背景技术
多年来,识别码历经一维码到二维码的发展,在商品、物流行业的使用越来越深入、广泛。
一维码,通常为多行组成的条形码,可存储大量数据,广泛应用于医院、驾驶证、物料管理、货物运输。一维条形码的缺点是:条形码只是在一个方向(如水平方向)表达信息,而在垂直方向则不表达任何信息,其一定的高度通常是为了便于阅读器的对准;数据容量较小,通常只有30个字符左右,只能包含字母和数字;条形码尺寸相对较大,导致空间利用率较低;条形码遭到损坏后便不能阅读。
二维码(2-dimensional bar code),如QR码(Quick Response code)是用某种特定的几何图形按一定规律在平面(水平和垂直方向上)分布的黑白相间的图形记录数据符号信息的;在代码编制上巧妙地利用构成计算机内部逻辑基础的“0”、“1”比特流的概念,使用若干个与二进制相对应的几何形体来表示文字数值信息,通过图象输入设备或光电扫描设备自动识读以实现信息的自动处理。
现实中,需要将上述识别码赋在产品或产品的包装上。包装袋通常比较薄,尤其是纸袋、塑料袋,大多采用喷墨的方式将识别码赋在包装袋上。在食品领域,如为了实现有奖促销的需要,不能将识别码暴露在包装袋的外表面,避免识别码被随意识别,但如将识别码赋在食品袋的内包装上,识别码直接与食品接触,又会对食品卫生造成影响。
而且,现在商家还希望能实时监控某一批次的商品的实时物流位置,发往城市,还希望知晓商品是否实现了最终销售(销售到最终端的用户),甚至还希望能随时、主动地决定某一时间段(如节假日),某一地域(如长三角地区),某种力度(如设置中奖的数量及奖项)的促销活动,以及对中奖的快速响应(如当即兑奖,快速领奖)。这些要求都是现有技术中不能满足的。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有识别码的包装袋,能避免识别码对食品造成污染,满足商家实时监控产品的物流信息或方位的要求,甚至还能满足商家随时随地的有奖销售要求。
本实用新型提供一种具有识别码的包装袋,在包装袋的内表面具有第二识别码。
优选地,所述的包装袋还有一保护层,所述保护层位于包装袋的内表面并覆盖所述第二识别码。
优选地,所述包装袋的保护层为透光薄膜。
优选地,所述的包装袋的保护层为锡箔纸。
更为优选地,所述的包装袋的保护层的锡箔纸覆盖所述第二识别码的区域有刻痕。
优选地,所述包装袋的外表面上具有第一识别码。
更为优选地,所述包装袋的第一识别码和第二识别码之间有关联属性。
优选地,所述包装袋上的第一识别码为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的一种。

为了使本实用新型的创作特征、技术手段与达成目的易于明白理解,以下结合具体实施例进一步阐述本实用新型。

图3为包装袋及第一识别码3、第二识别码4、保护层6的分层剖面示意图。第一识别码3附着在包装袋外表面1,第二识别码4附着在包装袋内表面2,保护层6覆盖第二识别码4,并可附着在包装袋内表面2。图3所示仅为表示各技术特征的结构层面,现实的包装袋中,保护层6与包装袋内表面2在没有第二识别码4的区域可以完全贴合。保护层6可以仅覆盖第二识别码4的区域,也可以延伸至整个包装袋的内表面。
如保护层6不透明,需要撕开保护层6才能识别第二识别码4时,可在保护层6上覆盖第二识别码4的区域设置刻痕5,以方便最终消费者撕开保护层、识别第二识别码4。
食品包装袋中,为食品安全要求,通常在接触食物的内表面附有一层锡箔纸,可利用食品包装袋的特点,将第二识别码4设在锡箔纸与包装袋内表面之间,即直接将锡箔纸作为保护层6使用。
有的食品包装袋中内表面附有一层油脂或其他可透光的薄膜,可将第二识别码4设在油脂或其他可透光的薄膜与包装袋内表面之间,即直接将油脂或其他可透光的薄膜作为保护层6使用。
本实用新型一实施例中第一识别码与第二识别码至少通过一个属性关联,通过关联之后,只要对其中的第一识别码进行识别、读码,就能够知道其对应的第二识别码是什么,也因此通过对第一识别码的识别,来对第二识别码进行设置属性信息(例如设置为中奖码)。商家可以通过第一识别码随时监控商品的去向,当决定流通到某地的商品在某个时间段进行有奖销售时,随时对数据库中第一识别码对应的第二识别码的相关识别信息进行调整,使得最终消费者在购买商品后打开包装袋,通过对第二识别码的识别获知商家发布的中奖信息。商家也可以通过第一识别码与第二识别码的属性关联,随时调整希望最终消费者购买商品后获知的其他信息。
通过利用包装袋自身的结构特征,在包装袋内外表面设置第二识别、第一识别码,并将第一识别码、第二识别码进行属性关联,大大减轻了生产厂家或商家为了计划在某地区有奖销售、需要事先计划并控制产品流向所造成的不便以及产生的大量人力物力成本。当某批次产品需要召回时,生产厂家或商家也可以在数据库中对相应的第一识别码或第二识别码进行信息设定,无论产品流通到哪个环节,均可以通过识别第一识别码或第二识别码得知产品被召回的信息。这样的设定方式也可以有效防止窜货。
生产厂家或商家也可以根据需要,将第一识别码设置在产品批量包装的外部,通过对批量包装外部的第一识别码进行识别,监控批量 产品的流通等情况,方便地实现对产品的方便监控。
第一识别码和第二识别码可以为一维码、QR码、PDF417码、DM码、MC码和汉信码中的至少一种,例如可以都是QR码,也可以分别是QR码与DM码。这些识别码都可以通过终端设备进行识别。
