keywords capable of indicating whether evaluation of a predetermined matter is affirmative or negative, a step of transmitting a page including an input field for a comment of a user on the matter to a user terminal of the user, and a step of changing a display mode of at least a part of the input field or the comment, according to increase in the number of the keywords included in the comment, while the user is inputting the comment to the input field on the page at the user terminal.
[0028] As described above, according to the present invention, the user inputting the comment can be allowed to objectively, easily and visually recognize whether his/her own comment content is affirmative or negative for a comment target. However, the effect does not limit the present invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0030] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0031] [Configuration of system]
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of a restaurant information providing system relating to the present embodiment.
[0032] As illustrated in the figure, the system includes a restaurant information providing server 100 on an Internet 50, and a plurality of user terminals 200.
[0033] The restaurant information providing server 100 is one example of an information processor of the present invention, and is connected with the plurality of user terminals 200 through the Internet 50. The restaurant information providing server 100 operates a portal site carrying information relating to restaurants, and provides the user terminals 200 with the portable site.
[0034] The restaurant information providing server 100 provides a restaurant information search system for users of the user terminals 200 in the portal site.
Specifically, the restaurant information providing server 100 searches for restaurant information that coincides with a search condition on a basis of a search request from the user terminal 200, generates a webpage carrying a search result, and transmits it to the user terminal 200.
[0035] In addition, the restaurant information providing server 100 receives posting of comment (evaluation/word of mouth) information on individual restaurants from the user terminals 200 on the portal site through a webpage (comment posting screen) including a comment input field, and publishes the posted comment information on webpages of the individual restaurants on the portal site as a part of the restaurant information.
[0036] The user terminals 200 (200A, 200B, 200C.) are terminals used by users, and are smartphones, mobile phones, tablet PCs (Personal Computers), notebook PCs, desktop PCs, or the like for example. The user terminals 200 access the restaurant information providing server 100, receive the webpage carrying the search result with a restaurant name, an area or the like for example as the search condition, and display it on a screen by a browser or the like.
[0037] In addition, while details will be described later, the restaurant information providing server 100 changes a display mode of at least a part of the input field or the comment, according to increase in the number of predetermined keywords included in the comment and indicating whether evaluation of the restaurant is affirmative or negative, while the user is inputting the comment to the input field on the webpage at the user terminal 200. In the following description, processing of changing the display mode of the input field or the comment while the comment is being inputted is also referred to as dynamic control of comment input.
[0038] [Hardware configuration of restaurant information providing server] FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a hardware configuration of the restaurant information providing server 100. As illustrated in the figure, the restaurant information providing server 100 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 1 1 , a ROM (Read Only Memory) 12, a RAM (Random Access Memory) 13, an input/output interface 15, and a bus 14 that connects them with each other. The restaurant information providing server 100 may include one or more circuitries, and the processes which the restaurant information providing server 100 handle may be operated by the one or more circuitries.
[0039] The CPU 11 is one example of control means of the present invention, appropriately accesses the RAM 13 or the like as needed, and generally controls the entire individual blocks of the restaurant information providing server 100 while performing various kinds of arithmetic processing. The ROM 12 is a nonvolatile memory in which firmware such as an OS to be executed by the CPU 1 1 , a program, various kinds of parameters or the like is fixedly stored. The RAM 13 is used as a work area of the CPU 1 1 or the like, and temporarily holds the OS, various kinds of applications under execution and various kinds of data under processing.
[0040] To the input/output interface 15, a display unit 16, an operation reception unit 17, a storage unit 18, a communication unit 19 and the like are connected.
[0041] The display unit 16 is a display device using, for example, an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), an OELD (Organic ElectroLuminescence Display), a CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) or the like.
[0042] The operation reception unit 17 is an input device such as a pointing device like a mouse or the like, a keyboard, a touch panel and the like. In the case that the operation reception unit 17 is a touch panel, the touch panel can be integrated with the display unit 16.
[0043] The storage unit 18 is one example of storage means of the present invention, and is a nonvolatile memory such as an HDD (Hard Disk Drive), a flash memory (SSD; Solid State Drive) or other solid memories or the like. In the storage unit 1 8, in addition to the OS, the various kinds of applications and the various kinds of data, a software program and data needed for processing for providing the restaurant information and the dynamic control of the comment input in the present embodiment are stored.
[0044] While it is to be described later, in the present embodiment in particular, the storage unit 18 includes a restaurant infonnation database, a comment infonnation database, and a keyword information database.
[0045] The communication unit 19 is one example of communication means of the present invention, is for example an NIC (Network Interface Card) for Ethemet(R) or various kinds of modules for wireless communication such as a wireless LAN, and is in charge of communication processing with the user terminals 200.
[0046] Note that, though not shown in the figure, a basic hardware configuration of the user terminals 200 is almost similar to the hardware configuration of the restaurant information providing server 100.
[0047] [Database configuration of restaurant information providing server]
FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of a database provided in the restaurant information providing server 100.
[0048] As illustrated in the figure, the restaurant information providing server 100 includes a restaurant information database 31 , a comment information database 32, and a keyword information database 33, in the storage unit 18.
[0049] The restaurant information database 31 stores, for each restaurant, a name, an address, a telephone number and location area information of the restaurant, an ID (shop ID) that identifies the restaurant, category information of business conditions/services of the restaurant, information (information indicating features of a shop such as PR sentences of the shop, event information performed by the restaurant) that introduces the restaurant, image data (that introduces the restaurant) regarding the restaurant, menu information regarding a menu provided by the restaurant, and information of business hours and a website URL or the like.
[0050] The location area information is by each prefecture for example, but the information may be stored also in units of a narrower scope such as municipalities. The category information may include, besides main categories such as Japanese cuisine, Chinese cuisine, Italian cuisine, French cuisine, roasted meat or the like, more detailed subcategories such as grilled chicken and tempura or the like in Japanese cuisine and pasta and pizza or the like in Italian cuisine.
[0051] The comment information database 32 stores the comment infonnation received from the user terminals 200 through the portal site as text information for example for each user ID transmitted together with the comment when the comment is posted.
[0052] As described above, the restaurant infonnation providing server 100 changes the display mode of at least a part of the input field or the comment, according to the increase in the number of the predetermined keywords included in the comment and indicating whether the evaluation of the restaurant is affirmative or negative, while the user is inputting the comment to the input field on the portal site at the user terminal 200 (the dynamic control of the comment input). Then, when the comment is posted (transmitted to the restaurant information providing server 100), information indicating the change of the display mode is transmitted together to the restaurant infonnation providing server 100, and is stored in the comment information database 32 together with the posted comment information.
[0053] The keyword information database 33 is a dictionary in which the keywords indicating whether the evaluation of the restaurant is affirmative or negative are classified into affirmative ones and negative ones and stored, for executing the dynamic control of the comment input. To each keyword, weight according to a degree of affirmation and negation may be set.
[0054] Examples of the keywords relating to good (affirmative) evaluation of the restaurant are the keywords that make the users who read them want to go to the restaurant or that allow presumption that the users who posted them praise and support the restaurant, such as "delicious", "tasty", "very tasty", "popular", "inexpensive", "reasonable", "as expected" or the like. Among them, for example the keyword "very tasty" may be weighted more highly than the keyword "tasty".
[0055] On the contrary, examples of the keywords relating to bad (negative) evaluation of the restaurant are the keywords that make the users who read them hesitate to go to the restaurant or that allow the presumption that the users who posted them speak in dispraise of and blame the restaurant, such as "bad tasting", "unsavory", "very bad tasting", "dirty", "expensive", "disappointed" or the like. Among them, for example the keyword "very bad tasting" may be weighted more highly than the keyword "bad tasting".
[0056] In addition, the keyword relating to the evaluation may be newly extracted from the comment including many affirmative keywords as described above or the comment including many negative keywords as described above for example and added to the keyword information database 33.
[0057] The individual databases are referred to each other as needed, in dynamic control processing of the comment input by the restaurant information providing server
100 to be described later.
[0058J [Operation of restaurant information providing server]
Next, the operation of the restaurant information providing server 100 configured as above will be described. The operation is executed by cooperation of hardware such as the CPU 1 1 and the communication unit 19 of the restaurant information providing server
100 and software stored in the storage unit 18. In the following description, for convenience, the CPU 1 1 is defined as an operation subject.
[0059] FIGs. 4A and 4B are flowcharts illustrating a flow of the dynamic control processing of the comment input by the restaurant information providing server
100.
[0060] As illustrated in the figure, the CPU 1 1 of the restaurant information providing server 100 first determines whether or not the comment posting screen on the portal site is accessed from the user terminal 200 (step 41).
[0061] When it is determined that the comment posting screen is accessed (Yes), the CPU 1 1 transmits a comment input screen (the webpage including the comment input field) to the user terminal 200, and determines whether or not the input of the comment to the comment input field is started by the user terminal 200 (step 42).
[0062] When it is determined that the input of the comment is started (Yes), the CPU 11 starts a search of the keywords stored in the keyword information database 33 from the comment (monitoring of presence/absence of the keywords) (step 43).
[0063] When it is determined that a new keyword is found as a result of the search (Yes in step 44), the CPU 1 1 determines whether or not the keyword is a negative word (step 45).
[0064] When it is determined that the keyword is the negative word (Yes), the CPU 1 1 increments a count number of the negative words (step 46). Note that, in the case that the weight is set to the keyword, not only the count number is increased by 1 but also points according to the weight are added.
[0065] Subsequently, the CPU 1 1 determines whether or not the count number of the negative words is equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold (step 47). Here, the predetermined threshold is 10, 20 or the like for example, but is not limited thereto.
[0066] When it is determined that the count number of the negative words is below the threshold (No in step 47), the CPU 1 1 increases a density of a first color component according to the count number, as a background color of the comment input field (step 48).
[0067] The first color component is a color component that evokes a negative image to the user for example, and is a grayscale for example but is not limited thereto. In the case that the grayscale is adopted as the first color component, the background color of the comment input field gradually changes from white to black (0%-100%), according to the increase in the count number of the negative words.
[0068] When it is determined that the count number of the negative words is equal to or larger than the threshold (Yes in step 47), the CPU 11 blacks out a background of the comment input field (paints it in black) (step 49).
[0069] On the other hand, in step 45, when it is determined that the keyword is not the negative word (is an affirmative word) (No), the CPU 1 1 increments a count number of the affirmative word (step 50). Note that, in the case that the weight is set to the keyword, not only the count number is increased by 1 but also the points according to the weight are added.
[0070] Subsequently, the CPU 11 increases a density of a second color component different from the first color component according to the count number, as the background color of the comment input field (step 51 ).
[0071] The second color component is a color component that evokes an affirmative image to the user for example, and is a yellow component for example but is not limited thereto. In the case that the yellow component is adopted as the second color component, the background color of the comment input field gradually changes from white to (dark) yellow (0%- 100%), according to the increase in the count number of the affirmative word. [0072] The CPU 1 1 repeats the above processing (increasing processing of a color component density of the comment input field according to the increase of the negative words and the affirmative words) until a posting operation of the input comment is ended at the user terminal 200 (step 52).
[0073] When it is determined that the posting operation of the input comment is ended at the user terminal 200 (Yes in step 52), the CPU 1 1 acquires (receives) the comment information (text information) inputted to the comment input field together with color component information of the background color of the comment input field (count number information of the negative words or the affirmative words or the information corresponding to it), and stores the information in the comment information database 32 (step 53).
[0074] At the time, in the comment information database 32, the comment information may be automatically classified and preserved according to the color component information of the background color. Thus, a manager (comment manager) of the restaurant information providing server 100 can visually recognize and classify content of the comment without reading the content of the comment, and can select or filter the comment to be published, as needed.
[0075] Then, the CPU 11 publishes the acquired comment information on a comment browsing page of the restaurant corresponding to the comment on the portal site, in the background color indicated by the color component information of the background color corresponding to the comment information (step 54).
[0076] Note that, when both of the negative keyword and the affirmative keyword are detected from the inputted comment, the CPU 1 1 executes the processing according to whether a surplus count number which is a difference of the individual count numbers is the count number of the negative keywords or the count number of the affirmative keywords, for example.
[0077J In addition, when the count number of the negative keywords and the count number of the affirmative keywords are the same, the CPU 1 1 may turn the background color of the comment input field to an initial state (white). However, in consideration of the fact that generally influence on the reader of the comment or the restaurant by the negative keyword is greater than influence on the reader of the comment or the restaurant by the affirmative keyword, the CPU 11 may set a processing priority degree of the negative keyword to be higher than that of the affirmative keyword. That is, the CPU 1 1 may set the points to be counted when the negative keyword is searched for to be higher than the points to be counted when the affirmative keyword is searched for.
[0078] FIG. 5 to FIG. 8 are diagrams illustrating display examples of the comment posting screen displayed on the user terminal 200 by comment input control processing of the restaurant information providing server 100.
[0079] As illustrated in the figures, the comment posting screen includes a restaurant name input field 61 , a restaurant selection button 62, a comment input field 63, and a comment posting button 65.
[0080] The user of the user terminal 200 typically accesses the comment posting screen through a link to the comment posting screen provided on a page of a specific restaurant on the portal site. In this case, the name of the specific restaurant is automatically displayed in the restaurant name input field 61. However, the user terminal 200 can also access the comment posting screen without specifying a restaurant from a top page on the portal site for example, and in that case, the user can shift to a restaurant list page by depressing the restaurant selection button 62, and select the restaurant from there. In addition, even after the restaurant name is once automatically displayed in the restaurant name input field 61 , the user can select a different restaurant by depressing the restaurant selection button 62.
[0081] The comment input field 63 is a rectangular input field with a white background for example, and a character color of a comment 64 inputted through a keypad or the like of the user terminal 200 is black for example.
[0082] When the user inputs the comment 64 to the comment input field 63 and depresses the comment posting button 65, the input of the comment is completed, and the comment information is acquired by the restaurant information providing server 100. [00831 FIG. 5 illustrates a state that the negative word and the affirmative word are not searched for though the comment is inputted to the comment input field 63. Therefore, the background color of the comment input field 63 is still white.
[0084] FIG. 6 illustrates a state that two negative words are detected from the comment inputted to the comment input field 63. In this case, the background color of the comment input field 63 is changed to light gray, according to the number of the negative words.
[0085] FIG. 7 illustrates a state that more negative words are detected from the comment inputted to the comment input field 63. In this case, the background color of the comment input field 63 is changed to dark gray, according to the increase in the number of the negative words.
[0086] FIG. 8 illustrates a state that the number of the negative words detected from the comment inputted to the comment input field 63 is equal to or larger than the threshold. In this case, the background color of the comment input field 63 is painted in black, and the comment cannot be read any more.
[0087] [Summary]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the restaurant information providing server 100 can allow the user inputting the comment to objectively, easily and visually recognize whether the content of the comment is favorable or negative for a comment target, by changing the background color of the comment input field according to the increase in the number of the negative or affirmative keywords included in the comment while the user is inputting the comment. Since the user can recognize appropriateness of the content of the comment just by confirming the display mode of the comment input field while inputting the comment, convenience of a user interface is improved.
[0088] In addition, in the case that the comment is posted from the user terminal 200, by storing the comment together with the information of the background color corresponding to the comment and publishing the stored comment on the portal site in the background color changed while the comment is being inputted, the restaurant infonnation providing server 100 can reduce time and labor of posterior classification work of the comment performed by the manager of the comment according to whether the content is affirmative or negative, and can allow the reader of the comment to easily and visually recognize the favorability/negativity of the comment by letting the reader see the changed background color.
[0089] Further, since the restaurant information providing server 100 blacks out the comment input field so as not to be read in the case that the number of the negative keywords in the comment exceeds the predetermined threshold, the user can be urged to stop the input of the negative comment, and even if the comment is published on the portal site, it can be prevented from being read by the other users.
[0090] [Modification]
The present invention is not limited only to the embodiment described above, and can be variously modified in the range being without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0091] In the embodiment described above, both of the affirmative keyword and the negative keyword are searched for from the comment, and the background color of the comment input field is changed to a different color and density according to them. However, only one of the affirmative keyword and the negative keyword may be searched for and change processing of the background color relating to only one of them may be executed.
[0092] In the embodiment described above, the restaurant information providing server 100 changes the background color of the comment input field according to the number of the negative or affirmative keywords. However, the restaurant information providing server 100 may change the display mode other than the background color of the comment input field according to the number of the negative or affirmative keywords.
[0093] For example, the restaurant information providing server 100 may change a size of the comment input field according to the increase in the number of the negative or affirmative keywords included in the comment of the user. By making the input field smaller as the comment of the user becomes more negative for example, the restaurant information providing server 100 can make the user hesitate to input the comment and stop the input further.
[0094] In addition, the restaurant information providing server 100 may reduce a size of the characters of the comment according to the number of the negative keywords included in the comment, as illustrated in FIG. 9 to FIG. 1 1. While the negative keyword is not detected in the state of FIG. 9, the size of the characters of the comment is reduced by detection of some negative keywords in the state illustrated in FIG. 10, and the size of the characters of the comment is further reduced by the detection of more negative keywords in the state illustrated in FIG. 1 1.
[0095] Thus, by making the characters of the comment smaller as the comment of the user becomes more negative, the restaurant information providing server 100 can make the user hesitate to input the comment and stop the input further.
[0096] In addition, the restaurant information providing server 100 may change a character color of the comment according to the number of the negative or affirmative keywords. For example, in the case that the background color of the comment input field is white, the restaurant information providing server 100 may gradually change the character color of the comment from black to white according to the increase in the number of the negative keywords. Thus, the character color of the comment becomes closer to the background color according to the increase in the number of the negative keywords, and becomes harder for the user to see, causing the user to hesitate to input the negative comment or stop the input. Also in this case, the restaurant information providing server 100 may change the color of only a negative keyword part or the color of only a sentence including the negative keyword.
[0097] In addition, the restaurant information providing server 100 may provide an indicator (a bar graph or a star) that indicates a change state of the number of the negative or affirmative keywords in the comment input field, and change a display form of the indicator according to the number of the negative or affirmative keywords.
[0098] Examples (the background color of the comment input field, the size of the comment input field, the color of the characters of the comment, the size of the characters of the comment, the indicator or the like) of the change of the display mode described above can be respectively independently executed, and two or more examples among them may be appropriately combined and executed.
[0099] In the embodiment described above, the restaurant information providing server 100 pays attention only to the keywords included in the comment and counts the number (point). However, it is conceivable that a meaning that the keyword has sometimes becomes different depending on sentences before and after the keyword in the comment. Therefore, the restaurant information providing server 100 may register, in correspondence with the keyword, a word relating to the keyword and a predetermined score relating to connection of the keyword and the word in the keyword information database 33 beforehand, and in the case that a predetermined word is found before and/or after the searched-for keyword, give points to the keyword and the words before and after the keyword according to the score, and execute the dynamic control of the comment input based on the points. That is, in this case, a set of the keyword and the words before and after the keyword is considered as one keyword.
[0100] In the embodiment described above, the example is illustrated in which the background color of the input field of the comment is white in the initial state, is changed from white to black (0-100%) according to the number of the negative keywords, and is changed from white to yellow (0-100%) according to the number of the affirmative keywords. However, a configuration may be such that the color component of the background color of the comment input field is one kind of the grayscale (0-100%) for example for both of the negative keyword and the positive keyword, the initial (neutral) state is the color of a value of 50% for example, the grayscale becomes closer to the value of 100%) as the number of the negative keywords is larger, and the grayscale becomes closer to the value of 0% as the number of the affirmative keywords is larger. Also for the display mode other than the color component of the background color, the value of 50% may be the neutral state similarly.
[0101] In the embodiment described above, the aspect is illustrated in which the background color of the comment input field is changed in direct proportion to the number of the affirmative or negative keywords, however, the background color of the comment input field may be changed in proportion to a power of the number of the keywords for example (that is, the degree of color change may be also increased according to the increase in the number of the keywords).
[0102] In the embodiment described above, the restaurant information providing server 100 executes the comment input control processing according to the number of the keywords. However, the comment input control processing may be performed by an application installed to the user terminal 200. That is, in the embodiment described above, the restaurant infonnation providing server 100 monitors the comment content and counts the number of keywords while the comment is being inputted, however, in the case that the comment is completely inputted in a local environment in the user terminal 200, a network is connected only when the comment is to be posted, and the comment is transmitted to the restaurant infonnation providing server 100, the application of the user terminal 200 may monitor the comment content, count the number of the keywords, and change the various kinds of display modes according to the increase.
[0103] In the embodiment described above, the comment (evaluation) on the restaurant is a processing target, however, the comment target is not limited to the restaurant, and the present invention is similarly applicable also to comments on various service venues such as amusement venues like a golf course, a karaoke club, a bowling alley or the like, treatment venues like a massage or beauty salon or the like, lodging venues like a hotel or a Japanese-style inn, comments on any merchandise such as clothes, food, house appliances or everyday sundries, or comments on people such as celebrities or friends or the like. In that case, according to the matter to be the comment target, the keyword is also appropriately changed.
[0104] In addition, in that case, the comment may be inputted on each page of a portal site like a restaurant information providing site, on a bulletin board relating to some matters, or on an SNS (Social Networking Service).
[0105] The above-described procedures and functions may be implemented by respective functional elements, processors, or the like, as described below.
