Definitions

  • the present invention is circumscribed within the double scope, of the swimsuits, on the one hand, and of the means to stay afloat on the other hand.
  • Corks and floats are well known in the state of the art. Floats, particularly those with a ring, present the danger, especially for younger children, of lacking any means of body fixation, with the consequent risk to children, or people in general who need this type of flotation media
  • the conventional means provided by other floating systems it can happen that the posture in the fall results in the person in the water being with the lower part of the body up and the head totally submerged in the water or upside down, even in emergency situations in the that the person who falls into the water loses the knowledge or the locomotor faculties to turn around, resulting in situations clearly at risk for the person carrying said conventional means of flotation.
  • said means for staying afloat do not serve as a garment for the bathroom.
  • a swimsuit that prevents drowning, which has a full bathing suit that covers the torso and part of the legs presenting a first closed cell float in its front part, while in its part posterior in the upper area, a second closed cell float that ends under the base of the head covering the back of the neck.
  • float in this case an open cell that absorbs water.
  • This third open cell float when absorbing water acts as a counterweight to the whole, producing the body tilting or total rotation of 180 ° with respect to the second closed cell float, ensuring the provision of stable supine cube and autonomy of the body with it.
  • the floats can either be an integral part of the swimsuit itself or are attached and fixed by sailboats ® or similar means that allow its assembly and subsequent removal in a simple way for later use of the swimsuit without the need for floats.
  • the swimsuit in addition and in a complementary way, can have an identification tag with contact details of the people responsible for the child who uses the swimsuit. Also, it is possible that it has an alarm that, in the event of a fall to the user's water and when the alarm comes into contact with the water, there is an activation and transmission of the warning signal wirelessly to an electronic device, such as a Mobile phone. Therefore, thanks to the described characteristics, the person carrying the anti-drowning swimsuit is secured in a secure supine position with the nostrils and the head out of the water. Being impossible to overturn it regardless of the form or position in which it falls into the water, which is a comfortable and safe position, this is due to the counterweight made by the third float, or open cell float.
  • a supine cube position of the swimsuit holder is shown in Figure 3.
  • the swimsuit object of the invention comprises a first closed cell float (1) disposed in the front part of the swimsuit; a second float (2), also with a closed cell, which is arranged at the back of the neck on the base of the neck; also, it has a third float (3), in this case an open cell because it absorbs water, making this third float the whole body to swing due to the effect of the other two floats (1) and (2), keeping the head above the surface of the water, said third float (3) being under the second float (2) in the back area and opposite the first float (1) in a way that allows the body to tilt or rotate 180 degrees.
  • FIG. 2 we can see the preferred shape of the swimsuit as a "body” or full body suit, which has a safety lock zipper (6), to avoid undue opening and loss of the swimsuit, too, It has a label (4) with personal data and an alarm (5), which when it comes into contact with water, transmits a signal wirelessly to a warning device, for example a mobile phone.
  • a warning device for example a mobile phone.
  • Figure 3 shows a swimsuit carrier object of the invention in a supine cube position, a position that would remain even if the user performs a maneuver that could leave him face down, since the third float (3 ) would do the counterweight action forcing it to rotate 180 °, until the head is emerging above the water and the user in a supine cube position, the head being above the water level by the action of the second float (2) and the first Float (1) would allow to stay afloat.
