Abstract

The present invention relates to a vertical body-exercise device. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vertical body-exercise device configured such that a user can slide with his/her back leaning against the device, thereby distributing the body weight to the lower part and the back, thus facilitating lower-body exercise, the vertical movement of a sliding plate is guided such that even a user with a poor sense of balance can stably perform a lower-body exercise, and an elderly person can perform lower-body exercise while holding the device with both hands and thus can additionally distribute a part of his/her body weight to the arms, thereby enabling even a patient with arthritic knees to perform a stepwise lower-body exercise.
