Abstract

公开了一种矿用大断面煤巷掘进工作面防片帮挡杆及支护方法,该防片帮挡杆包括挡杆(1)以及支撑杆(7);挡杆顶部及支撑杆一端均设有螺栓孔(2),挡杆底部外侧设有钢锥(5),挡杆中上部内侧设有卡齿(6),支撑杆另一端设有卡爪(8)。挡杆和支撑杆通过螺栓孔与螺栓配合固定在临时支护装置上,出煤后使用工具敲击挡杆使其钢锥楔进迎头的煤壁(13)内,用支撑杆的卡爪撑在挡杆的卡齿内,实现对迎头煤体的支护作用,使用完毕后,可通过吊挂装置(10)将挡杆及支撑杆收起吊挂在临时支护装置上。该防片帮挡杆具有安装方便、支撑效果好、可重复使用、收纳方便等优点,降低了迎头松动煤体滚落伤人的几率和迎头支护的时间,提高了大断面煤巷掘进工作面的安全系数和掘进速度。

Description

一种大断面煤巷掘进工作面防片帮挡杆及支护方法 技术领域
本发明涉及矿用产品技术领域,尤其是一种大断面煤巷掘进工作面防片帮挡杆及支护方法。
背景技术
随着煤矿生产设备的大型化与产量的大幅度提高,为保证正常的生产、运输、通风及行人等需要,巷道断面也越来越大。但巷道断面的增大易导致巷道围岩变形量加大等问题,尤其是大断面煤巷掘进工作面由于打设锚杆锚索数目较多,造成迎头无支护时间相对较长,变形及片帮(片帮指矿井作业面、巷道侧壁在矿山压力作用下变形,破坏而塌落的现象)的问题较为突出,时常给掘进工作面作业人员的安全构成威胁。因此,大断面煤巷掘进迎头的片帮防治问题愈来愈受重视。
目前国内大断面煤巷掘进出煤后,通常采用的方法是使用迎头防护网挡住迎头煤体,同时在防护网下部打注锚杆,锚杆压住超前顶网的下部使防护网与煤壁压实,然后进行永久支护作业。永久支护施工完毕后,再拉出迎头煤壁下部压防护网的锚杆。采用这种方法操作步骤繁琐,减缓了巷道的掘进速度,且仅靠单根锚杆压住防护网,其防护范围小、效果差,松动煤岩块滚落伤人事故屡有发生。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是针对现有大断面煤巷掘进工作面迎头片帮问题,提供一种适合多种巷道形状及支护形式,具有使用方便、易于收纳且能够有效减少掘进工作面迎头片帮的挡杆,以及基于该挡杆的煤巷掘进工作面支护方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:一种矿用大断面煤巷掘进工作面防片帮挡杆,包括挡杆以及与挡杆相配套的支撑杆;所述挡杆顶部及支撑杆一端均设有螺栓孔,挡杆底部外侧设有钢锥,挡杆中上部内侧设有卡齿,支撑杆另一端设有可卡进卡齿内的卡爪。
进一步的,所述钢锥长度为20cm。
根据上述防片帮挡杆的大断面煤巷掘进工作面支护方法,包括如下步骤:
1)挡杆通过螺栓孔与螺栓配合固定在掘进工作面顶板临时支护装置的前探梁前端,支撑杆通过螺栓孔与螺栓配合固定在前探梁中前部,掘进出煤后放下防护网,使用工具敲击挡杆使其下部的钢锥压着防护网楔进迎头的煤壁内,通过钢锥使防护网与煤壁压实;
2)用支撑杆的卡爪顶在挡杆的卡齿内,并用工具砸紧,从而实现对迎头的防片帮作用,然后进行打设锚杆的永久支护作业;
3)永久支护作业结束后,用工具将支撑杆的卡爪从挡杆的卡齿内放出,拔出插在煤 壁内的钢锥;
4)通过吊挂装置将挡杆收起挂在前探梁上,随后进行下一循环的掘进工作。
进一步的,所述防片帮档杆具体数量根据围岩状况及迎头断面的大小配合临时支护装置确定,在煤壁不稳定区,可以根据情况在挡杆间放置木板或钢板,增大受力面积,保证煤壁稳定。
有益效果:本发明防片帮挡杆具有安装方便,可重复使用,收纳方便等优点,而且由于挡杆的钢锥楔进煤体中,并通过支撑杆使挡杆产生一定的主动支撑力,使得防护网对煤壁的临时支护产生一定的压力,与单一的悬挂防护网相比,该装置能较大的增强迎头煤体的稳定性,有效减少破碎煤体滚落伤人事故的发生,因此,本发明能广泛应用于各种形状及支护方式的大断面煤巷掘进工作面的迎头防片帮工作,降低了迎头松动煤体滚落伤人的几率和迎头支护的时间,提高了大断面煤巷掘进工作面的安全系数和掘进速度,对巷道的安全快速施工具有重要意义。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明做更进一步的解释。
本发明的一种矿用大断面煤巷掘进工作面防片帮挡杆,包括挡杆1以及与挡杆1相配套的支撑杆7。
如图1所示,挡杆1由槽钢加工而成,挡杆1顶部打有螺栓孔2,可通过螺栓3与掘进工作面顶板临时支护装置的前探梁4相连,靠近挡杆1顶部位置的钢板留有开口,方便挡杆1转动,挡杆1底部外侧设有长度为20cm的钢锥5,挡杆2中上部内侧设有卡齿6。
如图2所示,支撑杆7一端为螺栓孔2,可通过螺栓3与前探梁4连接,另一端为卡爪8,可以伸进挡杆的卡齿6内。
根据上述防片帮挡杆的大断面煤巷掘进工作面支护方法,包括如下步骤:
1)挡杆1通过螺栓孔2与螺栓3配合固定在掘进工作面顶板临时支护装置的前探梁4前端,支撑杆7通过螺栓孔2与螺栓3配合固定在前探梁4中前部,掘进出煤后放下防护网9,使用工具敲击挡杆1使其下部的钢锥5压着防护网9楔进迎头的煤壁13内,图3、图4所示是 本发明大断面煤巷掘进工作面防片帮挡杆1、支撑杆7与前探梁4配合工作的示意图,该步骤中,所述防片帮档杆具体数量根据围岩状况及迎头断面的大小配合临时支护装置确定,在煤壁13不稳定区,可以根据情况在挡杆1间放置木板12或钢板,增大受力面积,保证煤壁13稳定,
2)用支撑杆7的卡爪8顶在挡杆1的卡齿6内,并用工具砸紧,从而实现对迎头的防片帮作用,然后进行打设锚杆11的永久支护作业;
3)永久支护作业结束后,用工具将支撑杆7的卡爪8从挡杆1的卡齿6内放出,拔出插在煤壁13内的钢锥5;
4)通过吊挂装置10将挡杆1收起挂在前探梁4上,随后进行下一循环的掘进工作。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种矿用大断面煤巷掘进工作面防片帮挡杆,其特征在于:包括挡杆(1)以及与挡杆(1)相配套的支撑杆(7);所述挡杆(1)顶部及支撑杆一端(7)均设有螺栓孔(2),挡杆(1)底部外侧设有钢锥(5),挡杆(2)中上部内侧设有卡齿(6),支撑杆另一端设有可卡进卡齿(6)内的卡爪(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种矿用大断面煤巷掘进工作面防片帮挡杆,其特征在于:所述钢锥(5)长度为20cm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述防片帮挡杆的大断面煤巷掘进工作面支护方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    1)挡杆(1)通过螺栓孔(2)与螺栓(3)配合固定在掘进工作面顶板临时支护装置的前探梁(4)前端,支撑杆(7)通过螺栓孔(2)与螺栓(3)配合固定在前探梁(4)中前部,掘进出煤后放下防护网(9),使用工具敲击挡杆(1)使其下部的钢锥(5)压着防护网(9)楔进迎头的煤壁(13)内,通过钢锥使防护网(9)与煤壁(13)压实;
    2)用支撑杆(7)的卡爪(8)顶在挡杆(1)的卡齿(6)内,并用工具砸紧,从而实现对迎头的防片帮作用,然后进行打设锚杆(11)的永久支护作业;
    3)永久支护作业结束后,用工具将支撑杆(7)的卡爪(8)从挡杆(1)的卡齿(6)内放出,拔出插在煤壁(13)内的钢锥(5);
    4)通过吊挂装置(10)将挡杆(1)收起挂在前探梁(4)上,随后进行下一循环的掘进工作。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的大断面煤巷掘进工作面支护方法,其特征在于:所述防片帮档杆具体数量根据围岩状况及迎头断面的大小配合临时支护装置确定,在煤壁(13)不稳定区,可以根据情况在挡杆(1)间放置木板(12)或钢板,增大受力面积,保证煤壁(13)稳定。
