Description
本发明涉及通信技术,尤指一种IP流迁移方法、装置及系统。
随着通信技术的发展,第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,简称为3GPP)技术的应用也越来越广泛。
图1为现有技术中IP流迁移方法一实施例的场景示意图。如图1所示,同时在非3GPP IP接入网和3GPP接入网覆盖下的用户设备(User Equipment,简称UE)可以与网络侧建立多接入IP-CAN会话,具体的,UE可以采用非3GPP IP接入网通过分组数据网络网关(Packet Data Network Gateway,简称为P-GW或者PDN GW)与运营商提供的网络之间互连的协议(Internet Protocol,简称IP)业务建立连接,同时,UE也可以采用3GPP接入网通过P-GW与运营商提供的IP业务建立连接,其中,UE分别采用非3GPP IP接入网和3GPP接入网建立连接的P-GW是同一个P-GW,并且该P-GW与策略和计费规则功能(Policy and Charging Rules Function,简称为PCRF)的实体连接。需要说明的是,UE在初始建立IP-CAN会话时与网络协商并由PCRF决定是否可以应用NBIFOM,在UE增加一个接入建立多接入IP-CAN会话时,再由PCRF决定是否可以应用NBIFOM。
然而,发明人在实现上述现有技术的过程中发现,网络策略发生改变时,或UE签约发生改变时,现有技术无法确定是否可以应用NBIFOM,进而,无法确定从多接入IP-CAN会话中删除一个接入网。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种IP流迁移方法、
装置及系统,用以解决无法确定从多接入IP-CAN会话中删除一个接入网的问题。
为了达到本发明实施例目的,本发明实施例提供了一种IP流迁移方法,应用在用户设备UE通过至少两个接入网与分组数据网络网关P-GW建立多接入IP连接接入网IP-CAN会话的场景下,包括:
策略和计费规则功能PCRF实体获取触发信息,所述触发信息包括从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的信息;
所述PCRF实体根据所述触发信息,确定向策略和计费执行功能PCEF实体发送指示信息,所述指示信息包括指示所述PCEF实体从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网,以使所述PCEF实体发起从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的流程。
可选地,所述指示信息包括以下任意一项或其组合:
基于网络的IP流迁移NBIFOM不支持的指示信息、NBIFOM不授权的指示信息、删除至少一个接入网的指示信息。

本发明实施例提供的IP流迁移方法具体可以应用于UE通过至少两个接入网与P-GW建立多接入IP-CAN会话的场景下,网络策略发生改变,或者,所述UE的签约信息发生改变时,其中,两个接入网可以包括第一接入网和第二接入网,例如,两个接入网可以包括3GPP接入网和非3GPP接入网。本实施例提供的IP流迁移方法具体可以通过IP流迁移装置来执行,该IP流迁移装置可以集成在PCRF实体、P-GW中,或者单独设置,该IP流迁移装置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式来实现。以下对本实施例提供的IP流迁移方法及装置进行详细地说明。
图2为本发明IP流迁移方法一实施例的流程示意图,如图2所示,本实施例的执行主体可以是PCRF实体,本发明提供的IP流迁移方法,应用在用户设备UE通过至少两个接入网与分组数据网络网关P-GW建立多接入IP连接接入网(IP-Connectivity Access Network,简称IP-CAN)会话的场景下,包括:
步骤201、策略和计费规则功能PCRF实体获取触发信息,所述触发信息包括从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的信息。
在本实施例中,触发信息可以包括:网络策略发生改变的信息,或者,所述UE的签约信息发生改变的信息。
步骤202、所述PCRF实体根据所述触发信息,确定向策略和计费执行功能PCEF实体发送指示信息。

第二种实现方式,所述PCEF根据所述指示信息,以及待删除接入网的标识信息删除多接入IP-CAN会话的标识信息标识的接入网,其中,所述指示信息包括以下任意一项或其组合:NBIFOM不支持的指示信息、NBIFOM不授权的指示信息或删除至少一个接入网指示信息,待删除接入网标识信息为接入网的IP-CAN类型信息。
第三种实现方式,在上述第二种实现方式的基础上,将删除接入网中传输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网。其中,所述指示信息在第一种或第二种实现方式的基础上,还可以包括:将在待删除接入网中传输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网。

过至少两个接入网与分组数据网络网关P-GW建立的多接入IP-CAN会话。
步骤402、所述PCRF实体向PCEF实体发送策略和计费规则提供消息,消息中携带从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的指示信息。
在本实施例中,所述指示信息用以触发PCEF从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的流程,其中,所述指示信息,包括以下任意一项或其组合:NBIFOM不支持指示信息、NBIFOM不授权的指示信息或是删除至少一个接入网的指示信息。
步骤403、所述PCEF根据所述指示信息和配置策略,从已建立的多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网。
具体的,执行步骤S403-a或步骤S403-b。
举例来讲,步骤S403-a,PCEF根据所述指示信息和配置策略,删除通过3GPP接入的连接,具体实现时PCEF所在的P-GW发起P-GW发起的承载去激活(P-GW initiated bearer deactivation)流程,删除3GPP接入中的默认承载和所有的专有承载,但是P-GW会保持IP地址。或者,
步骤S403-b,PCEF根据所述指示信息和配置策略,删除通过非3GPP接入的连接,具体实现时PCEF所在的P-GW发起P-GW发起的资源分配去激活(P-GW initiated resource allocation deactivation)流程,删除非3GPP接入中的默认承载和所有的专有承载,但是P-GW会保持IP地址。
步骤404,PCEF向PCRF发送策略和计费规则提供响应信息。
需要说明的是,在执行步骤S403-a之前,PCEF可以将在3GPP接入中传输的业务流迁移到非3GPP接入中;或在执行步骤S403-b之前,PCEF可以将在非3GPP接入中传输的业务流迁移到3GPP接入中。

具体的,若需要删除的接入网的指示信息指示3GPP接入网删除,则执行步骤S503-a;若需要删除的接入网的指示信息指示非3GPP接入网删除,则执行步骤S503-b。
步骤S503-a,删除通过3GPP接入的连接,具体实现时PCEF所在的P-GW发起P-GW发起的承载去激活(P-GW initiated bearer deactivation)流程,删除3GPP接入中的默认承载和所有的专有承载,但是P-GW会保持IP地址。
步骤S503-b,删除通过非3GPP接入的连接,具体实现时PCEF所在的P-GW发起P-GW发起的资源分配去激活(P-GW initiated resource allocation deactivation)流程,删除非3GPP接入中的默认承载和所有的专
有承载,但是P-GW会保持IP地址。
步骤504,PCEF向PCRF发送策略和计费规则提供响应信息。
需要说明的是,在执行步骤S703-a之前,PCEF可以将在3GPP接入中传输的业务流迁移到非3GPP接入中;或在执行步骤S703-b之前,PCEF可以将在非3GPP接入中传输的业务流迁移到3GPP接入中。
图6为本发明IP流迁移方法五实施例的流程示意图,如图6所示,本实施例的适用场景是所述指示信息包括图5所示实施例中指示信息的基础上,还可以包括:将在待删除接入网中传输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网,本发明提供的IP流迁移方法,包括:
步骤601、PCRF实体获取触发信息,该触发信息用以从多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的信息。
在本实施例中,触发信息可以包括:网络策略发生改变,或者,所述UE的签约信息发生改变。也就是说,PCRF确定基于网络的IP流迁移已不适用于该IP-CAN会话,其中,该IP-CAN会话包括在用户设备UE通过至少两个接入网与分组数据网络网关P-GW建立的多接入IP-CAN会话。
步骤602、所述PCRF实体向PCEF实体发送策略和计费规则提供消息,策略和计费规则提供消息中携带从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的指示信息。所述指示信息还可以包括,待删除的接入网标识信息和将在待删除的接入网中传输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网的指示信息。
在本实施例中,所述指示信息用以触发PCEF从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网,其中,所述指示信息,包括以下任意一项或其组合:NBIFOM不支持的指示信息、NBIFOM不授权的指示信息或是删除至少一个接入网的指示信息。所述指示信息还可以包括,待删除的接入网标识信息和将在待删除的接入网中传输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网的指示信息。
步骤603、所述P-GW根据所述指示信息,将在待删除的接入网中传
输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网(该指示信息可以是将业务数据流从待删除的接入网迁移到剩下接入网的PCC规则),删除待删除的接入网标识信息标识的接入网。
具体的,若需要删除的接入网的指示信息指示删除3GPP接入,则执行步骤603-a1和603-a2;若需要删除的接入网的指示信息指示删除非3GPP接入,则执行步骤603-b1和S603-b2。
步骤S603-a1、PCEF根据PCC规则,将在3GPP接入中传输的业务数据流迁移到非3GPP接入中;
步骤S603-a2、PCEF删除通过3GPP接入的连接,具体实现时PCEF所在的P-GW发起P-GW发起的承载去激活(P-GW initiated bearer deactivation)流程,删除3GPP接入中的默认承载和所有的专有承载,但是P-GW会保持IP地址。
步骤S603-b1、PCEF根据PCC规则,将在非3GPP接入中传输的业务数据流迁移到3GPP接入中;

步骤604,PCEF向PCRF发送策略和计费规则提供响应信息。
图7为本发明IP流迁移装置一实施例的流程示意图,如图7所示,本发明提供的IP流迁移装置,包括:获取模块71、确定模块72和发送模块73。其中,
获取模块71,设置为获取触发信息,所述触发信息包括从多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的信息;
确定模块72,设置为根据所述移触发信息,确定向策略和计费执行功能PCEF实体发送指示信息,所述指示信息包括指示所述PCEF实体从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网,以使所述PCEF实体发起删除一
个接入网的流程。
在本实施例中,策略和计费规则功能PCRF实体获取策略和计费规则功能PCRF实体获取触发信息,所述触发信息包括从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的信息;所述PCRF实体根据所述触发信息,确定向策略和计费执行功能PCEF实体发送指示信息,所述指示信息包括指示所述PCEF实体从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网,以使所述PCEF实体发起从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的流程。。实现了在网络策略发生改变时,或UE签约发生改变时,从多接入IP-CAN会话的删除一个接入网。避免了网络策略发生改变时,或UE签约发生改变时,无法取消IP流迁移的问题。
在上述实施例的基础上,所述指示信息,包括以下任意一项或其组合:NBIFOM不支持的指示信息、NBIFOM不授权的指示信息、删除至少一个接入网的指示信息。
进一步的,在上述实施例的基础上,所述指示信息,还包括:待删除接入网的标识信息。
进一步的,在上述实施例的基础上,所述待删除的接入网标识信息包括所述待删除接入网的IP-CAN类型信息。
进一步的,在上述实施例的基础上,所述指示信息还包括:将在待删除接入网中传输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网中的指示信息,所述剩下接入网包括所述至少两个接入网中除待删除接入网的接入网。
进一步的,在上述实施例的基础上,所述触发信息包括:网络策略发生改变的信息,或者,所述UE的签约信息发生改变的信息。
在本实施例中,实现了在网络策略发生改变时,或UE签约发生改变时,从多接入IP-CAN会话的删除一个接入网。避免了网络策略发生改变时,或UE签约发生改变时,无法取消IP流迁移的问题。
图8为本发明IP流迁移装置二实施例的流程示意图,如图8所示,本发明提供的IP流迁移装置,包括:接收模块81和迁移模块82。其中,
接收模块81,设置为接收策略和计费规则功能PCRF实体发送的指示信息,所述指示信息包括指示所述PCEF实体从多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的指示信息;
删除模块82,设置为根据指示信息,发起从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的流程。
在本实施例中,策略和计费执行功能实体PCEF接收策略和计费规则功能PCRF实体发送的指示信息,所述指示信息用以触发PCEF发起从多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接网的流程;所述PCEF根据所述指示信息,发起从多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接网的流程。实现了在网络策略发生改变时,或UE签约发生改变时,从多接入IP-CAN会话的删除一个接入网。避免了网络策略发生改变时,或UE签约发生改变时,无法取消IP流迁移的问题。
在上述实施例的基础上,所述指示信息包括以下任意一项或其组合:NBIFOM不支持的指示信息、NBIFOM不授权的指示信息或是删除至少一个接入网连接的指示信息;
所述删除模块,具体根据指示信息,发起从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的流程。
进一步的,在上述实施例的基础上,所述指示信息包括以下任意一项或其组合:NBIFOM不支持的指示信息、NBIFOM不授权的指示信息、删除至少一个接入网连接的指示信息。
进一步的,在上述实施例的基础上,所述指示信息,还包括:待删除接入网的标识信息。
进一步的,在上述实施例的基础上,所述待删除接入的网标识信息包括所述待删除接入网的IP-CAN类型信息。
进一步的,在上述实施例的基础上,所述指示信息还包括:将在待删除接入网中传输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网中的指示信息,所述剩下接入网包括所述至少两个接入网中除待删除接入网的接入网。
在本实施例中,实现了在网络策略发生改变时,或UE签约发生改变时,从多接入IP-CAN会话的删除一个接入网。避免了网络策略发生改变时,或UE签约发生改变时,无法取消IP流迁移的问题。
本发明还提供一种IP流迁移系统,包括:如图7所示的IP流迁移装置和如图8所示的IP流迁移装置。

Claims (23)
- 一种IP流迁移方法,应用在用户设备UE通过至少两个接入网与分组数据网络网关P-GW建立多接入IP连接接入网IP-CAN会话的场景下,包括:策略和计费规则功能PCRF实体获取触发信息,所述触发信息包括从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的信息;所述PCRF实体根据所述触发信息,确定向策略和计费执行功能PCEF实体发送指示信息,所述指示信息包括指示所述PCEF实体从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网,以使所述PCEF实体发起从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的流程。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息包括以下任意一项或其组合:基于网络的IP流迁移NBIFOM不支持的指示信息、NBIFOM不授权的指示信息、删除至少一个接入网的指示信息。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息还包括:待删除接入网标识信息。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述待删除接入网标识信息包括所述待删除接入网的IP-CAN类型信息。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息还包括:将所述待删除接入网中传输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网中的指示信息,所述剩下接入网包括所述至少两个接入网中除待删除接入网的接入网。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其中,所述触发信息包括:网络策略发生改变的信息,或者,所述UE的签约信息发生改变的信息。
- 一种IP流迁移方法,应用在用户设备UE通过至少两个接入网与分组数据网络网关P-GW建立多接入IP连接接入网IP-CAN会话 的场景下,包括:策略和计费执行功能PCEF实体接收策略和计费规则功能PCRF实体发送的指示信息,所述指示信息包括指示所述PCEF实体从多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的指示信息;所述PCEF实体根据所述指示信息,发起从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的流程。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息包括以下任意一项或其组合:基于网络的IP流迁移NBIFOM不支持的指示信息、NBIFOM不授权的指示信息、删除至少一个接入网的指示信息。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息,还包括:待删除接入网标识信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述待删除接入网标识信息包括所述待删除接入网的IP-CAN类型信息。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息,还包括:将待删除接入网中传输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网中的指示信息,所述剩下接入网包括所述至少两个接入网中除待删除接入网的接入网。
- 一种IP流迁移装置,包括:获取模块,设置为获取触发信息,所述触发信息包括从多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的信息;确定模块,设置为根据所述触发信息,确定向策略和计费执行功能PCEF实体发送指示信息,所述指示信息包括指示所述PCEF实体从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网,以使所述PCEF实体发起删除一个接入网的流程。
- 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述指示信息,包括以下任意一项或其组合:NBIFOM不支持的指示信息、NBIFOM不授权 的指示信息、删除至少一个接入网的指示信息。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的装置,其中,所述指示信息,还包括:待删除接入网标识信息。
- 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述待删除的接入网标识信息包括所述待删除接入网的IP-CAN类型信息。
- 根据权利要求14或15所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息还包括:将待删除接入网中传输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网中的指示信息,所述剩下接入网包括所述至少两个接入网中除待删除接入网的接入网。
- 根据权利要求12-16任一项所述的装置,其中,所述触发信息包括:网络策略发生改变的信息,或者,所述UE的签约信息发生改变的信息。
- 一种IP流迁移装置,包括:接收模块,设置为接收策略和计费规则功能PCRF实体发送的指示信息,所述指示信息包括指示所述PCEF实体从多接入IP连接接入网IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的指示信息;删除模块,设置为根据所述指示信息,发起从所述多接入IP-CAN会话删除一个接入网的流程。
- 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,所述指示信息包括以下任意一项或其组合:NBIFOM不支持的指示信息、NBIFOM不授权的指示信息、删除至少一个接入网连接的指示信息。
- 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其中,所述指示信息,还包括:待删除接入网标识信息。
- 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其中,所述待删除接入网标识信息包括所述待删除接入网的IP-CAN类型信息。
- 根据权利要求20或21所述的方法,其中,所述指示信息, 还包括:将待删除接入网中传输的业务数据流迁移到剩下接入网中的指示信息,所述剩下接入网包括所述至少两个接入网中除待删除接入网的接入网。
- 一种IP流迁移系统,包括:如权利要求12-17所述的IP流迁移装置和如权利要求18-22所述的IP流迁移装置。
