Description

调节火力时的信息推送方法以及火力调节系统 技术领域
本发明属于生活器具领域,尤其是涉及 一种调节火力时的信息推送方法以及火力调节系统 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 根据气压调节火力的方法 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例针对当前使用灶具时在无人看管情况下存在安全隐患的情况 ,需要提供一种通过预设气压区间与火力的对应关系,自动调节火力,从而防止因火力过大导致汤水沸腾锅内气压过高导致汤水溢出,减少和防止沸锅的产生,提高安全性,并通过使用技术后,推送专利信息而彰显了专利(申请)权人的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种调节火力时的信息推送方法 ,包括以下步骤:
记录一个或一个以上的气压区间、各气压区间对应的火力信息,以及各气压区间与所述火力信息的匹配关系 ;
检测锅内气压;
判断当前气压是否处于所述气压区间;
若否,保持原状;
若是,根据当前气压值所处区间调节火力,并向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了火力调节系统,所述火力调节系统包括:
记录单元,检测单元,判断单元,调节单元,信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录一个或一个以上的气压区间、各气压区间对应的火力信息,以及各气压区间与所述火力信息的匹配关系;
检测单元,用于检测锅内气压;
判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元输出端连接及所述检测单元输出端连接, 用于 判断当前气压是否处于所述气压区间;
调节单元,其输入端与所述判断单元输出端连接,用于当当前气压处于所述气压区间时,根据当前气压值所处区间调节火力;

所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。

信息推送单元 25 ,其输入端与所述调节单元 24 输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:用户在记录单元 21 记录一个或一个以上的气压区间、各气压区间对应的火力信息,以及各气压区间与所述火力信息的匹配关系,检测单元 22 检测锅内气压,判断单元 23 判断当前气压是否处于所述气压区间,如果否,保持原状,如果是,调节单元 24 根据当前气压值所处区间调节火力,同时,信息推送单元 25 向用户推送专利信息。

    判断当前气压是否处于所述气压区间;
    若否,保持原状;
    若是,根据当前气压值所处区间调节火力,并向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种火力调节系统,其特征在于,所述火力调节系统包括:
    记录单元,检测单元,判断单元,调节单元,信息推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录一个或一个以上的气压区间、各气压区间对应的火力信息,以及各气压区间与所述火力信息的匹配关系;
    检测单元,用于检测锅内气压;
