Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système pour la gestion de poids corporel pour des athlètes. Le procédé consiste : à acquérir le poids corporel courant et le poids corporel cible d'un athlète (101) ; à calculer la différence entre le poids corporel courant et le poids corporel cible (102) ; et si la différence est supérieure à un seuil préréglé, à générer un plan de régime et un plan d'exercice (103). Ledit procédé a l'avantage d'un bon effet de gestion de poids corporel.
