[0023] 刷盘 1旋转吋带动卷毛器旋转, 把可能通过吸入通道 5进入叶轮 7的较长的毛发 缠绕留在卷毛器 12上, 不定期直接割去卷毛器 12 (辊式卷毛器表面轴向有凹陷 或凹槽) 上的毛发, 或卸下卷毛器 12清理毛发即可, 卷毛器 12的辊状转轴不一 定是圆柱形, 也可以是菱形 (或方形) 柱, 柱子上还可以设置一些凸出的塑料 或金属 (比如不锈钢) 或陶瓷等材料制成的刃, 可以在毛发在辊上缠紧吋将毛 发割断。 辊子两端或刷盘内沿有齿的地方可以是一圈都有齿, 或者局部有齿, 让卷毛器 12—直转;或转转停停,即卷毛器 12两侧至少一侧的齿轮的齿面上只有部 分有齿 (如果两侧均有齿轮, 相对于卷毛器 12辊子轴心同角度的两侧齿轮齿面有 齿或无齿), 或者是刷盘 1内圈附近上沿或下沿或斜上沿或斜下沿的齿面上只有部 分有齿。
[0024] 卷毛器的作用在于无论吸入通道 5转 (吸入通道 5与刷盘 1同步旋转, 如图 1、 2 ) 或者不转 (如图 3) , 当刷盘 1旋转吋, 在吸口 6附近的吸入通道 5内 (及延伸 至吸入通道 5外的两侧) 有一个辊状卷毛器 12绕辊的轴自转, 如果吸入通道 5与 刷盘 1同吋旋转, 辊状卷毛器 12自转的同吋还会与吸入通道 5同步在水平方向旋 转。
[0025] 刷盘 1在地面清洁装置下方可设置多个。 如两个、 三个、 四个, 这多个刷盘 1可 共用一个旋转系统、 多个吸口 6通向一个垃圾吸入通道 5, 可在每个刷盘 1的吸口 上方安装卷毛器 12, 也可在共同的吸入通道 5中设置一个卷毛器 12, 刷盘驱动装 置或刷盘通过一些传动拖动这个卷毛器 12。
[0026] ]吸入通道 5底部可外套一个滤网架, 滤网架上有滤网 8, 滤网 8位于吸口 6底部 , 滤网用于阻挡大团垃圾及石子等尖锐的东西。
[0027] 吸入通道 5也可内嵌一个滤网架, 滤网架上有滤网 8, 滤网 8位于吸口 6底部或吸 口 6上方、 卷毛器 12下方。
[0028] 对于目前的洗地机而言, 刷盘上只需要刷毛 3与刷片 4即可, 刷片 4一般为吸水 橡胶片 (也就是目前洗地机所用吸水耙上安装的吸水胶条) , 但对于家庭使用 的地板地面拖地机而言, 最好有刷条 2, 便于吸取被刷毛 3、 刷片 4刮到地板缝隙 中的污水。

[权利要求 1] 一种带卷毛器的地面清洁装置, 其特征在于地面清洁装置的底部安装 的是刷盘 (1) , 刷盘 (1) 上设置的是刷毛 (3) 、 刷片 (4) 或刷条 (2) 中的至少一种, 刷毛 (3) 、 刷片 (4) 或刷条 (2) 中至少一条 呈曲线形、 放射状排列, 刷毛 (3) 、 刷片 (4) 或刷条 (2) 可连续 也可间断设置, 刷盘旋转吋, 刷毛 (3) 大致呈同心圆方式或向心方 式旋转、 刷片 (4) 、 刷条 (2) 呈向心旋转, 地面清洁装置的吸入通 道 (5) 的底部是位于刷盘 (1) 的中心位置或者靠近刷盘 (1) 中心 的吸口 (6) , 吸入通道 (5) 管壁横置一个辊状的卷毛器 (12) , 所 述的卷毛器 (12) 两侧至少一侧有齿, 与刷盘 (1) 内圈附近上沿或 下沿或斜上沿或斜下沿或刷盘驱动轴 (10) 下沿或斜下沿的齿啮合, 刷盘旋转吋能带动卷毛器 (12) 旋转。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的带卷毛器地面清洁装置, 其特征是所述的卷毛 器 (12) 两侧至少一侧的是锥型齿 (13) 或柱形齿 (14) , 与刷盘 ( 1) 内圈斜上沿或斜下沿的齿啮合。

[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1所述的地面清洁装置, 其特征是吸入通道 (5) 底部外 套一个滤网架, 滤网架上有滤网 (8) , 滤网 (8) 位于吸口 (6) 底 部。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1所述的地面清洁装置, 其特征是吸入通道 (5) 内嵌一 个滤网架, 滤网架上有滤网 (8) , 滤网 (8) 位于吸口 (6) 或吸口 (6) 上方。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 1所述的地面清洁装置, 其特征是所述的刷盘 (1) 在地 面清洁装置下方可设置多个。
