- the D2D radio parameter (setting 3) is applied to the user apparatus UE located near the cell edge, when the user apparatus UE performs D2D communication, the resource by the Mode2 An allocation operation is performed. This eliminates the need for the user apparatus UE located near the cell edge to perform an operation of establishing an RRC connection with the base station eNB in order to request resource allocation to the base station eNB. The load on the eNB can be reduced. Moreover, since the user apparatus UE located in the cell center vicinity performs only resource allocation of Mode1, it can reduce the risk that the resource collision with UL and D2D communication will generate
- the operation examples (parts 1 and 2) have been described above, various forms of operation can be performed in addition to the operation examples (parts 1 and 2) by using the communication method according to the embodiment.

- a group of user apparatuses UE (user apparatus UE to which setting 1 is applied) located in the vicinity of the cell center, a number of user apparatuses UE existing in the cell, and the cell
- a group of user apparatuses UE (user apparatus UE to which setting 2 is applied) located between the center and the cell edge, and a group of user apparatuses UE (user apparatus UE to which setting 3 is applied) located near the cell edge Can be classified.
- each group it can be considered that the propagation delay difference between the user apparatus UE and the base station eNB is substantially the same. That is, it can be considered that the timing at which the D2D signal transmitted from each user apparatus UE within the same group reaches the base station eNB is substantially the same.
- the base station eNB can receive each of the D2D signals transmitted from the plurality of user apparatuses UE belonging to each group at the same FFT timing.
- the base station eNB can switch the FFT timing to the FFT timing according to the range of the transmission resource pool.
- FIG. 16 is a diagram for explaining an example of reception operation in the base station.
- the part surrounded by “setting 1” indicates the range of the transmission resource pool set in the D2D radio parameter (setting 1).
- the part surrounded by “setting 2 (or 3)” indicates the range of the transmission resource pool set in the D2D radio parameter (setting 2 (or 3)).
- UL signals are not transmitted with resources of the same frequency in the transmission resource pool (that is, the D2D signal and the UL signal are frequency-multiplexed).
- the base station eNB since the propagation delay difference is small near the cell center, the base station eNB receives a D2D signal transmitted from a group of user equipment UEs located near the cell center (group to which setting 1 in FIG. 16 is applied). It is considered that the timing to perform is almost the same as the timing to receive the UL signal (at least within the CP (Cyclic Prefix) length). Therefore, the base station eNB can receive the D2D signal and the UL signal transmitted from the group of user apparatuses UE located near the cell center at the same (single) FFT timing.
- the timing at which the base station eNB receives a D2D signal transmitted from a group of user equipment UEs located outside the cell center is a timing at which a UL signal is received. It is considered that the timing will be different from that (at least a shift of CP (Cyclic Prefix) length or more will occur). That is, it is considered difficult to receive the D2D signal and the UL signal at the same (single) FFT timing.
- the base station eNB receives the UL signal using the FFT timing corresponding to the UL signal in the frequency resource (the resource for which the UL scheduling is performed) in which the UL signal is transmitted, and further, in the range of the transmission resource pool
- the resource may receive the D2D signal using the FFT timing corresponding to the D2D signal. That is, the base station eNB may use two types of FFT timings simultaneously.
- the base station eNB does not allocate UL resources (do not perform scheduling) in subframes corresponding to the range of the transmission resource pool set in the D2D radio parameter (setting 2 (or 3)). Thus, only the D2D signal may be received at a single FFT timing.
- the base station eNB can prioritize reception of the D2D signal while avoiding the influence of in-band emission by not performing UL scheduling.
- the base station eNB determines, based on its own determination, the UL to the subframe to which the resource of the D2D signal is not allocated. May be allocated (UL scheduling is performed).
- a processing procedure for setting the D2D radio parameter in the user apparatus UE will be described with reference to the drawings.
- the processing procedures may be supported, or both processing procedures may be supported.
- the D2D radio parameter is set in the user apparatus UE1, but the D2D radio parameter is also set in the user apparatus UE2 by the same processing procedure. .
- FIG. 17 is a sequence diagram illustrating a processing procedure (part 1) when setting the D2D wireless parameters according to the embodiment.
- the base station eNB includes a list including D2D radio parameters for each parameter selection threshold (propagation delay difference), and propagation delay determination information (for example, when the user apparatus UE1 measures the propagation delay).
- a predetermined reference time or the like) is transmitted to the user apparatus UE1 (S41).
- the list and propagation delay determination information may be transmitted by broadcast information (SIB) or by RRC signaling.
- the list may not be transmitted from the base station eNB to the user apparatus UE1, but may be pre-configured (Pre-Configured) in the user apparatus UE1 via a SIM or a core network.
- the user apparatus UE1 measures the propagation delay difference with the base station eNB, and selects the measurement result from the list including the D2D radio parameters for each parameter selection threshold (propagation delay difference) received in S41. A corresponding D2D wireless parameter is selected (S42). Subsequently, the user apparatus UE1 performs D2D communication (PC5-based V2X communication) with another user apparatus UE2 using the selected D2D radio parameter (S43).
- D2D communication PC5-based V2X communication
- FIG. 18 is a sequence diagram illustrating a processing procedure (part 2) when setting the D2D wireless parameters according to the embodiment.
- the user apparatus UE1 needs to be in the RRC connected state.
- the user apparatus UE1 measures a predetermined reference time used for calculating a propagation delay difference with the base station eNB, and sends a D2D radio parameter setting request including the measurement result to the base station eNB. (S51).
- the D2D wireless parameter setting request may be included in the “Sidelink UE information”.
- the base station eNB measures the propagation delay difference between itself and the user apparatus UE1 based on the predetermined reference time received in step S51, and sets a parameter selection threshold (propagation delay) stored in its own memory or the like.
- a D2D radio parameter corresponding to the measurement result is selected from a list including D2D radio parameters for each difference (S52).
- the base station eNB sets the selected D2D radio parameter in the user apparatus UE1 (S53).
- the user apparatus UE1 performs D2D communication (PC5-based V2X communication) with another user apparatus UE2 using the set D2D radio parameter (S54).
- the user apparatus UE sets the propagation delay difference between the base station eNB and the reference time of the external synchronization source (GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) etc.) acquired from the base station eNB, SIM, etc. and the reception timing of the DL signal. You may make it measure by calculating a difference. More specifically, the difference between the start timing of the subframe specified from the reference time of the external synchronization source and the start timing of the subframe of the received DL signal is calculated, and the calculated difference is used as the propagation delay difference. You may make it judge. In this case, the reference time needs to mean a subframe start timing (synonymous with DL transmission timing) in the base station eNB.
- GNSS Global Navigation Satellite System
- the reference time (for example, offset with respect to UTC time) of the external synchronization source may be notified to the user apparatus UE using the broadcast information, and the user apparatus UE may use the notified reference time for calculating the propagation delay difference.
- the reference time of the external synchronization source corresponds to the propagation delay determination information in FIG.
- the base station eNB determines whether a predetermined reference time notified from the user apparatus UE (for example, the time of an external synchronization source (GNSS or the like) at the start timing of the subframe of the received DL signal) and the base station eNB itself
- a predetermined reference time notified from the user apparatus UE for example, the time of an external synchronization source (GNSS or the like) at the start timing of the subframe of the received DL signal
- GNSS external synchronization source
- the base station eNB may calculate a propagation delay difference between itself and the user apparatus UE using an existing TA (Timing Alignment) control process. Since the base station eNB always grasps the propagation delay with the user apparatus UE and performs the TA control, the propagation delay measured by the TA control is limited when the user apparatus UE is in the RRC connected state. The difference can also be used in the embodiment.
- TA Triming Alignment
- the D2D radio parameters for each parameter selection threshold may overlap each other as in the above-described embodiment. Also, parameter selection thresholds (propagation delay differences) may overlap each other. Further, hysteresis may be applied to the parameter selection threshold (propagation delay difference).
- radio quality (such as RSRP) may be used instead of the propagation delay difference.
- the radio quality also deteriorates as the distance from the base station eNB increases, so that the propagation delay can be replaced with the radio quality. Thereby, an operation common to the above-described embodiment can be realized.
- the transmission timing of the D2D signal in the user apparatus UE is DL reception timing. That is, when viewed from the base station eNB, it is a premise that a “deviation” occurs between the UL reception timing and the D2D signal reception timing. Therefore, the base station eNB may perform TA control in accordance with the D2D signal reception timing when performing UL scheduling in order to align the UL reception timing with the D2D signal reception timing.
- the reception timing of the UL signal in the base station eNB is the same as the reception timing of the D2D signal.
- the user apparatus UE may be notified of the TA value corrected to be substantially the same.
- the base station eNB sets information indicating a subframe range to which normal TA control is applied and information indicating a subframe range to which the corrected TA value is applied (for example, setting 2 or Subframe range corresponding to the transmission resource pool 3) in advance, and whether to apply a normal TA value according to a subframe in which a TA command is transmitted to the user apparatus UE, or a corrected TA value You may make it judge whether it applies.
- the base station eNB uses the UL grant (UL grant) to Whether the offset value should be applied to the TA value may be dynamically indicated for each subframe in which UL is scheduled. Note that since the PUCCH is not a channel transmitted according to the UL grant, the user apparatus UE may apply a normal TA value or a quasi-static TA value for the PUCCH. .
- the reception timings of the D2D signal and the UL signal transmitted from the user apparatus UE are substantially aligned, and the base station eNB
- the D2D signal and the UL signal can be received at a single FFT timing.
- the base station eNB side may include an offset value of the transmission timing of the D2D signal in the D2D radio parameter so that the UL reception timing and the D2D signal reception timing are aligned. Good.
- the D2D radio parameter information set in the D2D radio parameter (setting 2 (or 3)) in FIG. 16 includes an offset value based on a propagation delay difference (may be an average value) in each group. .
- the user apparatus UE transmits the D2D signal by applying the offset value to the original transmission timing of the D2D signal (same as the DL reception timing).
- the reception timings of the D2D signal and the UL signal transmitted from the user apparatus UE are substantially aligned, and the base station eNB
- the D2D signal and the UL signal can be received at a single FFT timing.
- the embodiment has been described above. According to the embodiment, by variously setting the D2D radio parameters, it is possible to operate in consideration of the reception timing of the D2D signal and the reception timing of the UL signal using a part of the UL resource. This also allows the base station eNB to easily receive the D2D signal using a UL reception mechanism.
- the resource pool to be received (monitored) by the base station eNB may be notified to the user apparatus UE.
- the said notification may be performed using RRC and alerting
- the user apparatus UE uses the resource pool that is to be received by the base station eNB, and transmits the D2D signal including the UL packet that should be transmitted using the UL resource (resource indicated by the UL grant). It may be.
- the user apparatus UE includes an identifier indicating that the UL packet is included in the SCI or MAC control information, and stores (encapsulates) the UL packet in the MAC PDU and transmits it to the base station eNB. You may do it.
- a new MAC PDU format version (a version indicating a UL packet) may be defined as a 3GPP standard specification, and the UL packet may be stored in the new format MAC PDU and transmitted.
- the base station eNB dynamically determines whether or not to transmit a D2D signal using DCI.
- the device UE may be instructed (Activation / De-Activation).
- Activation / De-Activation Thereby, for example, in a subframe in which the reception timing of the UL and D2D signals is different (such as a subframe corresponding to the resource pool of setting 2 or 3 in FIG. 16), only when the UL resource allocation is not performed. It is possible to perform operations such as permitting signal transmission.
- V2X for example, operation in which cellular communication is used for V2X communication within the coverage, or cellular communication is simultaneously performed for non-V2X communication while using D2D for V2X communication within the coverage. Operation is assumed.
- priority setting information in which the priority between the cellular communication and the D2D communication is defined is defined, and the user apparatus UE can make a determination based on the priority.
- the priority setting information may be transmitted by broadcast information (SIB), or may be transmitted by RRC signaling. Further, the list may not be transmitted from the base station eNB to the user apparatus UE, but may be pre-configured (Pre-Configured) in the user apparatus UE via a SIM or a core network. Further, the priority setting information may be included in the D2D radio parameter in the above-described embodiment. That is, this embodiment may be combined with the above-described embodiment. Further, this embodiment may be implemented alone without being combined with the above-described embodiment.
- FIG. 20 is a diagram illustrating an example of priority setting information.
- priority may be set between a group in which priorities for a plurality of logical channels are combined and a group in which priorities for a plurality of resource pools are combined.
- whether to give priority to cellular communication or to give priority to D2D may be set for each carrier (a carrier that allows both cellular communication and D2D communication).
- the priority for each logical channel can be set according to standard specifications in conventional LTE. Further, in Release 13 of 3GPP, discussions are being made in the direction of enabling setting of priority for each resource pool.
- the user apparatus UE When the user apparatus UE performs packet transmission (for example, non-V2X packet) by cellular communication and packet (for example, V2X packet) transmission by D2D communication in the same subframe, and its own simultaneous transmission capability is insufficient If it is determined that the transmission power is insufficient (for example, when the transmission power is insufficient), it is determined which packet transmission should be prioritized based on the priority setting information.
- the user apparatus UE may drop the transmission of the packet determined to have a low priority (discard the packet), hold it in the buffer, and transmit it at another transmission opportunity. . Further, the user apparatus UE may preferentially allocate transmission power to transmission of packets determined to have high priority, and may reduce transmission power for transmission of packets determined to have low priority.
- the user apparatus UE may determine the priority by the user apparatus UE itself when the priority setting information is not received or when the same priority is set. As a specific example, for example, when the user apparatus UE performs transmission and reception at the same time (for example, packet transmission by cellular communication and D2D monitoring) and the case where the priority setting information is not received (or the same) If priority is set), packet transmission by cellular communication may be prioritized by its own judgment.
- the embodiment has been described above. According to the embodiment, when it is necessary to perform cellular communication and D2D communication at the same time, the user apparatus UE can determine which one should be given priority. In addition, according to the embodiment, by assigning priorities, it is possible to avoid omission of transmission (reception) of packets with high priorities. Moreover, it is also possible to implement UL and D2D resource allocation in consideration of priority in the base station eNB.
- logical channels with priorities 1 to 8 are logical channels for transmitting and receiving V2X packets
- resource pools with priorities 1 to 4 are resource pools for transmitting and receiving V2X packets
- logical channels with priorities 9 to 16 are non-transparent. It is assumed that a logical channel for V2X packet transmission / reception and a resource pool with priorities 5 to 8 is a resource pool for non-V2X packet transmission / reception. In this case, by using the priority setting information of FIG.
- V2X packet transmission / reception in cellular communication V2X packet transmission / reception in D2D communication
- non-V2X packet transmission / reception in cellular communication non-V2X packet in D2D communication

Abstract
