Abstract

Description

移动式止鼾装置 技术领域
本发明为一种方便附加在枕垫上的移动式止鼾装置,利用气袋的充气或排气来刺激使用者上颚肌肉收缩,进而保持呼吸道畅通,以达到止鼾的功效。
背景技术
在睡眠状态时,人体控制舌头和软颚的肌肉放松,若空气流经狭窄的呼吸道容易随着吸气动作一起振动,发出的声音称为鼾声,睡眠时打鼾不只影响睡眠品质,严重的打鼾还容易造成暂时呼吸中止,而睡眠呼吸中止症又容易增加罹患心脏病、高血压、糖尿病、中风等疾病的风险。
目前治疗打鼾的方法有手术治疗、药物治疗,或是睡眠时罩覆正压呼吸器、在口腔中装设止鼾牙套等等,但治疗结果并非能完全改善,还是有复发的可能性,加上治疗费用、个人睡眠习惯等种种因素,患者的接受度无法提升。
近年来,临床实验证明睡眠姿势与打鼾几率高度相关,因此,市面上出现了多种止鼾枕,例如公告号CN101053538A、CN204445113U、CN2535007Y、CN102743246A、CN104039280A、CN104039281A、CN201398755Y、TWI426880、US8176921、US8347434、US20070240723、WO2005013868A1、WO2013072262A1等现有技术,这些现有技术大多是在枕芯内部设置一具有音源传感器的气囊充气系统,当音源传感器感测到鼾声时,气囊即被驱动充气或排气,以改变枕芯外型,促使使用者的头部移动,以改变头部姿势使呼吸道畅通,从而中止打鼾。
上述各种现有技术将气囊充气系统与枕芯结合,故使用者需要放弃已使用习惯的旧有枕垫,重新购买止鼾枕,但止鼾枕的枕芯的软硬材质并非适合每位使用者,造成使用舒适性上稍嫌不足。另外,气囊充气系统的结构复杂,并且为固定在枕芯内,不但不方便移动携带及清洗,当气囊充气系统损坏时,整个止鼾枕的功能便丧失,需要重新替换购买,增加费用负担。
有鉴于此,本案发明人累积多年相关领域的研究以及实务经验,特发明出一种移动式止鼾装置,以改善现有止鼾枕结构复杂,以及不方便携带移动的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种移动式止鼾装置,该装置能够方便使用者携带,以供外出睡眠时使用,或是附加在原有的枕垫上使用,达到止鼾的目的。
为达成上述目的,本发明提供的移动式止鼾装置包含至少一能够衬垫于枕垫内的气袋、一能够在使用者打鼾时运作的控制器以及至少一连通于控制器与气袋之间的供气管,该控制器包含至少一与供气管连通的气泵、至少一位于气泵出气端与供气管之间的的电磁阀以及一能控制气泵与电磁阀运作的控制模块,该控制模块能够启动气泵后通过供气管对气袋充气,或者该控制模块能够启动电磁阀后使气袋排气。
在上述结构中,该至少一电磁阀能够设定在维持气泵出气端对供气管单向开启的常开状态,当控制模块控制气泵启动后,便能够通过供气管对气袋充气,以使气袋鼓胀;当气泵停止运作,而且控制模块控制电磁阀启动后,能使气袋内的空气反向通过供气管及电磁阀排气,进而气袋产生高低消长的动作,当使用者深睡并且发出鼾声时,颈部能因气袋的高低消长而稍微高低移动或偏转,并刺激上颚肌肉收缩以保持呼吸道畅通,进而达到止鼾的功效。
另外,本发明方便使用者携带,以供外出睡眠时使用,或是附加在原有的枕垫上使用,令原有的枕垫产生止鼾的效果,对使用者来说,亦可维持舒适度,无须另外购买新的止鼾枕,节省花费。
以下进一步说明各元件的实施方式:
实施时,该控制模块包含一接收声音的收音麦克风以及一能够辨识鼾声的鼾声辨识电路;当收音麦克风感测到声音时,由鼾声辨识电路辨识是否为鼾声,若辨识结果为具有一定音量及频率的鼾声,再由控制模块启动气泵或电磁阀,使气袋产生高低消长的动作。
实施时,该控制模块包含一远端控制电路,该远端控制电路能接受一远端控制器驱动,且该远端控制器具有鼾声辨识应用模块。举例来说,远端控制器为行动装置(例如移动电话、平板电脑等),鼾声辨识应用模块为行动装置内的鼾声辨识APP,当行动装置感测到声音时,由鼾声辨识APP辨别该声音是否为鼾声,若辨识结果为具有一定音量及频率的鼾声,行动装置则传输无线信号到控制模块的远端控制电路,由远端控制电路启动气泵或电磁阀,使气袋产生高低消长的动作。
实施时,该控制器进一步包含一充气压力超过预定值时用来泄压的可调节式泄压阀,该泄压阀设置在电磁阀的下游端,能避免气袋过度鼓胀。
实施时,该控制器进一步包含一能侦测气袋压力的压力传感器,该压力传感器在气袋充气到高于设定高压,或排气到低于设定低压时传输信号到控制模块,进而通过控制模块启动电磁阀让气袋排气,或启动气泵对气袋充气。
实施时,该控制器包含一包覆在气泵、电磁阀、控制模块外部的隔音壳体,该隔音壳体能够吸收气泵运作时产生的声音。
实施时,该控制器具有一设置在隔音壳体外部的外壳,该隔音壳体与外壳分别设有一穿孔让供气管穿设后连通控制器与气袋,且隔音壳体底部与外壳之间设有至少一能够吸收气泵震动的吸震缓冲垫,以避免影响睡眠品质,而且在制造上,缓冲垫可以为中空球型的硅胶材质,其壁厚尺寸可根据气泵的震动频率进行设计,以吸收不同频率段的震动。
实施时,该控制器在电磁阀与供气管之间进一步设有一减少充气噪音的消音器。
实施时,该电磁阀为一具有供气袋排气的泄压口的单一电磁阀,该电磁阀维持在气泵出气端对供气管单向开启的常开状态、以及维持在对该泄压口常闭状态,当控制模块控制电磁阀作动后开启泄压口,便能使气袋排气。
实施时,该气管连接有一供气袋排气的泄压口,该电磁阀为两个,其中一个能切换气管与气泵之间的开启或关闭,另一个能切换气管与泄压口之间的开启或关闭。
相较于现有技术,本发明能够方便使用者携带,以供外出睡眠时使用,或是将气袋附加在原有的枕垫上使用,令原有的枕垫产生止鼾的效果,改善现有止鼾枕结构复杂,以及不方便携带移动的问题。

如图1、2所示,本发明为一种移动式止鼾装置,包含至少一能够衬垫在原有枕垫100内的气袋10、一能够在使用者打鼾时运作的控制器20以及至少一连通于控制器20与气袋10之间的供气管30,该气袋10会受控制器20的控制产生高低消长的动作,当使用者头部枕在枕垫100上深睡发出鼾声时,气袋10充气或排气后能让颈部稍微高低移动或偏转,以刺激上颚肌肉收缩来保持呼吸道畅通,进而达到止鼾的目的。
图示中,气袋10及供气管30各有一个,当气袋10充气或排气后能让颈部稍微高低移动;实际实施时,气袋及供气管亦可以为多个,并且可以独立控制充气或排气。例如:利用左右两个气袋的充气或排气,当使用者头部枕在枕垫上深睡发出鼾声时,通过左右两个气袋让枕垫的左右两边产生不一样的高度,如此便能够让使用者头部稍微偏转,进而达到止鼾的功效。同理,利用两个气袋甚至更多个气袋分别设置在前后及/或左右各部位,将能够提供更多种模式来让颈部移动,达到止鼾的效果。
所述控制器20包含:至少一与供气管30连通的气泵21、至少一位于气泵21出气端211对供气管30保持单向开启的电磁阀22、一控制气泵21与电磁阀22运作的控制模块23以及多个吸收气泵21充气时所产生震动的吸震缓冲垫24。
图2至图4为本发明第一实施例,在第一实施例中,控制模块23进一步包含一接收鼾声的收音麦克风231以及一能够辨识鼾声的鼾声辨识电路232。该收音麦克风231固定在供气管30上,以清楚接收使用者睡眠时发出的声音。
如图2所示,该至少一电磁阀22维持在气泵21出气端211对供气管30单向开启的常开状态,当收音麦克风231感测到声音时,由鼾声辨识电路232辨识是否为鼾声,若辨识结果为具有一定音量及频率的鼾声,该控制模块23能够启动气泵21或电磁阀22。图示中,该控制模块23启动气泵21开始充气,充气气流依序通过气泵21出气端211、电磁阀22、供气管30流往气袋10内,使气袋10鼓胀; 为了降低气泵21运作时的震动及噪音,实施时也可以设置两组小型气泵来交替运作。
如图3所示,所述电磁阀22进一步包含一供气袋10排气的泄压口221,该控制模块23控制电磁阀22作动以封闭气泵21出气端211并开启泄压口221,使气袋10内的空气反向沿着供气管30回流从泄压口221排出。图示中,泄压口221设有一消音棉222,以降低气袋10泄气时发出的声音。此外,图示中的电磁阀22为一个,可以让气泵21对供气管30保持单向开启,并且维持在对该泄压口221常闭状态。实施时亦不排除使用两个电磁阀(图未示),而且泄压口可以另外设置在供气管上,让其中一个电磁阀能切换气管与气泵之间的开启或关闭,另一个电磁阀能切换供气管与泄压口之间的开启或关闭。
如图4所示,所述控制器20进一步包含一可调节式泄压阀25,该泄压阀25可预设压力并设置在电磁阀22的下游端,当气泵21的充气压力超过预定值时,所述泄压阀25会自动开启泄压,避免气袋10过度鼓胀。
上述避免气袋10过度鼓胀的实施方式,除了设置泄压阀25以外,也可以在供气管30或气袋10上设置一电连接于控制模块23的压力传感器251;该压力传感器251能侦测气袋10内的空气压力,当气袋10充气到高于设定高压,或排气到低于设定低压时,压力传感器251传输信号到控制模块23,进而通过控制模块23启动电磁阀22让气袋10排气,或启动气泵21对气袋10充气。
藉由上述构造,当收音麦克风231感测到声音并且经由鼾声辨识电路232辨识为具有一定音量及频率的鼾声后,所述控制模块23会启动气泵21或电磁阀22,使气袋10产生高低消长的动作,令使用者颈部受气袋10高低消长的动作稍微高低移动或偏转,刺激上颚肌肉收缩来保持呼吸道畅通,进而达到止鼾的功效。
因本发明能够附加在原有的枕垫上使用,令原有的枕垫产生止鼾的效果,故对使用者来说不但可维持睡眠舒适度,亦无须另外购买新的止鼾枕,也能够方便使用者携带外出供睡眠时使用。
除了在泄压口221设置前述消音棉222外,为了避免气泵21运作时产生的噪音影响睡眠品质,所述控制器20进一步包含一包覆在气泵21、电磁阀22、控制模块23外部的隔音壳体26,该隔音壳体26能够吸收气泵21运作时产生的声音,且前述多个吸震缓冲垫24设置在隔音壳体26底部,以吸收气泵21充气时产生的震动,增强静音的效果。在制造上,所述缓冲垫24为中空球型的硅胶材质,其球型的壁厚尺寸可根据气泵21的震动频率进行设计,以吸收不同频率段的震动。
再者,所述控制器20在电磁阀22与供气管30之间进一步设有一消音器27,该消音器27内设有多孔材质的滤芯,使气泵21运作产生的充气气流通过后能够减少充气噪音。
另外,所述控制器20具有一设置在隔音壳体26与消音器27外部的外壳28,前述多个吸震缓冲垫24设置在隔音壳体26底部与外壳28之间,且隔音壳体26与外壳28分别设有一穿孔让供气管30穿设后连通控制器20与气袋10。
如图5所示为本发明第二实施例,第二实施例与第一实施例不同之处在于该控制模块23包含一远端控制电路233,该远端控制电路233能接受一远端控制器40驱动,且该远端控制器40具有鼾声辨识应用模块234。
图示中,远端控制器40为行动装置,鼾声辨识应用模块234为行动装置内的鼾声辨识APP,当行动装置感测到声音时,由鼾声辨识APP辨别该声音是否为鼾声,若辨识结果为具有一定音量及频率的鼾声,行动装置则传输无线信号至控制模块23中的远端控制电路233,由远端控制电路233启动气泵或电磁阀,使气袋10产生高低消长的动作。
以上的实施说明及图式所示,仅举例说明本发明的较佳实施例,并非以此局限本发明的范围;举凡与本发明的构造、装置、特征等近似或相雷同者,均应属本发明的创设目的及权利要求范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种移动式止鼾装置,包含至少一能够衬垫于枕垫内的气袋、一能够在使用者打鼾时运作的控制器以及至少一连通于控制器与气袋之间的供气管,其特征在于:
    该控制器包含至少一与供气管连通的气泵、至少一位于气泵出气端与气管之间的电磁阀以及一能控制气泵与电磁阀运作的控制模块,该控制模块能够启动气泵后通过供气管对气袋充气,或者该控制模块能够启动电磁阀后使气袋排气。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动式止鼾装置,其特征在于,该控制模块包含一能接收声音的收音麦克风以及一能够辨识鼾声的鼾声辨识电路。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的移动式止鼾装置,其特征在于,该控制模块包含一远端控制电路,该远端控制电路能接受一远端控制器驱动,且该远端控制器具有鼾声辨识应用模块。4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的移动式止鼾装置,其特征在于,该控制器进一步包含一充气压力超过预定值时用来泄压的可调节式泄压阀,该泄压阀设置在电磁阀的下游端。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的移动式止鼾装置,其特征在于,该控制器进一步包含一能侦测气袋压力的压力传感器,该压力传感器在气袋充气到高于设定高压,或排气到低于设定低压时传输信号到控制模块,进而通过控制模块启动电磁阀让气袋排气,或启动气泵对气袋充气。
  5. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的移动式止鼾装置,其特征在于,该控制器包含一包覆在气泵、电磁阀、控制模块外部的隔音壳体。
  6. 如权利要求6所述的移动式止鼾装置,其特征在于,该控制器具有一设置在隔音壳体外部的外壳,该隔音壳体与外壳分别设有一穿孔让供气管穿设后连通控制器与气袋,且隔音壳体底部与外壳之间设有至少一能够吸收气泵震动的吸震缓冲垫。
  7. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的移动式止鼾装置,其特征在于,该控制器在电磁阀与供气管之间进一步设有一减少充气噪音的消音器。
  8. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的移动式止鼾装置,其特征在于,该电磁阀为一具有供气袋排气的泄压口的单一电磁阀,且该电磁阀维持在气泵出气端对供气管单向开启的常开状态以及维持在对该泄压口常闭状态。
  9. 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的移动式止鼾装置,其特征在于,该气管连接有一供气袋排气的泄压口,该电磁阀为两个,其中一个能切换气管与气泵之间的开启或关闭,另一个能切换气管与泄压口之间的开启或关闭。
