Description

一种终端位置管理、终端移动性管理的方法及网络节点 技术领域
本申请涉及但不限于网络通信,尤指一种终端位置管理、终端移动性管理的方法及网络节点。
背景技术
在过去的20多年时间里,移动通信技术得到了飞速发展,为人们生活方式、工作方式以及社会的政治、经济等各方面都带来了巨大的影响。人类社会进入高效的信息化时代,各个方面业务应用需求呈现爆发式增长,给未来无线移动带宽系统在频率、技术以及运营等各方面都带来了巨大的挑战。
随着互联网各类应用的丰富,第三方服务商对网络运营商的信息交互及网络个性需求愈来愈强烈,网络能力开放逐渐成为未来网络技术的主流。如目前移动个人用户、行业用户和SP/CP(Service Provider/Content Provider,服务提供商/内容提供商)使用的移动业务中有一部分为对时延不敏感的业务,比如软件更新和下载、音乐和视频下载等业务,而这类业务的数据流量偏大,采用正常流量套餐进行传输将会产生比较高的费用。在现网中,移动数据网络在时间和地域方面呈现明显的忙闲不均的特点,网络中存在许多空闲资源。背景流量业务(第三方应用与网络进行信令协同,在网络空闲时段传输非实时的大流量,如视频推送、软件更新等)可以把这些空闲无线资源充分利用起来,使运营商的网络能够被充分利用,同时对于用户来说能够享受到非常便宜的流量,对于SP/CP来说也可以利用低成本的背景流量通道分发业务和内容,从而促进用户对移动流量的使用,对运营商带来数据收入的增长。
移动互联时代下,运营商开放网络能力已是大势所趋。多年来,管道资源、网络优势一直是运营商的核心竞争力所在。但随着4G及5G时代的到来,丰富互联网应用逐渐使运营商成为单纯的管道提供商。因此,构建统一开放的能力,提供平台,合理开放基础业务及信息等能力成为运营商 构建未来竞争力的关键所在。
图1是EPS网络能力开放架构示意图。如图1所示,该网络架构可以包括如下部分:
移动网络及网元(Mobile Network and Entity,简称为MNE),包含控制面网元MME/SGSN(Mobility Management Entity/Serving GPRS Support Node,移动管理节点/服务GPRS支持节点),负责信令控制及移动性管理;用户面网元PGW/GGSN(Public Data Network GateWay/Gateway GPRS Support Node,公用数据网网关/网关GPRS支持节点),负责承载控制及会话管理;数据面网元HSS(Home Subscriber Server,归属签约用户服务器),负责用户的签约管理;策略控制网元PCRF(Policy and Charging Rules Function,策略与计费规则功能),负责用户Qos(Quality of Service,服务质量)及计费策略的制定及下发;及其他网元等。
能力开放平台(Capability Exposure Platform,简称为CEP),用于根据第三方的需求,向网络请求网络资源与信息,为用户提供差异化的服务及更好的用户体验。
应用服务器(Application Server,简称为APP),用于第三方给用户提供丰富多样的互联网服务。
电信业务运营支持系统(Business and Operation support system,简称BOSS),包含OSS(Operation Support System,运营支撑系统)与BSS(Business support system,业务支撑系统)。BOSS是电信运营商的一体化、信息资源共享的支持系统,它主要由网络管理、系统管理、计费、营业、账务和客户服务等部分组成。其中OSS,负责网络配置、网络维护、网络管理及优化等功能实现。BSS,主要负责后台计费、用户授权、结算、帐务、客服、营业等功能实现。
网络编排功能(Network Orchestrator Function,简称NOF),负责网络及网元的动态编排。
采用该能力开放架构,移动网络通过服务开放平台统一对外暴露移动网络信息和开放移动网络能力,开放的对象包括第三方应用和运营商自有 应用等。
图2是能力开放的流程,如图2所示,包含如下步骤:
S101:应用服务器根据自身的业务流程需要向服务开放平台调用应用API(Application Protocol Interface,简称应用协议接口),例如:调用用户轨迹应用场景中的区域位置用户密度API。
S102:能力开放平台进行应用层协议转换,从应用API解析出需向移动网络获取能力信息。例如:第三方应用需要获取某地理区域的用户密度信息。
S103:能力开放平台向移动网络/网元获取所需的网络资源及用户信息,如向网络获取某地理区域的用户密度信息。移动网络/网元为该请求申请更新网络资源,收集网络及用户信息,并将网络能力信息(如电信能力、终端信息、网络状态等)返回给能力开放平台。如向能力开放平台返回当前的某区域位置用户密度信息。
S104:能力开放平台将从移动网络/网元获取到的网络能力信息按照应用API的需要进行封装,形成应用API调用的适配结果。例如:将特定区域位置的用户密度信息封装成可调用的API信息。
S105:能力开放平台器将应用API的适配结果返回给应用服务器,应用服务器根据从网络侧获取的不同API,实现各类应用,为用户提供差异化的服务。
图1中的传统蜂窝网网络架构适合单一服务型的网络。然而,使用这种垂直架构,运营商难以扩展电信网络,也很难根据不断变化的用户需求进行调整并满足新型应用的需求。
在未来网络系统中,网络将被进一步抽象为“网络切片”(network slice):不同的网络切片为特定的业务或特定的终端或特点的区域提供连接服务,网络切片包含可动态创建的各个虚拟网元,
如图3示出了包含网络切片的网络架构图。不同的业务,如MBB(Mobile Broadband,移动宽带服务)业务,mMTC(massive machine type communication,大规模机器类通信服务)业务,uMTC(ultra machine type  communication,超实时超可靠机器类通信服务)业务,业务需求(可以表示为对网络切片功能及性能的需求)差异性较大,在网络侧就采用不同的网络切片提供服务,每个网络切片包含的网元、网络连接、网络资源、硬件资源等是按需建立与分配的,不同的网络切片可以满足终端不同的业务需求,提供终端所需的接入与业务能力。网络切片的创建、更新与释放由网络切片管理功能(NSMF,network slice management function)提供。网络切片的功能包括接入控制功能,鉴权功能,移动性管理功能,会话管理功能,计费功能等;网络切片的性能包括端到端时延,最大保障带宽,区域内接入用户数,数据吞吐率,业务无缝切换支持的移动速率等。
能力开放网络架构可以向第三方应用提供部分网络能力的开放,第三方应用可以通过能力开放平台去请求QoS参数更新,计费策略调整(如第三方为用户付费业务),用户偏好信息获取等服务。但面向未来5G网络需求的能力开放,未来5G网络采用网络切片为不同业务提供差异化的服务。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
当终端在运营商网络区域内进行移动,或跨运营商区域进行移动时,需要能提供基于能力开放的移动性管理解决方案,使得终端在移动过程中及时获得满足其终端属性及业务需求的网络切片为其提供服务。
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供了以下方案。
一种终端位置管理的方法,应用于能力开放功能实体CEF,包括:
CEF向为终端提供服务的网络切片发送对所述终端的位置订阅请求;
所述CEF接收当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片的上报,获取所述终端的位置信息。
一种能力开放功能实体,包括终端位置管理模块,所述终端位置管理模块包括:
位置订阅单元,设置为向为终端提供服务的网络切片发送对所述终端 的位置订阅请求;
位置接收单元,设置为接收当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片的上报,获取所述终端的位置信息。
一种终端移动性管理的方法,应用于能力开放功能实体CEF,包括:

通过上述方案,在终端移动到不同的区域时,可以获取终端位置,及通过能力开放功能实体通过与网络切片管理功能实体的交互,为该终端在该区域内选择或创建符合其业务需求的特定网络切片为其提供服务,使得终端在移动过程中及时获得满足其终端属性及业务需求的网络切片为其提供服务。

下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
网络切片的应用有地域性限制,除公用网络切片为广域覆盖外,其他为特定业务或特定终端服务的网络切片都有区域接入限制。在图4中,有2个运营商网络:运营商网络A和运营商网络B。不同的运营商网络各有多个网络切片提供网络接入服务。在图4的场景中,每个运营商网络都有相应的能力开放功能(CEF:Capability Exposure function)实体(或称为能力开放平台)提供网络能力开放服务。终端移动时,可能在一个运营商网络内移动,也可能跨运营商进行移动,需要解决终端在运营商网络内移动或跨 运营商移动时,通过能力开放提供移动性管理的方案。在图5中,与图4不同的是,能力开放平台是统一的能力开放平台,可以跨运营商提供网络能力开放服务,如能力开放平台是第三方进行运营的场景。图5与图4不同的是,当终端跨运营商移动时,需要提供移动性管理的解决方案。
实施例一
本实施例提供一种终端位置管理的方法,如图6所示,包括:
步骤110,CEF向为终端提供服务的网络切片发送对所述终端的位置订阅请求;
本实施例中,所述CEF向为终端提供服务的网络切片发送位置订阅请求,包括:所述CEF接收第三方应用服务器APP发送的针对所述终端的移动性管理消息,获取所述终端的标识;所述CEF根据所述终端的标识,向网络切片管理功能实体NSMF查询得到为终端提供服务的网络切片的信息;及,所述CEF向所述为终端提供服务的网络切片发送所述位置订阅请求。
本申请中,为终端提供服务的网络切片可以包括以下网络切片中的一种或多种:当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片;提供广域接入服务的公用网络切片;及满足所述终端业务需求的网络切片。其中满足所述终端业务需求的网络切片包括了将来可能为终端提供服务的网络切片。
所述CEF确定将所述终端切换到目标网络切片时,如果之前没有向所述目标网络切片发送对所述终端的位置订阅请求(如之前只向当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片和/或公用网络切片订阅),则向所述目标网络切片发送对所述终端的位置订阅请求。
步骤120,所述CEF接收当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片的上报,获取所述终端的位置信息。
本实施例中,当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片上报的所述终端的位置信息包括以下信息中的一种或多种:所述终端初始的位置信息;所述终端位置更新后的位置信息;指示所述终端已移出本网络切片服务区域的信息;及指示所述终端已移动到本网络切片服务区域边缘的信息。
所述CEF可以将所述终端的位置信息向第三方APP开放;收到上报的所述终端的位置信息之后,也可以将终端的位置信息上报给第三方APP。
本实施例还提供了一种能力开放功能实体,包括终端位置管理模块,如图7所示,所述终端位置管理模块包括:
位置订阅单元10,设置为向为终端提供服务的网络切片发送对所述终端的位置订阅请求;

CEF决策:所述CEF获取所述终端的位置信息和当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片的信息,基于本地的移动性管理策略,决策对所述终端发起移动性管理服务;
第三方APP决策:所述CEF获取所述终端的位置信息和当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片的信息,上报给第三方APP,接收到第三方APP根据移动性管理策略,决策对所述终端发起移动性管理服务的通知消息。
上述CEF或第三方APP使用的移动性管理策略可以包括:在满足以下条件中的一种或多种时,发起移动性管理服务,将终端切换到新的网络切片:当前为终端提供服务的网络切片不能满足终端的业务需求;及,终端已移动到当前为终端提供服务的网络切片的服务区域边缘。
本实施例中,所述CEF可以按照实施例一中任一的任意方法获取所述终端的位置信息。本申请的第三方APP包括服务提供商、内容提供商、第三方应用、第三方服务等任意的第三方网络节点。
步骤220,CEF通过网络切片管理功能实体NSMF为终端选择或创建一个目标网络切片;
本步骤中,所述CEF先向所述NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,携带所述终端的位置信息及所述终端的业务需求信息;然后,所述CEF接收所述NSMF返回的目标网络切片的信息;其中,所述目标网络切片是所述NSMF选择或创建的,覆盖所述终端所在位置并满足所述终端的 业务需求的网络切片。
所述CEF向所述NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求时,可以根据所述终端的位置信息确定所述终端是否跨运营商移动:如果是,向目标运营商的NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,携带所述终端的位置信息、所述终端的业务需求信息及源网络切片的信息;如果否,则向当前运营商的NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,携带所述终端的位置信息、所述终端的业务需求信息及源网络切片的信息。
在存在多个CEF的网络架构中,会存在终端跨CEF移动的场景,如果在选择和创建目标网络切片时使用源网络切片的信息,则所述CEF获取所述终端的位置信息后,将所述终端的位置信息和本CEF的信息上报第三方APP。此时,所述CEF向所述NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求时,先根据所述终端的位置信息确定所述终端是否初次接入本CEF的服务区域,如果是,通过第三方APP查询源CEF(即终端最近移出其服务范围的CEF)的信息;如果查询到源CEF的信息,则所述CEF作为目标CEF向源CEF获取所述终端的源网络切片的信息。如查询不到源CEF的信息,则所述CEF视为所述终端初始接入本CEF服务范围来处理。
本申请中,上述源网络切片指所述终端初始接入网络时,所述CEF根据所述终端的业务需求为所述终端分配的提供接入服务的网络切片。源网络切片的功能与性能完全能满足终端的业务需求。
本实施例中,上述源网络切片的信息可以包括源网络切片的功能和性能信息,以及源网络切片的标识、网元配置、网络资源配置和服务区域中的一种或多种。其中,服务区域范围主要用来判断当前终端的位置是否已经移出或在边缘区域。源网络切片的标识用于找到源网络切片的入口,网元配置、网络资源配置都可以在创建或更新网络切片时使用,网络切片包括各个网元及网元所配置的网络资源。
特别地,所述终端的业务需求信息可以用所述源网络切片的功能和性能信息表示,而NSMF选择时,会选择功能和性能与所述源网络切片相同或更优的网络切片作为满足所述终端业务需求的目标网络切片。但本申请不局限于此,例如,也可以直接使用表示终端业务需求的信息,或者使用 与终端业务需求对应的网络切片类型信息,作为终端的业务需求信息。
步骤230,所述CEF通过当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片,通知所述终端切换到所述目标网络切片。
本实施例还提供了一种能力开放功能实体,包括终端移动性管理装置,如图8所示,所述移动性管理装置包括:

上述方案基于能力开放的移动性管理是针对未来网络中,终端在网络切片区域内移动到网络切片服务范围边缘,或跨网络切片移动场景下,终端移动到新的区域时造成网络接入服务功能及性能下降。通过能力开放功能实体的移动性管理功能,向网络切片管理功能请求在区域内提供新的网络切片为终端进行服务,使得新的网络切片在该区域内提供的网络接入服务的功能及性能,不低于此前为终端提供特定业务需求服务的网络切片。通过能力开放的移动性管理功能,可以为用户提供更优的用户体验。
为实现基于能力开放的移动性管理,能力开放功能实体基于第三方服务移动性管理的需求,向为终端提供服务的网络切片订阅终端位置信息。能力开放功能实体可从网络切片管理功能实体查询到为终端提供服务的网络切片信息,并向查询到的网络切片进行终端位置订阅。
终端可以接入为其提供特定业务需求服务的网络切片或公用网络切片,实现用户的网络接入服务。当终端位置区域发生变化时,为其服务的网络切片向能力开放功能实体发送终端位置更新消息,消息中可以携带但不限于终端的位置信息、运营商信息和当前提供服务的网络切片的信息。
能力开放功能实体确定当前为终端提供服务的网络切片不能满足终端的业务需求时,根据本地移动性管理策略提供移动性管理服务,或者,能力开放功能实体向第三方服务通知用户的位置更新信息,在第三方服务指示发起移动性管理服务时,为所述终端提供移动性管理服务。能力开放功能实体可以获取为终端提供特定业务需求服务的源网络切片的信息。若能 力开放功能实体没有保存该网络切片信息,则向网络切片管理功能实体请求获取。若是跨能力开放功能实体的终端移动,目标能力开放功能实体可以向源能力开放功能实体获取源网络切片的信息。
能力开放功能实体获取到为终端提供特定业务需求服务的源网络切片的信息后,向网络切片管理功能实体请求覆盖终端所在位置的新的网络切片为所述终端提供网络接入服务(该新的网络切片即目标网络切片),目标网络切片提供的网络接入服务的功能及性能不低于源网络切片。但本申请不局限于此,也可以直接根据终端实际的业务需求,或者与终端业务需求匹配的网络切片类型等信息来选择目标切片网络。
网络切片管理功能可以将区域内所有的网络切片与源网络切片进行对比,选择出功能及性能不低于源网络切片(源网络切片的含义见上文)的目标网络切片为终端提供网络接入服务。若在该区域内没有这样的网络切片,则为终端创建一个新的网络切片。创建的网络切片需满足终端的业务需求,如为功能及性能不低于源网络切片的网络切片。
之后,能力开放功能实体将选择或创建的网络切片信息通知给终端,终端通过网络软切或硬切技术,切换到新的网络切片实现网络接入服务。
下面再用几个示例对本发明实施例进行说明
示例一
本示例中,能力开放功能实体根据第三方移动性管理需求,向为终端服务的网络切片订阅终端位置信息。第三方APP也可通过能力开放功能实体订阅终端位置信息,提供位置相关的服务,如决策是否发起移动性管理服务。能力开放功能实体向网络切片管理功能实体查询为终端提供服务的网络切片信息,并向查询到的网络切片订阅终端的位置更新信息。当终端在网络区域发生位置更新时,当前为所述终端服务的网络切片及时上报终端的位置信息。
图10所示是本示例的信令流程,包括:
步骤S301,为终端提供业务的第三方服务,向能力开放功能实体提供 需要提供网络接入服务的终端标识列表,为相应终端定制移动性管理服务,即表示这些终端需要跨网络切片的移动性管理。第三方服务可授权能力开放功能实体进行移动性管理,或由第三方决策进行移动性管理。能力开放功能实体可以根据本地移动性管理策略对所述终端进行移动性管理服务,或者,能力开放功能实体根据第三方应用对移动性管理的业务需求,向第三方返回用户位置更新信息,由第三方决策是否发起移动性管理服务。
能力开放功能实体根据移动性管理需求,向为终端提供网络接入服务的网络切片订阅终端位置信息。若第三方服务需要,可以将收到的位置信息开放给第三方服务,用于基于终端位置相关的服务,如广告营销服务,交通信息服务等。
步骤S302,能力开放功能实体向网络切片管理功能实体(也称为网络切片管理功能)查询为终端提供服务的网络切片的信息,携带终端的标识,还可以携带终端的业务需求信息。网络切片的信息不限于网络切片的ID标识,IP地址,网络资源,网络功能,网络切片的服务区域范围等信息。
网络切片管理功能实体向能力开放功能实体返回相关网络切片的信息,包含以下一种或多种:当前为终端提供服务的网络切片的信息,为广域地域提供服务的公用网络切片的信息,及可以满足终端业务需求、可能为终端提供服务的网络切片信息。
步骤S303,能力开放功能实体根据网络切片管理功能实体返回的网络切片信息,向各个网络切片订阅终端的位置信息,携带终端id。当终端接入到相关网络切片后,网络切片向能力开放功能实体报告初始的终端位置信息、终端位置更新信息等。
步骤S304,终端接入为其提供特定业务需求服务的网络切片A。
步骤S305,网络切片A根据能力开放的位置订阅请求,向能力开放功能实体返回初始的终端位置信息,可以包括运营商区域信息等。若终端在网络切片内不同的区域移动,网络切片A向能力开放功能实体返回终端位置更新信息。
步骤S306,当终端移出网络切片A的区域时,网络切片A无法为所述终端提供网络接入服务,网络切片A向能力开放功能实体通知所述终端已移出网络切片A区域信息。
步骤S307,终端移出网络切片A的服务区域,根据配置的网络切片接入信息,通过网络移动性管理的硬切或软切技术,终端接入到提供广域接入服务的公用网络切片,由公用网络切片提供服务。在公用网络切片提供服务过程中,网络性能及功能可能不能满足终端的业务需求。
步骤S308,公用网络切片根据能力开放的位置订阅请求,向能力开放功能实体返回初始终端位置信息。若终端在网络切片内不同的区域移动,公用网络切片向能力开放功能实体返回终端位置更新信息。能力开放功能实体根据终端的位置信息及时提供移动性管理服务。
步骤S309,能力开放功能实体根据第三方APP对移动性管理的需求,向第三方返回终端的位置信息,第三方用于决策是否发起移动性管理服务,同时也可以满足第三方基于位置服务的业务需求。这里的移动性管理服务包括跨网络切片的移动性管理,即终端移动到目标区域,如果接入的网络切片提供的服务不能满足业务需求,则为其在该区域提供满足业务需求的网络切片进行服务。
在步骤S305~308中,当终端处于空闲模式进行移动时,网络切片A若无法及时感知终端的移动位置信息,此时能力开放平台可以通过大数据分析平台提供的终端位置预测信息,或通过第三方应用的位置定位信息,来确定或预判终端的位置,这样可以及时提供网络切片移动性管理服务。其它实施例下同。
本示例能力开放功能实体根据第三方服务的移动性管理需求,向网络切片管理功能实体查询为终端服务的网络切片信息,并向所述网络切片订阅终端位置信息,然后能力开放功能实体可以基于本地移动性管理策略及终端的位置信息提供移动性管理服务。同时订阅的终端位置信息向第三方进行开放,也可以由第三方决策是否发起移动性管理服务,用以满足第三方基于位置服务的业务需求。
示例二
本示例在一个运营商服务区域内,基于能力开放实现终端移动性管理。能力开放功能实体基于本地移动性管理策略或第三方对移动性管理服务的指示提供移动性管理服务。当终端移动到为其提供特定业务需求服务的网络切片A区域边缘,向网络切片管理功能实体查询该区域内与网络切片A相比功能及性能相同或更优的网络切片信息,并通知终端切换到查询到的网络切片C。若终端移出网络切片A区域,并切换到公用网络切片,则能力开放功能实体为该终端查询该区域是否存在与网络切片A相比功能及性能相同或更优的网络切片信息,如存在则通知终端切换到该网络切片;若没有,则请求网络切片管理功能实体为所述终端创建与网络切片A功能及性能相同的网络切片B。网络切片B创建成功后,能力开放功能实体通过该终端从公用网络切片切换到网络切片B,由网络切片B在该区域为终端提供网络接入服务。

能力开放功能实体基于终端的位置信息,若终端移动到特定服务的网络切片A区域边缘,则向网络切片管理功能实体请求该区域内与网络切片A功能及性能相同或更优的网络切片接入服务,携带网络切片A的ID信息,及终端位置信息。
步骤S406,网络切片管理功能实体,将该区域内提供能较好服务的网络切片与网络切片A进行比较,选出其中功能及性能不低于网络切片A的网络切片中能提供更优网络接入服务的网络C。

本示例是跨运营商服务区域,且不跨能力开放功能实体服务区域时, 基于能力开放实现终端移动性管理。当终端跨运营商移动时,能力开放功能实体从源运营商的网络切片管理功能实体获取为终端提供特定业务需求服务的网络切片A信息。当终端从源运营商移动到目标运营商时,能力开放功能实体基于终端的位置信息,向目标运营商的网络切片管理功能请求适配的网络切片,并提供源运营商的网络切片A的信息。网络切片管理功能实体选择比功能及性能相同或更优的网络切片,在该区域为终端提供网络接入服务。若没有适配的网络切片,则能力开放功能实体基于移动性管理策略,向网络切片管理功能实体请求创建一个新的网络切片,在该区域为终端提供网络接入服务。

步骤S606,目标能力开放实体向源能力开放实体请求为所述终端服务的网络切片A信息,携带终端id。
源能力开放功能实体可以向源运营商的网络切片管理功能实体获取网络切片A的信息。
源能力开放功能实体将源运营商网络的网络切片A信息返回给目标能力开放功能实体。
步骤S607,目标能力开放功能实体基于终端的位置信息,向目标运营商的网络切片管理功能实体请求该区域内与源运营商的网络切片A功能及 性能相同或更优的网络切片服务,携带网络切片A的信息,及该区域位置信息。
网络切片A的信息不限于网络切片A的ID标识、IP地址、网络资源情况、功能及性能网络服务区域范围等信息。
步骤S608,目标运营商的网络切片管理功能实体,将该区域内能提供服务的网络切片与源运营商的网络切片A进行比较,选出其中功能及性能不低于网络切片A,且能提供更优网络接入服务的网络切片C。
网络切片管理功能实体将网络切片C的信息返回给目标能力开放功能实体。网络切片C的信息,不限于网络切片的ID标识、IP地址、网络资源情况、网络服务区域范围等信息。
步骤S609,目标能力开放功能实体向目标运营商的公用网络切片通知,将终端从公用网络切片切换到网络切片C,携带终端id及网络切片C的信息。
目标能力开放功能实体同时向目标运营商的网络切片C订阅终端位置信息。
步骤S610,通过网络移动性管理的硬切或软切技术,终端切换到从目标运营商的公用网络切片切换到网络切片C,由网络切片C提供网络接入服务。终端在该区域,通过网络切片C的接入服务,可以享受更高的网络性能,提供用户体验。
步骤S611,目标运营商的网络切片C根据能力开放的位置订阅请求,向能力开放功能实体返回初始终端位置信息、地理位置区域信息等。若终端在网络切片内不同的区域移动,网络切片C向能力开放功能实体返回终端位置更新信息。能力开放功能实体根据终端的位置信息及时提供移动性管理服务。
步骤S612,接步骤601~607,与步骤608并行的,网络切片管理功能实体收到网络切片服务请求后,将该区域内能提供服务的网络切片与网络切片A进行比较,若可以选出其中功能及性能不低于网络切片A的网络切片,则转到步骤S608~S611进行处理。若无法选出功能及性能不低于网络切 片A的网络切片,则向能力开放功能实体返回无适配的网络切片信息。
步骤S613,能力开放功能实体根据移动性管理策略,决策在该区域创建一个新的网络切片,满足终端的业务需求。
目标能力开放功能实体向目标运营商的网络切片管理功能实体请求在该区域创建网络切片B,携带该区域信息,及为终端提供特定服务的源运营商的网络切片A的信息,不限于网络切片A的id,功能及性能、网络资源、网络服务区域范围等信息。
步骤S614,网络切片管理功能实体收到网络切片B的创建请求后,在终端所在区域创建网络切片B,目标运营商网络切片B的功能及性能不低于源运营商的网络切片A。
网络切片管理功能实体将创建好的网络切片B信息通知给目标能力开放功能实体,网络切片B的信息不限于网络切片的ID标识、IP地址、网络资源情况、功能及性能情况、网络服务区域范围等信息。
步骤S615,目标能力开放功能实体向网络切片B通知,将终端从公用网络切片切换到网络切片B,携带终端id及网络切片B的信息。
目标能力开放功能实体同时向网络切片B订阅终端位置信息。
步骤S616,通过网络移动性管理的硬切或软切技术,终端切换到网络切片B,由网络切片B提供网络接入服务。终端在该区域,通过网络切片B的接入服务,可以享受更高的网络性能,提供用户体验。
步骤S617,网络切片B根据能力开放的位置订阅请求,向目标能力开放功能实体返回初始终端位置信息,不限于运营商区域信息、地理位置区域信息等。若终端在网络切片内不同的区域移动,网络切片B向能力开放功能实体返回终端位置更新信息。能力开放功能实体根据终端的位置信息及时提供移动性管理服务。
目标能力开放功能实体获取到目标运营商网络中网络切片B返回的终端位置信息后,向第三方应用返回终端位置订阅信息,该信息不限于包括目标运营商信息、目标能力开放功能实体信息、目标运营商网络切片B信息、终端位置信息等。
本示例主要说明在跨运营商网络,且跨能力开放功能实体提供移动性管理服务时,目标能力开放功能实体可以从源能力开放功能实体获得源运营商网络的网络切片A信息。当终端移动到目标运营商网络后,目标能力开放功能实体基于移动性管理策略,将源运营商网络的网络切片A信息发送给目标运营商的网络切片管理功能实体,为所述终端请求网络切片服务。网络切片管理功能实体基于目标能力开放功能实体的移动性管理需求,为终端选择或创建一个其所在区域的目标运营商的网络切片,网络切片的功能及性能优于源运营商网络切片A,可以为终端提供不低于网络切片A的网络接入服务。
上述各个示例中,虽然网络切片管理功能实体在选择或创建新的网络切片时,是与源网络切片的功能/性能比较,但是,网络切片管理功能实体也可以直接用可选网络切片的功能及性能,与终端的业务需求比较,找出满足终端业务需求的目标网络切片;或者,在配置了网络切片类型与终端业务需求的对应关系(终端业务需求与可以满足该终端业务需求的网络切片类型对应)的情况下,网络切片管理功能实体也可以根据终端业务需求对应的网络切片类型来选择目标网络切片。而所述对应的网络切片类型可以由能力开放功能实体根据终端当前的业务需求和配置的所述对应关系而确定并作为终端的业务需求信息提供给网络切片管理功能实体。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现上述一种终端位置管理的方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现上述一种终端移动性管理的方法。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。通过以 上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。

工业实用性
通过本发明实施例,在终端移动到不同的区域时,可以获取终端位置,及通过能力开放功能实体通过与网络切片管理功能实体的交互,为该终端在该区域内选择或创建符合其业务需求的特定网络切片为其提供服务,使得终端在移动过程中及时获得满足其终端属性及业务需求的网络切片为其提供服务。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种终端位置管理的方法,应用于能力开放功能实体CEF,包括:
    CEF向为终端提供服务的网络切片发送对所述终端的位置订阅请求;
    所述CEF接收当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片的上报,获取所述终端的位置信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
    所述CEF向为终端提供服务的网络切片发送位置订阅请求,包括:
    所述CEF接收第三方应用服务器APP发送的针对所述终端的移动性管理消息,获取所述终端的标识;
    所述CEF根据所述终端的标识,向网络切片管理功能实体NSMF查询得到为终端提供服务的网络切片的信息;
    所述CEF向所述为终端提供服务的网络切片发送所述位置订阅请求。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中:
    从所述NSMF查询得到的为终端提供服务的网络切片包括以下网络切片中的一种或多种:
    当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片;
    提供广域接入服务的公用网络切片;及
    满足所述终端业务需求的网络切片。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中:
    所述CEF向为终端提供服务的网络切片发送位置订阅请求,包括:
    所述CEF确定将所述终端切换到目标网络切片时,如果之前没有向所述目标网络切片发送对所述终端的位置订阅请求,则向所述目标网络切片发送对所述终端的位置订阅请求。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任一所述的方法,其中:
    当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片上报的所述终端的位置信息包括以下信息中的一种或多种:
    所述终端初始的位置信息;
    所述终端位置更新后的位置信息;
    指示所述终端已移出本网络切片服务区域的信息;
    指示所述终端已移动到本网络切片服务区域边缘的信息。
  6. 如权利要求1-4中任一所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    所述CEF将所述终端的位置信息向第三方APP开放;或
    所述CEF接收到上报的所述终端的位置信息之后,还包括:将所述终端的位置信息上报给第三方APP。
  7. 一种终端移动性管理的方法,应用于能力开放功能实体CEF,包括:
    CEF通过网络切片管理功能实体NSMF为终端选择或创建一个目标网络切片;
    所述CEF通过当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片,通知所述终端切换到所述目标网络切片。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中:
    所述CEF请求NSMF为终端选择或创建一个目标网络切片之前,还包括:
    所述CEF获取所述终端的位置信息和当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片的信息,基于本地的移动性管理策略,决策对所述终端发起移动性管理服务;或者
    所述CEF获取所述终端的位置信息和当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片的信息,上报给第三方应用服务器APP,接收到第三方APP根据移动性管理策略,决策对所述终端发起移动性管理服务的通知消息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其中:
    所述CEF获取所述终端的位置信息,包括:所述CEF按照如权利要求1-6中任一所述的终端位置管理的方法获取所述终端的位置信息。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其中:
    所述移动性管理策略包括:在满足以下条件中的一种或多种时,发起移动性管理服务,将终端切换到新的网络切片:
    当前为终端提供服务的网络切片不能满足终端的业务需求;
    终端已移动到当前为终端提供服务的网络切片的服务区域边缘。
  11. 如权利要求7或8或9或10所述的方法,其中:
    所述CEF通过NSMF为终端选择或创建一个目标网络切片,包括:
    所述CEF向所述NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,携带所述终端的位置信息及所述终端的业务需求信息;
    所述CEF接收所述NSMF返回的目标网络切片的信息,其中,所述目标网络切片是所述NSMF选择或创建的,覆盖所述终端所在位置并满足所述终端的业务需求的网络切片。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其中:
    所述CEF向所述NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,包括:
    所述CEF根据所述终端的位置信息确定所述终端是否跨运营商移动:
    如果是,向目标运营商的NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,携带所述终端的位置信息、所述终端的业务需求信息及源网络切片的信息;
    如果否,向当前运营商的NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,携带所述终端的位置信息、所述终端的业务需求信息及源网络切片的信息;
    其中,所述源网络切片指所述终端初始接入网络时,所述CEF根据所述终端的业务需求为所述终端分配的提供接入服务的网络切片。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的方法,
    所述方法还包括:所述CEF获取所述终端的位置信息后,将所述终端的位置信息和本CEF的信息上报第三方APP;
    所述CEF向所述NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,包括:
    所述CEF根据所述终端的位置信息确定所述终端初次接入本CEF的服务区域时,通过第三方APP查询源CEF的信息;
    所述CEF如查询到源CEF的信息,则作为目标CEF向源CEF获取所 述终端的源网络切片的信息,所述源网络切片指所述终端初始接入网络时,CEF根据所述终端的业务需求为所述终端分配的提供接入服务的网络切片;
    所述CEF向目标运营商的NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,还携带所述源网络切片的信息。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的方法,其中:
    所述源网络切片的信息包括源网络切片的功能和性能信息,以及源网络切片的标识、网元配置、网络资源配置和服务区域中的一种或多种;
    所述终端的业务需求信息用所述源网络切片的功能和性能信息表示,所述满足所述终端业务需求的网络切片指功能和性能与所述源网络切片相同或更优的网络切片。
  15. 一种能力开放功能实体,包括终端位置管理模块,所述终端位置管理模块包括:
    位置订阅单元,设置为向为终端提供服务的网络切片发送对所述终端的位置订阅请求;
    位置接收单元,设置为接收当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片的上报,获取所述终端的位置信息。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的能力开放功能实体,其中:
    所述位置订阅单元包括:
    接收子单元,设置为接收第三方应用服务器APP发送的针对所述终端的移动性管理消息,获取所述终端的标识;
    查询子单元,设置为根据所述终端的标识,向网络切片管理功能实体NSMF查询得到为终端提供服务的网络切片的信息;
    订阅子单元,设置为向所述为终端提供服务的网络切片发送所述位置订阅请求;
    其中,所述为终端提供服务的网络切片包括以下网络切片中的一种或多种:当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片;提供广域接入服务的公用网 络切片;及满足所述终端业务需求的网络切片。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的能力开放功能实体,其中:
    所述位置订阅单元设置为:在所述能力开放功能实体确定将所述终端切换到目标网络切片时,如果之前没有向所述目标网络切片发送对所述终端的位置订阅请求,则向所述目标网络切片发送对所述终端的位置订阅请求。
  18. 如权利要求15-17中任一所述的能力开放功能实体,其中:
    所述位置接收单元接收到的所述终端的位置信息包括以下信息中的一种或多种:所述终端初始的位置信息;所述终端位置更新后的位置信息;指示所述终端已移出本网络切片服务区域的信息;及,指示所述终端已移动到本网络切片服务区域边缘的信息。
  19. 一种能力开放功能实体,其中,包括终端移动性管理装置,所述移动性管理装置包括:
    切片选择模块,设置为通过网络切片管理功能实体NSMF为终端选择或创建一个目标网络切片;
    切换通知模块,设置为通过当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片,通知所述终端切换到所述目标网络切片。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的能力开放功能实体,其中:
    所述能力开放功能实体还包括:终端位置管理模块,采用如权利要求14-17中任一所述的终端位置管理模块,设置为获取所述终端的位置信息;
    所述能力开放功能实体还包括:
    移动性管理决策模块,设置为在获取所述终端的位置信息和当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片的信息后,基于本地的移动性管理策略,决策是否对所述终端发起移动性管理服务;或者
    第三方通信接口模块,设置为将将获取的所述终端的位置信息和当前为所述终端提供服务的网络切片的信息,上报给第三方应用服务器APP,及接收到第三方APP根据移动性管理策略,决策对所述终端发起移动性管理服务的通知消息。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的能力开放功能实体,其中:
    所述移动性管理策略包括:在满足以下条件中的一种或多种时,发起移动性管理服务,将终端切换到新的网络切片:
    当前为终端提供服务的网络切片不能满足终端的业务需求;
    终端已移动到当前为终端提供服务的网络切片的服务区域边缘。
  22. 如权利要求19-21中任一所述的能力开放功能实体,其中:
    所述切片选择模块包括:
    查询单元,设置为向所述NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,携带所述终端的位置信息及所述终端的业务需求信息;
    接收单元,设置为接收所述NSMF返回的目标网络切片的信息,其中,所述目标网络切片是所述NSMF选择或创建的,覆盖所述终端所在位置并满足所述终端的业务需求的网络切片。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的能力开放功能实体,其中:
    所述查询单元设置为:
    根据所述终端的位置信息确定所述终端是否跨运营商移动,如果是,向目标运营商的NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,携带所述终端的位置信息、所述终端的业务需求信息,及源网络切片的信息;如果否,向当前运营商的NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,携带所述终端的位置信息、所述终端的业务需求信息及源网络切片的信息;
    所述源网络切片指所述终端初始接入网络时,CEF根据所述终端的业务需求为所述终端分配的提供接入服务的网络切片。
  24. 如权利要求22所述的能力开放功能实体,其中:
    所述能力开放功能实体还包括:信息上报模块,设置为在接收到所述终端的位置信息后,将所述终端的位置信息和本CEF的信息上报第三方APP;
    所述查询单元包括:
    源CEF查询子单元,设置为根据所述终端的位置信息确定所述终端初 次接入本CEF的服务区域时,通过第三方APP查询源CEF的信息;
    信息获取子单元,设置为在查询到源CEF的信息时,向源CEF获取所述终端的源网络切片的信息,所述源网络切片指所述终端初始接入网络时,CEF根据所述终端的业务需求为所述终端分配的提供接入服务的网络切片;
    查询子单元,设置为向目标运营商的NSMF发送对目标网络切片的查询请求,携带所述终端的位置信息、所述终端的业务需求信息,及源网络切片的信息。
  25. 如权利要求23或24所述的能力开放功能实体,其中:
    所述源网络切片的信息包括源网络切片的功能和性能信息,以及源网络切片的标识、网元配置、网络资源配置和服务区域中的一种或多种;
    所述终端的业务需求信息用所述源网络切片的功能和性能信息表示,所述满足所述终端业务需求的网络切片指功能和性能与所述源网络切片相同或更优的网络切片。
