[0034] 进一步地, 如图 3至图 5所示, 接线柱 31还包括内藏于壳体 10内的内藏部 (图中 未标注) , 压线孔 312幵设于内藏部, 其中, 壳体 10在与压线孔 312对应的位置 处幵设有引导孔 12, 压线紧固件 32经引导孔 12并穿设至压线孔 312, 且压线紧固 件 32封堵引导孔 12和压线孔 312。 基于此结构, 在确保压线紧固件 32能够方便、 快捷地进行锁紧线缆电导线的前提下, 通过压线紧固件 32对引导孔 12的封堵, 防止了尘埃从第一外接孔口 11进入到壳体 10内; 在本实施中, 引导孔 12孔轴的 轴线与压线孔 312孔轴的轴线相互垂直, 且引导孔 12孔轴的轴线经过压线孔 312 孔轴的轴线。

[0037] 在本发明中, 如图 3至图 5所示, 接线盲孔 311的幵孔方向朝向中间导电件 20, 接线盲孔 311的孔底幵设有贯通至壳体 10内的第一通孔 313, 中间导电件 20于第 一通孔 313的相应位置处幵设有第二螺孔 21, 接线柱 31与中间导电件 20的连接通 过第一螺钉 33与第二螺孔 21螺接来实现。 基于此结构, 通过第一螺钉 33的旋紧 来实现接线柱 31与中间导电件 20的连接, 使得接线柱 31与中间导电件 20之间的 连接无需采用线缆连接, 而采用线缆连接, 线缆容易出现被扯断的情况, 因此 , 采用本发明的结构, 有利于标准化生产, 提高生产效率。 当然, 在实施中, 第一通孔 313也幵设有与第一螺钉 33螺接配合的内螺纹, 以提高接线柱 31与中间 导电件 20之间的连接稳定性。
[0038] 在本发明中, 如图 4和图 5所示, 壳体 10还幵设有第二外接孔口 14, 该线缆接线 模块包括用于遮挡第二外接孔口 14的防尘组件 40。 基于此结构, 并结合前述的 所有结构, 放置有线缆端连接端子 30的第二外接孔口 14, 由线缆端连接端子 30 进行防尘, 而为防止有线缆端连接端子 30的第二外接孔口 14, 则由防尘组件 40 进行防尘, 也即是第一外接孔口 11和第二外接孔口 14都进行防尘设计, 使得该 线缆接线模块尚未被使用之前, 如运输过程中, 都能够防止尘埃进入到壳体 10 内, 使该线缆接线模块具有 IP30的防护等级。 此外, 再结合前述的所有结构, 在 保证该线路接线模块具有良好的防尘性能的前提下, 使该线路接线模块还能连 接其他结构的线缆端连接端子 30, 如设备端线缆端连接端子 30, 作为设备端线 缆端连接端子 30, 为尽量减少在设备内线缆的使用, 并标准化设备内的零部件 , 该设备端线缆端连接端子 30可采用导电杆, 导电杆可直接从第二外接孔口 14 插入, 并与壳体 10内的中间导电件 20连接, 在本实施中, 如图 1、 图 4和图 5所示 , 在导电杆再由导杆紧固件 51进行紧固, 当然, 在具体实施中, 根据实际实用 新型设计导杆紧固件 51的具体结构即可, 在此不做限定。
[0039] 具体地, 防尘组件 40包括防尘门体 41以及在弹性恢复力的作用下驱动门闭合第 二外接孔口 14的闭门装置 42。 基于此结构, 当第二外接孔口 14插有导电杆吋, 防尘门体 41在闭门装置 42的弹性恢复力作用下件该闭门第二外接孔口 14; 当然 , 对防尘门体 41施加外力并克服闭门装置 42的弹性恢复力, 即可打幵该第二外 接孔口 14, 并可让设备端连接端子经该第二外接孔口 14, 并与中间导电件 20连 接。
[0040] 进一步地, 防尘门体 41的侧边设有旋转轴, 并通过旋转轴可 (能够) 旋转连接 于壳体 10内侧; 闭门装置 42通过其弹性恢复力驱动防尘门体 41绕旋转轴旋转, 并在壳体 10内侧闭合第二外接孔口 14。 基于此结构, 如在该第二外接孔口 14处 放置设备端连接端子, 则在安装该设备端连接端子的过程中, 直接通过该设备 端连接端子向壳体 10内侧方向抵接防尘门体 41, 并克服闭门装置 42的弹性恢复 力即将将设备端连接端子安装至该线路接线模块, 而无需预先打幵该第二外接 孔口 14; 在本实施中, 闭门装置 42为扭簧, 且扭簧一端抵接于壳体 10内侧, 另 一侧抵接防尘门体 41, 该结构简单, 便于生产制造。
[0041] 本发明中, 第一外接孔口 11设有两个, 而第二外接孔口设有一个 1, 基于此可 实现一进二出的呢放哪干个; 此外, 第一外接孔口 11设有三个以上吋, 可以使 得该线缆接线模块具有一进多出的功能, 以满足不同的实际使用需求, 并提高 该线路连接模块的通用性。

权利要求书
一种线缆接线模块, 其特征在于, 包括壳体、 设于所述壳体内的中间 导电件、 以及与所述中间导电件连接的线缆端连接端子, 所述壳体设 有连通所述壳体内外且至少设有两个的第一外接孔口, 所述第一外接 孔口放置有所述线缆端连接端子, 所述线缆端连接端子包括压线紧固 件, 以及设于所述第一外接孔口并封堵所述第一外接孔口的接线柱, 所述接线柱在外露于所述壳体的外露部幵设用于供线缆电导线插入的 接线盲孔, 所述接线柱设有连通至所述接线盲孔的压线孔, 所述压线 紧固件穿设于所述压线孔, 且沿所述压线孔向所述接线盲孔移动以将 所述线缆电导线压紧于所述接线盲孔。
如权利要求 1所述的线缆接线模块, 其特征在于, 所述壳体的外表面 幵设有防护槽, 所述外露部设于所述防护槽内。
如权利要求 1所述的线缆接线模块, 其特征在于, 所述接线柱还包括 内藏于所述壳体内的内藏部, 所述压线孔幵设于所述内藏部, 其中, 所述壳体在与所述压线孔对应的位置处幵设有弓 I导孔, 所述压线紧固 件经所述弓 I导孔并穿设至所述压线孔, 且所述压线紧固件封堵所述弓 I 导孔和压线孔。
如权利要求 3所述的线缆接线模块, 其特征在于, 所述压线紧固件呈 杆状设置, 并设有压线外螺纹, 所述压线孔和所述引导孔均设有与所 述压线外螺纹配合的压线内螺纹。
如权利要求 4所述的线缆接线模块, 其特征在于, 所述压线紧固件背 离所述接线柱设有供旋钮的手柄或用于与螺丝刀配合的螺丝头。
如权利要求 1所述的线缆接线模块, 其特征在于, 所述接线盲孔的幵 孔方向朝向所述中间导电件, 所述接线盲孔的孔底幵设有贯通至所述 壳体内的第一通孔, 所述中间导电件于所述第一通孔的相应位置处幵 设有第二螺孔, 所述接线柱与所述中间导电件的连接通过第一螺钉与 第二螺孔螺接来实现。
如权利要求 1所述的线缆接线模块, 其特征在于, 所述壳体还幵设有 第二外接孔口; 所述线缆接线模块包括用于遮挡所述第二外接孔口的 防尘组件。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 7所述的线缆接线模块, 其特征在于, 所述防尘组件包括 转动连接于所述壳体的防尘门体以及在弹性恢复力的作用下驱动所述 防尘门体旋转闭合所述第二外接孔口的闭门装置。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 8所述的线缆接线模块, 其特征在于, 所述防尘门体的侧 边设有旋转轴, 并通过所述旋转轴可旋转连接于所述壳体内侧; 所述 闭门装置通过其弹性恢复力驱动所述防尘门体绕所述旋转轴旋转, 并 在所述壳体内侧闭合所述第二外接孔口。
[权利要求 10] —种电控设备, 其特征在于, 包括如权利要求 1至 9中任意一项所述的 线缆接线模块。
