Description

压接单元式幕墙及密封构件 技术领域
本发明涉及建材领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种压接单元式幕墙及密封构件。
背景技术
一般的,幕墙结构与主体结构在水平方向产生的位移变形引起的结构偏差,特别是异形结构幕墙、幕墙转角处,连接结构尺寸多,增加施工难度和加工难度大,质量不易控制。
传统幕墙连接件多采用“L”形、“一”形等钢材加工而成,主要通过玻璃面板上的副龙骨与主龙骨焊接或者用螺栓连接固定,其水平方向无法调节,碰到异形结构幕墙,土建结构水平偏差时,往往要调整连接件尺寸,加工和施工困难,特别是当玻璃面板发生碎裂后,更换玻璃面板时往往需要使得整个幕墙结构进行拆卸下来进行更换,其次,在对玻璃安装时,还需对玻璃面板进行打孔从而使得玻璃面板造成损伤;再者若采用简单的卡接方式虽然不会对玻璃面板造成损伤,但卡接牢固度不高,从而使得整体稳定性较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的一在于提供一种幕墙密封构件,可解决幕墙密封构件之间卡接不牢固,从而使得幕墙密封构件整体不稳定的问题。
本发明的目的二在于提供一种压接单元幕墙,可解决玻璃面板不便于从压接单元幕墙中进行拆卸更换,同时易对玻璃面板表面造成穿孔损伤的问题。
为实现上述目的一,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种幕墙密封构件,包括支撑梁主体和卡接件,所述支撑梁主体与卡接件之间设置有连接件,所述连接件分别与支撑梁主体和卡接件为可拆卸连接,所述卡接件为U型件且包括有第一回边和第二回边,所述支撑梁主体与第一回边和第二回边之间均形成有用于嵌入玻璃面板的豁口。
通过采用上述技术方案,当需要对幕墙进行拼接组装或拆卸某一块玻璃面板时,首先拆卸掉卡接件与连接件使之相互分离,此时拆卸后卡接件的第一回边与第二回边松动,使得 豁口处的距离变大,原本嵌入进豁口内的玻璃面板由于失去了第一回边与第二回边的固定,玻璃面板可从豁口处取出,因玻璃面板主要通过豁口的松紧来进行固定,而豁口的松紧变化主要为支撑梁主体和第一回边与第二回边之间的间距进行控制,所以只需拆卸卡接件与连接件即可,无需拆卸支撑梁主体与连接件,同样可使得豁口松动,进而对玻璃面板进行更换或取出。
本发明进一步设置为:所述支撑梁主体包括有若干空腔。
通过采取上述技术方案,支撑腔主体内的空腔设置可以使得整体质量得到减轻,从而防止了因自身重量过重易发生脱落的危害。
本发明进一步设置为:所述连接件上设有第一安装孔,所述支撑梁主体上设有第二安装孔,所述第一连接孔与所述第二连接孔之间通过螺钉螺纹连接。
通过采取上述技术方案,螺纹孔和螺钉的设置可以方便连接件与支撑梁主体之间的拆卸与连接,相比其他连接方式,螺纹孔和螺钉的连接方式可以使得连接件与支撑梁主体的连接更加固定,不会因震动等外界因素导致连接件与支撑梁主体之间的连接松动。
本发明进一步设置为:所述卡接件与连接件之间通过螺丝钉固定连接。
通过采取上述技术方案,螺丝钉的设置可以使得卡接件与连接件之间的连接方式更加稳定。

通过采取上述技术方案,支撑梁主体与卡接件之间主要通过连接件相连接,为了防止连接件的稳定度较低,虽然连接件可以使得支撑梁主体与卡接件连接,但是紧靠T型的卡接件连接支撑梁主体与卡接件会使得玻璃面板在豁口处产生晃动,从而在卡接件的第一回边处设置有F型插件,在连接件上设置有L型插件,所述F型插件的F开口与L型插件的凸起插接,进一步稳定连接件。
为实现上述目的二,本发明提供了如下技术方案:

本发明进一步设置为:所述支撑梁主体靠近豁口处设置有第一凹槽,所述第一回边和第二回边靠近豁口处均设置有第二凹槽,所述豁口内设置有与第一凹槽和第二凹槽插接的减震块。
通过采取上述技术方案,为了使得玻璃面板在豁口处嵌入时更加紧密,在豁口内设置有减震块,从而避免了支撑梁主体和卡接件直接与玻璃面板进行接触,同时还可避免当外界因素与支撑梁主体发生碰撞导致震动过大,直接使得震动传送到玻璃面板上对玻璃面板产生损坏,减震块的设置可以起到一定的减震作用,还可根据玻璃面板的不同型号厚度进行替换不同的减震块,依次来调整豁口与玻璃面板之间的松紧程度。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述减震块为橡胶材质的减震块。
通过采用上述技术方案,减震块可以使得减震块与玻璃面板在接触时,连接处更加紧密,防止雨水等液体进入,同时橡胶材料的减震块柔韧度更好,可以防止减震块对玻璃面板的刮损。
相较于现有技术,本发明使得密封构件之间卡接程度更加稳定,密封构件之间无需过多螺钉连接避免了生锈松动问题的产生;同时幕墙能够方便玻璃面板进行安装拆卸,避免了传统方式通过螺钉固定玻璃面板对玻璃面板表面穿孔造成损伤的问题。

参照图1,压接单元幕墙主要由玻璃面板210和支撑梁主体213,通过幕墙主体与支撑梁主体的拆卸与连接即可快速实现对玻璃面板210的更换。
参照图2和图3,在支撑梁主体213与卡接件211之间设置有连接件212,连接件212分别与支撑梁主体213和卡接件211为可拆卸连接,卡接件211为U型件且包括有第一回边214和第二回边215,支撑梁主体213与第一回边214和第二回边215之间均形成有用于嵌入玻璃面板210的豁口;同时连接件212上设有第一安装孔,支撑梁主体213上设有第二安装孔,所述第一连接孔与所述第二连接孔之间通过螺钉112螺纹连接。
同时L型插件117设置有连接件212上,F型插件116可设置在第一回边214或者第二回边215皆可,L型插件117与F型插件116的作用为起到提高支撑梁主体213与卡接件211之间稳定度的作用;在卡接件211上设置有缺口114,连接件212为T型构件,可以增大与卡接件211之间的接触面积,同样连接件212还可以设置为L型构件116,但是会减小卡接件211与连接件212之间的接触面积,容易致使卡接件211与连接件212产生晃动松动等情况发生。
当需要对压接单元幕墙进行拼接组装或拆卸某一块玻璃面板210时,首先拆卸掉卡接件211与连接件212使之相互分离,此时拆卸后卡接件211的第一回边214与第二回边215 松动,使得豁口处的距离变大,原本嵌入进豁口内的玻璃面板210由于失去了第一回边214与第二回边215的固定,玻璃面板210可从豁口处取出,因玻璃面板210主要通过豁口的松紧来进行固定,而豁口的松紧变化主要为支撑梁主体213和第一回边214与第二回边215之间的间距进行控制,所以只需拆卸卡接件211与连接件212即可,无需拆卸支撑梁主体213与连接件212同样可使的豁口松动,进而对玻璃面板210进行更换或取出。
为了使得玻璃面板210在豁口处嵌入时更加紧密,在豁口内设置有减震块110,从而避免了支撑梁主体213和卡接件211直接与玻璃面板210进行接触,同时还可避免当外界因素与支撑梁主体213发生碰撞导致震动过大,直接使得震动传送到玻璃面板210上对玻璃面板210产生损坏,减震块110的设置可以起到一定的减震作用,还可根据玻璃面板210的不同型号厚度进行替换不同的减震块110,依次来调整豁口与玻璃面板210之间的松紧程度。
螺纹孔和螺钉112的设置可以方便连接件212与支撑梁主体213之间的拆卸与连接,相比其他连接方式,螺纹孔和螺钉112的连接方式可以使得连接件212与支撑梁主体213的连接更加固定,不会因震动等外界因素导致连接件212与支撑梁主体213之间的连接松动。
