智能电视在上电启动后,一般会显示几秒钟预存的开机图标(该图标一般为智能电视生产商的公司商标图案)以供该智能电视从云端服务器下载广告图片和视频,但是,在这段显示开机图标的时间里,由于没有人活的节目播放,智能电视的音频器会以默认音量输出干扰噪声,造成智能电视的观影效果差。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种智能电视开机噪音消除方法及装置,旨在解决智能电视开机噪音问题。

当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量;
判断智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数是否均大于预设像素点个数,该预设像素点个数为该智能电视当前分辨率下其显示区域中像素点总数的预设比例;
当智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数均大于预设像素点个数时,判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标
当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,根据所述显示时长和预设等分数,获取调整智能电视输出音量的调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度;

本发明提供一种智能电视开机噪音消除方法,在本发明智能电视开机噪音消除方法的第一实施例中,参照图1,该智能电视开机噪音消除方法包括:
步骤S10,当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量;
智能电视的操作指令一般包括上电开机指令、播放调整指令和休眠指令三大类,上电开机指令用于启动智能电视,播放调整指令用于在智能电视正常开启之后,对智能电视诸如频道、音量、色彩等参数进行调节,休眠指令用于将智能电视从正常播放状态切换为休眠状态。当检测到智能电视上电开机时,即检测到用于启动智能电视的上电开机指令时,获取存于智能电视中预计显示开机图标的显示时长和智能电视开机后音频输出的默认音量,该显示时长和默认音量是智能电视出厂时设置,智能电视在出厂时设置有多组或多个显示时长和默认音量,此外,该显示时长和默认音量也可以根据智能电视当前时段所处的网络环境、所处时区时刻、所处环境的环境噪声从出厂设置值中选择。例如当智能电视所处网络环境网速较差,智能电视从云端服务器下载广告图片或视频需耗费时间较长,此时显示时长可以适当加长;当智能电视所处时区时刻为深夜或所处环境比较安静,默认音量可以适当减小。
步骤S20,当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在显示时长内将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量逐渐降至静音。
在获取该智能电视显示时长和默认音量的同时,实时检测智能电视是否开始显示预设开机图标,例如可以检测智能电视显示区域上红、绿、蓝三原色的像素点的新增个数是否大于该智能电视显示区域的总像素点个数的五分之一,若大于,则判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标。当检测智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在显示开机图标的显示时长内,将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量逐渐降至静音,例如每间隔固定时长按照一定的调整幅度或调整系数调小智能电视的输出音量,例如显示时长为3s,默认音量为30分贝,静音音量为5分贝,每间隔0.5s将智能电视的输出音量减小至原来的1/5(即调整系数为1/5),或者每间隔0.5s将智能电视的输出音量减小5分贝(即调整幅度为5分贝)。
在本实施例中,通过在检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量,并且在检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在显示时长内将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量逐渐降至静音,消除了智能电视在显示开机图标时一直发出由于无信号源而产生的开机噪声,避免这种干扰噪声影响智能电视的观影效果,从而提高了智能电视的观影效果,改善了智能电视的用户体验。

步骤S30,判断智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数是否均大于预设像素点个数,该预设像素点个数为该智能电视当前分辨率下其显示区域中像素点总数的预设比例;
步骤S40,当智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数均大于预设像素点个数时,判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标。
当检测到智能电视上电开机时,在开始获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量的同时,获取智能电视当前分辨率下其显示区域中像素点总数,然后采集并获取智能电视显示区域中显示的红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数,并且实时判断采集的红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数是否均大于预设像素点个数,该预设像素点个数为该智能电视当前分辨率下其显示区域中像素点总数的预设比例。当智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数均大于预设像素点个数时,表明智能电视的显示区域已经点亮足够多的像素点以显示开机图标了,则判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标。
例如智能电视当前分辨率为1024*768,则其显示区域的像素点总数M=1024*768=786432,预设比例为0.2,则当红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数均大于像素点总数的0.2倍(即使157286)时,判定该智能电视开始显示预设开机图标,以触发智能电视输出音量的调整过程。
在本实施例中,通过实时判断智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数是否均大于预设像素点个数,若大于则判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标,从而根据智能电视显示的三原色像素点新增个数实时、准确地判断出该智能电视是否开始显示开机图标,以便及时对该智能电视的输出音量进行调整,避免智能电视在显示开机图标过程中出现干扰噪声,从而进一步提高了智能电视的观影效果。
进一步地,在本发明智能电视开机噪音消除方法的第一实施例的基础上,提出智能电视开机噪音消除方法第三实施例,参照图3,在第三实施例中,步骤S20包括:
步骤S21,当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,根据显示时长和预设等分数,获取调整智能电视输出音量的调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度;
当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,获取显示时长和预设等分数,该等分数预存于智能电视中,调整间隔时长等于显示时长除以预设等分数,音量降低幅度等于默认音量除以等分数。此外,等分数可以与显示时长对应,显示时长越长其等分数越大,显示时长与等分数的具体对应关系也可以根据需求设置,例如显示时长处于2s~3s时,其对应的等分数为5;显示时长处于3s~4s时,其对应的等分数为6。然后根据显示时长和该显示时长对应的等分数,获取调整智能电视输出音量的调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度,例如T0=T/a,其中T0为调整间隔时长,T为显示时长,a为等分数,如显示时长为3s,等分数为5,则调整间隔时长为0.6s。通过设置调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度,防止调整间隔时长过大,让用户觉得智能电视输出音量调节过慢,智能电视依然输出较大音量的干扰噪声;也防止调整间隔时长过小,让用户觉得智能电视输出音量变化过于突兀,不够圆滑。
步骤S22,每间隔一个调整间隔时长对智能电视输出音量进行一次音量降低幅度对应的音量调小操作,直至该智能电视输出音量为静音。
音量调小操作可以是将智能电视的输出音量减小一个音量降低幅度,或者将智能电视的输出音量缩小固定调整系数。例如,智能电视的输出音量范围为200单位,默认音量为40单位,静音音量为0单位,音量调小操作对应为每次固定减小音量降低幅度音量的调整方式,调整幅度为每次减小智能电视输出音量10单位,若显示时长为3s,调整间隔时长为0.6s,则对该智能电视的输出音量进行5次音量降低幅度(减小10单位音量输出)对应的音量调小操作,每次减小10单位输出音量,但进行完4次音量调小操作时,智能电视的输出音量为0单位时,结束智能电视的音量调整过程;或者,音量调小操作对应为固定调整系数调整方式,调整系数(即音量降低幅度为调整系数)为每次将智能电视输出音量缩小至原来的1/5,若显示时长为3s,调整间隔时长为0.6s,则对该智能电视的输出音量进行5次音量调小操作,每次将当前输出音量缩小5倍(即为原来输出音量的1/5),经过一次调整,则输出音量从40单位缩小为8单位,直至输出音量为0单位。
在本实施例中,当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,获取调整间隔时长;并每间隔一个调整间隔时长对智能电视输出音量进行一次音量降低幅度对应的音量调小操作,直至该智能电视输出音量为静音,从而实现对智能电视输出音量的逐步调节,避免智能电视输出音量突变,减小智能电视输出音频对用户听觉的冲击,进一步提高了智能电视的观影效果。
此外,在本发明智能电视开机噪音消除方法的第一、第二或第三实施例的基础上,步骤S20之后还包括:
步骤S50当检测到智能电视显示开机图标结束时,将该智能电视输出音量恢复为默认音量。
在本实施例中,在检测到智能电视显示开机图标结束时,即显示时长耗尽时,需将该智能电视输出音量恢复为默认音量,以供用户正常观看和使用智能电视;在将该智能电视输出音量从静音音量恢复为默认音量的过程不会瞬间完成的,而是在预设调整时长内,将智能电视的从静音音量逐渐恢复为默认音量,其过程与智能电视处于显示开机图标期间将输出音量从默认音量调整为静音音量的过程类似,即当检测到智能电视显示开机图标结束时,在预设调整时长内将该智能电视输出音量恢复为默认音量。
此外,在本发明智能电视开机噪音消除方法的第一、第二或第三实施例的基础上,步骤S10包括:
步骤S11,当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视的当前时段;
步骤S12,根据获取的当前时段,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量。
在检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取智能电视的所在位置,根据该智能电视的所在位置确定其所在时区,从而获取该智能电视的当前时段;然后根据获取的当前时段,推测智能电视所处网络环境的网速和所处实际环境的安静程度,其中,当前时段处于深夜(21点至24点)或午夜(0点至6点),智能电视的网速较快、周边实际环境较为安静,由于网速快,智能电视下载广告图片或视频快,则此时显示时长相对较小;且由于周边环境较为安静,用户无需较大输出音量,则此时默认音量较小。反之,当前时段处于白天(6点至21点),智能电视的网速较慢、周边实际环境较为嘈杂,由于网速较慢,智能电视下载广告图片或视频慢,则此时显示时长相对较大;且由于周边环境较为嘈杂,用户需要较大输出音量,则此时默认音量较大。
在本实施例中,根据智能电视的当前时段,动态地调节智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量,从而智能电视可以更精确地显示开机图标,更贴近用户需求地输出音频,进一步提高了智能电视的观影效果,改善了用户体验。

例如智能电视当前分辨率为1024*768,则其显示区域的像素点总数M=1024*768=786432,预设比例为0.2,则当红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数均大于像素点总数的0.2倍(即使157286)时,判定该智能电视开始显示预设开机图标,以触发智能电视输出音量的调整过程。
在本实施例中,通过判断模块30实时判断智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数是否均大于预设像素点个数,若大于则判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标,从而根据智能电视显示的三原色像素点的新增个数实时、准确地判断出该智能电视是否开始显示开机图标,以便及时对该智能电视的输出音量进行调整,避免智能电视在显示开机图标过程中出现干扰噪声,从而进一步提高了智能电视的观影效果。
进一步地,在本发明智能电视开机噪音消除装置的第一实施例的基础上,提出智能电视开机噪音消除装置第三实施例,参照图6,在第三实施例中,音量调整模块20包括:
时长获取单元21,用于当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,根据显示时长预设等分数,获取调整智能电视输出音量的调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度;
当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,时长获取单元21获取显示时长和预设等分数,该等分数预存于智能电视中,调整间隔时长等于显示时长除以预设等分数,音量降低幅度等于默认音量除以等分数。此外,等分数可以与显示时长对应,显示时长越长其等分数越大,显示时长与等分数的具体对应关系可以根据需求设置,例如显示时长处于2s~3s时,其对应的等分数为5;显示时长处于3s~4s时,其对应的等分数为6。然后时长获取单元21根据显示时长和该显示时长对应的等分数,获取调整智能电视输出音量的调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度,例如T0=T/a,其中T0为调整间隔时长,T为显示时长,a为等分数,如显示时长为3s,等分数为5,则调整间隔时长为0.6s,通过设置调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度,防止调整间隔时长过大,让用户觉得智能电视输出音量调节过慢,智能电视依然输出较大音量的干扰噪声;也防止调整间隔时长过小,让用户觉得智能电视输出音量变化过于突兀,不够圆滑。
音量调整单元22,用于每间隔一个调整间隔时长对智能电视输出音量进行一次音量降低幅度对应的音量调小操作,直至该智能电视输出音量为静音。
音量调小操作可以是将智能电视的输出音量减小一个音量降低幅度,或者将智能电视的输出音量缩小固定调整系数。例如,智能电视的输出音量范围为200单位,默认音量为40单位,静音音量为0单位,音量调小操作对应为每次固定减小音量降低幅度的调整方式,调整幅度为每次减小智能电视输出音量10单位,若显示时长为3s,调整间隔时长为0.6s,则对该智能电视的输出音量进行5次音量降低幅度(减小10单位音量输出)对应的音量调小操作,每次减小10单位输出音量,但进行完4次音量调小操作时,智能电视的输出音量为0单位时,结束智能电视的音量调整过程;或者,音量调小操作对应为固定调整系数调整方式,调整系数(即音量降低幅度为调整系数)为每次将智能电视输出音量缩小至原来的1/5,若显示时长为3s,调整间隔时长为0.6s,则对该智能电视的输出音量进行5次音量调小操作,每次将当前输出音量缩小5倍(即为原来输出音量的1/5),经过一次调整,则输出音量从40单位缩小为8单位,直至输出音量为0单位。
在本实施例中,当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,时长获取单元21获取调整间隔时长;时长获取单元21每间隔一个调整间隔时长对智能电视输出音量进行一次音量降低幅度对应的音量调小操作,直至该智能电视输出音量为静音,从而实现对智能电视输出音量的逐步调节,避免智能电视输出音量突变,减小智能电视输出音频对用户听觉的冲击,进一步提高了智能电视的观影效果。
此外,在本发明智能电视开机噪音消除装置的第一、第二或第三实施例的基础上,智能电视开机噪音消除装置还包括:
音量恢复模块50,用于当检测到智能电视显示开机图标结束时,将该智能电视输出音量恢复为默认音量。
在本实施例中,在检测到智能电视显示开机图标结束时,即显示时长耗尽时,音量恢复模块50将该智能电视输出音量恢复为默认音量,以供用户正常观看和使用智能电视;在将该智能电视输出音量从静音音量恢复为默认音量的过程不会瞬间完成的,而是在预设调整时长内,将智能电视的从静音音量逐渐恢复为默认音量,其过程与智能电视处于显示开机图标期间将输出音量从默认音量调整为静音音量的过程类似,即当检测到智能电视显示开机图标结束时,在预设调整时长内将该智能电视输出音量恢复为默认音量。
此外,在本发明智能电视开机噪音消除装置的第一、第二或第三实施例的基础上,信息获取模块10包括:
第一获取单元11,用于当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视的当前时段;
第二获取单元12,用于根据获取的当前时段,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量。
在检测到智能电视上电开机时,第一获取单元11获取智能电视的所在位置,根据该智能电视的所在位置确定其所在时区,从而获取该智能电视的当前时段;然后第二获取单元12根据获取的当前时段,推测智能电视所处网络环境的网速和所处实际环境的安静程度,其中,当前时段处于深夜(21点至24点)或午夜(0点至6点),智能电视的网速较快、周边实际环境较为安静,由于网速快,智能电视下载广告图片或视频快,则此时显示时长相对较小;且由于周边环境较为安静,用户无需较大输出音量,则此时默认音量较小。反之,当前时段处于白天(6点至21点),智能电视的网速较慢、周边实际环境较为嘈杂,由于网速较慢,智能电视下载广告图片或视频慢,则此时显示时长相对较大;且由于周边环境较为嘈杂,用户需要较大输出音量,则此时默认音量较大。
在本实施例中,根据智能电视的当前时段,动态地调节智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量,从而智能电视可以更精确地显示开机图标,更贴近用户需求地输出音频,进一步提高了智能电视的观影效果,改善了用户体验。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例的方法。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视开机噪音消除方法包括:
    当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量;
    判断智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数是否均大于预设像素点个数,该预设像素点个数为该智能电视当前分辨率下其显示区域中像素点总数的预设比例;
    当智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数均大于预设像素点个数时,判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标
    当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,根据所述显示时长和预设等分数,获取调整智能电视输出音量的调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度;
    每间隔一个所述调整间隔时长对智能电视输出音量进行一次所述音量降低幅度对应的音量调小操作,直至该智能电视输出音量为静音。
  2. 权利要求1所述的智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述每间隔一个所述调整间隔时长对智能电视输出音量进行一次所述音量降低幅度对应的音量调小操作,直至该智能电视输出音量为静音的步骤之后还包括:
    当检测到智能电视显示开机图标结束时,将该智能电视输出音量恢复为默认音量。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量的步骤包括:
    当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视的当前时段;
    根据获取的当前时段,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量的步骤包括:
    当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视的当前时段;
    根据获取的当前时段,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量。
  5. 一种智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视开机噪音消除方法包括:
    当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量;
    当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在所述显示时长内将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量逐渐降至静音。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在所述显示时长内将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量逐渐降至静音的步骤之前还包括:
    判断智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数是否均大于预设像素点个数,该预设像素点个数为该智能电视当前分辨率下其显示区域中像素点总数的预设比例;
    当智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数均大于预设像素点个数时,判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在所述显示时长内将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量逐渐降至静音的步骤包括:
    当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,根据所述显示时长和预设等分数,获取调整智能电视输出音量的调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度;
    每间隔一个所述调整间隔时长对智能电视输出音量进行一次所述音量降低幅度对应的音量调小操作,直至该智能电视输出音量为静音。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在所述显示时长内将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量逐渐降至静音的步骤之后还包括:
    当检测到智能电视显示开机图标结束时,将该智能电视输出音量恢复为默认音量。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在所述显示时长内将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量逐渐降至静音的步骤之前还包括:
    判断智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数是否均大于预设像素点个数,该预设像素点个数为该智能电视当前分辨率下其显示区域中像素点总数的预设比例;
    当智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数均大于预设像素点个数时,判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在所述显示时长内将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量逐渐降至静音的步骤包括:
    当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,根据所述显示时长和预设等分数,获取调整智能电视输出音量的调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度;
    每间隔一个所述调整间隔时长对智能电视输出音量进行一次所述音量降低幅度对应的音量调小操作,直至该智能电视输出音量为静音。
  11. 如权利要求5所述的智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量的步骤包括:
    当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视的当前时段;
    根据获取的当前时段,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在所述显示时长内将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量逐渐降至静音的步骤之前还包括:
    判断智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数是否均大于预设像素点个数,该预设像素点个数为该智能电视当前分辨率下其显示区域中像素点总数的预设比例;
    当智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数均大于预设像素点个数时,判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的智能电视开机噪音消除方法,其特征在于,所述当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在所述显示时长内将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量逐渐降至静音的步骤包括:
    当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,根据所述显示时长和预设等分数,获取调整智能电视输出音量的调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度;
    每间隔一个所述调整间隔时长对智能电视输出音量进行一次所述音量降低幅度对应的音量调小操作,直至该智能电视输出音量为静音。
  14. 一种智能电视开机噪音消除装置,其特征在于,所述智能电视开机噪音消除装置包括:
    信息获取模块,用于当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量;
    音量调整模块,用于当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,在所述显示时长内将该智能电视的输出音量从默认音量降至静音。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的智能电视开机噪音消除装置,其特征在于,所述智能电视开机噪音消除装置还包括:
    判断模块,用于判断智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数是否均大于预设像素点个数,该预设像素点个数为该智能电视当前分辨率下其显示区域中像素点总数的预设比例;当智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的个数均大于预设像素点个数时,判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的智能电视开机噪音消除装置,其特征在于,所述音量调整模块包括:
    时长获取单元,用于当检测到智能电视开始显示预设开机图标时,根据所述显示时长和预设等分数,获取调整智能电视输出音量的调整间隔时长和音量降低幅度;
    音量调整单元,用于每间隔一个所述调整间隔时长对智能电视输出音量进行一次所述音量降低幅度对应的音量调小操作,直至该智能电视输出音量为静音。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的智能电视开机噪音消除装置,其特征在于,所述智能电视开机噪音消除装置还包括:
    音量恢复模块,用于当检测到智能电视显示开机图标结束时,将该智能电视输出音量恢复为默认音量。
  18. 如权利要求14任意一项所述的智能电视开机噪音消除装置,其特征在于,所述信息获取模块包括:
    第一获取单元,用于当检测到智能电视上电开机时,获取该智能电视的当前时段;
    第二获取单元,用于根据获取的当前时段,获取该智能电视显示开机图标的显示时长和播放音频的默认音量。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的智能电视开机噪音消除装置,其特征在于,所述智能电视开机噪音消除装置还包括:
    判断模块,用于判断智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的新增个数是否均大于预设像素点个数,该预设像素点个数为该智能电视当前分辨率下其显示区域中像素点总数的预设比例;当智能电视的显示区域中红色像素点、绿色像素点和蓝色像素点的个数均大于预设像素点个数时,判定智能电视开始显示预设开机图标。
