Definitions
- the present invention relates to an absorbent article.
- Patent Document 1 discloses both the left and right side portions of the waist portion.
- a single-open pants-type diaper in which one of the two is joined and the other is unjoined is disclosed.
- the target area where the locking part is to be locked is arranged only in a part of the area closer to the other side than the center in the horizontal direction of the front waist part. Therefore, a sufficiently large area where the locking portion can be locked has not been secured. For this reason, the adjustable range of the waistline size of the diaper is narrowed, and there is a problem that the fit of the waistline becomes insufficient or the diaper is displaced after wearing.
- This invention is made
- a main invention for achieving the above object has a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction, and a longitudinal direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, and the front along the transverse direction.

It has been. Specifically, the end 34el is provided between the position of the center line AC and the position shifted to one side by the width W41 from the center line AC. That is, at least a part of the target region 34 is provided on one side of the center line AC. Thereby, the latching
- FIG. 5 shows a case where the end 34el is provided at a position shifted to one side by the width W41 from the center line AC and the target region 34 is most widened to one side.
- FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the locking portion 41 is locked so that the waistline opening 1HB is narrower than in the case of FIG. Since the target area 34 is also provided in an area on one side of the center line AC, the locking portion 41 can be locked at a position shifted to one side of the center line AC. As a result, the overlapping portion of the rear waistline portion 20 and the front waistline portion 30 becomes large, and the waistline opening 1HB can be made smaller accordingly, so that it is possible for a wearer (such as an infant) with a small waistline size. A good fit can be given.
- the entire area of the locking portion 41 is not necessarily overlapped with the target area 34, and it is sufficient that at least some of the areas overlap each other as shown in FIG. 6. However, it is desirable that the entire region of the locking portion 41 overlaps the target region 34 because the larger the area of the overlapping portion of the locking portion 41 and the target region 34, the stronger the engagement between the both.
- FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example in which the target region 34 is expanded to one side in the horizontal direction from the state of FIG.
- the locking portion 41 can be locked at a position greatly shifted to one side from the center line AC (a position shifted largely from W41), and the rear waistline portion 20 and the front waistline portion 30 The overlapping part becomes larger.
- the rear waistline portion 20 and the front waistline portion 30 are locked only by the locking portion 41, and other areas are not fixed.
- the locking portion 41 can be locked by positioning the end 34el of the target region 34 on the inner side of the position shifted to one side by the width W41 from the center line AC.
- the area is restricted so as not to spread excessively on one side.
- it is possible to prevent the area of the overlapping portion of the rear waistline portion 20 and the front waistline portion 30 from becoming excessively large while widening the range in which the locking portion 41 can be locked to one side.
- it can make it difficult to produce position shift.
- the end 34er on the other side in the horizontal direction of the target region 34 is shifted to the one side by the width W41 from the position of the center line AC and the end 30er on the other side in the horizontal direction of the front waistline portion 30. Between. Thereby, the latching
- the end 34er is provided at a position shifted to one side by the width W41 from the end 30er on the other side in the horizontal direction, and the target region 34 is most widened to the other side.
- FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the locking portion 41 is locked so that the waistline opening 1HB is wider than in the case of FIG.
- the overlapping portion between the rear waistline portion 20 and the front waistline portion 30 is very small, and accordingly, the waistline opening 1HB can be formed larger. Thereby, a good fit can be given to a wearer with a large waistline size.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an example in which the target region 34 is expanded from the state of FIG. 5 to the other side in the horizontal direction.
- the target area 34 is expanded to the other side in the horizontal direction, and the other end 34 er of the target area 34 is provided near the other end 30 er in the horizontal direction of the front waistline portion 30.
- a part of the locking portion 41 is more than the end 30er on the other side in the lateral direction of the front waistline portion 30 as shown by the blackened portion in FIG. May protrude to the other side. Since the engaging portion 41 (blacked portion in FIG. 9) that protrudes from the end 30er to the other side is in direct contact with the wearer's skin, the wearer may be uncomfortable. In particular, since the skin of infants and the like is weak, there is a risk that the skin may be damaged when the skin side surface (surface fastener) of the locking portion 41 is in direct contact.
- the position of the end 34er of the target region 34 is shifted to one side by an amount corresponding to the width W41 from the end 30er of the front waistline portion 30, so that the locking portion 41 is moved to the target region 34.
- the locking part 41 does not protrude from the end 30er of the front waistline part 30. Thereby, it is possible to suppress discomfort to the wearer while widening the lockable range of the locking portion 41 on the other side.
- FIG. 10 is a schematic cross-sectional view in the thickness direction for explaining a state in which the locking portion 41 and the target region 34 are locked.
- the absorbent main body 10 In the portion where the locking portion 41 and the target region 34 are locked, the absorbent main body 10, the front waistline portion 30 (target region 34), and the back waistline portion 20 from the skin side in the thickness direction to the non-skin side. (Locking member 40).
- the absorptive main body 10 since the absorptive main body 10 has the absorber 11, it has thickness compared with the front waistline part 30 and the back waistline part 20.
- FIG. Therefore, in the front waistline portion 30, a portion that overlaps the absorbent main body 10 (one side from the end 10er in FIG. 10) and a portion that does not overlap (the other side from the end 10er in FIG. 10) are as shown in FIG. There may be a step. If the target region 34 is provided in such a step portion, the target region 34 may not be maintained flat due to the step portion, and the locking portion 41 may not be securely locked.
- the target region 34 is provided in a region on one side of the end 10er, the target region 34 is easily formed in a planar shape, and the locking portion 41 is easily locked. Further, the region on one side of the end 10er has a high rigidity by overlapping a plurality of members (absorber 11, top sheet 12, back sheet 13) constituting the absorbent main body 10, and the target region 34 is It becomes easy to stabilize to a planar shape. Therefore, it becomes easier to lock the locking portion 41. Further, in this case, since the distance between the other end 34er of the target region 34 and the other end 30er in the lateral direction of the front waistline portion 30 is further increased, the engagement portion 41 protrudes from the end 30er. (See FIG. 9) is less likely.
- the position of the end 34er on the other side in the horizontal direction of the target region 34 may be a position on the inner side in the horizontal direction with respect to the end 11er on the other side in the horizontal direction of the absorber 11. If the absorber 11 and the target region 34 overlap in the lateral direction, the target region 34 is less susceptible to the influence of the step, and the planar shape is more easily maintained by the highly rigid region.
- FIG. 11 is a diagram for explaining the forces acting on both the target region 34 and the locking portion 41 in a locked state.
- the states of the target region 34 and the locking portion 41 are schematically shown for explanation.
- a plurality of locking projections (hooks) are provided on the surface of the locking portion 41, and the hooks are hooked on the fibers (loops) on the surface of the target region 34, thereby engaging with the target region 34.
- the stop 41 is locked.
- an elastic region Y is provided in at least a part of the region on the one side (left side) with respect to the lateral center (center line AC) of the crotch. More specifically, the elastic region Y is provided in a region on one side of the end 34el on the one side in the horizontal direction of the target region 34. And when the front waistline part 30 is pulled by the horizontal direction at the time of wearing of the diaper 1, the elastic region Y expand
- an elastic region X is provided in at least a part of the rear waistline portion 20 of the diaper 1. And when the back waistline part 20 is pulled by the horizontal direction at the time of wear
- the target region 34 since the elastic region Y and the target region 34 do not overlap in the front waistline portion 30 (see FIG. 3), the target region 34 itself is prevented from contracting in the lateral direction by the elastic region Y. That is, the target region 34 is not subjected to a force for contracting the target region 34 itself by the elastic region Y. As a result, the target region 34 is easily kept flat, and is easily engaged with the locking portion 41.
- the maximum length H41 in the vertical direction of the locking portion 41 is the first joint portion 1b that joins the front waistline portion 30 and the rear waistline portion 20 at the end on one side in the horizontal direction. Is shorter than the vertical length H1b (the vertical length of the joining region 30j of the front waistline portion 30).
- the elastic region Y is in a range in which the joining region 30 j (first joining portion 1 b) is formed in the longitudinal direction. That is, the stretching force due to the elastic region Y acts within the range where the first joint 1b is formed in the longitudinal direction.
- the locking part 41 is locked when the locking part 41 is locked to the target region 34.
- the expansion / contraction force by the elastic region Y can be applied to the entire vertical region. Thereby, the force (refer FIG. 11) of a shear direction can be efficiently acted on the target area
- the region where the elastic force by the leg gather elastic member 16 acts and the target region 34 do not overlap. Assuming that the elastic force of the leg gather elastic member 16 acts on the target region 34, the target region 34 is pulled in the vertical direction (downward), so that the surface of the target region 34 is distorted and flat. The shape may not be maintained. In this case, it is difficult to lock the locking portion 41 with respect to the target region 34.
- the target region 34 since the expansion / contraction force by the leg gather elastic member 16 does not act on the target region 34, the target region 34 is prevented from being strained by being pulled in the vertical direction. The region 34 is easy to maintain a planar shape. Therefore, the locking portion 41 can be easily locked with respect to the target region 34.
- the lengths W41, H41, H1b, etc. shown in FIGS. 5 to 8 are compared in a state where the absorbent main body 10, the rear waistline portion 20, and the front waistline portion 30 are extended. is there.
- the “extended state” refers to a state in which the absorbent main body 10 is extended in the vertical direction, and the rear waistline portion 20 and the front waistline portion 30 are extended in the horizontal direction.
- a state in which the longitudinal dimension of the absorbent main body 10 is elongated in the longitudinal direction until the longitudinal dimension is the same as or close to the longitudinal dimension of the topsheet 12, and the lateral direction of the rear waistline portion 20 A state in which the length of the skin side member 21 extends in the lateral direction until the length is equal to or close to the lateral size of the skin side member 21 and the lateral direction of the non-skin side member 22, and the front waistline portion 30 is a state in which the lateral dimension is extended in the lateral direction until the lateral dimension of the skin-side member 31 and the lateral dimension of the non-skin-side member 32 are the same or close to these dimensions. .
- the so-called three-piece disposable diaper 1 is illustrated as an example of the absorbent article, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
- a two-piece type disposable diaper having an exterior sheet in which a rear waistline part and a front waistline part are integrated through a crotch as a first part and an absorbent main body fixed to the skin side surface of the exterior sheet as a second part. There may be.
- the target area 34 has a loop
- the locking part 41 has a hook
- the example in which the locking part 41 is locked to the target area 34 by hooking the hook into the loop has been described.
- the configurations of the target region 34 and the locking portion 41 are not limited to the above-described examples.
- an adhesive member is provided on at least one surface of the target region 34 and the locking portion 41, and both are locked by sticking the adhesive member to the other surface. May be.
- the locking member 40 protrudes in the lateral direction from the rear waistline portion 20 at the time of wearing has been described, but the locking member 40 is folded in a state in which the disposable diaper 1 is manufactured.
- the locking member 40 may be temporarily connected to the front waistline portion 30 by a perforation or the like.
- the elastic region X for ensuring the fit of the diaper 1 is provided, but the elastic region X may be provided only at the upper end of the rear waistline portion 20. Even if it is such a structure, the fitting property of the trunk periphery opening part 1HB required for the diaper 1 can be ensured.
- the rubber threads 23 and 33 are used as the elastic member, but the present invention is not limited to this.
- An elastic nonwoven fabric or the like may be used.
- the region of the rear waistline portion 20 and the front waistline portion 30 that overlaps the absorber 11 is not provided with the rubber threads 23 and 33, but is not limited thereto. You may provide the thread rubbers 23 and 33 in the area
Abstract
