Description

一种图片涂色时的信息提示方法及智能移动终端 技术领域
本发明属于图片处理技术领域，尤其是涉及一种图片涂色时的信息提示方法及智能移动终端。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 一种图片的处理方法及智能移动终端 》），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
有鉴于此，本发明的目的在于提供一种图片涂色时的信息提示方法及智能移动终端，其能自动识别出微信头像对应的区域，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂色，并向用户推送专利信息，以使涂的色可以掩盖微信头像，其具智能化，给用户操作带来方便，同时，也旨在通过向用户推送专利信息，也保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种图片涂色时的信息提示方法，所述图片涂色时的信息提示方法，包括如下步骤：
接收对微信聊天界面的截图指令；
根据所述截图指令，对当前的微信聊天界面进行截图，得到图片；
接收对所述图片中的微信头像的涂色指令；
在所述图片中识别出微信头像对应的区域；
根据所述涂色指令，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂色，并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种智能移动终端，所述智能移动终端包括：
截图指令接收模块，用于接收对微信聊天界面的截图指令；
截图模块，用于根据所述截图指令，对当前的微信聊天界面进行截图，得到图片；
涂色指令接收模块，用于接收对所述图片中的微信头像的涂色指令；
识别模块，用于在所述图片中识别出微信头像对应的区域；
涂色模块，用于根据所述涂色指令，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂色；
信息推送模块，用于向用户推送专利信息。
 有益效果
相对于现有技术，本发明的图片涂色时的信息提示方法及智能移动终端，通过接收对微信聊天界面的截图指令；根据所述截图指令，对当前的微信聊天界面进行截图，得到图片；接收对所述图片中的微信头像的涂色指令；在所述图片中识别出微信头像对应的区域；根据所述涂色指令，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂色，并向用户推送专利信息。本发明能自动识别出微信头像对应的区域，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂色，并向用户推送专利信息，以使涂的色可以掩盖微信头像，其具智能化，给用户操作带来方便，同时，也旨在通过向用户推送专利信息，也保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种图片涂色时的信息提示方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中，接收对微信聊天界面的截图指令；
在步骤 S102 中，根据所述截图指令，对当前的微信聊天界面进行截图，得到图片；
在步骤 S103 中，接收对所述图片中的微信头像的涂色指令；
在步骤 S104 中，在所述图片中识别出微信头像对应的区域；
在步骤 S105 中，根据所述涂色指令，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂色，并向用户推送专利信息。
作为本发明一实施例，当用户选择采用图案对微信头像对应的区域进行涂覆时，那么接收对所述图片中的微信头像的采用图案的涂色指令；根据所述涂色指令，将所述图案覆盖在微信头像对应的区域，以掩盖微信头像。
作为本发明另一实施例，当用户选择采用颜色对微信头像对应的区域进行涂覆时，那么接收对所述图片中的微信头像的采用颜色的涂色指令；根据所述涂色指令，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂上对应颜色，以掩盖微信头像。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种智能 移动终端 的结构示意图，为了便于说明，仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。该智能移动终端包括：截图指令接收模块 101 、截图模块 102 、涂色指令接收模块 103 、识别模块 104 、 涂色模块 105 、信息推送模块 106 。
截图指令接收模块 101 ，用于接收对微信聊天界面的截图指令；
截图模块 102 ，用于根据所述截图指令，对当前的微信聊天界面进行截图，得到图片；
涂色指令接收模块 103 ，用于接收对所述图片中的微信头像的涂色指令；
识别模块 104 ，用于在所述图片中识别出微信头像对应的区域；
涂色模块 105 ，用于根据所述涂色指令，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂色；
信息推送模块 106 ，用于向用户推送专利信息。
综上所述，本发明的图片涂色时的信息提示方法及智能移动终端，通过接收对微信聊天界面的截图指令；根据所述截图指令，对当前的微信聊天界面进行截图，得到图片；接收对所述图片中的微信头像的涂色指令；在所述图片中识别出微信头像对应的区域；根据所述涂色指令，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂色，并向用户推送专利信息。本发明能自动识别出微信头像对应的区域，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂色，并向用户推送专利信息，以使涂的色可以掩盖微信头像，其具智能化，给用户操作带来方便，同时，也旨在通过向用户推送专利信息，也保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成，该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中，存储介质可以包括：只读存储器（ ROM ， Read Only Memory ）、随机存取记忆体（ RAM ， Random Access Memory ）、磁盘或光盘等。

    接收对微信聊天界面的截图指令；
    根据所述截图指令，对当前的微信聊天界面进行截图，得到图片；
    接收对所述图片中的微信头像的涂色指令；
    在所述图片中识别出微信头像对应的区域；
    根据所述涂色指令，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂色，并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种智能移动终端，其特征在于，所述智能移动终端包括：
    截图指令接收模块，用于接收对微信聊天界面的截图指令；
    截图模块，用于根据所述截图指令，对当前的微信聊天界面进行截图，得到图片；
    涂色指令接收模块，用于接收对所述图片中的微信头像的涂色指令；
    识别模块，用于在所述图片中识别出微信头像对应的区域；
    涂色模块，用于根据所述涂色指令，在微信头像对应的区域进行涂色；
    信息推送模块，用于向用户推送专利信息。
