<3.1> A configuration example of a removable floor.
The detachable floor 41 may be composed of one member, or may be composed of a plurality of floor pieces 411 formed by dividing one member into a plurality of pieces.
Moreover, each floor piece 411 may be divided into equal parts so as to increase versatility, or may be divided so that the lengths thereof are different.
In FIG. 1, the detachable floor 41 is composed of three floor pieces 411, and the length is different between the center floor piece 411a and the floor pieces 411b and 411c at both ends. By setting it as such a structure, the floor piece 411 can be installed by changing arrangement | positioning mutually.
<3.2> Arrangement example of removable floor.
The detail of the location which provides the removable floor 41 among the flooring 40 is demonstrated.
When the detachable floor 41 has a structure in which it is laid in a state of being separated and independent from the adjacent floor material 40, at least the bottom of the detachable floor or the like needs to be supported by the above-described overhanging plate 32 or the like.
On the other hand, if the detachable floor 41 has a structure that spans between adjacent floor materials 40, a place where the detachable floor or the like is provided can be set as long as strength is ensured.
<4> Outlet.
An outlet 50 is embedded in either the removable floor 41 or the floor piece 411 constituting the removable floor 41 so as to be flush with the floor surface of the fixed floor 42.
The outlet 50 is a connection end formed by extending wiring from a supply device such as a switchboard, a telephone main device, or a main device for Internet connection.
The connector corresponds to a power plug receptacle, a LAN or telephone modular jack, and the like.
The outlet 50 may include a power source, a LAN, and a telephone as one member, or may be provided separately. That is, the number of outlets 50 arranged under the floor is not limited to one.
It is desirable that the underside of the outlet 50 be subjected to a waterproofing process such as covering with a waterproof box so that no breakdown occurs due to water immersion under the floor.
<4.1> Wiring method.
As a wiring method from the supply device to the outlet 50, a method of passing through the inside of each structural material such as a beam material, a column material, or a wall material constituting the unit house, or along the outer surface of each structural material, etc. Adopt it.
In addition, the wiring length from the supply device to the outlet 50 is set so that the detachable floor provided with the outlet 50 can be placed anywhere below the floor of the unit house. It is preferable in that it can be flexibly changed.
<5> Usage method.
When constructing the unit house, the drawing position of the power source, telephone, LAN, etc. is specified from the layout inside the unit house, and the removable floor 41 provided with the outlet 50 is arranged at the drawing position.
Thus, according to the present invention, since the floor of the unit house itself becomes an OA floor, there is no need to newly install a known OA floor from above the flooring.
Further, since the outlet is not exposed on the floor, it does not interfere with the arrangement of the flooring material such as carpet on the flooring.
[Example 2]
In the present invention, an insertion hole for inserting various cables can be provided in the structural material arranged under the floor or the ceiling.
The structural material includes a base 10, joists 20, beams, girders, columns, walls, and the like.
FIG. 2 shows a structure according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
For example, when arranging a plurality of unit houses adjacent to each other, it is necessary to extend various wiring cables 60 from the supply device in one unit house X1 to the other unit house X2.
In this case, by providing the insertion holes 111 and 211 in the H steel 11 and the C steel 21 constituting the base 10 and the joists 20, there is no need to expose the various wiring cables 60 once on the floor. Can be wired so as to communicate with each other.
