本发明属于智能电视技术领域,尤其涉及一种实现数字电视的实时监控方法及装置。
背景技术
随着数字电视整转和智能电视的发展,为了控制或提醒用户观看电视的时间,避免用户观看电视的时间过长以造成视觉疲劳,目前对观看电视节目的控制方法有多种,包括对于特定的电视节目(例如成人级电视节目、儿童类卡通电视节目)设置观看密码、限制电视观看的时长、限制特定电视节目的观看时长等等。
但是目前这种单单设置电视节目密码和设置成人级别或控制电视播放的时长均为被动电视控制,只能依据预先的设定进行控制,而无法实时向监控人传递电视播放情况,也无法在用户觉得需要时对电视进行控制、特别是远程控制,目前的这种电视节目的监控方法已不能实现全面、实时的对家庭电视终端的监控,使得用户无法在远程的情况下了解家里电视的播放状态,特别是对家里小孩的电视使用情况的了解与控制。比如依据目前的电视观看的控制方法就没法使得在外工作的家长了解家里孩子目前正在观看的电视节目,观看电视节目的时间,也无法对这种电视观看的状况进行监控和控制。

图2是本发明实施例二提供的一种实现数字电视的实时监控方法的流程图;

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明针对目前的电视观看的控制方法无法使得用户特别是在没有观看电视节目的情况下了解电视播放的节目、观看电视节目的时间,也无法对当前电视观看的状况进行监控的问题提出的改进方案,以使得用户即使在远程的情况下也可以实时了解、监控电视的播放情况。
实施例一
图1是本发明实施例一提供的一种实现数字电视的实时监控方法的流程图,下面结合图1来具体描述根据本发明的一个实施例的一种实现数字电视的实时监控方法,该方法应用于电视端,如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S101、统计电视节目的播放信息。
其中,上述电视节目的播放信息包括但不限于当前播放节目的名称、当前播放节目的时长、电视连续播放的总时长。进一步地,还可以包括上一个播放节目的名称以及该节目播放的时长、上n(n为大于2的自然数)个播放节目的名称以及每个节目播放的时长,其中n可以为系统默认的预设值,也可由用户根据监控需要自行设置。
其中,为了避免被控方连续关闭再开启电视以误导这一条件的判定,作为优选地,电视连续播放的总时长的计算方法例如:
计算本次电视开启的时间距离上一次电视关闭的时间的时间差;
当计算的时间差在预设的阈值范围(例如30分钟内)时,判断本次电视播放的时间与上一次电视播放的时间连续,将上一次播放的时间与本次播放的时间均算作本次播放的时间并做加法运算计算连续播放的总时间,然后依次往上循环计算,直到判断为两次播放不连续。
S102、将播放信息发送给与播放电视节目的电视的唯一标识码绑定的终端或应用程序的账号。
其中,该播放信息发送的时机可以为根据预设的时间点进行发送(例如每天的晚上九点进行发送),也可以当预设的触发条件被满足时再发送,还可以是收到终端发送的请求播放信息的指令时再发送。进一步地,该触发条件例如电视连续播放的时长达到预设的时长(例如四个小时)时发送,某个电视频道(例如卡通频道)连续播放的时长达到预设的时长(例如三个小时)时发送。
作为优选地,在步骤S102之前,该电视的实时监控方法还包括以下步骤:
将电视的唯一标识码与终端的唯一标识符或应用程序的账号绑定。
其中,该应用程序包括但不限于微信、腾讯QQ等社交软件。该电视的唯一标识码例可以是该电视的唯一标识,也可以是该电视所接机顶盒的唯一标识。该终端的唯一标识符例如该终端所使用的手机号码或该终端的IMEI(International Mobile Equipment Identity:国际移动设备标识)码。
当电视的唯一标识码与应用程序的账号绑定时,具体的绑定方式例如可以通过加关注的方式,也可以通过双方鉴权的方式,还可以通过询问确认的方式。其中,鉴权的方式例如通过应用程序向电视端发送确认字符(该确认字符包括但不限于机顶盒的使用账户、预设的字符串),电视端在收到确认字符后比较该确认字符与预设的字符是否一致,所是则鉴权通过,否则判断鉴权不通过不予绑定。
S103、接收终端发送的控制指令。
作为可选的,该控制指令包括但不限于确认播放密码、停止播放、内容提示等等。当该控制指令为确认播放密码的指令时,本步骤具体包括接收输入的播放密码;当该控制指令为内容提示时,本步骤具体包括接收终端发送的提示字符。
S104、根据控制指令的指令内容控制电视的播放状态。
与上述步骤S103对应的,当控制指令为确认播放密码的指令时,本步骤具体包括判断接收的播放密码与预设的播放密码是否相同,若是,则继续播放电视节目,否则,停止播放;当控制指令为停止播放的指令时,本步骤具体包括停止播放当前的电视节目;当该控制指令为内容提示时,本步骤具体包括显示接收的提示字符。
其中,上述停止播放当前的电视节目仅为控制当前播放的电视节目,当系统识别到切换到其他节目时,仍可正常播放。
作为优选地,在显示接收的提示字符的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
继续播放当前的电视节目或在提示字符显示预设的时间段以后使电视进入锁定状态。
该锁定状态的解除可以通过管理员身份认证进行解除,也可以通过判断输入的密码与预设的密码是否相同来解除(判断若是,则解除,反之则继续锁定),其中,该密码包括但不限于字符密码、生物特征密码。
本实施例利用电视端与用于控制电视节目播放的终端通过社交软件互动通信,使得监控人可通过社交软件获取电视的播放信息,实时了解电视播放的电视节目、播放时长以及电视播放的其它信息,并允许用户通过向电视端发送控制指令以实现对电视的播放状态进行控制,其中例如可以对电视端播放节目进行添加播放密码、停止播放等控制,采用本发明提供的方法能解决全面实时的监控的问题,以实现主动的、实时的、远程的监控。
实施例二
图2是本发明实施例二提供的一种实现数字电视的实时监控方法的流程图,下面结合图2来具体描述根据本发明的一个实施例的一种实现数字电视的实时监控方法,该方法应用于终端,如图2所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S201、接收播放信息,该播放信息为与终端的唯一标识符绑定或与终端安装的应用程序的账号绑定的电视发送的播放信息。
作为优选地,在步骤S201之前,该电视的实时监控方法还包括以下步骤:
将电视的唯一标识码与终端的唯一标识符或应用程序的账号绑定。
进一步作为优选地,为了避免接收播放信息过于频繁造成垃圾信息,或超出用户的控制时间点收到不必要的打扰消息,在上述步骤S201之前,还包括:
向绑定的电视端发送播放信息的请求指令。
其中,当本终端与多个电视的唯一标识码绑定或安装在本终端的应用程序的账号绑定有多个电视的唯一标识符时,该电视的实时监控方法还包括:
根据用户的操作选择一唯一标识码;
向选择的唯一标识码对应的电视发送播放信息的请求指令。
其中,该应用程序包括但不限于微信、腾讯QQ等社交软件。该电视的唯一标识码例可以是该电视的唯一标识,也可以是该电视所接机顶盒的唯一标识。该终端的唯一标识符例如该终端所使用的手机号码或该终端的IMEI码。
当电视的唯一标识码与应用程序的账号绑定时,具体的绑定方式例如可以通过加关注的方式,也可以通过双方鉴权的方式,还可以通过询问确认的方式。其中,鉴权的方式例如通过应用程序向电视端发送确认字符(该确认字符包括但不限于机顶盒的使用账户、预设的字符串),电视端在收到确认字符后比较该确认字符与预设的字符是否一致,所是则鉴权通过,否则判断鉴权不通过不予绑定。
S202、接收控制指令。
该控制指令一般为用户输入的指令,输入方式例如可以在下拉菜单的预设可选控制指令中选择或直接向终端输入指令代码。控制指令的种类例如确认播放密码、停止播放、内容提示。
当控制指令包括内容提示指令时,该方法还包括:
接收输入的提示内容或获取预设的提示内容;
将提示内容发送给发送播放信息的电视。
其中,该提示的内容可以随该内容提示指令一起发送给电视端也可以分别进行发送。该提示内容例如“提示信息:该去学习下了哦”。
S203、将控制指令发送给发送该播放信息的电视,供该电视根据控制指令的指令内容控制电视的播放状态。
本实施例提供的应用于终端的电视的实时监控方法通过配合使用上述应用于电视的实时监控方法使得监控人可通过社交软件获取电视的播放信息,实时了解电视播放的电视节目、播放时长以及电视播放的其它信息,并允许用户通过向电视端发送控制指令以实现对电视的播放状态进行远程的控制。
实施例三
图3是本发明实施例三提供的一种实现数字电视的实时监控方法的流程图,如图3所示,本实施例提供的一种实现数字电视的实时监控方法在包括上述步骤S101、S102、S103、S104、S201、S202、S203的基础上,该步骤S101、S102、S103、S104应用于电视端,该步骤S201、S202、S203应用于(控制)终端。
当上述指令内容包括确认播放密码时,上述步骤S103还包括:
接收输入的播放密码。
上述步骤S104具体包括:
判断接收的播放密码与预设的播放密码是否相同,若是,则继续播放电视节目,否则,停止播放。
作为可选地,上述指令内容包括停止播放,上述步骤S104具体为:
停止播放当前的电视节目。
作为可选地,上述指令内容还包括内容提示,在上述步骤S202之后还包括:
接收输入的提示内容或获取预设的提示内容。
上述步骤S203具体还包括:
将提示内容发送给发送播放信息的电视。
上述步骤S103还包括:
接收终端发送的提示字符。
上述步骤S104具体包括:
显示提示字符。
其中,电视端与控制终端之间根据控制协议,实现电视播放APK和控制终端安装的应用程序(例如微信或其他社交软件)的通信,APK可发送信息给应用程序,应用程序可发送命令给APK,电视端根据通过应用程序发送的命令进行播放控制,控制终端上的应用程序的界面显示APK发过来的电视播放信息。
根据本实施的一个使用场景例如:电视端播放软件添加应用程序账号(如加好友,关注等等方式),与社交软件建立通信。电视收集电视播放信息,并统计出过往电视播放节目和当前播放节目的名字、个数、各节目的播放时长,以及成人播放级别。如果已绑定了社交账户,则定时发送电视播放情况给绑定社交软件账号。监控人根据社交软件提供的情况,发送添加播放密码,停止播放,提示信息等控制命令给电视监控系统,以实现节目控制和信息提示。电视端监控系统根据社交软件发送过来的字符串命令进行处理。例如:
接受到“添加播放密码”时,此时播放的节目会黑屏,弹出框提示输入播放密码。
接受到“停止播放”时,此时播放的节目一直黑屏,直至切换其他节目。
接受到“提示信息:具体内容”时,此时播放界面会弹出具体提示内容一小段时间。如小孩看太久动漫时,家长可发送: “提示信息:该去学习下了哦”。
本实施例使得监控人可通过社交软件获取电视的播放信息,实时了解电视播放的情况,并允许用户通过终端向电视端发送控制指令以实现对电视的播放状态进行控制,以达到主动的、实时的、远程的对电视监控的目的。
实施例四
图4是本发明实施例四提供的一种实现数字电视的实时监控装置的结构示意图,下面结合图4来具体描述根据本发明的一个实施例的一种实现数字电视的实时监控装置,如图4所示,该电视的实时监控装置100包括:
播放信息统计模块11,用于统计电视节目的播放信息;
播放信息发送模块12,用于将播放信息发送给与播放电视节目的电视的唯一标识码绑定的终端或应用程序的账号;
控制指令接收模块13,用于接收终端发送的控制指令;
控制模块14,用于根据控制指令的指令内容控制电视的播放状态。
其中,该电视节目的播放信息包括当前播放节目的名称、当前播放节目的时长和/或电视连续播放的总时长。
作为可选地,上述指令内容包括确认播放密码,该控制模块具体包括:
播放密码接收单元,用于接收输入的播放密码;
判断单元,用于判断接收的播放密码与预设的播放密码是否相同,若是,则继续播放电视节目,否则,停止播放。
进一步,上述指令内容包括停止播放,该控制模块具体用于停止播放当前的电视节目。
作为优选地,上述指令内容包括内容提示,该控制指令接收模块具体用于接收终端发送的提示字符,控制模块具体用于显示提示字符。
本实施例提供的电视的实时监控装置置于电视内,通过运行使用上述应用于电视端的电视的实时监控方法使得监控人可通过社交软件获取电视的播放信息,实时了解电视播放的电视节目、播放时长以及电视播放的其它信息,并允许用户通过向电视端发送控制指令以实现对电视的播放状态进行控制,以增强本发明的可实现性。
实施例五
图5是本发明实施例五提供的一种实现数字电视的实时监控装置的结构示意图,下面结合图5来具体描述根据本发明的一个实施例的一种实现数字电视的实时监控装置,如图5所示,该电视的实时监控装置200包括:
播放信息接收模块21,用于接收播放信息,播放信息为与终端的唯一标识符绑定或与终端安装的应用程序的账号绑定的电视发送的播放信息;
控制指令接收模块22,用于接收控制指令;
控制指令发送模块23,用于将控制指令发送给发送播放信息的电视。
作为可选地,该控制指令包括内容提示指令,该装置具体包括:
提示内容获取单元,用于接收输入的提示内容或获取预设的提示内容;
控制指令发送模块具体用于将提示内容发送给发送播放信息的电视。
本实施提供的包含于终端的一种实现数字电视的实时监控装置,通过运行使用上述应用于终端的电视的实时监控方法使得监控人能全面实时的了解智能电视的播放情况,比如家长出门在外,可实时监控家里孩子使用电视的状态,以实现更有效果的管制。
实施例六
图6是本发明实施例六提供的一种实现数字电视的实时监控系统的结构示意图,如图6所示,该电视的实时监控系统包括电视110和终端210。
其中,电视端包括上述的播放信息统计模块11、播放信息发送模块12、控制指令接收模块13和控制模块14。
终端210包括上述的播放信息接收模块21、控制指令接收模块22和控制指令发送模块23。
其中,该电视节目的播放信息包括当前播放节目的名称、当前播放节目的时长和/或电视连续播放的总时长。
作为可选地,上述指令内容包括确认播放密码,该控制模块14具体包括:
播放密码接收单元,用于接收输入的播放密码;
判断单元,用于判断接收的播放密码与预设的播放密码是否相同,若是,则继续播放电视节目,否则,停止播放。
进一步,上述指令内容包括停止播放,该控制模块具体用于停止播放当前的电视节目。
作为优选地,上述指令内容包括内容提示,该控制指令接收模块具体用于接收终端发送的提示字符,控制模块14具体用于显示提示字符。
当指令内容为内容提示的指令时,该终端210具体包括:
提示内容获取单元,用于接收输入的提示内容或获取预设的提示内容;
控制指令发送模块具体用于将提示内容发送给发送播放信息的电视。
其中,该终端包含但不限于平板、台式、笔记本电脑、智能手机等。
本实施例利用电视端与用于控制电视节目播放的终端通过社交软件互动通信,使得监控人可通过社交软件获取电视的播放信息,实时了解电视播放的电视节目、播放时长以及电视播放的其它信息,并允许用户通过向电视端发送控制指令以实现对电视的播放状态进行控制,其中例如可以对电视端播放节目进行添加播放密码、停止播放等控制,采用本发明提供的方法能解决全面实时的监控的问题,以实现主动的、实时的、远程的监控。
本发明中的终端可以以各种形式来实施。例如,本发明中描述的终端可以包括诸如移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA (个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP (便携式多媒体播放器)、导航装置等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV 、台式计算机等等的固定终端。以上各实施例以移动终端进行举例。然而,本领域技术人员将理解的是,除了特别用于移动目的的元件之外,根据本发明的实施方式的构造也能够应用于固定类型的终端。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台电视终端设备执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种实现数字电视的实时监控方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    统计电视节目的播放信息;
    将所述播放信息发送给与播放所述电视节目的电视的唯一标识码绑定的终端或应用程序的账号;
    接收所述终端发送的控制指令;
    根据所述控制指令的指令内容控制所述电视的播放状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电视的实时监控方法,其特征在于,所述指令内容包括确认播放密码,所述方法还包括:
    接收输入的播放密码;
    判断接收的所述播放密码与预设的播放密码是否相同,若是,则继续播放所述电视节目,否则,停止播放。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电视的实时监控方法,其特征在于,所述指令内容包括停止播放,所述方法还包括:
    停止播放当前的电视节目。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电视的实时监控方法,其特征在于,所述指令内容包括内容提示,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述终端发送的提示字符;
    显示所述提示字符。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的电视的实时监控方法,其特征在于,所述电视节目的播放信息包括当前播放节目的名称、当前播放节目的时长和/或所述电视连续播放的总时长。
  6. 一种实现数字电视的实时监控方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收播放信息,所述播放信息为与终端的唯一标识符绑定或与终端安装的应用程序的账号绑定的电视发送的播放信息;
    接收控制指令;
    将所述控制指令发送给发送所述播放信息的电视。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电视的实时监控方法,其特征在于,所述控制指令包括内容提示指令,所述方法还包括:
    接收输入的提示内容或获取预设的提示内容;
    将所述提示内容发送给发送所述播放信息的电视。
  8. 电视的实时监控装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    播放信息统计模块,用于统计电视节目的播放信息;
    播放信息发送模块,用于将所述播放信息发送给与播放所述电视节目的电视的唯一标识码绑定的终端或应用程序的账号;
    控制指令接收模块,用于接收所述终端发送的控制指令;
    控制模块,用于根据所述控制指令的指令内容控制所述电视的播放状态。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电视的实时监控装置,其特征在于,所述指令内容包括确认播放密码,所述控制模块具体包括:
    播放密码接收单元,用于接收输入的播放密码;
    判断单元,用于判断接收的所述播放密码与预设的播放密码是否相同,若是,则继续播放所述电视节目,否则,停止播放。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的电视的实时监控装置,其特征在于,所述指令内容包括停止播放,所述控制模块具体用于停止播放当前的电视节目。
  11. 如权利要求8至10任一项所述的电视的实时监控装置,其特征在于,所述指令内容包括内容提示,所述控制指令接收模块具体用于接收所述终端发送的提示字符,所述控制模块具体用于显示所述提示字符。
  12. 电视的实时监控装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    播放信息接收模块,用于接收播放信息,所述播放信息为与终端的唯一标识符绑定或与终端安装的应用程序的账号绑定的电视发送的播放信息;
    控制指令接收模块,用于接收控制指令;
    控制指令发送模块,用于将所述控制指令发送给发送所述播放信息的电视。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的电视的实时监控装置,其特征在于,所述控制指令包括内容提示指令,所述装置具体包括:
    提示内容获取单元,用于接收输入的提示内容或获取预设的提示内容;
    所述控制指令发送模块具体用于将所述提示内容发送给发送所述播放信息的电视。
