本发明公开一种双面显示器框架,包括首尾相连且共同围设出背光腔的顶部、第一侧部、底部以及第二侧部,所述底部与所述顶部相对设置在所述第一侧部和所述第二侧部之间;所述第一侧部开设有第一视窗和第一安装槽,所述第一视窗贯穿所述第一侧部的中部且连通所述背光腔,所述第一安装槽设置在所述第一视窗的周边;所述第二侧部开设有第二视窗和第二安装槽,所述第二视窗贯穿所述第二侧部的中部且连通所述背光腔,所述第二安装槽设置在所述第二视窗的周边;所述底部包括朝向所述顶部的第一表面,所述第一表面向所述顶部凸起。本发明所述双面显示器框架使被安装在其上的显示面板的显示亮度均匀。本发明还公开一种双面显示器。

Description

双面显示器框架及双面显示器
本发明要求2016年1月18日递交的发明名称为“双面显示器框架及双面显示器”的申请号201610032961.X的在先申请优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种双面显示器框架及应用所述双面显示器框架的双面显示器。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组(backlight module)。液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子,两片玻璃基板中间有许多垂直和水平的细小电线,通过通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。由于液晶面板本身不发光,需要借由背光模组提供的光源来正常显示影像。
近年来,随着液晶显示技术的发展,单面显示功能的液晶显示器已不足以适应瞬息万变的市场需求,制造具有双面显示功能的液晶显示器为众多改革发展方向之一。然而,现有双面显示器通常由两个单面显示屏的拼装形成,采用两个背光模组,造成成本高、体积大等问题。为解决上述问题,业内人士提出了一种背光模组,该背光模组的导光板双面出光,用于进行显示的两个显示面板贴附在该导光板的两侧。该方案虽然能减少一个背光模组,但显示面板的显示亮度通常不均匀,特别是大屏显示器更为明显。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用以安装显示面板以形成双面显示器的双面显示器框架,安装至所述双面显示器框架的显示面板的显示亮度 均匀。
此外,本发明还提供一种应用所述双面显示器框架的双面显示器,所述双面显示器显示亮度均匀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式采用如下技术方案:
一方面,提供一种双面显示器框架,包括首尾相连且共同围设出背光腔的顶部、第一侧部、底部以及第二侧部,所述底部与所述顶部相对设置在所述第一侧部和所述第二侧部之间;
所述第一侧部开设有第一视窗和第一安装槽,所述第一视窗贯穿所述第一侧部的中部且连通所述背光腔,所述第一安装槽设置在所述第一视窗的周边;
所述第二侧部开设有第二视窗和第二安装槽,所述第二视窗贯穿所述第二侧部的中部且连通所述背光腔,所述第二安装槽设置在所述第二视窗的周边;
所述底部包括朝向所述顶部的第一表面,所述第一表面向所述顶部凸起。
其中,所述第一侧部与所述底部之间形成第一角,所述第二侧部与所述底部之间形成第二角,所述第一角及所述第二角均为锐角。
其中,所述第一表面的中部相对所述第一表面的两侧向所述顶部凸出。
其中,所述第一表面为弧面或者台阶面。
其中,所述底部还包括与所述第一表面相对设置的第二表面,所述第二表面上设置有散热片或者热管。
其中,所述顶部包括朝向所述底部的第一面,所述第一面向所述底部凸起。
其中,所述第一面的中部相对所述第一面的两侧朝向所述底部凸出。
其中,所述第一面为弧面、台阶面或者锯齿面。
其中,所述双面显示器框架还包括反射件,所述反射件包括相对设置的安装面和反射面,所述顶部包括朝向所述底部的第一面,所述安装面贴合所述第一面设置,所述反射面朝向远离所述安装面的方向凸起。
另一方面,还提供一种双面显示器,包括第一显示面板、第二显示面板、光源组件以及如上任一项所述的双面显示器框架;
所述第一显示面板安装至所述第一安装槽,并覆盖所述第一视窗;
所述第二显示面板安装至所述第二安装槽,并覆盖所述第二视窗;
所述光源组件安装在所述第一表面上,所述光源组件发出的光线经过所述 背光腔后进入所述第一显示面板和第二显示面板。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
当本发明所述双面显示器框架用于安装显示面板以形成双面显示器时,分别安装两个显示面板至所述第一安装槽和所述第二安装槽,并且分别覆盖所述第一视窗和所述第二视窗,以实现双面显示器的双面显示功能。同时,在所述第一表面上设置光源,由于所述第一表面向所述顶部凸起,因此所述光源具有很大的发光角度,所述光源发出的光线能够均匀地进入所述背光腔,并且在所述背光腔内混合均匀后,分别进入所述两个显示面板,从而为所述两个显示面板提供背光源,使得安装至所述双面显示器框架的所述两个显示面板的显示亮度均匀。
本发明所述双面显示器的所述光源组件分布在所述双面显示器框架的所述第一表面上,由于所述第一表面向所述顶部凸起,因此所述光源具有很大的发光角度,所述光源发出的光线能够均匀地进入所述背光腔,并且所述背光腔内混合均匀后,分别进入所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板,从而为所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板提供背光源,使得所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板的显示亮度均匀,并且所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板具有一样的显示亮度,所述双面显示器的显示亮度均匀。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请一并参阅图1至图3,本发明实施例提供一种双面显示器框架1,包括首尾相连且共同围设出背光腔10的顶部11、第一侧部12、底部13以及第二侧部14,所述底部13与所述顶部11相对设置在所述第一侧部12与所述第二侧部14之间。所述第一侧部12开设有第一视窗121和第一安装槽122,所述第一视窗121贯穿所述第一侧部12的中部且连通所述背光腔10,所述第一安装槽122设置在所述第一视窗121的周边。所述第二侧部14开设有第二视窗141和第二安装槽142,所述第二视窗141贯穿所述第二侧部14的中部且连通所述背光腔10,所述第二安装槽142设置在所述第二视窗141的周边。所述底部13包括朝向所述顶部11的第一表面131,所述第一表面131向所述顶部11凸起。
在本实施例中,当所述双面显示器框架1用于安装显示面板以形成双面显示器时,分别安装两个显示面板至所述第一安装槽122和所述第二安装槽142,并且分别覆盖所述第一视窗121和所述第二视窗141,以实现双面显示器的双面显示功能。同时,在所述第一表面131上设置光源,由于所述第一表面131向所述顶部11凸起,因此所述光源具有很大的发光角度,所述光源发出的光线能够均匀地进入所述背光腔10,也即避免了所述背光腔10出现部分空间光线充足、部分空间光线不足的问题。所述光源发出的光线在所述背光腔10内混合均匀后,进入所述两个显示面板,从而为所述两个显示面板提供背光源,使得安装至所述双面显示器框架1的所述两个显示面板的显示亮度均匀。
应当理解的是,在实施例中,所述双面显示器框架1的材质可以采用金属材料,优选AL6063(铝合金),该材料稳定性好,可反射光线。所述双面显示器框架1通常还包括同时连接所述顶部11、所述第一侧部12、所述底部13以及所述第二侧部14的两个端部。所述两个端部可以是封闭的,以使所述背光 腔10具有更多的反射面,所述背光腔10内的光线混合更为均匀。所述两个端部也可以是镂空的或者使敞开的,用以满足其他应用需求。
在本实施例中,所述双面显示器框架1的大致形状包括但不限于梯形,此时所述顶部11相当于所述梯形的上底,所述底部13相当于所述梯形的下底,所述第一侧部12与所述第二侧部14相当于所述梯形的两条侧边。同时,应当注意的是,“所述底部13与所述顶部11相对设置”并不限定所述底部13与所述顶部11相互平行,所述底部13与所述顶部11大致平行也可,所述底部13与所述顶部11之间形成一定角度也可以。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“顶部”、“底部”“第一侧部”和“第二侧部”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示,仅是为了便于描述本发明,并不要求本发明必须以特定的方位进行构造和操作。举例而言,在具体的使用过程中,所述双面显示器框架1可以依据不同的需求而具有不同的摆放形式,所述顶部11和所述底部13的位置可以相互置换,例如所述底部13也可以位于所述顶部11的上方。
进一步地,请参阅图3,所述第一侧部12与所述底部13之间形成第一角A,所述第二侧部14与所述底部13之间形成第二角B,所述第一角A及所述第二角B均为锐角,也即所述第一侧部12与所述第二侧部14均向靠近彼此的方向倾斜。优选的,所述第一角A的大小在30°至60°之间,所述第二角B的大小在30°至60°之间,此时,所述背光腔10内的光线具有最佳的混光环境。
当然,在一定条件下,例如为满足某些特定场合的观看视角,所述第一角A及所述第二角B也可以为直角或钝角,也即所述第一侧部12与所述第二侧部14相互平行或朝向远离彼此的方向倾斜。
进一步地,请参阅图3,所述第一表面131的中部相对所述第一表面131的两侧向所述顶部11凸出,从而使设置在其上的光源具有更大的发光角度。本实施例中所述两侧,指所述第一表面131的分别靠近所述第一侧部12和所述第二侧部14的两个侧部。当然,当所述第一侧部12和所述第二侧部14与所述底部13形成大致相同的夹角时,所述第一表面131的两侧相对于其中间设置最佳。
进一步地,请参阅图3,所述第一表面131为弧面。当然,所述第一表面131也可以具有其他形状,例如台阶面。
进一步地,请参阅图3,所述底部13还包括与所述第一表面131相对设置的第二表面132,所述第二表面132上设置有散热片或者热管,使所述双面显示器框架1能够及时散热,保证合适的工作温度。当然,所述第二表面132也可以设置有其他形式的散热结构或者散热件,只要能够实现所述双面显示器框架1的散热即可。
请参阅图3,作为本发明的一种优选实施例,所述双面显示器框架1的所述顶部11包括朝向所述底部13的第一面111,所述第一面111向所述底部13凸起。在本实施例中,所述第一面111用以反射光线,使所述背光腔10内光线混合更为均匀。当所述第一面111朝向所述底部13凸起时,所述第一面111具有更大的反射面,反射更为均匀。
进一步地,所述第一面111的中部相对所述第一面111的两侧朝向所述底部13凸出,以提高所述背光腔10内光线混合均匀度。本实施例中所述两侧,指所述第一面111的分别靠近所述第一侧部12和所述第二侧部14的两个侧部。当然,当所述第一侧部12和所述第二侧部14与所述顶部11形成大致相同的夹角时,所述第一面111的两侧相对于其中间设置最佳。
进一步地,请参阅图3,所述第一面111为弧面,使所述双面显示器框架1的加工容易实现。当然,所述第一面111也可以为台阶面或者锯齿面。优选的,所述第一面111为不规则锯齿面,使照射到所述第一面111的光线的反射不规则,提高光线混合的均匀度。
进一步地,所述第一表面131与所述第一面111均采用高漫反射材质或者涂覆高漫光反射涂层,使反射的光线不规则,提高光线混合的均匀度。
请参阅图4,作为本发明的另一种优选实施例,所述双面显示器框架1还包括反射件112,所述反射件112包括相对设置的安装面1121和反射面1122,所述安装面1121贴合所述第一面111设置,所述反射面1122朝向远离所述安装面1121的方向凸起。在本实施例中,所述反射面1122反射照射到其上的光线,所述反射面1122面积大于所述第一面111面积,以增加反射面积,提高光线混合均匀度。进一步地,所述反射面1122采用高漫反射材质或者涂覆高 漫光反射涂层,使反射的光线不规则,提高光线混合的均匀度。
进一步地,请参阅图1至图3,所述第一安装槽122包括两个第一子安装槽(1221、1222),用以安装显示面板的不同部分,举例而言,可以分别用于放置液晶盒和光学模块。同样的,所述第二安装槽142也包括有两个第二子安装槽(1421、1422),分别用以安装显示面板的不同部分。
请一并参阅图5和图6,本发明实施例还提供一种双面显示器,包括第一显示面板2、第二显示面板3、光源组件4以及如前文实施例所述的双面显示器框架1(请一并参阅图1至图4)。所述第一显示面板2安装至所述第一安装槽122,并覆盖所述第一视窗121,以为所述双面显示器提供第一个显示面。所述第二显示面板3安装至所述第二安装槽142,并覆盖所述第二视窗141,以为所述双面显示器提供第二个显示面。所述光源组件4安装在所述第一表面131上,所述光源组件4发出的光线经过所述背光腔10后进入所述第一显示面板2和第二显示面板3。
在本实施例中,所述光源组件4分布在所述双面显示器框架1的所述第一表面131上,由于所述第一表面131向所述顶部11凸起,因此所述光源组件4具有很大的发光角度,所述光源组件4发出的光线能够均匀地进入所述背光腔10,也即避免了所述背光腔10出现部分空间光线充足、部分空间光线不足的问题。所述光源组件4发出的光线在所述背光腔10内混合均匀后,分别进入所述第一显示面板2和所述第二显示面板3,从而为所述第一显示面板2和所述第二显示面板3提供背光源,使得所述第一显示面板2和所述第二显示面板3的显示亮度均匀,并且所述第一显示面板2和所述第二显示面板3具有一样的显示亮度,所述双面显示器的显示亮度均匀。
应当理解的,在本实施例中,所述双面显示器框架1的第一表面131的中部相对所述第一表面131的两侧向所述顶部11凸出,所述光源组件4包括多个光源40,所述多个光源40均匀地间隔分布在所述第一表面131上,使得所述光源组件4分配给所述第一显示面板2和所述第二显示面板3的光线强度一致。当然,所述光源组件4也可以有其他组成形式,例如条形或者面状的光源。优选的,所述光源为LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)。所述第二表面132上设置有散热片或者热管,从而使所述光源组件4产生的热量能够快速 通过所述第二表面132散发出去,以保证所述双面显示器具有合适的工作温度。所述顶部11的第一面111朝向所述底部13突出,或者在所述顶部11的第一面111设置反射件112,均为更为顺利和高效地反射所述光源组件4发出的光线,以使所述光线在所述背光腔10内混合。所述背光腔10内的光线在所述第一显示面板2与所述第二显示面板3朝向所述背光腔10的表面上投射或反射,当所述光线反射时,有利于所述背光腔10内光线混合得更为均匀。
进一步地,请一并参阅图5和图6,所述第一安装槽122包括两个第一子安装槽(1221、1222),用以安装所述第一显示面板2的不同部分,例如分别用于放置第一液晶盒21和第一光学模块22,所述第一液晶盒21和所述第一光学模块22间隔层叠放置,所述第一光学模块22设置在靠近所述背光腔10的位置处,以进一步处理进入所述第一液晶盒21的光线。同样的,所述第二安装槽142也包括有两个第二子安装槽(1421、1422),分别用以安装所述第二显示显示面板的不同部分,例如分别用于放置第二液晶盒31和第二光学模块32,所述第二液晶盒31和所述第二光学模块32间隔层叠放置,所述第二光学模块32设置在靠近所述背光腔10的位置处,以进一步处理进入所述第二液晶盒31的光线。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种双面显示器框架,其中,包括首尾相连且共同围设出背光腔的顶部、第一侧部、底部以及第二侧部,所述底部与所述顶部相对设置在所述第一侧部和所述第二侧部之间;
    所述第一侧部开设有第一视窗和第一安装槽,所述第一视窗贯穿所述第一侧部的中部且连通所述背光腔,所述第一安装槽设置在所述第一视窗的周边;
    所述第二侧部开设有第二视窗和第二安装槽,所述第二视窗贯穿所述第二侧部的中部且连通所述背光腔,所述第二安装槽设置在所述第二视窗的周边;
    所述底部包括朝向所述顶部的第一表面,所述第一表面向所述顶部凸起。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述第一侧部与所述底部之间形成第一角,所述第二侧部与所述底部之间形成第二角,所述第一角及所述第二角均为锐角。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述第一表面的中部相对所述第一表面的两侧向所述顶部凸出。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述第一表面为弧面或者台阶面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述底部还包括与所述第一表面相对设置的第二表面,所述第二表面上设置有散热片或者热管。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述顶部包括朝向所述底部的第一面,所述第一面向所述底部凸起。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述第一面的中部相对所述第一面的两侧朝向所述底部凸出。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述第一面为弧面、台阶面或者锯齿面。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述双面显示器框架还包括反射件,所述反射件包括相对设置的安装面和反射面,所述顶部包括朝向所述底部的第一面,所述安装面贴合所述第一面设置,所述反射面朝向远离所述安装面的方向凸起。
  10. 一种双面显示器,其中,包括第一显示面板、第二显示面板、光源组件以及双面显示器框架;
    所述双面显示器框架包括首尾相连且共同围设出背光腔的顶部、第一侧部、底部以及第二侧部,所述底部与所述顶部相对设置在所述第一侧部和所述第二侧部之间;
    所述第一侧部开设有第一视窗和第一安装槽,所述第一视窗贯穿所述第一侧部的中部且连通所述背光腔,所述第一安装槽设置在所述第一视窗的周边;
    所述第二侧部开设有第二视窗和第二安装槽,所述第二视窗贯穿所述第二侧部的中部且连通所述背光腔,所述第二安装槽设置在所述第二视窗的周边;
    所述底部包括朝向所述顶部的第一表面,所述第一表面向所述顶部凸起;
    所述第一显示面板安装至所述第一安装槽,并覆盖所述第一视窗;
    所述第二显示面板安装至所述第二安装槽,并覆盖所述第二视窗;
    所述光源组件安装在所述第一表面上,所述光源组件发出的光线经过所述背光腔后进入所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述第一侧部与所述底部之间形成第一角,所述第二侧部与所述底部之间形成第二角,所述第一角及所述第二角均为锐角。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述第一表面的中部相对所述第一表面的两侧向所述顶部凸出。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述第一表面为弧面或者台阶面。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述底部还包括与所述第一表面相对设置的第二表面,所述第二表面上设置有散热片或者热管。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述顶部包括朝向所述底部的第一面,所述第一面向所述底部凸起。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述第一面的中部相对所述第一面的两侧朝向所述底部凸出。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述第一面为弧面、台阶面或者锯齿面。
  18. 如权利要求10所述的双面显示器框架,其中,所述双面显示器框架还包括反射件,所述反射件包括相对设置的安装面和反射面,所述顶部包括朝向所述底部的第一面,所述安装面贴合所述第一面设置,所述反射面朝向远离所述安装面的方向凸起。
