本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及视频播放过程中插播广告的方法及装置。
背景技术
伴随着互联网的快速发展,网络视频越来越多,同时嵌入到网络视频中的广告也随处可见,而播放广告与用户观看视频是矛盾的。通常视频网站普遍将广告添加到视频开始播放或者视频播放的中间时段且时间较长,比如60-90秒,从而致使用户观看视频时的体验大打折扣。此外,在用户极度厌恶观看广告的情况下所播放的广告也并不一定能起到宣传作用,同时,很多用户在遇到广告时会转而做其他事情而完全忽略广告的存在,因而现有方法并不能减少或避免广告提供商与视频用户之间的矛盾。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种视频播放过程中插播广告的方法及装置,旨在解决现有技术中在视频中播放广告进而影响用户观看体验的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种视频播放过程中插播广告的方法,包括步骤:
播放视频时,在视频图层上加载至少一悬浮窗,每一所述悬浮窗内嵌有一广告资源;
实时检测用户是否发出插播广告指令以及用户选择的广告资源;
提供多个广告插播模式供用户选择并检测用户当前选择的广告插播模式;根据检测结果加载并以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源,其中,所述广告插播模式包括同步播放模式、异步播放模式以及弹框模式;
当用户选择同步播放模式时,所述以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源包括:开启预设播放器并通过所述预设播放器播放所述广告资源,同时控制当前播放的视频在所述广告资源的播放过程中处于静音播放状态、以及在所述广告资源播放结束后恢复正常播放状态;
当用户选择异步播放模式时,所述以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源为: 开启预设播放器并通过所述预设播放器播放所述广告资源,同时控制当前播放的视频在所述广告资源的播放过程中处于暂停播放状态、以及在所述广告资源播放结束后恢复正常播放状态;
当用户选择弹框模式时,所述以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源为:在所述视频图层上显示弹出框并在所述弹出框内显示所述广告资源。
优选地,所述实时检测用户是否发出插播广告指令以及用户选择的广告资源具体为:
实时检测各所述悬浮窗是否被选中,若至少一所述悬浮窗被选中,则用户发出插播广告指令,且用户选择的广告资源为被选中的所述悬浮窗所对应的广告资源。
优选地,所述视频播放过程中插播广告的方法还包括:
监测当前播放的视频是否满足预设的即将播放结束条件;
若当前播放的视频满足预设的即将播放结束条件,则统计所述视频的播放过程中插播的广告资源的总播放时长;
判断所述总播放时长是否小于预设时长阈值;
若所述总播放时长小于所述预设时长阈值,则在当前播放的视频播放结束时,加载并播放所述悬浮窗内嵌的所述广告资源。

监测当前播放的视频是否满足预设的即将播放结束条件;
若当前播放的视频满足预设的即将播放结束条件,则统计所述视频的播放过程中插播的广告资源的总播放时长;

若所述总播放时长小于所述预设时长阈值,则在当前播放的视频播放结束时,加载并播放所述悬浮窗内嵌的所述广告资源。

与现有技术相比,本发明在播放视频的视频图层上添加至少一个悬浮窗,同时通过用户所触发的插播广告指令以及用户选择的广告资源来加载并播放用户选中的广告资源,也即本发明中将播放广告的选择权(包括选择播放的广告内容及播放时间)交于用户,由用户自由选择合适的播放时间播放自己所喜欢的广告内容,从而缓和了广告提供商播放广告与用户观看视频之间的矛盾,提升了用户观看体验。

参照图1,图1为本发明视频播放过程中插播广告的方法第一实施例的流程示意图。本实施例中,所述视频播放过程中插播广告的方法包括:
步骤S110,播放视频时,在视频图层上加载至少一悬浮窗,每一所述悬浮窗内嵌有一广告资源;
本实施例中,悬浮窗的数量、位置、大小、形状、颜色、透明度等各种参数的设置不限,具体根据实际需要进行设置。例如,当前视频网站可以提供五种不同广告,因此可相应设置五个悬浮窗,每一悬浮窗的位置可以随机摆放或者固定摆放;为便于用户触控且不影响用户观看视频,可将悬浮窗设置在播放器的边缘位置且悬浮窗的尺寸可以设置得尽量小,比如设置为边长为1厘米的正方形;比如,可对悬浮窗进行颜色、形状等设置,从而便于用户区分所加载的不同广告(比如内容不同或者播放时长不同)。
此外,本实施例中所述的视频图层具体是指当前播放视频所在的显示图层,因此在视频图层上加载若干悬浮窗,也即将加载的悬浮窗显示在视频图层之上,也即视频播放器显示层的最上层。
此外,本实施例中,为便于用户选择所需要插播的广告,在每一悬浮窗内嵌有一广告资源,该广告资源的设置形式不限,比如为待播放的广告,或者为待播放的广告所对应的加载路径等。本实施例中优选嵌入广告链接(比如URL),从而通过悬浮窗上所嵌入的广告链接即可直接加载相应广告。需要说明的是,该广告链接的嵌入设置方式不限,例如在视频播放前由用户预先设置固定的广告链接,或者在视频播放时自动加载指定的广告链接或随机加载广告链接。
步骤S120,实时检测用户是否发出插播广告指令以及用户选择的广告资源;
本实施例中,发出插播广告指令与选择广告资源既可以是分别独立进行,或者也可以是由同一触控操作所触发,具体根据实际需要进行设置。比如用户在选择广告资源的同时,也触发发出插播广告指令。
可选的,步骤S120具体为:实时检测各所述悬浮窗是否被选中,若至少一所述悬浮窗被选中,则用户发出插播广告指令,且用户选择的广告资源为被选中的所述悬浮窗所对应的广告资源。该具体实施例中,用户可以同时选择一个或多个悬浮窗,而若用户所选中的悬浮窗中嵌入有广告链接,则当该悬浮窗被选中时,触发发出插播广告指令,同时通过该广告链接,选中该悬浮窗所对应的广告资源。
步骤S130,根据检测结果加载并播放用户选中的广告资源。
本实施例中,广告加载操作具体由用户所触发,比如在视频播放过程中,用户通过遥控器或鼠标等设备点击某一悬浮窗时则触发加载与该悬浮窗相对应的广告资源,并且在当前播放视频的视频图层上进行播放。
本实施例中,对于所加载的广告的设置不限,具体根据实际需要进行设置。例如,当检测到悬浮窗被选中时,将通过该悬浮窗上所嵌入的广告连接加载对应广告资源,或者将生成一广告请求消息发送至预设服务器,由服务器随机选择一广告资源以响应加载广告请求。
进一步可选的,本实施例中所述悬浮窗的状态可变,且所述悬浮窗的初始状态为不可见状态,当所述视频图层上检测到用户操作时,所述悬浮窗由不可见状态切换为可见状态。该实施例中所述的不可见状态具体是指悬浮窗不能被用户所看见的一种状态,比如悬浮窗为透明状态或者隐藏于视频播放界面边缘位置。例如,在视频播放过程中,当检测到用户操作(比如移动鼠标、单击、双击等)时,将所述悬浮窗由不可见状态(比如透明状态)转换为可见状态。此外,为不影响用户观看体验,可设置悬浮窗在不同情况下的透明状态。比如,在用户观看视频或者无用户操作时,所有悬浮窗都为透明状态,而当检测到用户输入事件时,则悬浮窗由透明的不可见状态转换为可见状态(比如半透明的可见状态),比如用户通过鼠标或遥控器等设备输入点击指令、移动指令等操作时,则悬浮窗由透明的不可见状态转换为可见状态。
本实施例中,通过在播放视频的视频图层上添加至少一个悬浮窗,同时通过用户所触发的插播广告指令以及用户选择的广告资源以加载并播放用户选中的广告资源,实现了将播放广告的选择权(包括选择播放的广告内容及播放时间)交于用户,由用户自由选择合适的播放时间播放自己所喜欢的广告内容,从而缓和了广告提供商播放广告与用户观看视频之间的矛盾,提升了用户观看体验。
参照图2,图2为本发明视频播放过程中插播广告的方法第二实施例的流程示意图。基于上述实施例,本实施例中,在步骤S130之前还包括:

本实施例中,优选所述广告插播模式包括同步播放模式、异步播放模式以及弹框模式,其中,不同广告插播模式所对应的广告播放处理方式不同。本实施例中,同步播放具体是指当前播放的视频与加载的广告同时播放;而异步播放具体是指当前播放的视频与加载的广告非同时播放;而弹框模式具体是指弹出显示框并在显示框内显示广告资源,该显示的广告资源内容不限,比如可以为演员表、用户评论、用户互动等。
此外,本实施例中,步骤S130具体为:根据检测结果加载并以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源。
本实施例中,步骤S131、S132与上述实施例中步骤S110、S120之间的执行顺序不限,具体根据实际需要进行设置。例如步骤S131在步骤S110之前执行,而步骤S132在步骤S120之后执行,也即可由用户在播放视频时预先进行广告插播模式的选择与设置,而在用户发出插播广告指令后直接检测用户当前选择的广告插播模式。或者例如步骤S131、S132在步骤S120之后依次执行。
本实施例中提供有多个广告插播模式供用户选择,进而可以满足用户观看广告的不同使用需求。而对于广告插播模式来说,既可以由用户预先设定,或者也可以由插播广告处理装置随机分配,比如有三个悬浮窗,第一个悬浮窗所对应的广告播放模式为同步播放模式,第二个悬浮窗对应为异步播放模式,而第三个悬浮窗对应为弹框模式。
进一步可选的,在本发明视频播放过程中插播广告的方法一实施例中,上述步骤S130中:
当用户选择同步播放模式时,所述以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源包括:开启预设播放器并通过所述预设播放器播放所述广告资源,同时控制当前播放的视频在所述广告资源的播放过程中处于静音播放状态、以及在所述广告资源播放结束后恢复正常播放状态。
在本类广告插播模式下,在视频播放器播放视频的同时,重新开启一个新的播放器(如预设播放器)并加载待播放的广告,然后再在当前播放视频的视频图层上通过该预设播放器播放所加载的广告。在同步播放模式下,需要在播放所加载的广告的过程中,控制当前播放的视频处于静音播放状态(也即关闭当前视频的音频输出,但保留视频图像的播放)且当所加载的广告播放结束并退出时,恢复当前播放的视频的音频输出。
可选的,在同步播放模式下,预设播放器播放广告的页面尺寸可以由用户调整,同时预设播放器播放的页面悬浮在当前播放视频的视频图层上,并可以移动。例如,用户在观看视频A时,在某个时刻,视频A的内容比较枯燥无味,用户只想忽略跳过该时刻的视频内容,则用户可点击悬浮窗1中的广告链接,则悬浮窗1自动打开预设的播放器Player2,播放器Player2页面尺寸小于视频A并且可移动,且悬浮于视频A之上。视频A处于静音并且播放状态,当广告播放完毕后,自动切换回视频A并继续播放。
当用户选择异步播放模式时,所述以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源为: 开启预设播放器并通过所述预设播放器播放所述广告资源,同时控制当前播放的视频在所述广告资源的播放过程中处于暂停播放状态、以及在所述广告资源播放结束后恢复正常播放状态。
在本类广告插播模式下,重新开启一预设播放器并加载广告,然后再在当前播放视频的视频图层上通过该预设播放器播放所加载的广告。在异步播放模式下,需要在播放所加载的广告的过程中,控制当前播放的视频处于暂停播放状态且当所加载的广告播放结束并退出时,恢复当前播放视频的播放。例如,当前播放视频B,若检测到插播广告,则在预设播放器中播放该加载的广告并暂停播放视频B,而当加载的广告播放结束并退出时,恢复播放视频B。
当用户选择弹框模式时,所述以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源为:在所述视频图层上显示弹出框并在所述弹出框内显示所述广告资源。
在本类广告插播模式下,在所述视频图层上显示弹出框并加载相应广告以及在该弹出框内显示所加载的广告资源内容。需要说明的是,本发明中所述的广告不仅包括视频类广告,同时也包括文字、图片等非视频类广告,例如当前播放视频的演员表、用户评论或者还可以允许用户进行评论互动等。需要说明的是,在本类广告插播模式下,由于加载的广告为弹框显示,因此,对于该类广告的关闭(退出)形式可以为用户手动关闭,或者其他退出形式。
参照图3,图3为本发明视频播放过程中插播广告的方法第三实施例的流程示意图。基于上述实施例,本实施例中,所述视频播放过程中插播广告的方法还包括:
步骤S210,监测当前播放的视频是否满足预设的即将播放结束条件;
本实施例中,对于即将播放结束条件的设置不限,具体根据实际需要进行设置。例如,先获取当前播放的视频的总的播放时长,并实时监控视频的播放进度,若当前播放进度达到预设比例,比如达到总播放时长的99%时,则可认为当前播放的视频即将播放结束;或者也可以在视频播放进度中设置相应的临界进度点(比如结束前30秒),若当前播放进度达到该临界进度点,则认为当前播放的视频即将播放结束。
步骤S220,若当前播放的视频满足预设的即将播放结束条件,则统计所述视频的播放过程中插播的广告资源的总播放时长,若不满足,则返回步骤S210继续监测。
步骤S230,判断所述总播放时长是否小于预设时长阈值;
步骤S240,若所述总播放时长小于所述预设时长阈值,则在当前播放的视频播放结束时,加载并播放所述悬浮窗内嵌的所述广告资源;
步骤S250,若所述总播放时长大于或等于所述预设时长阈值,则不做任何处理。
鉴于有些用户习惯于快进观看视频,也即用户实际观看视频的时间小于视频的播放总时长,但是对于播放的广告来说,对应预定的必须要播放的广告时长并没有相应缩短(对于广告运营商上来说,是一定要播放广告的,除非用户购买了去广告服务),因此在本实施例中,在当前播放的视频即将播放结束时,需要判断用户是否已经观看了足够长时间的广告,若是,则无需在视频播放结束再插播广告,而若否,则需要在视频播放结束后再插播广告,该插播广告既可以是悬浮窗内嵌的广告,或者也可以是特别指定的广告。
本实施例中,对于预设时长阈值的设置具体根据实际需要进行设置,既不能设置的过长,同时也不能设置得过短。
进一步可选的,若用户在视频即将播放结束之前就已经关闭了该视频,则在视频上显示广告的处理装置将记录该事件,并在下次用户再次观看新的视频时,主动加载插播广告。
本实施例中,基于广告提供商的角度,由于本发明中主要是由用户自身根据需要而有选择性的观看广告,因此,很可能存在用户未选择观看广告或者观看的广告总时长过短的问题,因此,本实施例通过统计用户观看实际观看广告的总时长,从而决定是否主动加载插播广告,从而相应提升广告提供商的使用体验。
参照图4,图4为本发明视频播放过程中插播广告的方法第四实施例的流程示意图。基于上述实施例,本实施例中,得到所述预设时长阈值的方法包括:步骤310,设置广告播放时长与视频实际播放时长的比例值;
步骤320,统计当前播放的视频的实际播放时长;
步骤330,根据所述实际播放时长和所述比例值计算广告播放时长,计算得到的所述广告播放时长为所述预设时长阈值。
本实施例中,预设时长阈值具体根据当前播放的视频的实际播放时长与设定比例值进行确定。
本实施例中,对于广告播放时长与视频实际播放时长的比例值的设置不限,具体根据实际情况进行设置。例如,一部电影的播放总时长为100分钟,而一条广告的播放时长为1分钟,同时视频提供商需要在电影完整播放过程中至少插播3条广告,也即100分钟的电影中至少要插播3分钟的广告,则该比例值可设置为3%,也即在100分钟的电影播放过程中,用户至少得观看100*3%=3分钟的广告。
假设当前播放视频的总时长为150分钟,而用户实际观看时长为80分钟,则在这80分钟内,用户至少需要观看80*3%=2.4分钟的插播广告。而若实际上用户只观看了2分钟的插播广告,则在视频即将播放结束时自动加载播放0.4分钟的广告。
本实施例中,广告播放时长与视频实际播放时长之间的比例值既可以由视频提供商预先设定,也可以由用户自由设置,需要说明的是,若由用户自由设置,则需要限定一个最小的比例值,从而避免用户设置的比例值过小而损害视频提供商的利益。通过比例值的设置以及在视频即将播放结束时主动加载插播广告,从而最大程度上平衡广告提供商与观众之间的矛盾,同时也能在用户自觉点播广告的情况下提供用户对广告的接受程度,从而实现广告提供商与观众之间的双赢。
参照图5,图5为本发明视频播放过程中插播广告的装置第一实施例的功能模块示意图。本实施例中,所述视频播放过程中插播广告的装置包括:
悬浮窗加载模块10,用于播放视频时,在视频图层上加载至少一悬浮窗,每一所述悬浮窗内嵌有一广告资源;
本实施例中,悬浮窗的数量、位置、大小、形状、颜色、透明度等各种参数的设置不限,具体根据实际需要进行设置。例如,当前视频网站可以提供五种不同广告,因此可相应设置五个悬浮窗,每一悬浮窗的位置可以随机摆放或者固定摆放;为便于用户触控且不影响用户观看视频,可将悬浮窗设置在播放器的边缘位置且悬浮窗的尺寸可以设置得尽量小,比如设置为边长为1厘米的正方形;比如,可对悬浮窗进行颜色、形状等设置,从而便于用户区分所加载的不同广告(比如内容不同或者播放时长不同)。
此外,本实施例中所述的视频图层具体是指当前播放视频所在的显示图层,因此在视频图层上加载若干悬浮窗,也即将加载的悬浮窗显示在视频图层之上,也即视频播放器显示层的最上层。
此外,本实施例中,为便于用户选择所需要插播的广告,在每一悬浮窗内嵌有一广告资源,该广告资源的设置形式不限,比如为待播放的广告,或者为待播放的广告所对应的加载路径等。本实施例中优选嵌入广告链接(比如URL),从而通过悬浮窗上所嵌入的广告链接即可直接加载相应广告。需要说明的是,该广告链接的嵌入设置方式不限,例如在视频播放前由用户预先设置固定的广告链接,或者在视频播放时自动加载指定的广告链接或随机加载广告链接。
指令检测模块20,用于实时检测用户是否发出插播广告指令以及用户选择的广告资源;
本实施例中,发出插播广告指令与选择广告资源既可以是分别独立进行,或者也可以是由同一触控操作所触发,具体根据实际需要进行设置。比如用户在选择广告资源的同时,也触发发出插播广告指令。
可选的,指令检测模块20具体用于:实时检测各所述悬浮窗是否被选中,若至少一所述悬浮窗被选中,则用户发出插播广告指令,且用户选择的广告资源为被选中的所述悬浮窗所对应的广告资源。该具体实施例中,用户可以同时选择一个或多个悬浮窗,而若用户所选中的悬浮窗中嵌入有广告链接,则当该悬浮窗被选中时,触发发出插播广告指令,同时通过该广告链接,选中该悬浮窗所对应的广告资源。
广告播放模块30,用于根据检测结果加载并播放用户选中的广告资源。
本实施例中,广告加载操作具体由用户所触发,比如在视频播放过程中,用户通过遥控器或鼠标等设备点击某一悬浮窗时则触发加载与该悬浮窗相对应的广告资源,并且在当前播放视频的视频图层上进行播放。
本实施例中,对于所加载的广告的设置不限,具体根据实际需要进行设置。例如,当检测到悬浮窗被选中时,将通过该悬浮窗上所嵌入的广告连接加载对应广告资源,或者将生成一广告请求消息发送至预设服务器,由服务器随机选择一广告资源以响应加载广告请求。
进一步可选的,本实施例中所述悬浮窗的状态可变,且所述悬浮窗的初始状态为不可见状态,当所述视频图层上检测到用户操作时,所述悬浮窗由不可见状态切换为可见状态。该实施例中所述的不可见状态具体是指悬浮窗不能被用户所看见的一种状态,比如悬浮窗为透明状态或者隐藏于视频播放界面边缘位置。例如,在视频播放过程中,当检测到用户操作(比如移动鼠标、单击、双击等)时,将所述悬浮窗由不可见状态(比如透明状态)转换为可见状态。此外,为不影响用户观看体验,可设置悬浮窗在不同情况下的透明状态。比如,在用户观看视频或者无用户操作时,所有悬浮窗都为透明状态,而当检测到用户输入事件时,则悬浮窗由透明的不可见状态转换为可见状态(比如半透明的可见状态),比如用户通过鼠标或遥控器等设备输入点击指令、移动指令等操作时,则悬浮窗由透明的不可见状态转换为可见状态。
本实施例中,通过在播放视频的视频图层上添加至少一个悬浮窗,同时通过用户所触发的插播广告指令以及用户选择的广告资源以加载并播放用户选中的广告资源,也即本发明中将播放广告的选择权(包括选择播放的广告内容及播放时间)交于用户,从而由用户自由选择合适的播放时间播放自己所喜欢的广告内容,从而缓和了广告提供商播放广告与用户观看视频之间的矛盾,提升了用户观看体验。
参照图6,图6为本发明视频播放过程中插播广告的装置第二实施例的功能模块示意图。基于上述实施例,本实施例中,视频播放过程中插播广告的装置还包括:模式选择模块40,用于提供多个广告插播模式供用户选择;以及模式检测模块50,用于检测用户当前选择的广告插播模式。
本实施例中,为进一步提高用户观看体验,因此设置有多种广告插播模式,不同广告插播模式下所对应的广告播放或显示方式不同,其中,广告插播模式的数量及其对应的播放或显示方式不限,具体根据实际需要进行设置。
本实施例中,优选所述广告插播模式包括同步播放模式、异步播放模式以及弹框模式,其中,不同广告插播模式所对应的广告播放处理方式不同。本实施例中,同步播放具体是指当前播放的视频与加载的广告同时播放,而异步播放具体是指当前播放的视频与加载的广告非同时播放,而弹框模式具体是指弹出显示框并在显示框内显示广告,该显示的广告内容不限,比如显示演员表、用户评论、用户互动等。
其中,所述广告播放模块30具体还用于:根据检测结果加载并以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源。
本实施例中提供有多个广告插播模式供用户选择,进而可以满足用户观看广告的不同使用需求。而对于广告插播模式来说,既可以由用户预先设定,或者也可以由插播广告处理装置随机分配,比如有三个悬浮窗,第一个悬浮窗所对应的广告播放模式为同步播放模式,第二个悬浮窗对应为异步播放模式,而第三个悬浮窗对应为弹框模式。

在本类广告插播模式下,在视频播放器播放视频的同时,重新开启一预设播放器并加载待播放的广告,然后再在当前播放视频的视频图层上通过该预设播放器播放所加载的广告。在同步播放模式下,需要在播放所加载的广告的过程中,控制当前播放的视频处于静音播放状态(也即关闭当前视频的音频输入,但保留视频图像的播放)且当所加载的广告播放结束并退出时,恢复当前播放的视频的音频输出。

在本类广告插播模式下,当悬浮窗对应的广告显示模式为异步播放模式时,重新开启一预设播放器并加载广告,然后再在当前播放视频的视频图层上通过该预设播放器播放所加载的广告。在异步播放模式下,需要在播放所加载的广告的过程中,控制当前播放的视频处于暂停播放状态且当所加载的广告播放结束并退出时,恢复当前播放视频的播放。例如,当前播放视频B,若检测到加载广告,则在预设播放器中播放该加载的广告时,暂停播放视频B,而当加载的广告播放结束并退出时,恢复播放视频B。
而当用户选择弹框模式时,所述广告播放模块30用于:在所述视频图层上显示弹出框并在所述弹出框内显示所述广告资源。
在本类广告插播模式下,在所述视频图层上显示弹出框并加载相应广告以及在该弹出框内显示所加载的广告资源内容。需要说明的是,本发明中所述的广告不仅包括视频类广告,同时也包括文字、图片等非视频类广告,例如当前播放视频的演员表、用户评论或者还可以允许用户进行评论互动等。需要说明的是,在本类广告插播模式下,由于加载的广告为弹框显示,因此,对于该类广告的关闭(退出)形式可以为用户手动关闭,或者其他退出形式。
参照图7,图7为本发明视频播放过程中插播广告的装置第三实施例的功能模块示意图。基于上述实施例,本实施例中,视频播放过程中插播广告的装置还包括:
播放监测模块60,用于监测当前播放的视频是否满足预设的即将播放结束条件;
本实施例中,对于即将播放结束条件的设置不限,具体根据实际需要进行设置。例如,先获取当前播放的视频的总的播放时长,并实时监控视频的播放进度,若当前播放进度达到预设比例,比如达到总播放时长的99%时,则可认为当前播放的视频即将播放结束;或者也可以在视频播放进度中设置相应的临界进度点(比如结束前30秒),若当前播放进度达到该临界进度点,则认为当前播放的视频即将播放结束。

  1. 一种视频播放过程中插播广告的方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    播放视频时,在视频图层上加载至少一悬浮窗,每一所述悬浮窗内嵌有一广告资源;
    实时检测用户是否发出插播广告指令以及用户选择的广告资源;
    提供多个广告插播模式供用户选择并检测用户当前选择的广告插播模式;根据检测结果加载并以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源,其中,所述广告插播模式包括同步播放模式、异步播放模式以及弹框模式;
    当用户选择同步播放模式时,所述以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源包括:开启预设播放器并通过所述预设播放器播放所述广告资源,同时控制当前播放的视频在所述广告资源的播放过程中处于静音播放状态、以及在所述广告资源播放结束后恢复正常播放状态;
    当用户选择异步播放模式时,所述以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源为: 开启预设播放器并通过所述预设播放器播放所述广告资源,同时控制当前播放的视频在所述广告资源的播放过程中处于暂停播放状态、以及在所述广告资源播放结束后恢复正常播放状态;
    当用户选择弹框模式时,所述以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源为:在所述视频图层上显示弹出框并在所述弹出框内显示所述广告资源。

    若所述总播放时长小于所述预设时长阈值,则在当前播放的视频播放结束时,加载并播放所述悬浮窗内嵌的所述广告资源。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的方法,其特征在于,所述视频播放过程中插播广告的方法还包括:
    监测当前播放的视频是否满足预设的即将播放结束条件;
    若当前播放的视频满足预设的即将播放结束条件,则统计所述视频的播放过程中插播的广告资源的总播放时长;
    判断所述总播放时长是否小于预设时长阈值;
    若所述总播放时长小于所述预设时长阈值,则在当前播放的视频播放结束时,加载并播放所述悬浮窗内嵌的所述广告资源。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的方法,其特征在于,得到所述预设时长阈值的方法为:
    设置广告播放时长与视频实际播放时长的比例值;
    统计当前播放的视频的实际播放时长;
    根据所述实际播放时长和所述比例值计算广告播放时长,计算得到的所述广告播放时长为所述预设时长阈值。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的方法,其特征在于,得到所述预设时长阈值的方法为:
    设置广告播放时长与视频实际播放时长的比例值;
    统计当前播放的视频的实际播放时长;
    根据所述实际播放时长和所述比例值计算广告播放时长,计算得到的所述广告播放时长为所述预设时长阈值。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的方法,其特征在于,所述悬浮窗的状态可变,且所述悬浮窗的初始状态为不可见状态,当所述视频图层上检测到用户操作时,所述悬浮窗由不可见状态切换为可见状态。

    播放视频时,在视频图层上加载至少一悬浮窗,每一所述悬浮窗内嵌有一广告资源;
    实时检测用户是否发出插播广告指令以及用户选择的广告资源;
    根据检测结果加载并播放用户选中的广告资源。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的方法,其特征在于,所述实时检测用户是否发出插播广告指令以及用户选择的广告资源具体为:
    实时检测各所述悬浮窗是否被选中,若至少一所述悬浮窗被选中,则用户发出插播广告指令,且用户选择的广告资源为被选中的所述悬浮窗所对应的广告资源。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的方法,其特征在于,所述根据检测结果加载并播放用户选中的广告资源之前还包括:
    提供多个广告插播模式供用户选择;以及
    检测用户当前选择的广告插播模式;
    所述根据检测结果加载并播放用户选中的广告资源为:
    根据检测结果加载并以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的方法,其特征在于,所述视频播放过程中插播广告的方法还包括:
    监测当前播放的视频是否满足预设的即将播放结束条件;
    若当前播放的视频满足预设的即将播放结束条件,则统计所述视频的播放过程中插播的广告资源的总播放时长;
    判断所述总播放时长是否小于预设时长阈值;
    若所述总播放时长小于所述预设时长阈值,则在当前播放的视频播放结束时,加载并播放所述悬浮窗内嵌的所述广告资源。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的方法,其特征在于,得到所述预设时长阈值的方法为:
    设置广告播放时长与视频实际播放时长的比例值;
    统计当前播放的视频的实际播放时长;
    根据所述实际播放时长和所述比例值计算广告播放时长,计算得到的所述广告播放时长为所述预设时长阈值。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的方法,其特征在于,所述悬浮窗的状态可变,且所述悬浮窗的初始状态为不可见状态,当所述视频图层上检测到用户操作时,所述悬浮窗由不可见状态切换为可见状态。
  14. 一种视频播放过程中插播广告的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    悬浮窗加载模块,用于播放视频时,在视频图层上加载至少一悬浮窗,每一所述悬浮窗内嵌有一广告资源;
    指令检测模块,用于实时检测用户是否发出插播广告指令以及用户选择的广告资源;以及
    广告播放模块,用于根据检测结果加载并播放用户选中的广告资源。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    模式选择模块,用于提供多个广告插播模式供用户选择;以及
    模式检测模块,用于检测用户当前选择的广告插播模式;
    所述广告播放模块还用于:
    根据检测结果加载并以用户选择的所述广告插播模式播放所述广告资源。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的装置,其特征在于,所述广告插播模式包括同步播放模式、异步播放模式以及弹框模式;
    当用户选择同步播放模式时,所述广告播放模块用于:开启预设播放器并通过所述预设播放器播放所述广告资源,同时控制当前播放的视频在所述广告资源的播放过程中处于静音播放状态、以及在所述广告资源播放结束后恢复正常播放状态;
    当用户选择异步播放模式时,所述广告播放模块用于: 开启预设播放器并通过所述预设播放器播放所述广告资源,同时控制当前播放的视频在所述广告资源的播放过程中处于暂停播放状态、以及在所述广告资源播放结束后恢复正常播放状态;
    当用户选择弹框模式时,所述广告播放模块用于:在所述视频图层上显示弹出框并在所述弹出框内显示所述广告资源。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的装置,其特征在于,所述视频播放过程中插播广告的装置还包括:
    播放监测模块,用于监测当前播放的视频是否满足预设的即将播放结束条件;
    第一统计模块,用于当前播放的视频满足预设的即将播放结束条件时,统计所述视频的播放过程中插播的广告资源的总播放时长;
    判断模块,用于判断所述总播放时长是否小于预设时长阈值;
    所述广告播放模块还用于:在所述总播放时长小于所述预设时长阈值且当前播放的视频播放结束时,加载并播放所述悬浮窗内嵌的所述广告资源。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    播放监测模块,用于监测当前播放的视频是否满足预设的即将播放结束条件;
    第一统计模块,用于当前播放的视频满足预设的即将播放结束条件时,统计所述视频的播放过程中插播的广告资源的总播放时长;
    判断模块,用于判断所述总播放时长是否小于预设时长阈值;
    所述广告播放模块还用于:在所述总播放时长小于所述预设时长阈值且当前播放的视频播放结束时,加载并播放所述悬浮窗内嵌的所述广告资源。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的装置,其特征在于,所述视频播放过程中插播广告的装置还包括:预设时长阈值获取模块,所述预设时长获取模块包括:
    比例设置单元,用于设置广告播放时长与视频实际播放时长的比例值;
    第二统计单元,用于统计当前播放的视频的实际播放时长;
    计算单元,用于根据所述实际播放时长和所述比例值计算广告播放时长,计算得到的所述广告播放时长为所述预设时长阈值。
  20. 如权利要求14所述的视频播放过程中插播广告的装置,其特征在于,所述指令检测模块用于:
    实时检测各所述悬浮窗是否被选中,若至少一所述悬浮窗被选中,则用户发出插播广告指令,且用户选择的广告资源为被选中的所述悬浮窗所对应的广告资源;
    其中,所述悬浮窗的状态可变,且所述悬浮窗的初始状态为不可见状态,当所述视频图层上检测到用户操作时,所述悬浮窗由不可见状态切换为可见状态。
