Description

冷冻食品称重及传送装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于冷冻食品油炸机构的称重及传送装置。
背景技术
在一些自动化冷冻食品油炸机构中,将待炸的食品放在冷藏箱里,食品称重、从冷藏箱里取出、关出食品门、开油炸炉门、将食品放入油中、关进食品门等一系列的过程由一些结构相当复杂的机构完成,耗能较高且耗时较长,大大影响了生产效益和消费者的购买体验。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种冷冻食品称重及传送装置,通过优化结构设计,使得整个冷冻食品称重和传送的过程十分快捷,且称重准确,所需要的电动装置少,耗能较低。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下方案:
冷冻食品称重及传送装置,包括称上漏斗、称重传感器、漏斗底部垫片、驱动部件、冷藏箱、油炸炉,所述称上漏斗和所述漏斗底部垫片可以滑动运动,所述驱动部件用于推动设置于所述称上漏斗上的滑动机构,所述漏斗底部垫片固定设置于所述称重传感器上,所述称上漏斗、漏斗底部垫片和称重传感器设置于所述冷藏箱内。
需要说明的是,所述滑动机构包括滑动前挡片和滑动后挡片;所 述驱动部件中固定有驱动片,静止状态时,所述驱动片插在所述滑动前挡片和所述滑动后挡片之间;进一步的,所述所述滑动前挡片和所述滑动后挡片之间设有一定的距离。
需要说明的是,所述驱动部件还固定有冷藏箱出食品门和电炸炉进食品门,所述冷藏箱出食品门盖住所述冷藏箱的出食品口,所述电炸炉进食品门盖住所述油炸炉的进食品口。
需要进一步说明的是,所述冷藏箱出食品口在所述称上漏斗的前下方,所述油炸炉进食品口在所述冷藏箱出食品口的正下方;当所述称上漏斗滑动至前方后,所述冷藏箱出食品口和所述油炸炉进食品口在所述称上漏斗的正下方。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述滑动机构可以以开孔替代滑动前挡片和滑动后挡片,所述驱动部件可推动所述开孔使所述称上漏斗可相对于所述漏斗底部垫片进行滑动;进一步的,所述开孔的直径具有一定长度。
基于上述优选的技术方案,所述驱动部件中固定有驱动片,静止状态时,所述驱动片插在所述开孔中。
需要进一步说明的是,作为另一种优选的技术方案,可在所述驱动部件上设置滑动机构,即滑动前挡片和滑动后挡片或具有一定直径长度的开孔,而在称上漏斗上则设置驱动片,该结构方式在运动时,则是由驱动部件上的滑动机构带动称上漏斗上的驱动片进行往返的滑动。
需要进一步说明的是,本技术方案中的称上漏斗与漏斗底部垫片 其连接方式为滑动连接,基于这种连接方式,作为一种优选的技术方案,可在称上漏斗的底部设置导槽,并将漏斗底部垫片卡在该导槽中实现滑动;同时,作为另一种优选的技术方案,也可在漏斗底部垫片上设置导槽,并使称上漏斗卡在所述导槽内,亦可实现两者的滑动连接。
需要说明的是,所述驱动部件可由电机和丝杆驱动,作为一种替换的技术方案,也可以使用其它可形成直线运动的元件代替。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、通过采用在漏斗底部沿漏斗滑动方向设置相距一定距离的挡片或者具有一定直径的开孔的方式实现连接机构对漏斗的带动,并使连接机构的顶端在垫片封闭在漏斗底部端口时位于挡片之间或位于开孔内且不与之接触,则称重传感器称量冷冻食品时,漏斗、垫片和冷冻食品的所有重量均落在称重传感器上,驱动部件不会对其产生任何影响,进一步增强了冷冻食品称重的准确性;
2、通过设置滑槽,使得漏斗沿着垫片作相对滑动,更加稳定性;
3、本发明实现了单电机即可将称上漏斗,冷藏箱出食品门和电炸炉进食品门联动,机构简单且使用方便。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述,需要说明的是,本实施例以本技术方案为前提,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围并不限于本实施例。
如图1、图2所示,本发明为一种冷冻食品称重及传送装置,包括称上漏斗1、称重传感器、漏斗底部垫片2、驱动部件3、冷藏箱4、油炸炉5,所述称上漏斗1的底部设有导槽,所述漏斗底部垫片2卡在所述导槽中,所述驱动部件3用于推动设置于所述称上漏斗1上的滑动机构6并使所述称上漏斗1可相对于所述漏斗底部垫片2进行滑动;所述漏斗底部垫片2固定设置于所述称重传感器上,所述称上漏斗1设置于所述冷藏箱4内。
如图2所示,所述滑动机构6包括滑动前挡片61和滑动后挡片62;所述驱动部件3中固定有驱动片31,静止状态时,所述驱动片31插在所述滑动前挡片61和所述滑动后挡片62之间;进一步的,所述所述滑动前挡片61和所述滑动后挡片62之间设有一定的距离。
进一步的,如图2所示,所述驱动部件3还固定有冷藏箱出食品门7和电炸炉进食品门8,所述冷藏箱出食品门7盖住所述冷藏箱的出食品口,所述电炸炉进食品门8盖住所述油炸炉的进食品口。
需要进一步说明的是,所述冷藏箱出食品口在所述称上漏斗的前下方,所述油炸炉进食品口在所述冷藏箱出食品口的正下方;当所述称上漏斗滑动至前方后,所述冷藏箱出食品口和所述油炸炉进食品口在所述称上漏斗的正下方。
需要进一步说明的是,由于所述滑动前挡片和所述滑动后挡片之间设有一定的距离,因此当所述驱动片向所述滑动前挡片移动时,首先滑动一定行程后才与所述滑动前挡片接触,所以在这段一定行程中可以使驱动部件上的冷藏箱出食品门和电炸炉进食品门先打开与这段行程相同的距离。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述滑动机构可以以开孔替代滑动前挡片和滑动后挡片,所述驱动部件可推动所述开孔使所述称上漏斗可相对于所述漏斗底部垫片进行滑动;进一步的,所述开孔的直径具有一定长度。
基于上述优选的技术方案,所述驱动部件中固定有驱动片,静止状态时,所述驱动片插在所述开孔中。
需要进一步说明的是,作为另一种优选的技术方案,可在所述驱动部件上设置滑动机构,即滑动前挡片和滑动后挡片或具有一定直径长度的开孔,而在称上漏斗上则设置驱动片,该结构方式在运动时,则是由驱动部件上的滑动机构带动称上漏斗上的驱动片进行往返的滑动。
需要进一步说明的是,本技术方案中的称上漏斗与漏斗底部垫片其连接方式为滑动连接,因此,作为另一种优选的技术方案,可在漏斗底部垫片上设置导槽,并使称上漏斗卡在所述导槽内,亦可实现两者的滑动连接。
需要说明的是,所述驱动部件可由电机和丝杆驱动,作为一种替换的技术方案,也可以使用其它可形成直线运动的元件代替。
下面将通过具体的实施例更好的理解本发明,而并非对本发明的限制。
冷藏箱出食品门、油炸炉门处于关闭状态,所述漏斗底部垫片也封闭在称上漏斗的底部下端口;当冷冻食品传送至称上漏斗后,所述漏斗底部垫片所连接的称重传感器称量落在漏斗内的冷冻食品的重量是否已经达到预先设定的重量,如达到则停止冷冻食品的传送;若未达到预设重量,则继续传送冷冻食品直至符合预设的重量要求;
当冷冻食品达到预设重量后,直线驱动装置(可以是本技术方案中优选的电机和丝杆组合的驱动装置)带动驱动部件以及与驱动部件固定连接的冷藏箱出食品门和电炸炉进食品门一并沿水平直线运动,从而使冷藏箱和油炸炉处于半开放状态;驱动部件继续向前移动,直至驱动部件中的驱动片与滑动前挡片接触,随着驱动片的继续移动,称重漏斗1同时被带动向前移动,直至称重漏斗位于冷藏箱的出食品口和所述所述油炸炉的进食品口的正上方为止。
在漏洞底部垫片上的冷冻食品也会随着上述的称重漏斗移动而移动,并最终通过冷藏箱的出食品口和油炸炉的进食品口进入油炸炉中;
需要进一步说明是,所述滑动前挡片和滑动后挡片可以使用具有一定直径长度的开孔进行代替。
当冷冻食品全部落入油炸炉后,所述直线驱动装置(可以是有电机和丝杆组合的驱动装置)驱动所述驱动部件沿相反方向运动,使称重漏斗、冷藏箱出食品门和电炸炉进食品门复位。
以上冷冻食品称重及传送装置可以应用于投币炸薯条自动售卖机的冷冻薯条称重及传送,性能稳定,全自动化,有利于提升炸薯条销售的经济效益和消费者的购买体验。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可以根据以上的技术方案和构思,作出各种相应的改变和变形,而所有的这些改变和变形都应该包括在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

  1. 冷冻食品称重及传送装置,包括称上漏斗、称重传感器、漏斗底部垫片、驱动部件、冷藏箱、油炸炉,其特征是,所述称上漏斗和所述漏斗底部垫片可以滑动运动,所述驱动部件用于推动设置于所述称上漏斗上的滑动机构,所述漏斗底部垫片固定设置于所述称重传感器上,所述称上漏斗、漏斗底部垫片和称重传感器设置于所述冷藏箱内。
