Abstract
Description
上記実施形態では、目標値設定部11は、端末装置3においてウェブページを閲覧したユーザにより行われるウェブページの表示内容に関連するイベントの発生回数の目標値を設定するとして説明した。しかしながら、例えばイベントが当該イベントの属性に応じて分類されるように構成しておき、目標値が分類された属性毎に設定できるように構成することも可能である。すなわち、例えばイベントとして「電話をもらう」とか「メールをもらう」等のように「提供者に対しての連絡」として分類することで、同様の分類に応じた目標値を設定することが可能である(図17の「最適化するゴール」)。

Claims (6)
- ウェブページの表示を指示するウェブページデータを記憶するサーバ装置と、当該サーバ装置から前記ウェブページデータを受信して表示画面に表示する端末装置とにネットワークを介して接続されるウェブページ作成支援装置であって、
前記端末装置において前記ウェブページを閲覧したユーザにより行われる前記ウェブページの表示内容に関連するイベントの発生回数の目標値を設定する目標値設定部と、
前記端末装置において前記ウェブページを閲覧したユーザにより実際に行われた前記イベントの発生回数を計数した計数結果を取得する計数結果取得部と、
前記ウェブページの閲覧中におけるユーザによる前記端末装置に対する入力操作を示す操作情報を取得する操作情報取得部と、
前記操作情報及び前記目標値に基づいて前記ウェブページの少なくとも一部を変更した変更ウェブページの表示を指示する変更ウェブページデータを生成するウェブデータ生成部と、
前記ウェブページ及び前記変更ウェブページの夫々について、前記目標値と前記計数結果とに基づいて目標達成度を演算する達成度演算部と、
前記ウェブデータ生成部により変更された内容を示す変更情報と、前記イベントと、演算された前記目標達成度と、前記操作情報とを関連付けたリスト情報を生成するリスト情報生成部と、
前記ウェブデータ生成部が前記変更ウェブページデータを生成する際に、前記リスト情報に基づいて前記変更情報を抽出して前記ウェブデータ生成部に伝達する抽出部と、
を備えるウェブページ作成支援装置。 - 前記目標達成度に応じて、前記ウェブページを前記変更ウェブページに更新させる更新用ウェブページデータを前記サーバ装置に出力する出力部を備える請求項1に記載のウェブページ作成支援装置。
- 前記イベントが当該イベントの属性に応じて分類され、
前記目標値は、分類された属性毎に設定可能である請求項1又は2に記載のウェブページ作成支援装置。 - 前記ウェブデータ生成部により前記変更ウェブページデータが生成される際に、前記ウェブページにおいて変更を禁止する禁止領域を設定する禁止領域設定部を備える請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のウェブページ作成支援装置。
- 前記ウェブデータ生成部により前記変更ウェブページデータが生成される際に、前記ウェブページ全体での変更量が設定可能である請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のウェブページ作成支援装置。
- ウェブページの表示を指示するウェブページデータを記憶するサーバ装置と、当該サーバ装置から前記ウェブページデータを受信して表示画面に表示する端末装置とにネットワークを介して接続されるウェブページ作成支援装置にウェブページの作成の支援を実行させるためのプログラムを記憶した一時的でない記憶媒体であって、
前記端末装置において前記ウェブページを閲覧したユーザにより行われる前記ウェブページの表示内容に関連するイベントの発生回数の目標値を設定するステップと、
前記端末装置において前記ウェブページを閲覧したユーザにより実際に行われた前記イベントの発生回数を計数した計数結果を取得するステップと、
前記ウェブページの閲覧中におけるユーザによる前記端末装置に対する入力操作を示す操作情報を取得するステップと、
前記操作情報及び前記目標値に基づいて前記ウェブページの少なくとも一部を変更した変更ウェブページの表示を指示する変更ウェブページデータを生成するステップと、
前記ウェブページ及び前記変更ウェブページの夫々について、前記目標値と前記計数結果とに基づいて目標達成度を演算するステップと、
前記変更ウェブページデータを生成するステップにより変更された内容を示す変更情報と、前記イベントと、演算された前記目標達成度と、前記操作情報とを関連付けたリスト情報を生成するステップと、
前記変更ウェブページデータを生成するステップにおいて前記変更ウェブページデータが生成される際に、前記リスト情報に基づいて前記変更情報を抽出するステップと、
をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムを記憶した一時的でない記憶媒体。
