一种运动时心率监测技术的数据统计方法以及健身设备,属于健身设备领域。所述方法包括:记录用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息(S101),读取用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息(S102);判断当前锻炼的心率是否快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率(S103);若否,视为用户锻炼处于身体能够承受的范围内,不发出提示语音信息(S104),若是,视为用户身体锻炼已经超负荷,发出提示降低运动强度的语音信息,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据(S105)。该方法和设备能够有效防止健身过程中意外事件的发生,同时,通过使用技术后的及时反馈,也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

Description

一种运动时心率监测技术的数据统计方法及健身设备 技术领域
本发明属于健身设备 领域 ,提供了一种运动时心率监测技术的数据统计方法及健身设备。
背景技术
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示,OPPO公司在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期的腾讯公司的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《 一种根据心率信息匹配提示的方法及健身安全保障设备 》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种运动时心率监测技术的数据统计方法及健身设备,通过用户健身时能承受的正常心率匹配当前锻炼时的心率,能够及时发现锻炼过程中,身体是否超负荷运转,第一时间向用户发出提示信息,进行相应的调整,有效防止健身过程中意外事件的发生,同时,通过使用技术后的及时反馈,也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种运动时心率监测技术的数据统计方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
读取用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
判断当前锻炼的心率是否快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率;
若否,视为用户锻炼处于身体能够承受的范围内,不发出提示语音信息;
若是,视为用户身体锻炼已经超负荷,发出提示降低运动强度的语音信息,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种健身设备,包括:
记录单元,用于记录用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
读取单元,该输入端与记录单元输出端连接,用于读取用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
判断单元,该输入端与所述读取单元输出端连接,用于判断当前的锻炼的心率是否快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率;
调控单元,该输入端与所述判断单元输出端连接,若当前锻炼的心率快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率时,发出提示降低运动强度的语音信息;
数据发送单元,该输入端与所述调控单元输出端连接,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
有益效果
该发明通过用户健身时能承受的正常心率匹配当前锻炼时的心率,能够及时发现锻炼过程中,身体是否超负荷运转,第一时间向用户发出提示信息,进行相应的调整,有效防止健身过程中意外事件的发生,同时,通过使用技术后的及时反馈,也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

在步骤 S101 中,记录用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息。
人们静止不动时,心跳往往只有 70~80 次 / 分,但是进行健身运动时,心跳会提高至 120-130 次 / 分,这是正常人的情况,体弱的人可能心跳会更快,心脏的压力会更大,这样需要根据个人的体制状况,适当的设置健身时正常的心率信息,并且在健身时佩戴这一装置,并实时读取运动时的心率信息,现在市场上已经存在支持心率测量的手表,是可实现的技术。
在步骤 S102 中,读取用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息。
在步骤 S103 中,判断当前锻炼的心率是否快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率。若否,进入步骤 S104 ,视为用户锻炼处于身体能够承受的范围内,不发出提示语音信息;若是,进入步骤 S105 ,视为用户身体锻炼已经超负荷,发出提示降低运动强度的语音信息,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
所述技术使用数据为用户使用该技术的数据,即所述方法走完前几个步骤时产生的数据,所述数据包括用户使用该技术的次数(如在一定时间内是第几次使用该技术);使用该技术的具体时间点;使用该技术前后用户的相关操作等有助于技术提供方更好的评价技术的市场价值,并根据所述反馈更好的改进技术的数据。

    记录用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
    读取用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
    判断当前锻炼的心率是否快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率;
    若否,视为用户锻炼处于身体能够承受的范围内,不发出提示语音信息;
    若是,视为用户身体锻炼已经超负荷,发出提示降低运动强度的语音信息,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
  2. 一种健身设备,其特征在于,所述健身设备包括:
    记录单元,用于记录用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
    读取单元,该输入端与记录单元输出端连接,用于读取用户设定锻炼时正常心率的信息和当前锻炼的心率信息;
    判断单元,该输入端与所述读取单元输出端连接,用于判断当前的锻炼的心率是否快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率;
    调控单元,该输入端与所述判断单元输出端连接,若当前锻炼的心率快于用户设定正常锻炼的心率时,发出提示降低运动强度的语音信息;
