现有的滚筒洗衣机中,洗涤剂投放器包括连接注水管道的贮水盒,贮水盒内有可以推拉的抽屉组件,抽屉组件设有多个室,包括用于洗涤剂存放的洗涤剂盒,用于液体柔软剂存放的柔软剂盒等。在洗涤时,水流从分配器上方淋下,溶解洗涤剂或柔软剂,与水一并进入洗衣筒内。
现有的洗涤剂投放器大多安装在洗衣机箱体内部的上方,位于侧板和顶板的拐角处,现有大部分的安装一般为贮水盒的前端与箱体前板或控制面板连接,贮水盒的侧部与箱体的侧板连接,贮水盒的后端和另一个侧部悬空设置,没有任何连接结构,导致贮水盒的前端和连接的一个侧部受力较大,且整个贮水盒受力不均匀。
贮水盒与箱体前板或控制面板大多使用螺钉连接,至少两处,可以推拉的抽屉组件与箱体前板或控制面板配合时需要定位结构,至少两处,用户拉开抽屉组件时,多处螺钉和定位结构都暴露在用户面前,用户的整体感觉会很杂乱。
且一般注水管都接在洗衣机的后部,通过软管连接到贮水盒上,之间需要设置控制管路通断的电磁阀,软管多为橡胶软管,而电磁阀周围设置过多的橡胶软管会存在安全隐患。
鉴于此提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,安装方便,整体性好。
为了实现该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,所述投放器包括:贮水盒、可推拉进出贮水盒的抽屉组件,所述贮水盒安装在箱体内的上部
与箱体前板配合,且配合处设有抽屉组件的进出口,所述贮水盒的前端与箱体前板内侧固定连接,所述抽屉组件与箱体前板外侧配合,所述贮水盒与所述箱体前板的固定处与所述抽屉组件与所述箱体前板的定位处位于同一位置。
所述抽屉组件包括抽屉面板和抽屉本体,抽屉本体推入贮水盒内后抽屉面板的内侧与箱体前板的外侧配合,所述抽屉面板的内侧设有第一定位凸起,所述箱体前板的外侧设有第一定位凹部,第一定位凸起与第一定位凹部配合,第一定位凹部的端部与贮水盒固定。
所述贮水盒对应箱体前板第一定位凹部的端部设有安装部,所述安装部上设有螺纹孔,所述第一定位凹部底部设有安装孔,所述螺纹孔与安装孔配合后通过螺钉连接。
所述第一定位凸起的侧壁上设有向侧壁外凸起的定位卡凸,所述第一定位凹槽内部的侧壁上设有与定位卡凸配合的定位卡槽,所述定位卡凸与定位卡槽配合,阻止抽屉面板脱离箱体前板。
所述箱体前板的内侧设有第二定位凸起,所述贮水盒的对应位置设有第二定位凹部,所述第二定位凹部与第二定位凸起配合,以实现贮水盒与箱体前板的定位。
所述第二定位凸起包括一圆柱形的定位柱和一片状的定位片,所述第二定位凹部为与第二定位凸起相同形状的凹槽,所述定位片在长度方向与以定位柱中心为圆心通过定位片的圆相切。
其中一个第一定位凹部的端部设有圆形凹槽,对应的所述贮水盒的安装部为柱形的安装部,柱形的安装部嵌入圆形凹槽实现定位,圆形凹槽内设有安装孔,柱形的安装部上设有螺纹孔,螺钉孔与安装孔配合后螺钉连接。
所述箱体前板的内侧设有凸出箱体前板的片状的定位片,对应的贮水盒的端部设有与片状的定位片配合的矩形的凹槽,所述矩形凹槽的长度与片状定位片的长度相对应以实现定位,所述矩形凹槽的宽度大于所述定位片的厚度,优选所述片状的定位片设置在箱体前板第一定位凹部的下方,所述矩形的凹槽设置在所述贮水盒的安装部的下方。
所述箱体前板的外侧、第二开口的周围设有抽屉面板的安装凹部,所述抽屉面板与安装凹部配合,以使抽屉面板与箱体前板外侧平齐。
所述箱体前板的内侧第一开口的周围设有一圈裙边,所述贮水盒的端部直径大于内部直径,直径突变处形成台阶,所述裙边搭接在所述台阶处以实现贮水盒与箱体前板的
配合。
采用本发明所述的技术方案后,带来以下有益效果:贮水盒与所述箱体前板的固定处与所述抽屉组件与所述箱体前板的定位处位于同一位置,既可实现贮水盒与箱体前板的连接,又能实现抽屉组件与箱体前板的配合,且固定和定位的位置至少减少一半,外观上减少了连接结构的数量,同时将固定结构隐藏到了箱体内部,给用户的直观感觉整体性好。本发明中将贮水盒延长,贮水盒的前、后两端均与箱体连接,连接可靠,同时延长的部分集成设置进水水路和进水口,洗衣机的进水管通过电磁阀后直接接到进水口上,通过进水口、进水水路流至抽屉组件的功能区域,通过贮水盒的贮水槽出水口。避免使用过多的橡胶软管,降低起火可能性。

本发明所述一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,所述投放器包括:贮水盒1、可推拉进出贮水盒的抽屉组件2,所述贮水盒1安装在箱体内的上部与箱体前板3配合,且配合处设有抽屉组件2的进出口44,所述贮水盒1对应箱体前板3处设有第一开口40,所述箱体前板3设有第二开口41,第一开口40与第二开口41配合后形成抽屉组件2的进出口44,所述抽屉组件2通过所述进出口44进出贮水盒1,拉出贮水盒1后向抽屉组件2内添加洗涤剂,推进贮水盒1后抽屉组件2与所述箱体前板3配合,所述贮水盒1的前端25与箱体前板3内侧固定连接,所述抽屉组件2与箱体前板3外侧配合,所述贮水盒1与所述箱体前板3的固定处与所述抽屉组件2与所述箱体前板3的定位处位于同一位置,既可实现贮水盒1与箱体前板3的连接,又能实现抽屉组件2与箱体前板3的配合,且固定和定位的位置至少减少一半,给用户的直观感觉整体性好,所述箱体前板3可以为箱体的前面板也可以为箱体的控制面板39。
抽屉组件2包括抽屉面板7和抽屉本体6,抽屉本体6内设置各个洗涤剂的分区存储空间,抽屉面板7位于抽屉本体6的一端用于封堵抽屉组件2的进出口44,抽屉本体6推入贮水盒1内后抽屉面板7的内侧与箱体前板3的外侧配合,与箱体前板3形成高度一致的平面或曲面,所述抽屉面板7的内侧设有第一定位凸起8,所述箱体前板3的外侧设有第一定位凹部9,第一定位凸起8与第一定位凹部9配合,实现抽屉组件的定位,避免在洗涤或脱水过程中洗衣机的振动引起抽屉组件和贮水盒1或者箱体前板3之间发生碰撞而产生噪音,第一定位凹部9的端部与贮水盒1固定,可实现贮水盒1与箱体前板3之间的固定,外观上减少了连接结构的数量,同时第一定位凹部9的端部与贮水盒2固定,将固定结构隐藏到了箱体内部。
贮水盒1的前端25,也就是对应箱体前板3第一定位凹部9的端部设有安装部10,所述安装部10上设有螺纹孔11,所述第一定位凹部9内端部设有安装孔12,所述螺纹孔11与安装孔12配合后通过螺钉连接。固定时将贮水盒1的安装部10的螺纹孔12对准第一定位凹部9的安装孔12,由外向内通过螺钉实现连接,安装简便,同时螺钉隐藏
入第一定位凹部9的内部,用户不会看到暴露在外面的螺钉。
上述结构既实现了贮水盒1与箱体前板3的连接,又能实现抽屉面板7与箱体前板3的配合,且连接位置至少减少一半,且将起固定作用的螺钉隐藏在定位凹部内,给用户的直观感觉整体性好。
第一定位凸起8的侧壁上设有向侧壁外凸起的定位卡凸13,所述第一定位凹部内的侧壁上设有与定位卡凸13配合的定位卡槽14,所述定位卡凸13与定位卡槽14配合,阻止抽屉面板7脱离箱体前板3。所述定位卡凸13沿抽屉组件的推拉方向平滑升至最高点后平滑降至第一定位凸起8的侧壁上,向内推抽屉组件时,稍用力定位卡凸13被推进定位卡槽14内,向外拉抽屉组件2时需要稍用力才能将定位卡凸13从定位卡槽14内脱出,洗涤或脱水时,洗衣机震动,定位卡凸13和定位卡槽14配合能够防止抽屉面板7脱离箱体前板3造成抽屉组件2脱离贮水盒1,抽屉组件2和箱体前板3的配合更加牢固。
贮水盒1如果与箱体前板3的位置出现偏移,会导致抽屉面板7和箱体前板3的配合出现错位,洗衣机外表面就会不平整,还可能导致抽屉面板7的第一定位凸起8不能插进箱体前板3的第一定位凹部9,所以贮水盒1与箱体前板3的定位很重要,箱体前板3的内侧设有第二定位凸起15/第二定位凹部16,所述贮水盒的对应位置设有第二定位凹部16/第二定位凸起15,所述第二定位凹部16与第二定位凸起15配合,以实现贮水盒1与箱体前板3的定位,使抽屉组件2更好的进出贮水盒2,抽屉组件2的抽屉面板7更好的与箱体前板3配合。
所述第二定位凸起15包括一圆柱形的定位柱17和一片状的定位片18,所述第二定位凹部16为与第二定位凸起15相同形状的定位凹槽,所述定位片在长度方向与以定位柱17中心为圆心通过定位片18的圆相切。圆柱形的定位柱17与定位凹槽配合后,贮水盒2与箱体前板3之间不能相对移动,只能相对转动,且是绕圆柱形定位柱17的圆形转动,再加上圆周方向设置的定位片18的两端的定位后,贮水盒2与箱体前板3之间不能相对移动,也不能相对转动。
第一定位凹部16一般左右各设一个,其中一个第一定位凹部16的端部设有圆形凹槽19,对应的所述贮水盒2的安装部为柱形安装部20,柱形的安装部嵌入圆形凹槽实现定位,圆形凹槽19内设有安装孔12,柱形安装部20上设有螺纹孔11,螺纹孔11与安装孔10配合后螺钉连接。安装部既起到固定的作用又起到定位的作用,即箱体前板3
与抽屉面板7的定位、箱体前板3与贮水盒1的定位、箱体前板3与贮水盒1的的固定都位于同一位置,安装方便。
箱体前板3的内侧设有凸出箱体前板3的片状的定位片18,对应的贮水盒1的端部设有与片状的定位片18配合的矩形凹槽21,所述矩形凹槽21的长度与片状的定位片18的长度相对应以实现定位,所述矩形凹槽21的宽度大于所述定位片18的厚度,方便定位片18的安装,也可避免由于圆柱形的定位柱17的加工误差造成的无法装配的情况,优选所述片状的定位片18设置在箱体前板第一定位凹部9的下方,所述矩形凹槽21设置在所述贮水盒1的安装部的下方。
箱体前板3的外侧、第二开口41的周围设有抽屉面板7的安装凹部22,所述抽屉面板7与安装凹部22配合,以使抽屉面板7与箱体前板3外侧平齐。
箱体面板3的内侧第一开口40的周围设有一圈裙边23,所述贮水盒1的端部直径大于内部直径,直径突变处形成台阶24,所述裙边23搭接在所述台阶24处以实现贮水盒1与箱体前板3的平整配合,以使得抽屉组件2顺畅进出贮水盒1。
贮水盒前端和箱体前板或控制面板、抽屉面板的配合定位以及固定,通过控制面板上的两个凹孔,此两个凹孔能够给抽屉面板定位,同时两个凹孔内设置有螺钉的安装孔,此方案能够实现在外观上最少的孔满足定位和固定的要求。
本发明中贮水盒1为长条状结构,所述贮水盒1的前端25与箱体的前端连接,贮水盒1的后端26与箱体的后端连接,具体的贮水盒1的前端25与箱体前板3连接,贮水盒1的后端26与箱体后板4连接,贮水盒1的前、后两端均与箱体连接,连接可靠。
贮水/1的后端26延伸至箱体后板4,搭接在所述箱体后板4上。所述箱体后板4的上部水平翻折形成翻边27,所述贮水盒1的后端26搭接在所述翻边27上,通过固定结构连接。所述贮水盒1的后端26与翻边27上分别设有安装孔,安装孔配合后通过螺栓连接,所述安装孔中一个为圆孔另一个为长圆孔28。箱体在安装的时候会产生一定的变形,如果两个孔都为圆孔,箱体变形后两个孔就对应不上,无法安装,其中一个设置成长圆孔允许有一定的形变,有一定的形变后仍然能安装在一起。
贮水盒1包括贮水槽31和贮水槽上盖32,所述贮水槽31和贮水槽上盖32配合后固定连接,所述贮水槽上盖32后端延伸至箱体后板4处,搭接在所述箱体后板4上,与箱体后板4连接。贮水槽31的中部靠近箱体侧板5处向上延伸后向外弯折形成一侧板安装部42,所述侧板安装部42搭接在所述箱体侧板5的上部后二者固定连接,进一
步保证贮水盒1的连接可靠性。
贮水盒前端的定位和固定以及后部直接搭接在箱体上的定位形式能够确保投放器在箱体上的定位与理论位置最大程度的接近,最大程度的缓解了箱体变形以及其他部件尺寸公差等给定位带来的直接影响而导致的控制面板和抽屉面板的配合精细化。同时增加了投放器自身的固定强度。
本发明所述贮水盒1的上部集成设置进水水路29和进水口30。贮水盒1包括贮水槽31和贮水槽上盖32,所述贮水槽31和贮水槽上盖32配合后固定连接,所述贮水槽上盖32后端延伸至箱体后板4处,搭接在所述箱体后板4上,与箱体后板4连接。优选在所述贮水槽上盖32上集成设置进水水路29,贮水槽上盖32后端设置进水口30。现有洗衣机中注水管都接在洗衣机的后部,通过软管连接到贮水盒1的相应位置上,由于电磁阀周围设置过多的橡胶软管会存在安全隐患,本发明中将进水水路29和进水口30集成设置在贮水盒上,洗衣机的进水管通过电磁阀后直接接到进水口30上,通过进水口30、进水水路29流至抽屉组件2的功能区域,通过贮水盒1的贮水槽出水口43。避免使用过多的橡胶软管,降低起火可能性。
贮水盒1包括贮水槽31和贮水槽上盖32,所述贮水槽31和贮水槽上盖32配合后固定连接,所述贮水槽上盖32后端延伸至箱体后板4处,搭接在所述箱体后板4上,与箱体后板4连接。
贮水盒1设置在箱体内的上部靠近箱体的一个侧板,所述贮水槽上盖32的后端覆盖住贮水槽31后远离所述箱体侧板5的一侧继续向后延伸至箱体后板4,搭接在所述箱体后板4上与箱体5后板连接。
贮水槽上盖32向后延伸的部分上集成设置进水口30,所述贮水槽上盖32向后延伸的部分与所述箱体侧板2形成一区域,所述进水口30朝向该区域设置。该区域提供电磁阀的安装位置,电磁阀设置在该区域内,充分利用空间。
贮水槽上盖32包括上下设置的第一层33和第二层34,下部设置的第一层的上方设置流道,上部设置的第一层为一盖板,所述盖板与第一层的上方的流道配合形成进水水路29。所述进水水路29将水流从进水口30引导至贮水盒中抽屉组件2的各个功能区域将洗涤剂等冲刷进洗涤筒。
第二层34的上方还设有第三层35,所述第二层34的上方设置流道,所述第三层35为一盖板,所述盖板与第二层上方的流道配合形成进水水路。由于水路之间不能交叉,
而贮水槽上盖32的面积又有限,有一些离进水口较远的功能区域很难到达,所以在第二层的上方设第三层,第三层35与第二层34配合在第二层的上方设置流道,通过该流道将水流引导至离进水口较远的地方,相当于设置了双层水路,充分利用立体空间。
进水水路29包括洗涤剂冲洗水路、柔顺剂冲洗水路、消毒剂冲洗水路中的一种或多种,所述进水口30包括洗涤剂冲洗水路、柔顺剂冲洗水路、消毒剂冲洗水路中的一种或多种的进水口,所述进水水路29一端与进水口30连接,另一端延伸至抽屉组件2中放置洗涤剂、柔顺剂、消毒剂等的相应区域的上方,且设有出水口。进水水路将水流分别从进水口引导至洗涤剂、柔顺剂、消毒剂等的相应区域的上方将洗涤剂、柔顺剂、消毒剂等冲刷进贮水盒1,经贮水盒出水口43流入洗涤筒。
贮水盒上盖32后端集成设置有烘干冷凝管供水管路,所述烘干冷凝管供水管路在贮水盒后端由靠近所述箱体侧板5至远离所述箱体侧板5设置,靠近所述箱体侧板5端设置烘干冷凝管供水管路进水口36,远离所述箱体侧板5端设置烘干冷凝管供水管路出水口37。集成设置的烘干冷凝管供水管路替换了橡胶软管,降低安全隐患存在的可能性。
贮水盒上盖32后端还集成有冷凝通道38,所述冷凝通道38由交错设置的挡板形成的迷宫式的冷凝通道38,所述冷凝通道上设有热气进口和冷凝水出口,所述冷凝水出口正对贮水盒。洗衣机内有蒸汽时可通过热气进口进入冷凝通道,通过很长的弯曲的冷凝通道的冷凝,将蒸汽冷凝成水在经冷凝水出口流出,冷凝通道的设置可避免洗衣机内部产生大量的蒸汽,压力升高对内部零部件的损坏。
功能集成的贮水槽上盖,将所有功能水路接口集中在后部,同时将进水水路集成到加长的搭接悬臂上;减少了大量的EPDM(三元乙丙橡胶)软管使生产安装更简洁,降低材料和工艺成本,同时增加了水火电的安全性。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下,还可以做出多种变形和改进,这也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

- 一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,其特征在于:所述投放器包括:贮水盒、可推拉进出贮水盒的抽屉组件,所述贮水盒安装在箱体内的上部与箱体前板配合,且配合处设有抽屉组件的进出口,所述贮水盒的前端与箱体前板内侧固定连接,所述抽屉组件与箱体前板外侧配合,所述贮水盒与所述箱体前板的固定处与所述抽屉组件与所述箱体前板的定位处位于同一位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,其特征在于:所述抽屉组件包括抽屉面板和抽屉本体,抽屉本体推入贮水盒内后抽屉面板的内侧与箱体前板的外侧配合,所述抽屉面板的内侧设有第一定位凸起,所述箱体前板的外侧设有第一定位凹部,第一定位凸起与第一定位凹部配合,第一定位凹部的内端部与贮水盒固定连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,其特征在于:所述贮水盒对应箱体前板第一定位凹部设有安装部,所述安装部上设有螺纹孔,所述第一定位凹部底部设有安装孔,所述螺纹孔与安装孔配合后通过螺钉连接。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,其特征在于:所述第一定位凸起的侧壁上设有向侧壁外凸起的定位卡凸,所述第一定位凹槽内部的侧壁上设有与定位卡凸配合的定位卡槽,所述定位卡凸与定位卡槽配合,阻止抽屉面板脱离箱体前板。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,其特征在于:所述箱体前板的内侧设有第二定位凸起/第二定位凹部,所述贮水盒的对应位置设有第二定位凹部/第二定位凸起,所述第二定位凹部与第二定位凸起配合,以实现贮水盒与箱体前板的定位。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,其特征在于:所述第二定位凸起包括一圆柱形的定位柱和一片状的定位片,所述第二定位凹部为与第二定位凸起相同形状的凹槽,所述定位片在长度方向与以定位柱中心为圆心通过定位片的圆相切。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,其特征在于:其中一个贮水盒的安装部为柱形的安装部形成第二定位凸起的定位柱,第一定位凹部的端部设有圆形凹槽,柱形的安装部嵌入圆形凹槽实现定位,优选圆形凹槽内设有安装孔,柱形的 安装部上设有螺纹孔,螺钉孔与安装孔配合后螺钉连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,其特征在于:所述箱体前板的内侧设有向内凸出箱体前板的片状的定位片,对应的贮水盒的端部设有与片状的定位片配合的矩形的凹槽,优选所述矩形凹槽的长度与片状定位片的长度相对应以实现定位,所述矩形凹槽的宽度大于所述定位片的厚度,优选所述片状的定位片设置在箱体前板第一定位凹部的下方,所述矩形的凹槽设置在所述贮水盒的安装部的下方。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,其特征在于:所述箱体前板的外侧、第二开口的周围设有抽屉面板的安装凹部,所述抽屉面板与安装凹部配合,以使抽屉面板与箱体前板外侧平齐。
- 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种洗涤剂投放器的安装结构,其特征在于:所述箱体前板的内侧第一开口的周围设有一圈裙边,所述贮水盒的端部直径大于内部直径,直径突变处形成台阶,所述裙边伸入贮水盒内搭接在所述台阶处以实现贮水盒与箱体前板的配合。
