Description

The present application relates to the field of lubricating compositions, especially lubricating compositions for working metal. In particular, the present application relates to aqueous-based lubricating compositions, in particular for working metals, and in particular for metal deformation operations.
For metal working, and especially for deformation operations, in particular on aluminum, there are products based on formulas comprising a solvent and a fatty substance. The solvent generally serves as a vector for depositing the fatty substance useful for lubrication on the surface of the metal, the solvent evaporating during the operation. The solvent also makes it possible to provide good wettability of the surface of the metal giving it the properties necessary for its deformation.
However, these products including solvents can be toxic and therefore pose a potential health risk. The presence of these solvents may also lead to the marketing of labeled products and the need for people using these products to wear protective equipment, including personal protective equipment, when handling the product.
In addition, these solvent-based products can be difficult to clean and therefore require the use of specific and complex cleaning products to handle. There is therefore an interest in providing a lubricating composition, in particular for working metals, to meet the disadvantages of the prior art and in particular limiting the use of solvent, including toxic or potentially toxic solvent.
An object of the present invention is to provide a lubricating composition, especially a lubricating composition for working metals, limiting the use of solvent, in particular of toxic or potentially toxic solvent.
Another object of the invention is to provide such a composition which allows good lubrication, especially of the surface of the metal to be treated.
Another object of the present invention is also to provide such a composition which also makes it possible to obtain a good wettability of the surface to be treated and therefore a homogeneous spread of the active ingredient responsible for the lubrication.
Another objective of the present invention is also to provide such a composition which also makes it possible to facilitate the cleaning of the post-treatment surface, in particular by simple passage with water. An object of the invention is therefore to provide a lubricant composition that provides a good compromise between reduced toxic risk, good lubrication and good wettability. A further object is also to provide such a composition which has sufficient anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties.
Other objectives will appear on reading the description of the invention which follows.
In order to meet the above objectives and the drawbacks cited in the state of the art, the present invention proposes a lubricant composition comprising:
- au moins 70% en poids d'eau ;  at least 70% by weight of water;
- au moins un agent anti-corrosion ; et  at least one anti-corrosion agent; and
