Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'exercice physique vertical. La présente invention a pour objet de proposer un dispositif d'exercice physique vertical configuré de telle sorte qu'un utilisateur peut glisser son dos reposant contre le dispositif, ce qui permet de répartir le poids du corps sur la partie inférieure et le dos, ce qui facilite un exercice pour la partie inférieure du corps, le mouvement vertical d'une plaque coulissante est guidé de telle sorte que même un utilisateur avec un mauvais sens de l'équilibre peut effectuer de manière stable un exercice pour la partie inférieure du corps, et une personne âgée peut réaliser un exercice pour la partie inférieure du corps tout en maintenant le dispositif avec les deux mains et donc peut en outre répartir une partie de son poids corporel sur les bras, permettant ainsi même à un patient souffrant de genoux arthritiques d'effectuer un exercice progressif au niveau de la partie inférieure du corps.
