本发明属于超媒体领域,尤其涉及一种时基码标记、生成及时基超媒体事件的调度方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
超媒体是超文本和多媒体在现代信息技术环境下的结合,对多媒体包含的文本、图形、图像、音频、视频、动画等信息使用与超文本类似的机制进行组织和管理,就构成了超媒体,因此,超媒体技术是将视频、音频、数据、图形、图像、文字等媒体元素与Web应用、远程协作、媒体信息的广播和存储等技术结合起来为用户提供服务的技术。
中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T16965—2009/ISO/IEC10744:1997 《信息技术超媒体/时基结构化语言(HyTime)》在超媒体应用领域为文档和其他信息对象之间及其内部的互联、以及多媒体信息在时间和空间的调度提供了标准化的机制,尤其为基于时间的动态信息和超媒体应用提供了基本模型。基于时间的超媒体与绝对时间或时间顺序密切相关,这些超媒体被称为时基超媒体,一些以特定时空发生事件的超媒体集合体也是时基超媒体。
在多种通信网络及通信技术的支持下,时基超媒体可以在多个表现工具、平台及设备之间进行组织和呈现。
时基超媒体事件是指由应用服务对超媒体的组织和呈现以及用户在访问超媒体执行的操作,时基超媒体事件包含了用户与时基超媒体及其承载设备及应用服务之间的所有交互。
时基超媒体事件的调度是指在超媒体的组织、管理和呈现过程中设备或应用服务程序按照事件指令对时基超媒体事件进行插入、存取、排序、删除等操作。
目前,时基超媒体的应用服务还处在比较简单的阶段,尤其在不同表现工具以及跨平台间的时基超媒体调度方面缺少较方便实用的应用服务。

本发明实施例提供了一种时基码标记方法,旨在解决现有的在不同表现工具以及跨平台间的时基超媒体调度方面缺少较方便实用的应用服务的问题。

本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种时基码标记方法,采用时基码标记时基超媒体的帧,时基码由时基超媒体的唯一标识符和时间码通过相接、穿插、编译或者哈希运算方式组合生成。
本发明实施例还提供一种时基码生成方法,方法包括如下步骤:
确定时基超媒体;
根据时基超媒体,获取与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码;
根据唯一标识符以及时间码,按照预设的时基码生成方式,生成与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
本发明实施例还提供一种时基超媒体事件的调度方法,方法包括如下步骤:
接收关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令;
根据调度指令,获取与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码;
将时基码发送至时基超媒体事件服务器;
接收时基超媒体事件服务器反馈的与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件;
将与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件解析出相对应的事件指令;
将事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象;
其中,时基码的获取步骤包括时基码生成步骤,时基码生成步骤具体包括:
确定时基超媒体;
根据时基超媒体,获取与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码;
根据唯一标识符以及时间码,按照预设的时基码生成方式,生成与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
本发明实施例还提供一种时基码标记装置,装置采用时基码标记时基超媒体的帧,时基码由时基超媒体的唯一标识符和时间码通过相接、穿插、编译或者哈希运算方式组合生成。
本发明实施例还提供一种时基码生成单元,时基码生成单元包括:
时基超媒体确定子单元,用于确定时基超媒体;
唯一标识符以及时间码获取子单元,根据时基超媒体,获取与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧对应的时间码;以及
时基码生成子单元,用于根据唯一标识符以及时间码,按照预设的时基码生成方式,生成与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。

调度指令接收单元,用于接收关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令;
时基码获取单元,用于根据调度指令,获取与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码;

时基超媒体事件接收单元,用于接收时基超媒体事件服务器反馈的与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件;
时基超媒体事件解析单元,用于将与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件解析出相对应的事件指令;以及
事件指令发送单元,用于将事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象;
其中,装置还包括时基码生成单元,时基码生成单元可为时基码获取单元生成与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码,时基码生成单元包括:

本发明实施例还提供一种时基超媒体事件的调度系统,系统包括时基超媒体信息发布平台、时基超媒体事件服务器、时基超媒体播放装置、时基超媒体事件调度对象以及时基超媒体事件调度装置;
时基超媒体信息发布平台用于发布时基超媒体,以及为时基超媒体事件服务器提供时基码与时基超媒体事件的对应关系数据;
时基超媒体事件服务器接收时基超媒体信息发布平台提供的时基码与时基超媒体事件的对应关系数据,并可根据时基超媒体事件调度装置发送的时基码,确定并反馈时基超媒体事件;
时基超媒体播放装置可播放时基超媒体信息发布平台通过通信网络发布的时基超媒体,并可根据时基超媒体事件调度装置发送的与正在播放中的时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码的获取请求,生成相对应的时基码后发送给时基超媒体事件调度装置;
时基超媒体事件调度装置可根据接收的关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令,获取与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码,后向时基超媒体事件服务器发送与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码,以查询与该时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件,将从时基超媒体事件服务器接收到的时基超媒体事件解析出事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象;
时基超媒体事件调度对象根据时基超媒体事件调度装置发送的事件指令执行相应任务。

本发明实施例提供的时基码标记、生成及时基超媒体事件的调度方法、装置及系统,通过时基码对时基超媒体进行标记,以及通过时基码与时基超媒体事件建立映射关系,实现在时基超媒体组织、管理和呈现中实施与时间因素相关的时基超媒体事件的调度的目的,为时基超媒体在不同表现工具和跨平台之间进行的组织、管理和呈现提供了一种新颖的实用方法。
实施例一
作为本发明的一个实施例,如图1示出的时基码标记方法的示意图,本发明实施例提供的采用时基码标记时基超媒体的帧,时基码由时基超媒体的唯一标识符和时间码通过相接、穿插、编译或者哈希运算方式组合生成。
可以理解,在本实施例中,时基超媒体的唯一标识符为一个8~32位的十六进制数字串,时基超媒体的帧所对应的时间码为一个8位的十六进制数字串,唯一标识符和时间码组合生成的时基码为一个16~40位的十六进制数字串。
通常,唯一标识符为在一个域、网络或系统中分配给某个时基超媒体的具有唯一性的标识,根据唯一标识符即可定位到具体某一时基超媒体;时间码为一个8位十六进制数字串,其记录格式通常为Hours:Minutes:Seconds:Frames,即:小时:分钟:秒:帧,数字表现形式为:xx:xx:xx:xx,其中的xx代表数字,也就是xx小时xx分钟xx秒xx帧。时间码的特点就是时基超媒体每一图像帧、音频帧或程序帧等都对应有一个不同的时间码,根据时间码即可定位到时基媒体中的具体一帧图像帧、音频帧或程序帧等。
本发明实施例提供的时基码标记方法,通过将与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码,生成对应的时基码来标记时基超媒体的帧。后续的,在时基超媒体的相关应用中,即可通过该时基码直接快速定位至与之对应的时基超媒体,并还可直接快速定位至该时基超媒体中具体的帧。
实施例二
作为本发明的一个实施例,如图2所示,本发明实施例提供的时基码生成方法,其实现流程具体包括:
步骤S101,确定时基超媒体。
本步骤中,为实现时基码的生成,首先需要确定时基码的对象,该时基超媒体的来源包括不同的终端、应用程序、平台等。
步骤S102,根据时基超媒体,获取与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码。
可以理解,在本发明实施例的标识系统内,时基超媒体具有相对应的唯一标识符,时基超媒体的每一帧图像、音频或程序都有相对应的时间码,通过唯一标识符以及时间码即可确定对应的目标时基超媒体中的目标时间点,即目标时基超媒体的目标帧。
在确定时基超媒体后,即可获取与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码。
步骤S103,根据唯一标识符以及时间码,按照预设的时基码生成方式,生成与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
在本步骤中,根据获取的与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码,即可按照预设的时基码生成方式,生成与时基超媒体相对应的时基码,时基码即可标记对应的时基超媒体的帧。
可以理解,在本实施例中,时基超媒体的唯一标识符为一个8~32位的十六进制数字串,时基超媒体的帧所对应的时间码为一个8位的十六进制数字串,唯一标识符和时间码组合生成的时基码为一个16~40位的十六进制数字串。

此处还需要说明的是,将唯一标识符以及时间码生成时基码后,后续的,还可按照对应的时基码解析方式,将时基码解析还原成为唯一标识符以及时间码。
本发明实施例提供的时基码生成方法,通过将与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码,生成对应的时基码来标记时基超媒体的帧。后续的,在时基超媒体的相关应用中,即可通过该时基码直接快速定位至与之对应的时基超媒体,并还可直接快速定位至该时基超媒体中具体的帧,便于针对该时基超媒体,实现与时间因素相关的时基超媒体事件的调度,如对该时基超媒体相关时间点的事件实施插入、存取、排序、删除等操作。
实施例三
图3示出了本发明实施例提供的时基超媒体事件的调度方法的实现流程图,参照图3,时基超媒体事件的调度方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S201,接收关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令。
本步骤中,可以理解,本方法应用于终端,或者即为一终端,本终端可接收用户录入的关于时基超媒体事件的调度操作,如通过本终端上的实体键按钮、本终端对应的遥控设备、本终端连接的外置输入设备、或者本终端触摸屏上展现的调度操作识别区域等方式,本终端可识别用户的录入的关于时基超媒体事件的调度操作,并将之转化为对应的关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令。
步骤S202,根据调度指令,获取与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
本步骤中,在步骤S201接收到关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令后,先确定与时基超媒体事件的调度指令相对应的时基超媒体,再获取与该时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
其中,可以理解,时基码的获取步骤可包括时基码生成步骤,其时基码生成步骤可参照实施例一提供的时基码生成方法,在此不再一一详述。
步骤S203,将时基码发送至时基超媒体事件服务器。
本步骤中,本终端在获取到与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码后,即将该时基码发送至时基超媒体事件服务器,以探寻或者触发对应的时基超媒体事件,时基超媒体事件服务器可根据接收的时基码,确定与该时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件,并将之反馈回本终端。
可以理解,时基超媒体事件服务器与本终端之间通过通信网络实现数据的互通。
步骤S204,接收时基超媒体事件服务器反馈的与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件。
本步骤中,本终端接收时基超媒体事件服务器反馈的与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件。
需要说明的是,时基超媒体事件是指由应用服务对时基超媒体的组织、呈现或者用户在访问时基超媒体执行的操作,时基超媒体事件包含了用户与时基超媒体及其相关终端及应用服务之间的所有交互。
如图4所示的时基超媒体事件的示意图,时基超媒体事件包括事件指令、事件类型、事件时间和事件属性等要素。事件指令是指操作时基超媒体事件的程序命令,一个时基超媒体事件可以包含一条或者若干条的事件指令;事件类型可明确时基超媒体事件的类别和对象范围,例如,时基超媒体事件可分为超链接、动作交互、软件操作或者信息通知等不同事件类型及相应的事件目标对象;事件时间是指与时基超媒体事件相关的时间因素;事件属性表示时基超媒体事件的属性,诸如事件的发生场景、周期等。
步骤S205,将与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件解析出相对应的事件指令。
本步骤中,将步骤S204接收的与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件,按照预设的解析方式,解析出一条或若干条事件指令,每条事件指令均有对应的事件类型、事件时间以及事件属性。
步骤S206,将事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象。
本步骤中,具体的,根据事件类型、事件时间、事件属性,确定出相配的时基超媒体事件调度对象,并将事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象,以便时基超媒体事件调度对象在接收到事件指令后,即可根据该事件指令,执行对应的任务。
可以理解,此处所提及的时基超媒体事件调度对象可以是某个应用程序、浏览器、媒体播放器,也可以是如通信装置、显示与输入输出装置等的硬件设备。
具体的,以实际场景为例,如下:
若用户想在观看智能设备上的时基超媒体的播放过程中插入一项与当下呈现内容相关的互动事件,即可发出与该时基超媒体相对应的互动操作,智能设备即将之转化为对应的时基超媒体事件的调度指令,根据该时基超媒体调度指令生成与当前时基超媒体播放内容对应的、即与时基超媒体的帧对应的时基码,并通过通信网络将该时基码发送至时基超媒体事件服务器,时基超媒体事件服务器确定出与该时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件,后将该时基超媒体事件反馈回该智能设备,智能设备再将该时基超媒体事件解析出对应的事件指令以及其对应的事件类型、事件时间和事件属性,并根据事件类型、事件时间和事件属性将事件指令发送至如相关的应用程序或硬件设备的时基超媒体事件调度对象。后续的,相关的应用程序或硬件设备即可执行相应的互动事件,从而实现了时基超媒体事件的调度。
又或者,更具体的,如图5所示的场景示意图,用户在一手机中打开超媒体应用程序观看时基超媒体信息发布平台通过通信网络发送的时基超媒体时,用户对该时基超媒体中的内容产生兴趣,想进一步了解详细背景资料并参与相关互动,即可在手机输入界面录入对应的调度操作,手机即将之转化为对应的时基超媒体事件的调度指令,根据该调度指令生成与正在播放中的该时基超媒体呈现内容对应的、即与时基超媒体的帧对应的时基码,并通过通信网络将该时基码发送至时基超媒体事件服务器,时基超媒体事件服务器确定出与该时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件,后将该时基超媒体事件反馈回手机,手机再将该时基超媒体事件解析出对应的事件指令以及其对应的事件类型、事件时间和事件属性,比如背景资料或互动社区链接地址、互动电话号码等,后续便可根据用户需要将该事件指令按其对应的事件类型、事件时间和事件属性发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象,如将链接地址发送至浏览器以查看相关的背景资料或者进入互动社区,如将电话号码发送至拨号器以快捷拨号互动。
类似的,根据不同的时基超媒体事件的调度,还可对相关的时基超媒体事件进行存取、排序、删除等操作,再次不一一举例。
本发明实施例提供的时基超媒体事件的调度方法,通过接收用户的关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令,继而生成与该时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码,并通过时基超媒体事件服务器获取与该时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件,并将之解析为事件指令以及其对应的事件类型、事件时间和事件属性,并根据事件类型、事件时间和事件属性将事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象,完成时基超媒体事件的调度,时基超媒体事件调度对象即可执行相对应的任务。
作为本发明的一个实施例,参照图6示出的另一种时基超媒体事件的调度方法的实现流程图,与上述实施例不同的是,在步骤S201之前还包括:
步骤S301,播放时基超媒体。
本步骤中,在有播放对象在播放时基超媒体时,本终端通过本地传输或者通信网络,用户即可根据播放的时基超媒体,录入相关的时基超媒体事件的调度指令,以便后续的时基超媒体事件的调度。
可以理解,本处所提及的播放对象可以在本终端,又或者在其他终端,具体不在此限制。

如图7所示的场景示意图,智能电视正在播放一由时基超媒体信息发布平台通过通信网络发送的时基超媒体,此时用户想转为在手机上查看该时基超媒体,则可在手机的相关操作界面录入对应的时基超媒体事件的调度操作,手机即将之转化为对应的时基超媒体的调度指令,通过通信网络向智能电视发送与时基超媒体播放内容相对应的、即与时基超媒体的帧对应的时基码的获取请求,智能电视收到手机的时基码获取请求后即确定该获取请求中的时基超媒体,生成与该时基超媒体播放中的帧相对应的时基码并将之反馈回手机,手机接收到智能电视反馈的时基码后通过通信网络将该时基码及播放请求发送至时基超媒体事件服务器,时基超媒体事件服务器确定出与该时基码及播放请求相对应的时基超媒体事件,后将该时基超媒体事件反馈回手机,手机再将该时基超媒体事件解析出对应的事件指令发送至超媒体播放应用程序。后续的,该超媒体播放应用程序即可根据事件指令向该时基超媒体的发布源获取该时基超媒体,并从时基码对应的时基超媒体的帧开始播放。
作为本发明的一个实施例,如图8示出的步骤S205的具体实现流程图,在本发明实施例提供的时基超媒体事件的调度方法中,步骤S205,具体包括:
步骤S401,根据时基码以及预设的时基码解析方式,获取与时基码相对应的唯一标识符以及时间码。
本步骤中,可以理解,将与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件解析出相对应的事件指令的步骤中,还包括按照预设的时基码解析方式,将时基码还原成相对应的时间码以及唯一标识符。
具体的,如图9所示,在本发明的实施例中,标记时基超媒体的帧的时基码是一个16~40位的十六进制数字串,时基码由一个唯一标识符(8~32位的十六进制数字串)和一个时间码(8位的十六进制数字串)通过相接、穿插、编译或者哈希运算方式组合而成。上述提及的预设的时基码解析方式为:将时基码按其生成方式逆向解析为相对应的唯一标识符以及时间码,解析得到的唯一标识符为8~32位十六进制数字串,时间码为一个8位十六进制数字串。
后续的,时基超媒体事件调度对象在根据事件指令执行相关的任务中,即可根据与时基码相对应的唯一标识符以及时间码,确定具体时基超媒体的具体时间点,以快速进行相关时基超媒体事件的调度。
实施例四
作为本发明的一个实施例,本发明实施例提供了一种时基码标记装置,参照图1,该装置采用时基码标记时基超媒体的帧,时基码由时基超媒体的唯一标识符和时间码通过相接、穿插、编译或者哈希运算方式组合生成。
可以理解,在本实施例中,时基超媒体的唯一标识符为一个8~32位的十六进制数字串,时基超媒体的帧所对应的时间码为一个8位的十六进制数字串,唯一标识符和时间码组合生成的时基码为一个16~40位的十六进制数字串。
通常,唯一标识符为在一个域、网络或系统中分配给某个时基超媒体的具有唯一性的标识,根据唯一标识符即可定位到具体某一时基超媒体;时间码为一个8位十六进制数字串,其记录格式通常为Hours:Minutes:Seconds:Frames,即:小时:分钟:秒:帧,数字表现形式为:xx:xx:xx:xx,其中的xx代表数字,也就是xx小时xx分钟xx秒xx帧。时间码的特点就是时基超媒体每一图像帧、音频帧或程序帧等都对应有一个不同的时间码,根据时间码即可定位到时基媒体中的具体一帧图像帧、音频帧或程序帧等。
本发明实施例提供的时基码标记装置,通过将与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码,生成对应的时基码来标记时基超媒体的帧。后续的,在时基超媒体的相关应用中,即可通过该时基码直接快速定位至与之对应的时基超媒体,并还可直接快速定位至该时基超媒体中具体的帧。

图10示出了本发明实施例提供的时基码生成单元的结构示意图,参照图10,时基码生成单元包括:

本实施例中,为实现时基码的生成,首先需要确定时基码的对象,该时基超媒体的来源包括不同的终端、应用程序、平台等。
唯一标识符以及时间码获取子单元102,根据时基超媒体,获取与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧对应的时间码。
可以理解,在本发明实施例的标识系统内,时基超媒体具有相对应的唯一标识符,时基超媒体的每一帧图像、音频或程序都有相对应的时间码,通过唯一标识符以及时间码即可确定对应的目标时基超媒体中的目标时间点,即目标时基超媒体的目标帧。
在确定时基超媒体后,即可获取与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码。
时基码生成子单元103,用于根据唯一标识符以及时间码,按照预设的时基码生成方式,生成与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
在本实施例中,根据获取的与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码,即可按照预设的时基码生成方式,生成与时基超媒体相对应的时基码,时基码即可标记对应的时基超媒体的帧。

本发明实施例提供的时基码生成方法,通过将与时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码,生成对应的时基码来标记时基超媒体的帧。后续的,在时基超媒体的相关应用中,即可通过该时基码直接快速定位至与之对应的时基超媒体,并还可直接快速定位至该时基超媒体中具体的帧,便于针对该时基超媒体,实现与时间因素相关的时基超媒体事件的调度,如对该时基超媒体相关时间点的事件实施插入、存取、排序、删除等操作。

本实施例中,时基码获取单元202在调度指令接收单元201接收到关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令后,先确定与时基超媒体事件的调度指令相对应的时基超媒体,再获取与该时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
其中,可以理解,本装置可包括时基码生成单元203,时基码生成单元203可为时基码获取单元202生成与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。具体的,时基码生成单元203其具体结构可参照实施例三,在此不再一一详述。
时基码发送单元204,用于将时基码发送至时基超媒体事件服务器。
本实施例中,时基码发送单元204在获取到与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码后,即将该时基码发送至时基超媒体事件服务器,以探寻或者触发对应的时基超媒体事件,时基超媒体事件服务器可根据接收的时基码,确定与该时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件,并将之反馈回本终端。
可以理解,时基超媒体事件服务器与本终端之间通过通信网络实现数据的互通。
时基超媒体事件接收单元205,接收时基超媒体事件服务器反馈的与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件。

如图4所示的时基超媒体事件的示意图,时基超媒体事件包括事件指令、事件类型、事件时间和事件属性等要素。事件指令是指操作时基超媒体事件的程序命令,一个时基超媒体事件可以包含一条或者若干条的事件指令;事件类型可明确时基超媒体事件的类别和对象范围,例如,时基超媒体事件可分为超链接、动作交互、软件操作或者信息通知等不同事件类型及相应的事件目标对象;事件时间是指与时基超媒体事件相关的时间因素;事件属性表示时基超媒体事件的属性,诸如事件的发生场景、周期等。
时基超媒体事件解析单元206,将与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件解析出相对应的事件指令。
本实施例中,时基超媒体事件解析单元206将时基超媒体事件接收单元205接收的与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件,按照预设的解析方式,解析出一条或若干条事件指令,每条事件指令可识别出事件类型、事件时间、事件属性。
事件指令发送单元207,将事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象。
本实施例中,具体的,事件指令发送单元207根据时基超媒体事件的事件类型、事件时间、事件属性,确定出时基超媒体事件调度对象,并将事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象,以便时基超媒体事件调度对象在接收到事件指令后,即可根据该事件指令,执行对应的任务。
可以理解,此处所提及的时基超媒体事件调度对象可以是某个应用程序、浏览器、媒体播放器,也可以是如通信装置、显示与输入输出装置等的硬件设备。

又或者,更具体的,如图5所示的场景示意图,用户在一手机中打开超媒体应用程序观看时基超媒体信息发布平台通过通信网络发送的时基超媒体时,用户对该时基超媒体中的内容产生兴趣,想进一步了解详细背景资料并参与相关互动,即可在手机输入界面录入对应的调度操作,手机即将之转化为对应的时基超媒体事件的调度指令,根据该调度指令生成与正在播放中的该时基超媒体呈现内容对应的、即与时基超媒体的帧对应的时基码,并通过通信网络将该时基码发送至时基超媒体事件服务器,时基超媒体事件服务器确定出与该时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件,后将该时基超媒体事件反馈回手机,手机再将该时基超媒体事件解析出对应的事件指令以及其对应的事件类型、事件时间和事件属性,比如背景资料或互动社区链接地址、互动电话号码等,后续便可根据用户需要将该事件指令按其对应的事件类型、事件时间和事件属性发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象,如将链接地址发送至浏览器以查看相关的背景资料或者进入互动社区,如将电话号码发送至拨号器以快捷拨号互动。

本发明实施例提供的时基超媒体事件的调度装置,通过接收用户的关于时基超高媒体事件的调度指令,继而生成与该时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码,并通过时基超媒体事件服务器获取与该时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件,并将之解析为事件指令以及其对应的事件类型、事件时间和事件属性,并根据事件类型、事件时间和事件属性将事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象,完成时基超媒体事件的调度,时基超媒体事件调度对象即可执行相对应的任务。

作为本发明的一个实施例,如图16示出的时基超媒体事件服务器2的结构示意图,时基超媒体事件服务器2具体包括:
时基码与时基超媒体事件对应关系数据接收单元21
时基超媒体事件表单元22
时基码接收单元23;
时基超媒体事件确定单元24;以及
时基超媒体事件反馈单元25。
时基码与时基超媒体事件对应关系数据接收单元21,用于接收时基超媒体信息发布平台1发送的时基码与时基超媒体事件的对应关系数据。
本实施例中,时基超媒体事件服务器2可通过通信网络与超媒体信息发布平台1形成连接关系,并可接收时基超媒体信息发布平台1发送的时基码与时基超媒体事件的对应关系数据。
时基超媒体事件表单元22,用于采用时基超媒体事件表,登记、管理和储存时基码与时基超媒体事件的对应关系数据。
可以理解,时基超媒体事件服务器可采用时基超媒体事件表用于登记、管理和储存接收到的时基码与时基超媒体事件的对应关系数据。
时基码接收单元23,用于接收时基超媒体事件调度装置4发送的时基码。
本实施例中,时基超媒体事件服务器2可通过通信网络与时基超媒体事件调度装置3形成连接关系,并可接收时基超媒体事件调度装置3发送的时基码。
时基超媒体事件确定单元24,用于将时基码与时基超媒体事件表进行匹配,确定与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件。
可以理解,在接收到时基超媒体事件调度装置4发送的时基码后,即可将该时基码与时基超媒体事件表进行匹配,从而确定出与该时基码对应的时基超媒体事件。
进一步的,如图17示出的时基超媒体事件表的示意图,可以理解,在时基超媒体事件表中,一个时基超媒体事件可以对应一个时基码,也可以对应一个时间段内的若干个时基码;进一步地,一个时基码也可因不同的场景对应不同的超媒体事件。
时基超媒体事件反馈单元25,用于向时基超媒体事件调度装置4反馈与时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件。
本实施例中,时基超媒体事件确定单元24确定了与该时基码对应的时基超媒体事件后,时基超媒体事件反馈单元25即将之反馈回时基超媒体事件调度装置3,以便完成相关的时基超媒体事件的调度。
本发明实施例提供了时基超媒体事件服务器2的具体结构及工作方式,且通过时基超媒体事件表的设置,更便于管理、查询和匹配,以便提高处理速度和优化服务器结构。
可以理解,时基超媒体事件表是一个将时基码与时基超媒体事件对应的容器,时基超媒体事件表按特定顺序存储时基码与时基超媒体事件的映射数据。
本发明实施例中,由于时基超媒体通常由时基超媒体信息发布平台发布,时基超媒体事件服务器保存的时基超媒体事件表可由时基超媒体信息发布平台通过通信网络提供,更便于相关的时基超媒体事件的调度。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的时基码标记、生成及时基超媒体事件的调度方法、装置及系统,通过时基码对时基超媒体进行标记,以及通过时基码与时基超媒体事件建立映射关系,实现在时基超媒体组织、管理和呈现中实施与时间因素相关的时基超媒体事件的调度的目的,为时基超媒体在不同表现工具和跨平台之间进行的组织、管理和呈现提供了一种新颖的实用方法,解决了现有的在不同表现工具以及跨平台间的时基超媒体调度方面缺少较方便实用的应用服务的问题。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取记忆体(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种时基码标记方法,其特征在于:所述方法采用时基码标记时基超媒体的帧,所述时基码由所述时基超媒体的唯一标识符和时间码通过相接、穿插、编译或者哈希运算方式组合生成。
  2. 一种时基码生成方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    确定时基超媒体;
    根据所述时基超媒体,获取与所述时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与所述时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码;
    根据所述唯一标识符以及所述时间码,按照预设的时基码生成方式,生成与所述时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
  3. 一种时基超媒体事件的调度方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    接收关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令;
    根据所述调度指令,获取与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码;
    将所述时基码发送至时基超媒体事件服务器;
    接收所述时基超媒体事件服务器反馈的与所述时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件;
    将所述与所述时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件解析出相对应的事件指令;
    将所述事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象;
    其中,所述时基码的获取步骤包括时基码生成步骤,所述时基码生成步骤具体包括:
    确定所述时基超媒体;
    根据所述时基超媒体,获取与所述时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与所述时基超媒体的帧相对应的时间码;
    根据所述唯一标识符以及所述时间码,按照预设的时基码生成方式,生成所述与所述时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的时基超媒体事件的调度方法,其特征在于,所述接收关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令,步骤之前还包括:
    播放所述时基超媒体;
    所述根据所述调度指令,获取与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码,步骤具体包括:
    根据所述调度指令,向所述时基超媒体的播放对象发送所述与所述时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码的获取请求;
    接收所述播放对象反馈的所述与所述时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的时基超媒体事件的调度方法,其特征在于,所述时基超媒体事件包括事件类型、事件时间、事件属性以及所述事件指令;
    所述将所述事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象,步骤具体包括:
    根据所述事件类型、事件时间、事件属性,确定所述时基超媒体事件调度对象,并将所述事件指令发送至所述时基超媒体事件调度对象。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的时基超媒体事件的调度方法,其特征在于,所述时基超媒体事件具有对应的所述时基码,所述将所述与所述时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件解析出相对应的事件指令,步骤具体包括:
    根据所述时基码以及预设的时基码解析方式,解析出与所述时基码相对应的唯一标识符以及时间码。
  7. 一种时基码标记装置,其特征在于:所述装置采用时基码标记时基超媒体的帧,所述时基码由所述时基超媒体的唯一标识符和时间码通过相接、穿插、编译或者哈希运算方式组合生成。
  8. 一种时基码生成单元,其特征在于,所述时基码生成单元包括:
    时基超媒体确定子单元,用于确定时基超媒体;
    唯一标识符以及时间码获取子单元,根据所述时基超媒体,获取与所述时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与所述时基超媒体的帧对应的时间码;以及
    时基码生成子单元,用于根据所述唯一标识符以及所述时间码,按照预设的时基码生成方式,生成与所述时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
  9. 一种时基超媒体事件的调度装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    调度指令接收单元,用于接收关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令;
    时基码获取单元,用于根据所述调度指令,获取与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码;
    时基码发送单元,用于将所述时基码发送至时基超媒体事件服务器;
    时基超媒体事件接收单元,用于接收所述时基超媒体事件服务器反馈的与所述时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件;
    时基超媒体事件解析单元,用于将所述与所述时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件解析出相对应的事件指令;以及
    事件指令发送单元,用于将所述事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象;
    其中,所述装置还包括时基码生成单元,所述时基码生成单元可为所述时基码获取单元生成所述与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码,所述时基码生成单元包括:
    时基超媒体确定子单元,用于确定时基超媒体;
    唯一标识符以及时间码获取子单元,根据所述时基超媒体,获取与所述时基超媒体相对应的唯一标识符以及与所述时基超媒体的帧对应的时间码;以及
    时基码生成子单元,用于根据所述唯一标识符以及所述时间码,按照预设的时基码生成方式,生成与所述时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的时基超媒体事件的调度装置,其特征在于,所述时基码获取单元,具体包括:
    时基码请求子单元,用于根据所述调度指令,向所述时基超媒体的播放对象发送所述与所述时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码的获取请求;
    时基码接收子单元,用于接收所述播放对象反馈的所述与所述时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的时基超媒体事件的调度装置,其特征在于,所述时基超媒体事件包括事件类型、事件时间、事件属性以及所述事件指令;
    所述事件指令发送单元,用于根据所述事件类型、事件时间、事件属性,确定所述时基超媒体事件调度对象,并将所述事件指令发送至所述时基超媒体事件调度对象。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的时基超媒体事件的调度装置,其特征在于,所述时基超媒体事件具有对应的所述时基码,所述时基超媒体事件解析单元,具体包括:
    时基码解析子单元,用于根据所述时基码以及预设的时基码解析方式,解析出与所述时基码相对应的唯一标识符以及时间码。
  13. 一种时基超媒体事件的调度系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括时基超媒体信息发布平台、时基超媒体事件服务器、时基超媒体播放装置、时基超媒体事件调度对象以及如权利要求9-12所述的时基超媒体事件调度装置;
    所述时基超媒体信息发布平台用于发布时基超媒体,以及为所述时基超媒体事件服务器提供时基码与时基超媒体事件的对应关系数据;
    所述时基超媒体事件服务器接收所述时基超媒体信息发布平台提供的时基码与时基超媒体事件的对应关系数据,并可根据所述时基超媒体事件调度装置发送的时基码,确定并反馈时基超媒体事件;
    所述时基超媒体播放装置可播放所述时基超媒体信息发布平台通过通信网络发布的时基超媒体,并可根据所述时基超媒体事件调度装置发送的与正在播放中的时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码的获取请求,生成相对应的时基码后发送给所述时基超媒体事件调度装置;
    所述时基超媒体事件调度装置可根据接收的关于时基超媒体事件的调度指令,获取所述与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码,后向所述时基超媒体事件服务器发送所述与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码,以查询与所述与时基超媒体的帧相对应的时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件,将从所述时基超媒体事件服务器接收到的所述时基超媒体事件解析出事件指令发送至时基超媒体事件调度对象;
    所述时基超媒体事件调度对象根据所述时基超媒体事件调度装置发送的所述事件指令执行相应任务。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的时基超媒体事件的调度系统,其特征在于,所述时基超媒体事件服务器,具体包括:
    时基码与时基超媒体事件对应关系数据接收单元,用于接收所述时基超媒体信息发布平台发送的所述时基码与时基超媒体事件的对应关系数据;
    时基超媒体事件表单元,用于采用时基超媒体事件表,登记、管理和储存所述时基码与时基超媒体事件的对应关系数据;
    时基码接收单元,用于接收所述时基超媒体事件调度装置发送的所述时基码;
    时基超媒体事件确定单元,用于将所述时基码与所述时基超媒体事件表进行匹配,确定所述与所述时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件;以及
    时基超媒体事件反馈单元,用于向所述时基超媒体事件调度装置反馈所述与所述时基码相对应的时基超媒体事件。
