Abstract

본 발명은 신체 승강 운동장치에 관한 것으로, 사용자가 등을 기대고 슬라이딩할 수 있게 함으로써 체중을 하부와 등쪽방향으로 분산시켜서 하체 운동을 더 수월하게 할 수 있게 하며, 슬라이딩하는 판의 승강을 가이드함으로써 균형감각이 떨어지는 사용자도 안정적으로 하체 운동을 할 수 있고, 노인의 경우 양손으로 잡고 하체운동을 함으로써 체중의 일부를 팔로 추가 분산시키게 함으로써 무릎 관절염 환자도 단계적인 하체 운동이 가능하도록 한 신체 승강 운동장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
