这里,所述第一请求中还携带核销所述电子优惠券信息的指示信息,以使服务器根据所述指示信息判断出所述第一用户已经使用了发送给第一用户自身的所述电子优惠券信息,或者第一用户已经使用了发送给第二用户且由第二用户共享给第一用户的所述电子优惠券信息。
这里,所述电子优惠券信息包括商家直接发送给第一用户的卡券或优惠券,或者第一用户已经使用了发送给第二用户且由第二用户共享给第一用户的卡券或优惠券。
一个使用朋友共享的电子优惠券信息后出现裂变赠券页的示意图如图3所示,即:根据核销一个电子优惠券信息给用户裂变出多个电子优惠券信息的推荐信息共享策略,给该用户更多的赠券信息,用户领取赠券信息后与所有好友一起共享这些赠券信息。赠券信息如图3中的A11所示。
步骤302、获取第一页面,所述第一页面用于显示等待第一用户去领取的与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息;所述第一页面中包含如图3中A12所示的可交互对象(如用于立即领取赠券的领取按钮)。
步骤303、接收作用于所述可交互对象的触控操作,登录所述第一终端的所述第一用户接收到所述至少一个推荐信息。

实施例四:
本发明实施例的一种服务器,如图6所示,所述服务器包括:请求接收单元31,配置为接收到登录第一终端的第一用户发送的针对所述电子优惠券信息的第一请求;信息发送单元32,配置为解析出所述第一请求用于指示核销所述电子优惠券信息时,根据与电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐共享策略,将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐优惠券信息推荐共享给至少一个登录第二终端的处于所述第一用户的好友关系链上的第二用户。
在本发明实施例一实际应用中,第一终端和第二终端都是卡券或优惠券信息接收方对应的终端,如普通用户所登录的终端,通过商家基于平台如微信平台发放的卡券或优惠券信息来使用商家所提供的各项服务,第一终端与第二终端间彼此进行交互,也可以与商家或服务器进行信息交互。比如,在第一终端收到商家设置的电子优惠券信息(如卡券或优惠券)后,可以将卡券或优惠券信息直接发送给第二终端,也可以由平台如微信平台统一管理卡券或优惠券信息,由平台如微信平台发放卡券或优惠券信息给第二终端。所述电子优惠券信息具有信息额度,如某某咖啡店的代金券“30 块”,优惠券“打8折”等等。
在本发明实施例一实际应用中,通过信息发送单元发送与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐优惠券信息给第二用户的过程中,由于第一请求中携带有:用于标识所述第二用户的标识信息,因此,可以根据该用于标识所述第二用户的标识信息发放与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐优惠券信息给第二用户。当服务器获取到该第一请求中核销所述电子优惠券信息的指示信息,根据所述指示信息判断出所述第一用户已经使用了发送给第一用户自身的所述电子优惠券信息,或者第一用户已经使用了发送给第二用户且由第二用户共享给第一用户的所述电子优惠券信息,则根据所述与电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐信息共享策略(如根据核销一个电子优惠券信息给用户裂变出多个电子优惠券信息,简称为“核一发多个赠券”的裂变策略),将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息(如基于该电子优惠券信息的赠券信息)发送给与所述标识信息对应的所述第二用户。
一个使用朋友共享的电子优惠券信息后出现裂变赠券页的示意图如图3所示,即:根据核销一个电子优惠券信息给用户裂变出多个电子优惠券信息的推荐信息共享策略,给该用户更多的赠券信息,用户领取赠券信息后与所有好友一起共享这些赠券信息。赠券信息如图3中的A11所示。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述信息发送单元,进一步配置为:解析出所述第一请求中携带的用于标识所述第二用户的标识信息;获取所述第一请求中核销所述电子优惠券信息的指示信息,根据所述指示信息判断出所述第一用户已经使用了发送给第一用户自身的所述电子优惠券信息,或者第一用户已经使用了发送给第二用户且由第二用户共享给第一用户的所述电子优惠券信息;根据所述与电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐信息共享策略,将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息发送给与所 述标识信息对应的所述第二用户。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述服务器还包括:电子优惠券信息发送单元,配置为:发送所述电子优惠券信息给登录第一终端的所述第一用户;或者,发送所述电子优惠券信息给登录第二终端的所述第二用户,由所述第二用户将所述电子优惠券信息共享给所述第一用户。
实施例五:
本发明实施例的一种第一终端,所述第一终端包括:第一发送单元,配置为登录所述第一终端的第一用户发送针对电子优惠券信息的第一请求,所述第一请求用于指示核销所述电子优惠券信息;第一接收单元,配置为登录所述第一终端的第一用户接收与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息,所述至少一个推荐信息由服务器根据与所述电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐信息共享策略生成;共享单元,配置为登录所述第一终端的第一用户将所述至少一个推荐信息推荐共享给至少一个登录第二终端的处于所述第一用户的好友关系链上的第二用户。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述第一发送单元,进一步配置为在第一请求中携带用于标识所述第二用户的标识信息,以使服务器根据标识信息查询到所述第二用户,将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息通过所述第一用户发送给与所述标识信息对应的所述第二用户。

在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述第一接收单元,进一步配置为:获取第一页面,所述第一页面用于显示等待第一用户去领取的与所述电子 优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息;所述第一页面中包含可交互对象;接收作用于所述可交互对象的触控操作,登录所述第一终端的所述第一用户接收到所述至少一个推荐信息。
在本发明实施例一实施方式中,所述共享单元,进一步配置为:检测到所述至少一个推荐信息被登录所述第一终端的第一用户领取后,发送第二请求给服务器,以请求将所述至少一个推荐信息共享给登录第二终端的第二用户;登录所述第二终端的第二用户获取第二页面,所述第二页面用于显示等待第二用户去领取的与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息。
实施例六:
这里需要指出的是,上述终端设备(如第一终端、第二终端)可以为PC这种电子设备,还可以为如PAD,平板电脑,手提电脑这种便携电子设备、还可以为如手机这种智能移动终端,不限于这里的描述;所述服务器可以是通过集群系统构成的,为实现各单元功能而合并为一或各单元功能分体设置的电子设备,客户端和服务器都至少包括用于存储数据的数据库和用于数据处理的处理器,或者包括设置于服务器内的存储介质或独立设置的存储介质。
其中,对于用于数据处理的处理器而言,在执行处理时,可以采用微处理器、中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Singnal Processor)或可编程逻辑阵列(FPGA,Field-Programmable Gate Array)实现;对于存储介质来说,包含操作指令,该操作指令可以为计算机可执行代码,通过所述操作指令来实现上述本发明实施例信息处理方法流程中的各个步骤。
该终端设备(如第一终端、第二终端)和该服务器作为硬件实体S11的一个示例如7所示。所述装置包括处理器61、存储介质62以及至少一个 外部通信接口63;所述处理器61、存储介质62以及外部通信接口63均通过总线64连接。
这里需要指出的是:以上涉及终端设备(如第一终端、第二终端)和服务器项的描述,与上述方法描述是类似的,同方法的有益效果描述,不做赘述。对于本发明客户端和服务器实施例中未披露的技术细节,请参照本发明方法实施例的描述。
以一个现实应用场景为例对本发明实施例阐述如下:
信息为卡券或优惠券这种电子优惠券信息时,本应用场景采用本发明实施例,为一种基于朋友券使用的裂变赠券能力分享的技术方案。对于这个应用场景,目前移动终端消息通知功能限于移动互联网领域,技术主要基于用户行为进行消息触达。而基于用户消费行为后的裂变共享技术还未实现。而采用本发明实施例,解决了这个问题,使用社交应用(如微信)的朋友间相互共享优惠券的应用场景中,基于用户的消费行为进行裂变共享,即:使用优惠券后可出现商家设置新的赠券,从而实现拉新挽旧的自动循环和组合营销,提高信息共享的交互和响应速度。传统的优惠券核销流程仅将用户在线下产生的行为反馈至用户,无法为用户提供与本次消费行为相关的推荐信息,使得用户核销卡券后缺乏价值延续,不能扩散传播。本发明实施例解决了商户基于用户消费行为无法做精准运营的限制,可以在微信卡券的消息通知中对商户服务做延伸推荐和交叉营销,同时又满足了用户对相关优惠券和服务的需求。
这里,裂变共享指基于用户消费行为进行精准化推荐,用券后出现商家设置的二次营销的优惠券,并伴随朋友共享券的特殊属性,完成面向该用户的所有好友的扩散传播。具体的,可以在后台的服务器设置裂变共享内容,当用户使用优惠券后,客户端向后台的服务器请求消息通知,后台的服务器将商家设置的赠券下发至客户端展示赠券页,当用户领取优惠券 的请求发送至微信后台后的服务器,后台的服务器将该赠券信息扩散至该用户的所有好友中。该具体实现过程如图8所示。
如图8所示的流程为核销后列表赠券的流程,即:采用裂变共享机制将与优惠券相关的赠券信息通过微信应用扩散到所有好友关系链中的用户间的实现流程,包括以下步骤:
步骤501、商家调用接口设置核销后的赠券信息,并将赠券信息发送给微信后台的服务器。
步骤502、微信后台的服务器返回设置结果给商家。
步骤503、商家给朋友投放优惠券。
步骤504、使用朋友共享给自己的优惠券。
步骤505、发送核销请求。
步骤506、判断是否有与该优惠券相关的赠券,若是,则下发赠券信息。
步骤507、拉出赠券领取页面。
步骤508、点击领取赠券。
步骤509、扣除库存。
步骤510、微信后台的服务器将领取的赠券扩散至所有好友的优惠券列表中。
本应用场景采用本发明实施例,解决了优惠券被使用后无法进行实时的二次营销,保证用户核销卡券后有商家设置赠券的露出。有效帮助商户基于用户消费行为进行精准化的二次传播,将优惠券的曝光通过用户的核销行为一次一次扩散出去。用户在使用优惠券可以获取更多的赠券共享给所有好友和自己,可以用于二次消费或给予好友享受优惠的机会。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令配置为执行上述的信息处理方法。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的设备和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。以上所描述的设备实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,如:多个单元或组件可以结合,或可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另外,所显示或讨论的各组成部分相互之间的耦合、或直接耦合、或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,设备或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性的、机械的或其它形式的。
上述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是、或也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是、或也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,也可以分布到多个网络单元上;可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本发明上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一 个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
采用本发明实施例,收到指示核销所述电子优惠券信息时,根据与电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐共享策略,将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐优惠券信息推荐共享给至少一个登录第二终端的处于所述第一用户的好友关系链上的第二用户,从而基于用户消费行为提供了使用卡券后的其他共享机制,通过这种共享机制使得信息交互所能达到的处理效率和响应速度得到提高。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    接收到登录第一终端的第一用户发送的针对所述电子优惠券信息的第一请求;
    解析出所述第一请求用于指示核销所述电子优惠券信息时,根据与电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐共享策略,将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐优惠券信息推荐共享给至少一个登录第二终端的处于所述第一用户的好友关系链上的第二用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述解析出所述第一请求用于指示核销所述电子优惠券信息时,根据与电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐共享策略,将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐优惠券信息推荐共享给至少一个登录第二终端的处于所述第一用户的好友关系链上的第二用户,包括:
    解析出所述第一请求中携带的用于标识所述第二用户的标识信息;
    获取所述第一请求中核销所述电子优惠券信息的指示信息,根据所述指示信息判断出所述第一用户已经使用了发送给第一用户自身的所述电子优惠券信息,或者第一用户已经使用了发送给第二用户且由第二用户共享给第一用户的所述电子优惠券信息;
    根据所述与电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐信息共享策略,将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息发送给与所述标识信息对应的所述第二用户。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    发送所述电子优惠券信息给登录第一终端的所述第一用户;或者,
    发送所述电子优惠券信息给登录第二终端的所述第二用户,由所述第二用户将所述电子优惠券信息共享给所述第一用户。
  4. 一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    登录所述第一终端的第一用户发送针对电子优惠券信息的第一请求,所述第一请求用于指示核销所述电子优惠券信息;
    登录所述第一终端的第一用户接收与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息,所述至少一个推荐信息由服务器根据与所述电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐信息共享策略生成;
    登录所述第一终端的第一用户将所述至少一个推荐信息推荐共享给至少一个登录第二终端的处于所述第一用户的好友关系链上的第二用户。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求中携带用于标识所述第二用户的标识信息,以使服务器根据标识信息查询到所述第二用户,将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息通过所述第一用户发送给与所述标识信息对应的所述第二用户。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求中携带核销所述电子优惠券信息的指示信息,以使服务器根据所述指示信息判断出所述第一用户已经使用了发送给第一用户自身的所述电子优惠券信息,或者第一用户已经使用了发送给第二用户且由第二用户共享给第一用户的所述电子优惠券信息。
  7. 根据权利要求4至6任一项所述的方法,其中,所述登录所述第一终端的第一用户接收与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息,包括:
    获取第一页面,所述第一页面用于显示等待第一用户去领取的与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息;
    所述第一页面中包含可交互对象;
    接收作用于所述可交互对象的触控操作,登录所述第一终端的所述第一用户接收到所述至少一个推荐信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述登录所述第一终端的第一 用户将所述至少一个推荐信息推荐共享给至少一个登录第二终端的处于所述第一用户的好友关系链上的第二用户,包括:
    检测到所述至少一个推荐信息被登录所述第一终端的第一用户领取后,发送第二请求给服务器,以请求将所述至少一个推荐信息共享给登录第二终端的第二用户;
    登录所述第二终端的第二用户获取第二页面,所述第二页面用于显示等待第二用户去领取的与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息。
  9. 一种服务器,所述服务器包括:
    请求接收单元,配置为接收到登录第一终端的第一用户发送的针对所述电子优惠券信息的第一请求;
    信息发送单元,配置为解析出所述第一请求用于指示核销所述电子优惠券信息时,根据与电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐共享策略,将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐优惠券信息推荐共享给至少一个登录第二终端的处于所述第一用户的好友关系链上的第二用户。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的服务器,其中,所述信息发送单元,进一步配置为:
    解析出所述第一请求中携带的用于标识所述第二用户的标识信息;
    获取所述第一请求中核销所述电子优惠券信息的指示信息,根据所述指示信息判断出所述第一用户已经使用了发送给第一用户自身的所述电子优惠券信息,或者第一用户已经使用了发送给第二用户且由第二用户共享给第一用户的所述电子优惠券信息;
    根据所述与电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐信息共享策略,将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息发送给与所述标识信息对应的所述第二用户。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的服务器,其中,所述服务器还包括:电子优 惠券信息发送单元,配置为:
    发送所述电子优惠券信息给登录第一终端的所述第一用户;或者,
    发送所述电子优惠券信息给登录第二终端的所述第二用户,由所述第二用户将所述电子优惠券信息共享给所述第一用户。
  12. 一种第一终端,所述第一终端包括:
    第一发送单元,配置为登录所述第一终端的第一用户发送针对电子优惠券信息的第一请求,所述第一请求用于指示核销所述电子优惠券信息;
    第一接收单元,配置为登录所述第一终端的第一用户接收与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息,所述至少一个推荐信息由服务器根据与所述电子优惠券信息相关联的推荐信息共享策略生成;
    共享单元,配置为登录所述第一终端的第一用户将所述至少一个推荐信息推荐共享给至少一个登录第二终端的处于所述第一用户的好友关系链上的第二用户。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的第一终端,其中,所述第一发送单元,进一步配置为在第一请求中携带用于标识所述第二用户的标识信息,以使服务器根据标识信息查询到所述第二用户,将与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息通过所述第一用户发送给与所述标识信息对应的所述第二用户。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的第一终端,其中,所述第一发送单元,进一步配置为在第一请求中携带核销所述电子优惠券信息的指示信息,以使服务器根据所述指示信息判断出所述第一用户已经使用了发送给第一用户自身的所述电子优惠券信息,或者第一用户已经使用了发送给第二用户且由第二用户共享给第一用户的所述电子优惠券信息。
  15. 根据权利要求12至14任一项所述的第一终端,其中,所述第一接收单元,进一步配置为:
    获取第一页面,所述第一页面用于显示等待第一用户去领取的与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息;
    所述第一页面中包含可交互对象;
    接收作用于所述可交互对象的触控操作,登录所述第一终端的所述第一用户接收到所述至少一个推荐信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的第一终端,其中,所述共享单元,进一步配置为:
    检测到所述至少一个推荐信息被登录所述第一终端的第一用户领取后,发送第二请求给服务器,以请求将所述至少一个推荐信息共享给登录第二终端的第二用户;
    登录所述第二终端的第二用户获取第二页面,所述第二页面用于显示等待第二用户去领取的与所述电子优惠券信息对应的至少一个推荐信息。
  17. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令配置为执行权利要求1、权利要求4任一项所述的信息处理方法。
