一种数据平台
本申请要求2016年01月29日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610067399.4、发明名称为“一种数据平台”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及网络技术领域,特别涉及一种数据平台。
背景技术
随着网络技术的发展,越来越多的服务通过网络来提供,其中,通过网络平台来处理用户的消费操作,用户基于网络平台提供的有关消费标的的信息进行查询、预约或购买,为促进用户进行交易,可能存在互相连接的多个网络平台以共同服务于用户对一特定消费对象的交易请求。例如,商家的网络平台、第三方活动优惠平台和收单方平台之间互相连接,共同促成一笔交易的完成。与此同时,基于用户的消费行为,在实际完成交易后,还存在多方网络服务平台进行服务对价的划分的需求,在实际应用中,需要在交易后通过另一独立的清分系统,或者人工来对交易服务的对价进行分账。
然而,现有交易活动涉及多方网络平台,交易以及清分的效率较低。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种数据平台,提高交易以及清分系统的效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种数据平台,所述数据平台包括:
入口信息处理服务器,适于接收来自交易终端的交易请求信息,并经权益信息接口发送所述交易请求信息至活动信息服务器,所述交易请求信息包括交易信息、身份信息、商户标识以及权益渠道信息;
所述活动信息服务器,适于接收所述交易请求信息,根据所述权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息查询权益信息库以判断是否存在所述身份信息对应的权益信息,当存在所述权益信息时,根据所述交易信息和所述权益信息生成实际支付信息,并向所述交易终端发送所述实际支付信息,以及向清分清算服务器发送所述权益渠道信息、所述商户标识和所述实际支付信息;
清分清算服务器,适于根据所述权益渠道信息和所述商户标识查询第一分账比例信息库,以生成第一分账比例信息,所述清分清算服务器发送所述实际支付信息和第一分账比例信息至所述交易请求信息指向的收单方服务器,并接收所述收单方服务器基于所述第一分账比例信息和所述实际支付信息反馈的第一分账信息。

本发明实施例通过所述入口信息服务平台接收和发送来自交易终端的交易请求信息,所述交易请求信息包括交易信息、身份信息、商户标识以及权益渠道信息,所述活动信息服务器根据权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息判断是否存在权益信息,当存在所述权益信息时,根据所述交易信息和所述权益信息生成实际支付信息,并发送于交易终端。与此同时,清分清算服务器根据所述权益渠道信息和所述商户标识生成第一分账比例信息,发送所述第一分账比例信息和实际支付信息至收单方服务器,以及接受收单方给服务器所述第一分账比例信息和所述实际支付信息反馈的第一分账信息。由此可见,本发明实施例的数据服务平台利用活动信息服务器对不同网络平台的信息进行汇总,为交易终端提供统一的入口,通过交易终端的一次交易请求即可查询身份信息对应的权益信息,使交易终端直接接收到实际支付信息,而不再需要用户多次提供相关信息分别向不同的网络服务平台进行查询、获取权益信息或者支付,简化了交易系统的效率。与此同时,本发明实施例利用清分清算服务器直接基于实际支付信息和第一分账比例信息经由收单方服务器得到第一分账信息,所述第一分账信息包含了网络服务平台应得的对价信息,从而实现在当前交易完成的同时随机完成了相关主体间的分账,不再需要外部的清分系统单独导入确认后的实际支付信息来进行不同主体的分账,提高清分系统的效率。

具体实施方式
如背景技术所言,为促进用户进行交易,可能存在互相连接的多个网络平台以共同服务于用户对一特定消费对象的交易请求。例如,商家的网络平台、第三方活动优惠平台和收单方平台之间互相连接,共同促成一笔交易的完成。与此同时,基于用户的消费行为,在实际完成交易后,还存在多方网络服务平台进行服务对价的划分的需求,在实际应用中,需要在交易后通过另一独立的清分系统,或者人工来对交易服务的对价进行分账。
然而,现有交易活动涉及多方网络平台,交易以及清分的效率较低。
本发明实施例通过所述入口信息服务平台接收和发送来自交易终端的交易请求信息,所述交易请求信息包括交易信息、身份信息、商户标识以及权益渠道信息,所述活动信息服务器根据权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息判断是否存在权益信息,当存在所述权益信息时,根据所述交易信息和所述权益信息生成实际支付信息,并发送于交易终端。与此同时,清分清算服务器根据所述权益渠道信息和所述商户标识生成第一分账比例信息,发送所述第一分账比例信息和实际支付信息至收单方服务器,以及接受收单方给服务器所述第一分账比例信息和所述实际支付信息反馈的第一分账信息。由此可见,本发明实施例的数据服务平台利用活动信息服务器对不同网络平台的信息进行汇总,为交易终端提供统一的入口,通过交易终端的一次交易请求即可查询身份信息对应的权益信息,使交易终端直接接收到实际支付信 息,而不再需要用户多次提供相关信息分别向不同的网络服务平台进行查询、获取权益信息或者支付,简化了交易系统的效率。与此同时,本发明实施例利用清分清算服务器直接基于实际支付信息和第一分账比例信息经由收单方服务器得到第一分账信息,所述第一分账信息包含了网络服务平台应得的对价信息,从而实现在当前交易完成的同时随机完成了相关主体间的分账,不再需要外部的清分系统单独导入确认后的实际支付信息来进行不同主体的分账,提高清分系统的效率。
更进一步而言,现有技术中通常是先通过收单方将消费活动的支付金额清分计算给消费活动中的商户,然后参与消费活动的网络服务平台与商户确认实际支付信息以避免数据出错,最后根据确认结果向收单方(例如银行)提出分账请求。在此过程中,至少需要两次向收单方发送请求,收单方相应地至少要响应两次。采用这样的方式,当交易活动频繁时,会对收单方的网络带宽和处理能力带来沉重压力,可能会由于带宽和处理能力不足而导致无法及时响应。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和有益效果能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细的说明。
图1是本发明实施例中的一种数据平台的结构示意图。如图1所示的数据平台10可以包括:入口信息处理服务器101、活动信息服务器102和清分清算服务器103。
入口信息处理服务器101,适于接收来自交易终端的交易请求信息,并经权益信息接口发送所述交易请求信息至活动信息服务器,所述交易请求信息包括交易信息、身份信息、商户标识以及权益渠道信息。
在具体实施中,所述入口信息处理服务器101与多个交易终端耦接。
所述交易信息为对应于具体交易标的的信息,例如可以包括交易 总金额信息和权益金额信息。其中交易总金额信息可以是本次交易的总金额。权益金额信息可以是能够享受优惠权益的金额,具体可以根据所述交易终端所在的商户的设置进行计算获得。例如,当所述交易终端所在的商户设定从第二件商品起可打折时,权益金额信息则需从消费总金额中扣除第一件商品的金额后得到。
所述身份信息为唯一识别用户身份的标识,例如可以是证件号码、手机号码、银行卡号和会员卡号等。在具体实施中,所述交易终端可以通过识别用户标识卡来确定所述身份信息。
在具体实施中,所述活动信息服务器102可以将同一用户的所有身份信息进行关联,也可以对应该用户的所有身份信息生成一个用户ID,以便用户识别和用户管理。例如,交易系统中存储的身份信息为银行卡号,当交易系统获取同一用户的手机号码时,可以将所述银行卡号与所述手机号码进行关联,从而使得交易系统后续可以通过识别该用户的银行卡号来获取手机号,也可以通过识别用户ID获取其他的身份信息。
所述商户标识用于唯一标识线下实体商户,一般来说,安装所述交易终端的商户都在收单方(例如银行)进行了终端号和商户标识的备案。
所述权益渠道信息表征具体能为用户带来交易优惠权益的渠道,所述权益渠道信息可以是不同的网络平台或者指向不同网络平台的路径信息,例如优惠活动平台A提供针对在当前商户消费具体消费对象的优惠活动信息,所述优惠活动平台A即为一权益渠道信息,在另一实例中,所述权益渠道信息还可以是银行的网络平台。
所述活动信息服务器102,适于接收所述交易请求信息,根据所述权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息查询权益信息库以判断是否存在所述身份信息对应的权益信息,当存在所述权益信息时,根据所述交易信息和所述权益信息生成实际支付信息,并向所述交易终端发送所述实际支付信息,以及向清分清算服务器发送所述权益渠道信息、所 述商户标识和所述实际支付信息。
所述权益信息库存储了不同的权益渠道为当前消费提供的权益信息,例如第一优惠活动平台针对在当前商户B消费水果可以打八折优惠,第二优惠活动平台针对在当前商户B消费水果可以打九折优惠,本例中的折扣优惠即为所述权益信息,并与所述权益渠道信息对应。
所述实际支付信息可以包括用户实际需要支付的金额。
所述权益信息库可以位于本地的服务器,也可以位于提供权益信息的网络服务平台的远程权益渠道服务器。
由于权益渠道信息表征具体能为用户带来交易优惠权益的渠道,不同的权益渠道信息可以指向不同的权益信息库,结合身份信息查询所述权益信息库,活动信息服务器102可以确定该用户可以享受的优惠权益,从而可以生成实际支付信息。
清分清算服务器103,适于根据所述权益渠道信息和所述商户标识查询第一分账比例信息库,以生成第一分账比例信息,所述清分清算服务器发送所述实际支付信息和第一分账比例信息至所述交易请求信息指向的收单方服务器,并接收所述收单方服务器基于所述第一分账比例信息和所述实际支付信息反馈的第一分账信息。
所述第一分账比例信息可以包括商户与当前消费服务相关的网络平台主体间的分润计算公式,所述分润计算公式可以根据平台主体间的分润协议预先设置,并存储于所述第一分账比例信息库中,在所述第一分账比例信息库中,所述权益渠道信息、所述商户标识以及所述第一分账比例存在对应关系,从而可以根据所述权益渠道信息和所述商户标识查询第一分账比例信息库,以生成第一分账比例信息。
例如,当前商户的标识为B,提供当前商户的消费水果享受八折优惠这一权益信息的所述权益渠道信息为A(假设该优惠活动平台的标识为A),而该优惠活动平台A与当前商户B之间存在分润协议, 优惠活动平台A可从实际支付金额中抽取百分之四,当前商户B作为服务主体抽取百分之九十六,双方抽取的比例即为所述第一分账比例,本例中上述权益渠道信息A、商户标识B和第一分账比例以及三和的对应关系均已设置并存储于所述第一分账比例信息库中。那么,根据商户标识B和权益渠道信息查询第一分账比例信息库得到分润比例。
在具体实施中,当所述交易请求信息指向的收单方服务器接收到所述实际支付信息和所述第一分账比例信息时,根据实际支付信息和第一分账比例信息计算商户标识对应的商户账户的服务对价信息以及其他网络服务平台主体的对价信息。例如,当所述身份信息为银行卡号时,所述交易请求信息指向的收单方服务器为银行的网络平台服务器,银行的网络平台服务器按照所述第一分账比例信息对应的分润计算公式,将所述实际支付信息对应的实付金额的百分之九十六划分给当前商户的账户,而将实付金额的百分之四划分给提供权益信息(假设本例中为八折优惠活动信息)的优惠活动平台的账户。从而实现在产生实际支付信息的同时,随即完成了分账。
本发明实施例的数据服务平台利用活动信息服务器对不同网络平台的信息进行汇总,为交易终端提供统一的入口,通过交易终端的一次交易请求即可查询身份信息对应的权益信息,使交易终端直接接收到实际支付信息,而不再需要用户多次提供相关信息分别向不同的网络服务平台进行查询、获取权益信息或者支付,简化了交易系统的效率。与此同时,本发明实施例利用清分清算服务器直接基于实际支付信息和第一分账比例信息经由收单方服务器得到第一分账信息,所述第一分账信息包含了网络服务平台应得的对价信息,从而实现在当前交易完成的同时随机完成了相关主体间的分账,不再需要外部的清分系统单独导入确认后的实际支付信息来进行不同主体的分账,提高清分系统的效率。

交易请求信息接收单元2021,适于接收经由所述权益信息接口发送的所述交易请求信息;
判断单元2022,适于根据所述权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息查询权益信息库,以判断是否存在所述身份信息对应的权益信息;
第一实际支付信息生成单元2023,适于当存在所述权益信息时,根据所述交易信息和所述权益信息生成所述实际支付信息;
发送单元2024,适于向所述交易终端发送所述实际支付信息,并向清分清算服务器发送所述权益渠道信息、所述商户标识和所述实际支付信息。
在具体实施中,所述判断单元2022可以包括:
第一查找子单元,适于根据所述权益渠道信息在所述权益信息库中确定由所述权益渠道信息指向的权益信息子库;
第二查找子单元,适于根据所述身份信息,在所述权益信息子库中查询与所述身份信息关联的权益信息。
在具体实施中,所述权益信息子库可以位于远程权益渠道服务器,为提高系统的效率,也可以在本地设置包含多个权益信息字库的权益信息库。所述远程渠道服务器可以是商户平台的服务器,也可以是优惠活动平台的服务器,例如可以是团购活动的服务器或银行网络平台的服务器。
例如,交易终端发送的所述交易请求信息中,所述权益渠道信息为B渠道,所述身份信息为手机号码A,根据B渠道在所述权益信息库中确定B渠道指向的权益信息子库,再结合手机号码A在所述权益信息子库中查询与手机号码A关联的权益信息为八折优惠。
图3是图1中所示的一种清分清算服务器的结构示意图。下面结合图1和图3进行说明。
所述清分清算服务器103可以包括:
第一分账比例信息生成单元3031,适于根据所述权益渠道信息和所述商户标识查询第一分账比例信息库,以生成所述第一分账比例信息;
第一分账信息生成单元3032,适于向所述收单方服务器发送所述实际支付信息和第一分账比例信息,并接收所述收单方服务器基于所述第一分账比例信息反馈的第一分账信息。
在本发明的另一实施例中,所述清分清算服务器103还可以包括:
第二分账比例信息计算单元3033,适于根据所述权益渠道信息和所述商户标识查询第二分账比例信息库,以生成第二分账比例信息;
第二分账信息生成单元3034,适于根据所述第一分账信息和所述第二分账比例信息生成第二分账信息。
所述第二分账比例信息库存储了多个与所述活动信息服务器102相连的第三方网络服务平台之间的分账比例信息,可以是分润比例。
在本实施例中,所述第一分账比例信息仅包括两个部分,其中一部分为商户平台主体,另一部分为作为整体的多个网络服务平台。例如本实施例中的所述活动信息服务器也可以作为本次消费服务中的一个主体参与服务对价的划分,而第一优惠活动平台A也作为一个服务主体参与服务对价的划分,将本实施例中的所述数据服务平台主体和所述第一优惠活动平台A作为一个划分第一分账信息的主体,比如第一分账比例中,商户平台主体占百分之九十六,所述第一优惠活动平台A和所述数据服务平台主体共抽取百分之四。
进一步地,第二分账比例信息计算单元1024查询第二分账比例信息库,得到四分之一和四分之三这一第二分账比例,可以是所述第一优惠活动平台A的服务对价抽取比例占据四分之三,所述数据服 务平台主体占据四分之一。那么第二分账比例生成单元1025根据第一分账信息和第二分账比例得到:所述第一优惠活动平台A抽取的服务对价应为实际支付金额的百分之四中的四分之三,所述数据服务平台主体抽取的服务对价为百分之四中的四分之一。
本实施例中,通过设置第二分账比例信息计算单元和第二分账信息生成单元,得到第二分账信息,从而在存在除商家服务平台以外的多个网络服务平台时,在获得第一分账信息后,进一步为多个网络服务平台按照所述第一分账信息进行分账,从而让多个网络服务平台的服务对价在完成交易时随机得到了清分,不需要再跨越消费、确认实际支付信息和第一分账信息后才能获得清分,也不需要再重新将确认后的第一分账信息导入独立的清分系统进行分账,提高了清分系统的效率。
在具体实施中,所述清分清算服务器103还可以包括权益金额兑付单元3035,适于按照所述权益信息为所述商户标识对应的商户账户兑付权益金额。
所述权益金额兑付单元3025,适于按照所述权益信息为所述商户标识对应的商户账户进行兑付权益金额。所述权益信息是对实际支付信息产生影响的信息,例如可以是折扣、抵扣等,所述权益信息可以由图2中所示的判断单元2022所包括的第二查找子单元得到。带来所述权益信息的渠道可以是银行服务平台或者其他第三方优惠活动平台,这些平台提供的权益信息对实际支付信息产生了影响,让用户享受了优惠。另一方面,带来所述权益信息的渠道主体可以将优惠的权益转换为权益金额兑付给商户平台的账户。例如,第一优惠平台A对应的权益信息为享受八折优惠,交易总金额为100元,八折优惠这一权益信息对应权益金额为20元,那么所述清分清算服务器为所述第一优惠平台A将权益金额兑付给当前商户平台的账户。在实际应用场景中,带来所述权益信息的渠道也可能是银行服务平台,则所述清分清算服务器为给当前交易带来权益信息的银行服务平台的账 户按照所述权益信息兑付权益金额。
本实施例通过设置权益金额兑付单元,直接基于当前的交易关联的权益信息对应的权益金额兑付给商户的账户,从而不需要跨越消费和确认权益金额才能进行兑付,提高了清分清算系统的效率。
图4是本发明实施例中的另一种数据平台的结构示意图。如图4所示的数据平台40,采用图2中所示的活动信息服务器102和图3中所示的清分清算服务器103。其中:
活动信息服务器102包括交易请求信息接收单元2021、判断单元2022,第一实际支付信息生成单元2023和发送单元2024。所述活动信息服务器102的具体实施参照图2中的说明,不再赘述。
清分清算服务器103包括第一分账比例信息生成单元3031、收单方后台服务器接口3032、第二分账比例信息计算单元3033,第二分账比例记录单元3034和权益金额兑付单元3035。
所述清分清算服务器103的具体实施可参照图3中的说明,不再赘述。
本实施例中,所述入口信息处理服务器401可以包括:
接收单元4011,适于接收来自所述交易终端的交易请求信息;
权益信息接口4012,所述权益信息接口4012包括活动信息接口41,所述活动信息接口41适于发送所述交易请求信息至所述活动信息服务器102。
在本实施例中,权益信息接口4012还可以包括商户会员管理系统接口42;
所述商户会员管理系统接口42适于发送所述身份信息和所述交易信息至商户会员管理系统,并接收所述商户会员管理系统基于所述交易请求信息反馈的兑换信息。
所述商户会员管理系统为外部独立的管理系统,可以用于抵扣用 户的实际支付金额等,从而对是实际支付信息产生影响。例如可以是酒店住宿会员的积分管理系统,用户积分账户中的积分可以用于抵扣部分实际支付金额,从而实际支付的金额会发生变化。
在具体实施中,所述商户会员管理系统接口42还适于将所述身份信息转换为与所述商户会员管理系统匹配的索引会员身份信息,并发送所述索引会员身份信息与所述交易信息至所述商户会员管理系统。
例如,所述酒店住宿会员管理系统的索引会员身份信息为该系统为会员设置的会员ID号,通过该会员ID号可以查询用户积分账户中的积分以及会员等级等。在实际通过交易终端支付时,交易终端识别当前用户的身份信息为手机号,则所述商户会员管理系统接口42可以将手机号转换为用户的会员ID号。
需要指出的是,所述权益信息接口还可以包括其他接口,对应与其他外部独立的对实际支付信息产生影响的网络平台相连,从而可以得到最终向交易终端发送的实际支付信息。本发明实施例通过权益信息接口4012与其他网络平台相连,从而统一交易请求信息的入口,简化了交易终端的操作,提高网络交易的效率。
所述活动信息服务器102可以根据所述交易信息、权益信息和兑换信息重新计算所述实际支付信息。所述兑换信息可以是兑换金额。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种数据平台,其特征在于,包括:
    入口信息处理服务器,适于接收来自交易终端的交易请求信息,并经权益信息接口发送所述交易请求信息至活动信息服务器,所述交易请求信息包括交易信息、身份信息、商户标识以及权益渠道信息;
    所述活动信息服务器,适于接收所述交易请求信息,根据所述权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息查询权益信息库以判断是否存在所述身份信息对应的权益信息,当存在所述权益信息时,根据所述交易信息和所述权益信息生成实际支付信息,并向所述交易终端发送所述实际支付信息,以及向清分清算服务器发送所述权益渠道信息、所述商户标识和所述实际支付信息;
    清分清算服务器,适于根据所述权益渠道信息和所述商户标识查询第一分账比例信息库,以生成第一分账比例信息,所述清分清算服务器发送所述实际支付信息和第一分账比例信息至所述交易请求信息指向的收单方服务器,并接收所述收单方服务器基于所述第一分账比例信息和所述实际支付信息反馈的第一分账信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述入口信息处理服务器包括:
    接收单元,适于接收来自所述交易终端的交易请求信息;
    权益信息接口,所述权益信息接口包括活动信息接口,所述活动信息接口适于发送所述交易请求信息至所述活动信息服务器。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述活动信息服务器包括:
    交易请求信息接收单元,适于接收经由所述权益信息接口发送的所述交易请求信息;
    判断单元,适于根据所述权益渠道信息以及所述身份信息查询权益信息库,以判断是否存在所述身份信息对应的权益信息;
    实际支付信息生成单元,适于当存在所述权益信息时,根据所述交易信息和所述权益信息生成所述实际支付信息;
    发送单元,适于向所述交易终端发送所述实际支付信息,并向清分清算服务器发送所述权益渠道信息、所述商户标识和所述实际支付信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述判断单元包括:
    第一查找子单元,适于根据所述权益渠道信息在所述权益信息库中确定由所述权益渠道信息指向的权益信息子库;
    第二查找子单元,适于根据所述身份信息,在所述权益信息子库中查询与所述身份信息关联的权益信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述权益信息库为本地权益信息库。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述权益信息子库位于远程权益渠道服务器。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述权益信息接口还包括商户会员管理系统接口,所述商户会员管理系统接口适于发送所述身份信息和所述交易信息至商户会员管理系统,并接收所述商户会员管理系统基于所述交易请求信息反馈的兑换信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述商户会员管理系统接口还适于将所述身份信息转换为与所述商户会员管理系统匹配的索引会员身份信息,并发送所述索引会员身份信息与所述交易信息至所述商户会员管理系统。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述活动信息服务器根据所述交易信息、权益信息和兑换信息生成所述实际支付信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述清分清算服务器包括:
    权益金额兑付单元,适于按照所述权益信息为所述商户标识对应的商户账户兑付权益金额。
  11. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述清分清算服务器包括:
    第一分账比例信息生成单元,适于根据所述权益渠道信息和所述商户标识查询第一分账比例信息库,以生成所述第一分账比例信息;
    第一分账信息生成单元,适于向所述收单方服务器发送所述实际支付信息和第一分账比例信息,并接收所述收单方服务器基于所述第一分账比例信息反馈的第一分账信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述清分清算服务器还包括:
    第二分账比例信息计算单元,适于根据所述权益渠道信息和所述商户标识查询第二分账比例信息库,以生成第二分账比例信息;
    第二分账信息生成单元,适于根据所述第一分账信息和所述第二分账比例信息生成第二分账信息。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的数据平台,其特征在于,所述交易信息包括交易总金额和权益金额信息。
