- the cover includes a display PCB on which the display is mounted, and a tact switch is disposed on each of the front, rear, left, and right sides of the display PCB.
- the cover may further include a support plate disposed on the upper side of the display to support the window, the window support plate being supported by a plurality of support bosses, Operation protrusions are formed. When a certain portion of the window is pressed, the window support plate is bent around a portion supported by the support boss, so that the operation protrusion presses the tact switch.
- the user selectively presses the four areas corresponding to the tact switches on the window to operate the tact switch. That is, the window functions as a kind of button for operating the tact switches. It is another problem to be solved by the present invention that such a function can be accurately performed by all four regions.
- Another aspect of the present invention is to provide an apparatus and a method for controlling the display of a display device, And the transverse direction is disposed in the left-right direction of the hub.
- the opening of the window support plate is formed to have a longer length in the left and right direction (or in the horizontal direction) than in the forward and backward directions (or the longitudinal direction) corresponding to the shape of the panel.
- the operation protrusions are formed in the front, rear, left, and right regions.
- the shape of the opening is longer than the front-rear direction, the area of the front / rear area and the area of the left / right area are different from each other in the four areas of the window support plate, The distance between the support boss and the operation protrusion varies depending on the area. It is therefore a further object of the present invention to eliminate such deviations.

That is, the cord fixing groove 37 is not a closed form perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the groove but a part of the cross section is opened by the cord insertion opening 373.
- the cross section may have a maximum inner diameter larger than the interval between the open sections of the cross section (i.e., the width of the cord insertion port 373) inside the code fixing groove 37.
- a cord is formed by coating a material having elasticity of a little interspace. Therefore, even if the cord has an outer diameter larger than the width of the cord insertion port 373, if the difference does not exceed a certain range, And once inserted into the code fixing groove 37, the shape thereof is restored to the original shape, so that it can not pass through the cord inserting hole 373. Therefore, It is prevented from being detached from the cord fixing groove 37.
- the outer side opening 372 may be formed to be larger than the inner side opening 371 and the code fixing groove 37 may be formed in such a manner that the size of the cross section gradually decreases from the outer side opening 372 to the inner side opening 371 Lt; / RTI >

- FIG. 35 is a flowchart showing a method of manufacturing a hub according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- 36 is a perspective view (a) of the main pattern, a metal plate (b) used for machining the grill, and a grille formed by etching a metal plate (c).
- Fig. 37 is an enlarged view of a portion A shown in Fig. 36 (c), and Fig. 37 is an enlarged view (b) of a portion B shown in Fig. 36 (c).
- 38 is a perspective view (a), a plan view (b), a front view (c), and a rear view (d) of the grill.
- Fig. 39 is an enlarged view of a portion indicated by a dotted line in Fig.
- the hub 1 includes a cylindrical metal grill 20 having a plurality of through holes 20h (see Fig. 3) formed therein, A cover 10 which is coupled to an upper portion of the hub body 40 and displays an interface screen through an upper surface thereof, And a hub base 30 (see FIG. 3) for supporting the hub body 40 from the lower side.
- a cylinder having an oval lower end 620 in one form is defined as " main shape ".
- the mold 600 corresponds to the grill 20 shown in Fig. 6A, and specifically has the cross-sections as shown in Fig. 6B.
- the method of manufacturing the hub 1 is as follows.
- a metal plate 710 is prepared (step 1).
- the material is preferably stainless steel (SUS).
- the metal plate 710 is rectangular, but the shape of the metal plate 710 is not limited thereto.
- the metal plate 710 is developed in the main body 300 and processed to form a plurality of through holes 20h (step 2).
- This processing can be done by an etching method. That is, the metal plate 720 processed in the shape as shown in FIG. 36 (c) can be obtained by rubbing the area indicated by the hatched area and the area where the through hole 20h is formed in FIG. 36 (b).
- the through holes 20h formed in the grill 20 may include a first through hole 20h1 and a second through hole 20h2 having a smaller diameter than the first through hole 20h1.
- the pattern composed of the first through hole 20h1 and the second through hole 20h2 can be repeatedly arranged in all directions. That is, the four-chamber continuous pattern can be formed by the through holes 20h1 and 20h2.
- This four-sided continuous pattern is formed by forming the second through hole 20h2 having a small diameter between the first through holes 20h1 having a relatively large diameter so that the area where the sound output to the speakers 43 and 44 is emitted It has the effect of spreading.
- the grill 20 can be smoothly deformed (that is, cylindrical), but the number of links connecting the through holes 20h1 and 20h2 is increased, thereby improving the structural stability.
- through holes 20h1 and 20h2 are formed in a region from the lower end 722 of the grill 20 to the first boundary (BOL, imaginary line) parallel to the lower end 722,
- the lower end portion LA may be formed.
- the lower end holding portion 313 of the hub base 30 can be brought into close contact with the inner surface of the lower end periphery LA. Since the lower end edge portion LA is a portion deformed while being fitted to the lower end holding portion 313, the through holes 20h1 and 20h2 are not formed to have sufficient rigidity.
- An upper end portion UA in which the through holes 20h1 and 20h2 are not formed may be formed in an area from the upper end 721 of the grill 20 to the second boundary BOU.
- the second boundary BOU is an imaginary line located on the upper side of the first boundary BOL, and is parallel to the first boundary BOL. Since the upper end portion UA is a portion deformed while being fitted to the upper end holding portion 153, the through holes 20h1 and 20h2 are not formed to have sufficient rigidity.
- the two or more first through holes 20h1a, 20h1b, and 20h1c are arranged at the first boundary BOL), and the diameter of the one closest to the first boundary (BOL) (20h1c) becomes the minimum. That is, the grill 20 is formed with through holes in a pattern in which the first through hole 20h1 and the second through hole 20h2 are repeated.
- the first through hole 20h1 has a diameter at a portion adjacent to the first boundary BOL As shown in the drawing, the diameter decreases in the order of the through holes 20h1b and 20h1c in the order of the through holes 20h1a and 20h1, the through holes 20h1b, and the through holes 20h1c.
- the grill 20 is formed with through holes in a pattern in which the first through hole 20h1 and the second through hole 20h2 are repeated.
- the first through hole 20h1 has a diameter in a portion adjacent to the second boundary BOU As shown in the drawing, the diameter decreases in the order of the through holes 20h1b and 20h1c in the order of the through holes 20h1a and 20h1, the through holes 20h1b, and the through holes 20h1c.
- the contour of the metal plate 720 is machined such that both sides 723 and 724 are straight lines extending vertically in the center of the rear surface of the grill 20. [ That is, when the processed metal plate 720 is rounded in a cylindrical shape, both sides 723 and 724 meet with each other in a straight line VL perpendicular to the uppermost point Pm of the upper side.
- the sides 721 and 722 of the processed metal plate 720 are joined to each other so that the side 721 corresponding to the upper end 610 of the main body 600 becomes the upper end 21, And the side 722 corresponding to the lower end 620 is the lower end 22 (step 3). Since the formed cylindrical grill 20 is deformed by rounding the metal plate 720, the shape of the metal plate is determined by the firing, elasticity, and restoring force of the material of the metal plate itself, (21) and the lower end (22) are amorphous. However, when the thickness of the metal plate 720 is constant, the grill 20 is deformed almost uniformly in the entire area. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 37 (b) do.
- the grill 20 has a portion LR extending from the lower end 22 to the upper end 21 along a vertical line VL with a constant width from left to right symmetrically with respect to a predetermined vertical line VL, The through hole 20h is not formed.
- the region LR in which the through hole 20h is not formed in the rear of the grill 20 is formed by portions where the through holes 20h of the left and right side portions of the metal plate 720 are not formed in FIG.
- step 3 the joining between the two sides 723 and 724 of the metal plate 720 can be achieved by welding.
- Such welding may be performed using a welding rod, and in this case, a band-shaped welding bead is formed by melting the base metal (metal plate) and the welding rod.
- the present invention is not limited to this, but resistance welding (for example, spot welding or projection welding) or laser welding is also possible.
- welding welding is limited to a specific portion, The welding heat is very small, the range of heat effect is narrow, welding marks are not left most, and highly precise joining between members is possible.
- the grill 20 formed through the above steps is provided with a hole 25 for mounting the USB port 62 and a positioning projection 156 formed on the side wall 151 of the cover housing 150 21) can be inserted into the positioning groove 26.
- the hole 25 for setting the USB port and the positioning groove 26 can be formed in the area LR where the through hole 20h is not formed in the rear surface of the grill 20 (see FIG. 38 (d)).
- the holes 25 and the grooves 26 may be formed by various known processing methods such as pressing, punching, drilling, and the like.
- the hole 25 can be machined into a welded portion of both sides 723 and 724 of the metal plate 720 (step 4).
- the USB port 62 may be disposed on the main PCB 48 (see FIG. 28).
- the groove 26 is formed to be recessed from the upper end 21 of the grill 20 and can be formed in the welded portion.
- the welded portions of both sides 723 and 724 of the metal plate 720 on the outer surface of the grill 20 are polished (step 5).
- the welded portion is polished by the abrasive paper having a predetermined particle size wound around the outer peripheral surface of the roller to be rotated to obtain a smooth surface from which the welding marks have been removed.
- the welding spots 28 remain.
- the entire area of the outer surface of the grill 20 may be polished to form a hair line (see FIG. 39) (step 6).
- the hair line is formed by cutting a metal surface with a polishing paper having a predetermined particle size, and can be extended in the horizontal direction.
- the outer surface of the grille 20 is accentuated by the hairline so as to have a luster and texture unique to the metal.
- the grill in which the hairline is formed can be painted (step 7).
- the coating of the grill 20 is preferably electrodeposited.
- a coating film can be formed on the entire surface of the grill 20 by placing the grill 20 in a tank into which the water-soluble resin paint is put and applying an electric current to the grill 20.
- a step of laser engraving the outer surface of the painted grill 20 and marking the mark may be further performed.
- the indicia may include symbols, characters, graphics, and the like.
- a filter may be attached to the inner surface of the grill 20 formed through the above steps (step 9).
- the filter may be made of a material having fine pores such as a mesh or a nonwoven fabric, and may be attached by an adhesive member such as a double-sided tape.
- the cover 10 is formed with a top end holding portion 153 in a shape corresponding to the top end 610 of the main body 600, and the hub base 30, A lower end holding portion 313 corresponding to the lower end 620 of the main body 600 may be formed.
- the step of sandwiching the grill 20 between the upper end holding portion 153 and the lower end holding portion 313 may be further performed.
- the upper end holding portion 153 is inserted into the opening formed in the upper surface of the grill 20 (that is, the upper surface of the grill 20)
- the inner surface of the upper portion of the grill 20 is brought into close contact with the outer surface of the upper end holding portion 153 so as to be in contact with the outer surface of the grill 20 as shown in Figure 5, 20 are deformed in correspondence with the shape of the upper end holding portion 153, thereby forming a substantially same shape as the upper end 610 of the main body 600.
- the lower end holding portion 313 is inserted into the opening formed in the lower surface of the grill 20 (i.e., the region surrounded by the lower end of the grill 20), as described above with reference to Fig. 32,
- the lower end of the grill 20 is deformed corresponding to the shape of the lower end holding portion 153 so that the lower end 620 of the main body 600 and the lower end of the lower end holding portion 313 cooperate with each other.
- the shape is formed in substantially the same form.
