本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种 同一区域数据对比时的数据采集方法和数据处理系统 。
背景技术
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示,OPPO公司在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期的腾讯公司的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《 一种 对比同区域跑步数据的方法和数据处理系统 》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一 种 同一区域数据对比时的数据采集方法 , 目的在于 为了解决当前咕噜运动等app没有办法做到对比化的缺陷,而需要提供一种可以在咕噜运动等app中进行对比的方法,同时也需要 方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种 同一区域数据对比时的数据采集方法,包括以下步骤:
记录用户预设的对比区域;
将用户的跑步数据收集到云端;
在云端根据用户预设的对比区域,整理所述预设的对比区域内的所有跑步者的数据;
向用户端反馈整理的数据,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 数据处理系统 ,包括:
记录单元,位于用户端,用于记录用户预设的对比区域以及记录用户的各项跑步数据;
数据收集单元,位于云端,与所述记录单元连接,用于将用户的跑步数据收集到云端;
数据处理单元,位于云端,与所述数据收集单元连接,用于在云端根据用户预设的对比区域,整理所述预设的对比区域内的所有跑步者的数据;
反馈单元,位于云端,与所述数据处理单元连接,用于向用户端反馈整理的数据;
技术使用数据发送单元,位于用户端,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
有益效果
该发明通过将用户预设的对比区域做记录,将跑步的数据收集后上传到云端,在云端根据用户预设的对比区域,整理预设对比区域内所有跑步者上传的数据后,向用户反馈整理好的数据,从而可以实现对同一区域里用户的跑步数据进行整理,得出数据的对比化, 同时也可以 方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

在步骤 S101 中, 记录用户预设的对比区域。
其中,所述对比区域可以是哪个小区或是一个城镇,也可以是用户用 GPS 定位的一定阈值范围的区域,如针对于用户使用咕咚 app 时,开始运行咕咚 app 时,就会出现两个选择提示框,一个是手动选择区域,另一个是使用当前 GPS 定位的区域。如:用户手动选择区域,设置区域为普洱市思茅区,如果用户选择了当前 GPS 定位区域,手机将自动获取用户当前位置信息,把行政区划设置为对比区域。
在步骤 S102 中,将用户的跑步数据收集到云端。
在该步骤中,用户在日常的跑步数据上传到云端,这里需要指明的是,跑步数据,里面包含着最快时速、最慢时速、平均时速、所跑时间,还有路程。如:小明在设置好对比区域后进行了跑步,跑了 5 公里,用了 35 分钟,最快时速为 5 分钟 / 公里,最慢时速为 9 分钟 / 公里,平均时速为 7 分钟 / 公里,跑完后手机自动把所有数据收集到云端。
在步骤 S103 中,在云端根据用户预设的对比区域,整理所述预设的对比区域内的所有跑步者的数据。
在该步骤中云端根据用户预设的对比区域,整理收集到的各跑步者数据,进行对比。需要注意的是,云端对比的数据必须一致。如:小明的数据是最慢时速,可是小丽的数据是最快时速,这样不能拿来做对比项,必须是一样的数据内容才能对比。
在步骤 S104 中,向用户端反馈整理的数据,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
在该步骤中云端把同一区域整理好的数据反馈给用户,这里可以对用户所在的区域人员进行对比,从而可以让跑步者看到对比信息。数据的展示方法可以按照一定的顺序(如升序或降序)进行展示。
所述技术使用数据为用户使用该技术的数据,即所述方法走完前几个步骤时产生的数据,所述数据包括用户使用该技术的次数(如在一定时间内是第几次使用该技术);使用该技术的具体时间点;使用该技术前后用户的相关操作等有助于技术提供方更好的评价技术的市场价值,并根据所述反馈更好的改进技术的数据。

数据处理单元 23 ,位于云端,与所述数据收集单元连接,用于在云端根据用户预设的对比区域,整理所述预设的对比区域内的所有跑步者的数据;
反馈单元 24 ,位于云端,与所述数据处理单元连接,用于向用户端反馈整理的数据;
技术使用数据发送单元 25 ,位于用户端,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 记录用户预设的对比区域以及记录用户的各项跑步数据。数据收集单元 22 将用户的跑步数据收集到云端。数据处理单元 23 在云端根据用户预设的对比区域,整理所述预设的对比区域内的所有跑步者的数据。反馈单元 24 向用户端反馈整理的数据,同时技术使用数据发送单元 25 向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。

    向用户端反馈整理的数据,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
