본 발명은 단지 내 입주민 대상 스마트 헬스케어 서비스 제공을 위한 헬스케어 전용 통합 식별자 생성시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 입주정보, 개인 식별정보, 스마트헬스 기기 고유식별정보, 서비스 식별정보를 조합하여 스마트헬스 서비스를 지원하는 단지 내 입주민 대상 스마트 헬스케어 서비스 제공을 위한 헬스케어 전용 통합 식별자 생성시스템에 관한 것이다.
현재, 급격한 고령화 사회에 도달하여 스마트헬스케어 분야 성장이 가속화되고 있고, 스마트헬스케어 분야의 글로벌 경쟁에 앞서가기 위해서는 상대적으로 취약한 기반 데이터와 차별화된 콘텐츠를 확보하고 서비스 모델 발굴에 적극적인 투자가 이루어져야 한다.
종래, 한국공개특허 제2009-0094477호, 지능형 개인 맞춤형 건강관리 기록시스템에 의하면 사용자 또는 진료기관으로부터 기본정보, 신생아관리정보, 산모관리정보, 외래진료정보, 입원ㆍ수술정보, 건강검진정보 등을 포함하는 건강정보를 입력받아 건강관리서버로 송신하고, 갱신된 건강정보를 수신하여 출력하는 개인단말기; 및 개인단말기로부터 수신한 건강정보를 기저장된 건강정보와 대응되도록 갱신하여 갱신된 건강정보를 개인단말기로 송신하는 건강관리서버를 포함한다.
최근 통신이 가능한 단말과 개인용 의료기기 등을 이용하여 언제 어디서나 스마트헬스케어 서비스를 받을 수 있게 되었으며, 이러한 스마트헬스케어 분야는 사용자 맞춤형 분야로서, 서비스 전 과정에 걸쳐 사용자 개인을 식별하기 위한 수단으로 고유한 사용자 식별자를 이용한다.
사용자가 사용하는 기기로부터 전송되는 생체정보 및 의료정보를 매칭시키기 위해 사용자와 기기간의 식별을 필요로 하며 이를 위해 스마트헬스케어 기기의 시리얼번호 등을 식별자로 이용한다.
또한 사용자와 스마트헬스케어 서비스를 연동하기 위해 사용자는 서비스 단에서 사용자와 스마트헬스 케어서비스를 매칭시키기 위해 사용자와 서비스의 고유 식별자를 이용하게 된다. 그러나 사용자의 고유 식별자는 개인마다 부여되고 변경절차가 어려우며, 한번 유출되면 민감한 개인의 생체정보 및 의료정보의 노출로 이어져 그 오남용의 피해가 큰 문제점이 있다.
또한 기기 및 서비스의 식별자 역시 사용자의 고유 식별정보와 마찬가지로 노출 시 응급한 상황에서 의미있는 서비스 및 기기 작동이 보장되지 않을 수 있어 문제가 발생할 수 있는 문제가 있다.
따라서, 스마트헬스 서비스의 개인식별정보, 기기식별정보, 서비스 식별정보 유출로 인한 피해를 최소화할 필요가 있고, 사용자와 서비스 기기, 사용자와 서비스간의 효율적인 식별수단이 필요한 시점에 있다.

즉, 스마트헬스 기기 및 서비스 지원 통합 개인 식별수단 및 방법은 종래와 달리, 사용자와 서비스 간 신규기기 및 서비스가 등록될 때마다 새로운 통합형 전용 식별자를 생성함으로써, 개인식별 정보의 노출을 최소화하여 사용자가 스마트헬스 서비스를 안전하게 사용할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
여기서, 스마트헬스 기기는 혈압기, 혈당기, 체중기를 예로 들 수 있다.
또한, 스마트헬스 서비스는 서비스 플랫폼인 헬스케어 전용 개인 식별자 생성 시스템이 스마트헬스 기기과 연동하는 애플리케이션으로서, 스마트헬스 기기(혈압기, 혈당기, 체중기 등)로 건강정보를 측정하여 기설정된 병원서버에 전송하는 서비스를 말한다.

도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 단지 내 입주민 대상 스마트 헬스케어 서비스 제공을 위한 헬스케어 전용 개인 식별자 생성시스템은 식별정보 등록부(100), 식별정보 매칭부(200), 통합식별자 생성부(300), 제어부(400), 중복판단부(500)를 포함할 수 있다.
식별정보 등록부(100)는 사용자 식별정보와 스마트헬스 식별정보를 수신하여 등록하는 구성이다. 여기서, 식별정보 등록부(100)는 입주정보, 사용자ID를 사용자 식별정보로 등록할 수 있고, 스마트헬스 기기 식별정보 또는 스마트헬스 서비스항목 식별정보를 스마트헬스 식별정보로 등록할 수 있다.
이러한 식별정보 등록부(100)는 고유 개인식별정보DB(110), 고유 디바이스 식별정보 DB(120), 고유 서비스 식별정보 DB(130)를 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 고유 개인식별정보DB는 개인 사용자정보 및 입주정보 함께 보관할 수 있다.
식별정보 매칭부(200)는 식별정보 등록부를 통해 등록되는 스마트헬스 식별정보와 사용자 식별정보를 매칭시키는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 이러한 식별정보 매칭부(200)는 사용자 식별정보에 사용기간 정보를 추가하여 사용기간이 철회되거나 마감되었을 경우, 스마트헬스 식별정보의 연결을 제한할 수 있다.
이러한 기능을 수행하기 위한 식별정보 매칭부(200)는 사용정보 부가부(210)와 사용기간 제한부(220) 구성을 포함할 수 있다.
사용정보 부가부(210)는 스마트헬스 식별정보에 사용기간 정보를 추가하는 기능을 수행하고, 사용기간 제한부(220)는 사용기간 정보에 따라 스마트헬스 식별정보를 사용자 식별정보와 연결하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
이러한 사용정보 부가부(210)와 사용기간 제한부(220) 구성으로 인하여 통합식별자 생성부에서는 사용기간에 따라 일회성 전용 통합 식별자를 생성할 수 있도록 한다.
통합식별자 생성부(300)는 매칭된 식별정보에 따라 상기 스마트헬스 식별정보와 사용자 식별정보를 조합하여 통합 식별정보를 생성할 수 있는 구성이다.
이러한 기능을 수행하기 위한 통합식별자 생성부(300)는 통합식별번호 생성모듈(310), 난수표 DB(320), 통합식별번호 식별모듈(330), 통합식별번호 DB(340), 통합식별번호 제공모듈(350)을 포함할 수 있다.
통합식별번호 생성모듈(310)은 매칭된 식별정보에 따라 상기 스마트헬스 식별정보 중, 스마트헬스 기기 식별정보와 사용자 식별정보에 대한 사용자-디바이스 전용 통합식별번호를 생성하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 즉, 통합식별번호 생성모듈(310)은 입주정보-사용자-디바이스-서비스 식별정보를 통합한 통합식별번호를 생성하는 기능을 수행한다.
난수표 DB(320)는 통합식별번호 생성모듈(310)에 난수를 제공하여 입주정보-사용자-디바이스-서비스 식별정보를 통합한 전용 통합식별번호를 생성하도록 할 수 있다. 이러한 난수표 DB는 신규 사용자 또는 스마트헬스기기 또는 스마트헬스 서비스를 등록/연동시마다 일회성 통합 식별자를 생성하도록 하여 중복을 피하기 위한 구성이다.
통합식별번호 식별모듈(330)은 신규 사용자 또는 기존 사용자의 신규 스마트헬스 서비스 추가 또는 신규 스마트 헬스기기 추가를 식별하여 생성된 입주정보-사용자-디바이스-서비스 식별정보를 통합한 통합식별번호를 식별하여 데이터베이스로 구축하도록 할 수 있다.
통합식별번호 DB(340)는 통합식별번호 식별모듈을 통해 전달받는 입주정보-사용자-디바이스-서비스 식별정보를 통합한 통합식별번호를 저장하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
통합식별번호 제공모듈(350)은 신규 사용자 또는 신규 서비스 등록 또는 신규 디바이스 등록시 통합식별번호 식별모듈(330)을 통해 식별되는 통합식별번호를 통합 식별정보로 외부로 제공하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
제어부(400)는 식별정보 등록부(100), 식별정보 매칭부(200), 통합식별자 생성부(300)를 제어하는 기능을 수행한다.
