考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《 提醒儿童起床或睡觉的方法及闹钟 》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施提供了一种响铃技术的数据发送方法及闹钟 ,目的在于 针对当前儿童早上起床或者晚上睡觉时时间无法有效控制,而造成的不能按照预计时间起床或者修改,无法从小就养成良好的作息时间,时间随意性,提供一种可以帮助家长和孩子们自动合理新颖的提醒儿童作息时间的闹钟, 同时方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种响铃技术的数据发送方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
记录用户预设的需要提前指定的具体时间以及指定时间对应的相关提醒内容;
检测当前的时钟时间;
判断当前时钟时间是否到达用户预设的指定时间 ;
若否,保持原状,若是,判断已经到达的时间是预设值的早上时间还是晚上时间;
插入和预设的早上或者晚上时间相对应的提示方法;
向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施还提供了一种闹钟,所述闹钟包括以下单元:
记录单元,检测单元,判断单元,插入单元,发送单元,其中 :

插入单元,其输入端与所述判断单元输出端连接,用于插入和预设的早上或者晚上时间相对应的提示方法;
发送单元,其输入端与所述插入单元的输出端连接,用于在插入单元插入和预设的早上或者晚上时间相对应的提示方法时,向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
有益效果
该发明通过用户预设的提前指定的具体时间以及指定时间对应的相关提醒内容,在指定时间到达时能够友好,合理,新颖的方式提醒儿童,从而协助家长帮助儿童从小建立时间观念,建立良好的作息时间,达到合理控制孩子起床睡觉的目的,同时方便了厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

插入单元 24 ,其输入端与所述判断单元 23 输出端连接,用于插入和预设的早上或者晚上时间相对应的提示方法;
发送单元 25 ,其输入端与所述插入单元 24 的输出端连接,用于在 插入单元 24 插入和预设的早上或者晚上时间相对应的提示方法时,向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 记录用户预设的需要提前指定的具体时间以及指定时间对应的相关提醒内容;检测单元 22 检测当前的时钟时间 ;判断单元 23 判断当前时钟时间是否到达用户预设的指定时间 ;若已经达到的时间是预设值的早上时间或者晚上时间,插入单元 24 则插入和预设的早上或者晚上时间相对应的提示方法,同时发送单元 25 向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。

    判断当前时钟时间是否到达用户预设的指定时间 ;
    若否,保持原状,若是,判断已经到达的时间是预设值的早上时间还是晚上时间 ;
    插入和预设的早上或者晚上时间相对应的提示方法;
    向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
