便携式冷热生物疫苗箱
技术领域
本实用新型涉及生物疫苗保存领域,尤其涉及一种便携式冷热生物疫苗箱。
背景技术
自从1997年在香港发现人类感染禽流感之后,此病症引起全世界卫生组织的高度关注。目前,预防禽流感病毒、家禽疾病流行性感冒病毒、乙肝病毒等一般都需要对人体或动物进行注射不同的疫苗。一般地,不同的疫苗在注射人体或动物之前需要采用不同温度进行保存,例如,有些疫苗需要较高温度下保存,而有些疫苗需要较低温度下保存。然而,目前市面上的疫苗箱只有采用同一种温度对疫苗进行温恒保存,而不能采用不同温度对不同的疫苗进行保存,因此单一温度的疫苗箱不能满足不同疫苗的温度保存需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,旨在解决现有疫苗箱不能对不同保存温度的疫苗进行有效保存的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,包括箱体,所述箱体内设置有热箱和冷箱,所述热箱与冷箱之间设置有制冷片,所述制冷片包括发热面和制冷面,所述制冷片的发热面与所述热箱的右侧面相接触,所述制冷片的制冷面与所述冷箱的左侧面相接触,其中,所述制冷片的发热面用于制热产生热能并将所述热能传导至所述热箱使该热箱内存放的疫苗温度升高,所述制冷片的制冷面用于制冷产生冷能并将所述冷能传导至所述冷箱使该冷箱内存放的疫苗温度降低。
优选的,所述便携式冷热生物疫苗箱还包括盖子和把手,所述盖子设置在所述箱体的上方开口处,所述把手固定在所述盖子上。
优选的,所述盖子内粘贴有绝热垫。
优选的,所述绝热垫是隔热橡胶垫。
优选的,所述箱体采用隔热材料制成。
优选的,所述热箱和冷箱均采用导热材料制成。
优选的,所述箱体内还设置有正极线、电池以及负极线。
优选的,所述正极线的一端连接至所述电池,所述正极线的另一端连接至所述制冷片。
优选的,所述负极线的一端连接至所述电池,所述负极线的另一端连接至所述制冷片。
优选的,所述箱体内还设置有电线以及充电端口,所述电线的一端连接至所述充电端口,所述电线的另一端接至所述电池。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型所述便携式冷热生物疫苗箱采用上述技术方案,达到了如下技术效果:本实用新型采用制冷片的发热面制热使热箱内存放的疫苗温度升高,采用制冷片的制冷面制冷使冷箱内存放的疫苗温度降低,从而达到对所需不同保存温度的疫苗进行有效保存的效果。

为更进一步阐述本实用新型为达成上述目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效进行详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
参考图1所示,图1是本实用新型便携式冷热生物疫苗箱较佳实施例的结构示意图。在本实施例中,所述便携式冷热生物疫苗箱包括把手1、热箱2、制冷片3、箱体4、正极线5、电池6、电线7、充电端口8、负极线9、冷箱10、绝热垫11以及盖子12。
在本实施例中,所述把手1固定在盖子12上,该盖子12内粘贴有绝热垫11,所述盖子12设置在箱体4的上方开口处。所述箱体4内设置有热箱2和冷箱10,所述热箱2与冷箱10之间设置有制冷片3。所述箱体4内还设置有正极线5、电池6、电线7、充电端口8和负极线9。所述电线7的一端连接至充电端口8,所述电线7的另一端接至电池6。所述正极线5的一端连接至所述电池6,所述正极线5的另一端连接至所述制冷片3。所述负极线9的一端连接至所述电池6,所述负极线9的另一端也连接至所述制冷片3。所述制冷片3包括发热面和制冷面,因此能够达到一面发热而另一面制冷的效果。所述制冷片3的发热面与所述热箱2的右侧面相接触,所述制冷片3的制冷面与所述冷箱10的左侧面相接触。所述制冷片3的发热面用于制热产生热能并将热能传导至所述热箱2使热箱2内存放的疫苗温度升高,所述制冷片3的制冷面用于制冷产生冷能并将冷能传导至所述冷箱10使冷箱10内存放的疫苗温度降低,从而达到对所需不同保存温度的疫苗进行有效保存的效果。
在本实施例中,所述把手1供使用者携带使用,从而方便携带。所述箱体4采用隔热材料制成,例如隔热橡胶材料,从而防止所述热箱2内的热能和所述冷箱10内的冷能不受箱体4外的温度影响。所述热箱2和冷箱10均采用导热材料(例如导热金属)制成,因此可以使所述制冷片3的发热面产生的热能传递到所述热箱2内,使所述制冷片3的制冷面产生的冷能传递到所述冷箱10内。所述绝热垫11是隔热橡胶垫,因此可以防止所述热箱2内的热能和冷箱10内的冷能通过所述盖子12散发到所述箱体4外。所述盖子12设置在所述箱体4的上方开口处,便于放置所需存放的疫苗。
在本实施例中,所述电池6是一种低辐射、低功耗的可充电电池,其不会对用户的健康带来影响。所述腰带本体1还包括连接至所述电池6上的充电端口8,该充电端口8可以是,但不限于,一种USB接口或其它标准的电池充电接口,该充电端口8可以直接插入外部电源(例如电脑USB接口或者低压稳压器等)上对所述电池6进行充电。当所述电池6的电量用完时,可通过所述充电端口8对电池6进行充电,从而延长所述便携式冷热生物疫苗箱的使用周期。所述充电端口8上设置防水橡胶盖,该防水橡胶盖用于当所述电池6不充电时,盖住所述充电端口8以进行防水。
本实施例所述便携式冷热生物疫苗箱工作时,所述电池6通过正极线5和负极线9向所述制冷片3供电,使制冷片3的发热面进行发热并使制冷片3的制冷面进行制冷。所述制冷片3的发热面在电池6的供电下发热并将热能传导至所述热箱2使该热箱2的温度升高,因此所述热箱2适合存放需要保存温度较高的疫苗,所述制冷片3的制冷面在电池6的供电下制冷并将冷能传导至所述冷箱10使该冷箱10的温度降低,因此所述冷箱10适合存放需要保存温度较低的疫苗,从而使得所述便携式冷热生物疫苗箱能够对所需不同保存温度的疫苗进行有效保存。

  1. 一种便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,包括箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体内设置有热箱和冷箱,所述热箱与冷箱之间设置有制冷片,所述制冷片包括发热面和制冷面,所述制冷片的发热面与所述热箱的右侧面相接触,所述制冷片的制冷面与所述冷箱的左侧面相接触,其中,所述制冷片的发热面用于制热产生热能并将所述热能传导至所述热箱使该热箱内存放的疫苗温度升高,所述制冷片的制冷面用于制冷产生冷能并将所述冷能传导至所述冷箱使该冷箱内存放的疫苗温度降低。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,其特征在于,所述便携式冷热生物疫苗箱还包括盖子和把手,所述盖子设置在所述箱体的上方开口处,所述把手固定在所述盖子上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,其特征在于,所述盖子内粘贴有绝热垫。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,其特征在于,所述绝热垫是隔热橡胶垫。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,其特征在于,所述箱体采用隔热材料制成。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,其特征在于,所述热箱和冷箱均采用导热材料制成。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,其特征在于,所述箱体内还设置有正极线、电池以及负极线。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,其特征在于,所述正极线的一端连接至所述电池,所述正极线的另一端连接至所述制冷片。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,其特征在于,所述负极线的一端连接至所述电池,所述负极线的另一端连接至所述制冷片。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的便携式冷热生物疫苗箱,其特征在于,所述箱体内还设置有电线以及充电端口,所述电线的一端连接至所述充电端口,所述电线的另一端接至所述电池。
